Vast Conspiracy Against Terri Horman

Once again, about four or five people seem to be complaining about the negative attention that Terri Horman has gotton by not testifying in her stepson, Kyron Horman's, missing person case. He disappeared from his school in Portland, Oregon, on June 4, 2010. Terri Horman was the last person to see him, and to date, has not given law enforcement factual information about her own whereabouts on that day. She has also failed two polygraphs. That's the extent of her exposure to the search for Kyron.

Since then, Terri Horman has abandoned her daughter, hired not one, but three attorneys, requested delay after delay in all court proceedings related to her relationships with family members, had a restraining order granted against her continueously for at least a couple of years, dodged summons servers, torn down posters with Kyron's picture and information, and attempted to intimidate any person with information about the case. Among other things..... but these are just the foremost examples. Yet...a media source, Anorak, from England has run a badly worded article about "poor Terri" because Kyron's mother filed suit against her in civil court and a judge subsequently referred to Terri as the "prime suspect". Well! Sorry if this is a problem for you, English Journalist, but the state of Oregon actually has a legal vehicle in civil court to stop a noncustodial party from committing custodial interference. Since Kyron's mother loves him and wants him back, she took advantage of civil law! As for being called a "prime suspect" by the judge, what do you think Terri IS in his court room, English Journalist? A court reporter? Terri Horman is the prime suspect, thanks to her own conduct, and would not be in this position had she behaved less like a perpetrator and more like a parent looking for a missing child.

America's Most Wanted recently included a segment about Kyron. In it, John Walsh, host of the show, states that the evidence all seems to point to Terri Horman. You can see the segment in my sidebar. This, too, has thrown the handful of persons who don't want Terri Horman to testify for a loop. Once again, I say, "Get over it".

To this handful of Americans who do not want Terri Horman answering any questions about Kyron or his whereabouts, you can rant on and on about how much you like this particular English newspaper, but remember; had Terri been involved in the same sequence of events in the same manner in a lot of other countries, England included, she would probably be waiting in jail for Kyron to be found and for all the evidence to surface, if she did not want to testify.
