Terri Horman Finds Jesus
And the hits just keep on coming. Terri Moulton Horman, sometime stepmother of the missing Kyron Horman, who disappeared from his second grade classroom in 2010, recently remarried. In the past, Moulton has been denied a legal name change on more than one occasion because of her status as a suspect in Kyron's missing persons case. In late March, she finally found a way to do it. She went to Los Vegas, and married some dude named Jose De Jesus Vazques Martinez. The part of his name that is now Terri Horman's name, if any, remains unclear. What is also unclear is whether or not any of Terri's children were on the guest list. Something else that is unclear is Kyron's whereabouts. Terri, where's Kyron?

Lucas Hernandez Missing
Five year old Lucas Hernandez has been missing from Wichita, Kansas, for almost a month; since February 14. Since then, his stepmother has been arrested and detained on charges of child endangerment, and his father and mother have not given any interviews wherein they make clear requests of the general public to simply help find Lucas and bring him home. This is troubling, but as of today, there is a dedicated tipline, 316-268-4407. Crime stoppers is 316-267-2111.

Lyon Sisters And Lloyd Lee Welch
Last week, Lloyd Lee Welch pleaded guilty to the kidnapping and subsequent murders of Katherine Lyon, 12 years old, and Sheila Lyon, 10 years old, both of Kensington, Maryland, in March of 1975. For forty years, their disappearance was a mystery, until Montgomery County Police in Maryland decided to look over the files and the composite drawing of a man who had been seen following them. From there, they realized that Lloyd Lee Welch had paid them a visit, in a vain effort to collect reward money for knowledge of their whereabouts immediately after they disappeared. He failed a polygraph, so they didn't take him seriously. This makes him the first person of whom I have ever heard to be turned loose by the police for failing a polygraph.
I thought I would feel better after Lloyd Lee Welch went to court to enter his guilty plea in the 1975 murders of Sheila and Katherine Lyon, but I really don't. The message from Maryland is sadly clear: child abuse, including but not limited to murder, is still okey-dokey with Maryland authorities. I have yet to see Maryland authorities actually care what happens to children, even children of the rich and famous. We still do not know the whole story, and we still have not recovered the girls' remains.

More About The Kyron Horman Case
On June 4, it will be seven years since Kyron Horman disappeared from his Portland, Oregon school during a science fair. He was seven years old. There has seemingly been no trace of him during that time, and the only clues have been the behaviors, threats, and comments made by his some time step parent, Terri Moulton Horman, who, since her divorce from Kyron's father, now uses her maiden name, Moulton. She also lives in California, and uses the address of a relative there, while actually residing in other places around the state, mostly in the Sacramento area.
One of the reasons Terri Moulton is divorced from Kyron's father is that she allegedly attempted to convince another person to murder her husband. This came to light several weeks after Kyron went missing. She was never charged with the crime, and police were much more interested in finding Kyron at the time, but Kaine, Kyron's father, still was spooked enough to get a restraining order against her and begin divorce proceedings. Something else that has come to light during the past several months, in addition to Moulton's enhancement of her criminal record in California, is that in 1990, she allegedly attempted to have someone she was dating murdered! A laptop computer that once belonged to Moulton has also been seized. At this writing, law enforcement has not released many details, except to say that the investigation has recently included these things.
There is a new age progressed picture of Kyron, showing how he might look at age fourteen. As before, if anyone knows anything about Kyron's whereabouts, please call the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office at 503-823-3333 or 503-261-2847. (tip line)

Terri Moulton Horman's Life Of Crime
Here's Terri Moulton Horman, sometime step parent of missing Kyron Horman, who disappeared in 2010 from his school in Portland, Oregon when he was seven. She is pictured with a new mystery man. After refusing to help in the search or investigation of Kyron's missing persons case, Terri allegedly attempted to pay an acquaintance to murder Kyron's father Kaine Horman; triggering a divorce action from Kaine. She then moved to Roseburg, Oregon, and lived with her parents for about five years. After she was finished squatting at her parents' home, she trotted to California, using the address of another relative for identification, an address, and a drivers license. While doing all this, Ms. Moulton Horman also got arrested for stealing a gun, failure to appear in court for the same, and, most recently, for stealing a car.

