Hoggle Children Still Missing

Jacob and Sarah Hoggle, the two Maryland toddlers who disappeared September 7 and September 8, are still missing. Their mother, Catherine Hoggle, who was the last person to see either of them, will not cooperate and tell anyone where they are.  She is now being held in a mental hospital, pending assessment about her capability to testify or participate in her own defense. Her attorney has filed a motion to dismiss the charges filed against her in connection to Jacob and Sarah's disappearance, based on the fact that she asserted her right to an attorney but was questioned for several more hours without one. Chances are rather strong that the case, itself, will not dismissed, but that information gleaned by law enforcement during that time will simply not be usable as evidence. One thing looks very certain, however; as long as Catherine has something everyone wants, specifically information about her childrens' whereabouts, she has power. When she gives that information up either by testifying or cooperating with law enforcement, she has no more power or control over the situation.

Terri Horman; The Name Remains The Same

Terri Moulton Horman is still Terri Moulton Horman, not Claire Sullivan.  No new name granted. This is good news for the real Claire Sullivan, whose trademark is now safe! But still very disappointing for Terri Horman, who will not testify or help in any way in the missing persons case of her former stepson, Kyron Horman. The name remains the same! If Terri Moldy Whoremoan, or whatever it is, wants to change her name, she should write something noteworthy, or become a world famous artist. That way, she could go to court and acquire an identity connected to her work. Or she could try to find someone, somewhere, of the opposite gender who has not heard about Kyron, and try to get married. She's had quite a career thus far as a professional married-getter, anyways! What's one more wedding? Isn't that how women used to change their names, before women actually had names?

DeDe Spicher Wants Fifth Amendment Rights In Kyron Horman Case

There is now a new motion on the table in the lawsuit filed by Desiree Young against Terri Horman for answers about her son, Kyron Horman's disappearance from his school in 2010 from his school in Portland, Oregon. It seems Terri's friend, Dede Spicher, wants to assert her fifth amendment rights when she is only a witness, not a defendant. If Dede is ordered to testify, yet still refuses, or worse, lies, she might actually go to jail. Would Terri Horman visit her? It seems that Aaron's Law is proving  to be somewhat of an enigma to those who wish to keep a missing child unfound.

Vast Conspiracy Against Terri Horman

Once again, about four or five people seem to be complaining about the negative attention that Terri Horman has gotton by not testifying in her stepson, Kyron Horman's, missing person case. He disappeared from his school in Portland, Oregon, on June 4, 2010. Terri Horman was the last person to see him, and to date, has not given law enforcement factual information about her own whereabouts on that day. She has also failed two polygraphs. That's the extent of her exposure to the search for Kyron.

Since then, Terri Horman has abandoned her daughter, hired not one, but three attorneys, requested delay after delay in all court proceedings related to her relationships with family members, had a restraining order granted against her continueously for at least a couple of years, dodged summons servers, torn down posters with Kyron's picture and information, and attempted to intimidate any person with information about the case. Among other things..... but these are just the foremost examples. Yet...a media source, Anorak, from England has run a badly worded article about "poor Terri" because Kyron's mother filed suit against her in civil court and a judge subsequently referred to Terri as the "prime suspect". Well! Sorry if this is a problem for you, English Journalist, but the state of Oregon actually has a legal vehicle in civil court to stop a noncustodial party from committing custodial interference. Since Kyron's mother loves him and wants him back, she took advantage of civil law! As for being called a "prime suspect" by the judge, what do you think Terri IS in his court room, English Journalist? A court reporter? Terri Horman is the prime suspect, thanks to her own conduct, and would not be in this position had she behaved less like a perpetrator and more like a parent looking for a missing child.

America's Most Wanted recently included a segment about Kyron. In it, John Walsh, host of the show, states that the evidence all seems to point to Terri Horman. You can see the segment in my sidebar. This, too, has thrown the handful of persons who don't want Terri Horman to testify for a loop. Once again, I say, "Get over it".

To this handful of Americans who do not want Terri Horman answering any questions about Kyron or his whereabouts, you can rant on and on about how much you like this particular English newspaper, but remember; had Terri been involved in the same sequence of events in the same manner in a lot of other countries, England included, she would probably be waiting in jail for Kyron to be found and for all the evidence to surface, if she did not want to testify.

Terri Horman's Tulips

Or should I say Terri Horman's Two Lips? Either way, we haven't heard the truth.

Terri........Eli Moulton, Red Bluff, California. A search was done by your dad in July of 2010 for this person. Did either of you search for Kyron Horman? Remember, in July of 2010, Kyron had not even been missing for eight weeks, yet. It seems as if all of you should have been more focused on searching for him, rather than for possible geneological connections; that is, if any of you Moulton types in Roseburg actually cared about Kyron. Just sayin'..............

