Celebrating Holidays, Terri Moulton Style

Terri Moulton Horman, sometime stepmother of missing Kyron Horman, really loves to celebrate any holiday with trouble! She punctuated her third Fourth of July as Mrs. Kaine Horman by failing three polygraphs in connection to Kyron's disappearance from his Portland, Oregon school and by becoming a suspect in a murder for hire plot against her husband. They have since divorced, and he has a permanent restraining order against her, keeping her away from him and their daughter. Since then, she has spent five years living with her parents in Roseburg, Oregon. She recently moved to Sacramento, California.

A few days before Halloween in 2012, Terri surfaced momentarily at her parents home when John Walsh attempted an interview. She didn't want to talk to anyone, let alone tell Kyron's parents where Kyron can be found. She spent Memorial Day of 2014 putting up fake posters with terrible pictures of Kyron and the wrong phone number in several Oregon towns. July 4 of the same year was spent preparing to change her name to that of an Australian national with similar facial features and hair color to her own. She wasn't successful; outstanding restraining orders and complaints from the person upon whose identity she wished to impinge got in her way. Six months later, Terri celebrated Christmas with another identity crisis; once again, in a failed attempt to change her name.

More recently, Terri Moulton Horman spent the holiday season of 2015 doing a couple of interviews for People Magazine, still refusing to cooperate with law enforcement in Oregon in their ongoing efforts to locate Kyron. And of course, in what appeared to be her most audacious caper yet, Terri celebrated Labor Day, 2016 by appearing on the Dr. Phil show. The episode aired later in September, in two segments.

To the untrained eye, it would appear that Terri could do nothing more to ruin a holiday for herself and those close to her, simply because appearing on Dr. Phil is hard for a de facto suspect in a kidnapping to top. But all that was needed was patience; she had more planned for everyone. On July 4 of last  year, Terri was arrested for failure to appear in court. Why was she summoned to court? Why....because she stole a handgun, of course! From her roommate! Then, in a mind boggling turn of events, Terri Moulton Horman has become the subject of yet another restraining order, and has been charged with domestic violence against her new boyfriend! This happened right after Thanksgiving and she is expected in court right before Christmas. It is advisable for everyone, everywhere to avoid spending any holiday with Terri Moulton Horman!

A Kansas Racist Pig

Geesh! How is it that so many white Kansans actually claim the moral high ground while their white police officers threaten others? In this case, the white police officer got on Facebook and threatened a woman and child whom he had never met! Neither of the victims live in Kansas or know the police officer. Actually, he's a former police officer. He's been fired, but not arrested.

Kansas media was very slow to release the name of the former officer. Mostly, no pictures of him are available, except pictures that have been culled from Facebook. His name is Rodney Lee Wilson, and his picture is on the left.

If Rodney Lee Wilson had not been a white police officer, one can be sure that the media in Kansas would have plastered his name and picture everywhere. In the current culture and political climate of Kansas, it is really rather surprising that he lost his job because of his unprofessional behavior.

The Dirt On The Donald

It's actually about time. And Mr. Trump should have "expected" it. Donald Trump whines about illegal aliens, yet has married two females (your writer hesitates to call them ladies) who were not in America legally. In fact, the first female had defected from her native Czechoslovakia from behind the Iron Curtain. So much for respect of boundaries and citizenship; it is quite clear that Trump either does not mean what he says about it, or thinks that a career as a mail-order bride is a valid path to American citizenship.

Donald Trump also promotes his business savvy. Bankruptcies, at least four, in Trump's case, are permissible in the cases of individuals, but does America wish to force bankruptcy on a generation of children? Is it a way to run a nation? Because such procedures end up in court, the details are naturally open for all to read. If Trump actually secures the Republican nomination, many journalists and publications will proclaim these details, over and over again. It is only a matter of time. "The Donald" should really hope that there was nothing shady or unlawful in any of his past dealings. Remember Geraldine Ferraro and the error in her taxes? What are the chances, given his entire career, that there is unfavorable information concerning Trump's financial history?

How about "The Donald's" manners? Can America trust him to represent her, proudly? His illicit romantic affairs make Bill Clinton's tryst with Monica Lewinsky look puny. Trump even tried to convince a family law court to change the terms of divorce to include stopping his first wife from speaking about him in public, (see above link) but instead was schooled about the First Amendment to America's Constitution. How would he deal with the constant satire to which any public official is subjected? The world is not going to stop turning just for Donald Trump, so it seems that he really should have expected the reaction of Anonymous, along with many a journalist, IRS agent, former spouse, and many others. It's a no-brainer.