Celebrating Holidays, Terri Moulton Style
Terri Moulton Horman, sometime stepmother of missing Kyron Horman, really loves to celebrate any holiday with trouble! She punctuated her third Fourth of July as Mrs. Kaine Horman by failing three polygraphs in connection to Kyron's disappearance from his Portland, Oregon school and by becoming a suspect in a murder for hire plot against her husband. They have since divorced, and he has a permanent restraining order against her, keeping her away from him and their daughter. Since then, she has spent five years living with her parents in Roseburg, Oregon. She recently moved to Sacramento, California.

More recently, Terri Moulton Horman spent the holiday season of 2015 doing a couple of interviews for People Magazine, still refusing to cooperate with law enforcement in Oregon in their ongoing efforts to locate Kyron. And of course, in what appeared to be her most audacious caper yet, Terri celebrated Labor Day, 2016 by appearing on the Dr. Phil show. The episode aired later in September, in two segments.
To the untrained eye, it would appear that Terri could do nothing more to ruin a holiday for herself and those close to her, simply because appearing on Dr. Phil is hard for a de facto suspect in a kidnapping to top. But all that was needed was patience; she had more planned for everyone. On July 4 of last year, Terri was arrested for failure to appear in court. Why was she summoned to court? Why....because she stole a handgun, of course! From her roommate! Then, in a mind boggling turn of events, Terri Moulton Horman has become the subject of yet another restraining order, and has been charged with domestic violence against her new boyfriend! This happened right after Thanksgiving and she is expected in court right before Christmas. It is advisable for everyone, everywhere to avoid spending any holiday with Terri Moulton Horman!

Terri Moulton Horman Stole A Gun
Yep. You read that correctly. After all the insane things Terri Moulton has put her family and her former spouse's family through, she moved to California and stole a gun from someone. Or at least, that's why she was arrested last year. She was also arrested in on July 4 of this year, for failure to appear in court.
Terri Moulton is not only a person of interest in Kyron Horman's missing persons case in 2010; she is also suspected in a murder for hire plot against Kyron's father and has threatened several volunteers in the search for Kyron. What possible interest would Ms. Moulton have in stealing a gun?
Is it possible that someone got tired of covering for her, and was about to spill the beans and reveal Kyron's whereabouts? Hopefully, Terri's power of intimidation will be reduced, now that the police in California are aware of her, along with the police in Oregon. Please, if you think you have seen Kyron, call the numbers posted with his picture.

Private Message
This is written specifically for someone who, with nothing to say, continues to rant on about the case of a child, Kyron Horman, who has been missing since 2010, from Portland, Oregon. To all others who read this, particularly those who volunteer your time, resources, and energy in raising awareness and actually helping Kyron's family negotiate this devastating situation, I applaud your efforts, and I am not addressing you in this post.
So here's my message to the miscreant who keeps pushing false information:
If you really saw the missing child, over six years ago, in someone's truck after he went missing, why didn't you say something then? Why didn't you call the cops, wherever you saw him, and give them a description of the vehicle and the person involved? In fact, why didn't you take a picture of the rear license plate on the vehicle? You implied, in your dumbass post, that you did; so why hasn't law enforcement gotten the information, in order to investigate the lead? Why go to social media with your nonsense?
After my experience with you, I can think of two reasons why you would keep information about a crime to yourself. First; you, personally, have no pursuits of your own in life, and blackmail money comes in handy every now and then. If you go to the police with any real information, they might solve the case and find the child, and any suspect turned defendant would face charges and likely go to jail. That would make it difficult for the suspect to keep paying you to be quiet about whatever you know, wouldn't it? You don't really care about missing children. You care about blackmailing those you think might be involved. The second possibility is a bit more sinister; you might actually be a potential defendant, yourself. I have seen you act in some very strange ways for the purpose of revenge, even for imagined slights, and you are a liar and criminal in your own right. Remember the murder near the lighthouse? Umpqua? You reached out to me for help in order to get out of there that night; yet when I helped you by calling the Coast Guard, you almost crapped your pants! You turned off your cell phone, in an insane effort to stop them from finding or helping you. Now why would you do that? You made no effort to inform me that a murder had been committed. While a long shot, there is, indeed, a possibility that you were involved.
There is also a third possibility, here. You are doing what you do for the sick pleasure of stirring up paranoia and unproductive conversation about missing persons cases. I've seen you do that, too. If that is what you are doing in Kyron's case, I think you should stop.