And Mazama, the reason I do not post your comments in their entirety is because your comments are often vulgar and biased in favor of allowing violently mentally ill individauls, such as the character who shot at people in the theater in Colorado, to continue, unchecked, in their violent behaviors. The law in America was never intended for that. Yes, ever since I saw the picture of Terri's father on the tractor, I have known that he did not own the tractor. If the tractor was actually involved in Kyron's disappearnce, do you think it matters who owns it? Perhaps where you live, it does; but not so much here. Here, the fact that someone harmed another person is more important than ownership of tools used in harming the other person or in hiding evidence. Also, no one has violated the law, here in America, by discussing Kyron's case on Facebook, on blogs, elsewhere on the internet, or in person. To win a lawsuit against anyone, Terri would have to prove that she had lost something material because of all the bad publicity she has gotton. Then, she would have to follow the trails of all of the bad publicity and every single source she would cite in court, and prove exactly how all of it was causing her to experience losses. Then, she would have to prove that all of the statements were untrue. Ouch. There's where ol' Terri would have a serious problem. Heretofore, she has not addressed any of it or testified at all. Without testifying, she cannot file suit. So why don't you stop your game of internet bullying, Mazama, and shut up?

Terri Horman Celebrates Kyrons Birthday By Hiring Another Lawyer

Kyron Horman's  tenth birthday passed yesterday. He has also been missing for over two years. While both of his parents have been very busy lately with different efforts to find Kyron, his stepmother, and the prime suspect in his disappearance, also got her name in the headlines, once again. Anyone care to guess why? No; she was not offering help or condolences to Kyron's family, or even passing out flyers with his picture, to remind everyone, on Kyron's birthday, that Kyron is not home yet. She hired yet another lawyer! Apparently, two are not enough if one has not committed a crime.......

Here's another problem Terri might be having: "Kyron's father Kaine Horman confirms he has been called to testify in an upcoming deposition. No trial date has been set in the civil suit." .....KGW

More witnesses are beginning to testify.

Message To James Moulton

James.....James.......James. Word has it that you have a military career planned, upon which you intend to embark in the next two or three weeks. This is probably good for you, as any branch of the military will provide you with a paycheck and with training for lots of career choices when your tour of duty is over. I am happy for you. There is one thing I think you should know before you say goodbye to "Mommy", though, and that's this; over the past two years, many of the visits to my blog, as indicated by my tracker, have been from military bases in various parts of the world, reading and re-reading any and all posts that mention your step-brother, Kyron Horman. A lot of people, in all branches of the military, care about him. From private and public comments, I can only gather that each and every military person who has read about Kyron would do just about anything to help bring him home. Should you leave Oregon without offering your testimony to help accomplish the same, you will probably be the only person serving in the armed forces who is not willing to do whatever is neccessary or possible to bring your little brother home. Do you really want to be that person, while in basic training? How about the rest of your career, James? How easy do you think the work world, especially the military work world, will be, when everyone around you cares about missing children, and you are the only one who has actually refused to do the right thing and help bring one home? Your whole military career might be over before it even starts.

I am hoping, and willing to consider, that you know nothing about Kyron's disappearance. When I first heard about Kyron, in the summer of 2010, I was willing to consider the same about your mother, too. In fact, I don't think anyone started to point the finger at her until problems with her statements to the police arose. She never managed to straighten those out, either, and that is ultimately the reason Kyron's mother is taking your mother to court. Your mother could save herself a lot of trouble simply by testifying. At this late date, I am sure you have heard quite a bit of inside information about the case from your mother, and others. Just on the outside chance that any of that information is something that could lead to Kyron or help explain what happened to him, the obvious moral obligation you have is to testify, despite your mother's objections. Yes, James, there are a few of us out there who understand what it is like to go straight on a crooked family, and it's hard.....but what is your crooked family really doing for you that's helpful and productive? Probably not much. Wouldn't you rather be the first witness to testify, rather than the person who gets a summons while at a duty station?

Note To Terri Moulton Horman

Hey Terri, all anyone really wants is to bring Kyron home. Why not sit down with whoever represents you and find a way to testify? If you cannot do this with whoever represents you now, why not look for attorneys who specialize in communicating information from key witnesses to the FBI? Granted, it won't be as easy as for you as clicking your heels together three times and saying, "I want to go home", but Kyron can't come home that way, either. No matter how this lawsuit filed by Desiree turns out, life will never be the same for you. There is no going back to what you thought was real. Time won't allow it. The only way you can find a positive direction is to make a responsible choice about bringing Kyron home. I can guarentee you that if you run from this, wherever you go, there you will be! The only way this matter will stop following you is if it becomes part of the past, and the only way it will become part of the past is if you stop it in it's tracks and testify.
