Two Children Missing From Clarksburg Maryland

Two year old Jacob Hoggle and Three year old Sarah Hoggle are missing from Montgomery County, Maryland. Jacob was last seen on Sunday afternoon, and Sarah was reportedly last seen on Monday. Their mom, Catherine, was also missing, as of Monday afternoon, but has been located and arrested. Allegedly, she has given conflicting accounts concerning the whereabouts of her children, and Montgomery County Police have charged her with criminal neglect. Hopefully, they will get some reliable information from her, as searches have turned up nothing for the past week.