Missing Wichita Baby
Seven day old Sophia Victoria Gonzalez Abarca is missing from Wichita, Kansas. Her father came home from work yesterday to find Sophia's mother, Laura Abarca-Nogueda dead and Sophia missing. There was a vehicle that had been thought to have been involved, but the vehicle and its owner has been located, and were not involved, so police have no suspects or leads. The FBI tipline is 1-800-225-5324. If you have any information or think you may have seen this baby somewhere, please call that number and let someone know. Below is a picture of Sophia.
Update: Little Sophia has been found in Dallas, Texas, and there are two suspects in custody.

Dear Dr. Phil
Dear Dr. Phil,
Recently, you hosted the former step parent of Kyron Horman, missing from Oregon since 2010, on your talk show. At one point, you asked her about the suspicions on the part of the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office to the effect that she had attempted to hire someone to murder her husband, Kaine. The allegations centered around a landscaper, whom she had hired to mow her lawn, and an offer she had allegedly made. When you asked her about it, she told you that she had never told Kaine about the landscaper. In fact, she gave her older son, James Moulton, credit for mowing the lawn when she discussed it with Kaine.
Is there a way to send Terri Horman a follow-up question, via your show? If James had been given the task of mowing the lawn by his stepfather, does it build character when his mother hires a landscaper to do it, instead? What kind of a message is sent when she lies to her husband, and states that her son actually mowed the lawn, as charged? This does not sound like good parenting. There are quite a few people who saw your show that day, and would like these questions further explored. Oh, there's one more question that should be put to Terri directly: Terri, where's Kyron?

First Day Of School In Frankfort, Kansas
It's
that time of year again in Frankfort, Kansas, and this story will
appear once again on this site, because the school here in Frankfort has
not seen fit to come into compliance with safety standards observed by
schools in other parts of Kansas, and has not come into compliance
with federal law concerning the presence of weapons on school property,
bullying, or student safety. The only change made is that credit shall
be granted where it is due: the name of the errant and uncorrected
guidance counselor who has been granted carte blanche to endanger
children is Tom Schroeder.
Anyone who's listening, I will tell you a story. It's a true story, and it happened in October of 2009. Thankfully, it had a happy ending.
My oldest daughter used to be quite the avid cross country buff when she was thirteen years old. She was good at it, too. But one day, while she was at practice, and I was at home, just assuming that all was well, her coach drove past my house, stopping to talk to my eight year old son. Mr. Coach wanted to know if Mr. Eight Year Old had seen his older sister. Mr. Eight Year Old had not. No one had seen my daughter in over two hours. She was lost. Why was she lost? Because her coach had dropped her off by the side of a highway, four miles south of the town we live in, by herself, and just left her. It was part of cross country practice. No supervision. If she had been stung by a bee, had tripped and hurt herself, or had some other medical emergency, no one would have been there to help her. (at this juncture, you should know that I offered to volunteer to help with cross country, but since I do not attend a Christian church, my offer was rejected. The school staff thought it better to take chances with a child's safety in the way I just described) When my daughter realized that she did not know her way back, she started to wander on a side road, hoping it would bring her to a house, or another person. This area has a lot of commercial farms, and there were no houses or places my daughter could go to for help.
Back to my eight year old son.......Twenty minutes went by. While he did not realize the signifigance of his conversation with Mr. Cross County Coach, (also Mr. Guidance Counselor) he did realize that no one knew where his sister was, and it was getting later and later, and no one was looking for her. So he told me about it. I looked all over town, called all her friends, searched the school (why was the school left unlocked after everyone had gone home?) and finally started home to call the police, when a couple of senior boys drove up with my crying daughter in their car. It was still within a few minutes of when I found out she was missing, but this cross country coach had known all afternoon, and had not called the police, or spoken to me. Why? I guess whatever he cared about, it WASN'T my daughter. Well.........I actually DO care about my daughter. Nowhere else have I met a teacher that did NOT care, at least a little, about the children he teaches, but I think that is what the problem is with Mr. Cross Country Coach/ Guidance Counselor.
Suppose it was not young men from her school who found her, but a dangerous person? I have been told time and time again by the people who live in this small Kansas town that "those things don't happen here", and "there ARE no dangerous people here", but there was a sex offender whose address was within half a mile of where my daughter was abandoned. The police were quick to point that out, but the principal only argued his harmlessness as a sex offender with them and the school board is not worried about the incident.
My children no longer participate in cross country at their school. It isn't safe.
