Film And Record Every Encounter With Law Enforcement

After the assault and battery I recently incurred at the hands of a Marshall County Kansas cop, at the behest of a corrupt county official who does not like people who testify honestly as witnesses in court, my family and I have learned to always have a camara of some type handy, and to always use it when law enforcement presents itself. Here's an interesting video, featuring yet another egomaniac police officer.

  1. The guy showed no ID and did not have any right to even bother the guy about what he was drinking. If he, in fact, was some loser rent-a-cop, working for the store or that strip mall, then he should have officially identified himself as such and then told the guy, RIGHT AT THE BEGINNING, to leave the property.
The idiot tried to use a secondary reason to make the guy leave instead of just telling him to leave, to begin with. The rent-a-cop should have showed some official proof of his official position and then told the guy to move on. He had no right to do anything else, as long as the other guy complied.
The stupid rent-a-cop (if, in fact, he really was one) could make the other guy leave the premises and he didn't really have to give the other guy a reason. In his position, if he says "go"...then the other person has to go.
What the moron rent-a-cop did was make things a thousand times worse from the get-go. What a jerk. What an untrained, unprofessional, head-up-his-ass farce of an enforcer he was (and probably still is).