A Person Who Likes Abusive Cops

"You need to pack up and leave town.... there is surely there is a place for you, but it's definitely not here! You add nothing to the community"........This is part of a comment left for me under this post, concerning police brutality and abuses of authority. I can only assume that this person, whose IP number revealed an address and identity of someone from whom better demeanor than anonymous threats is expected, was in approval of the police coming to my house and battering me because a county attorney did not like my testimony concerning a case she wanted to win. There was more to the comment than I have reproduced here, but the commenter proceeded to attack my family in the rest of it, so I cut it short of the mention of the others in my home. All I am willing to say about that part of it is this: my husband is one of the best neighbors you could ever have; if you want to be a creep to him and the rest of our family, it is certainly your loss, not ours. As for this person's approval of law enforcement battering an older woman because of her penchant for the truth and justice, it reaffirms the opinion I have had of this Northeast Kansas community for quite some time. I can live anywhere I choose in MY country. I am also entitled to my Fourth Amendment rights, as those who disregarded them are about to discover. It is not up to any dingbat Northeast Kansas, undersocialized, WestboroBaptistChurchMember lookalike to determine where I can live. And it does not matter if I stay or go; the county will still be held accountable for the injustices done to yours truly and family.

Someone else had a few words to mince with this person, and those go as follows:

"You won't get past me. I am all over this situation. And I am a force to avoid. Believe it.You see, you ignorant fool, I am protected by ten-thousand angels. Yes, I am. And I will gladly send ten-thousand demons after YOU.I know all about your threats. I know what you are trying to pull here and I'm warning you...it will never happen.Juli and Keith are my friends. You don't mess with my friends. I am on the West Coast, right now and that is working to my advantage. And I am totally capable of contacting the right people if you so much as stare at my friends the wrong way.If you are involved in the County government or affiliated with law enforcement, you better watch your step. Because right now, I am watching YOU. I and several other key people are keeping a sharp eye on what is transpiring in Frankfort and in Marysville, Kansas. And if you get stupid (more than you already are)and step out of line, I guarantee that you will OFFICIALLY regret it."

Sincerely,
Ruthie Rader

This is but one of many messages I have gotton from quite a few different parts of the country about this situation. It seems that abuses of citizens by law enforcement and the rest of the judicial community have touched a raw nerve in the population's collective subconscious. I had no idea how many people would react to the pictures of the contusions left on me by that Marshall County Undersheriff, and I had no idea how emotional of an impact the situation could and would make. Please believe me, person who approves of police brutality, most people who share our nation are not happy about things like this. And the Constution is clear: I am under no obligation to be a clone of you, or of the congregation of Westboro Baptist Church, in order to enforce and enjoy my Fourth Amendment rights. If my insistence upon equality and respect is why you think I "add nothing" to this community, you need to realize that the most beautiful people in the world do not look anything like you. In fact, your comment, in connection with your particular role in frankfurter stand village, has nudged the school district just a little bit closer to consolidation. I do know the spot from which your signal reached me. As this is a small community, information from my tracker, a little investigative snooping, and a map of the place in this town that has used your IP number recently was all I needed. I also know who you are.

The Policeman Still Made Facebook Threat

Chance Hartner
hey adkins how about i kill you if you get on my computer again

You know, Marshall County, Kansas; the Facebook page can be hidden, the link destroyed, or the account cancelled, but the police officer you pay to maintain balence and peace still made the above quoted threat on a social media website, and threats of violence are still against Facebook's policy. They should be against your policy, as well.

North Korea And Anonymous

Kim Jong Un  wants to follow in the footsteps of his dad and grandfather, apparently. In an ongoing effort to scare the world, he wants all of us to remember that the Pyongyang Regime is alive and well, and that he will not be bullied or threatened. Bullied and threatened? That's an amazing observation on young Kim's part. While his dad and granddad were never as vocal to the rest of the world as he has recently been, they certainly promoted bullying and threatening as the methods of choice for evil dictators. They also knew that those who get bullied beyond a certain level of tolerance of retaliate, or bully back. They were even aware that the allies and neighbors of local, regional, and international bullies occasionally draw a line, beyond which such tactics will not be tolerated, and they did not extend their evil dictator paws beyond that which they could actually grasp. Young Kim, in my opinion, did not get enough attention at home during early childhood, probaby due to the sad fact that his father was too busy subjugating half of a nation to play basketball with him, and is desperately screaming for attention. It's also possible that he got away with all kinds of spoiled and infantile forms of self expression as a boy, and was never disciplined. Now North Korea, and the rest of us, have a vocal but powerful spoiled brat on our hands. It's too bad he can't be sent to his room and told to write an apology to those he has harmed, and then further held accountable by performing community service, such as picking up the trash left behind by fallout from any of his militia, and disarming mines. Discipline your kids, folks. If you don't, they might grow up to be evil dictators.

The Justice Community Wonders Why It's Not Getting Justice

In light of the recent shooting of a district attorney and spouse in Texas, this article was published on ABC News concerning the recent expressions of disrespect and violence toward law enforcement and prosecutors in the last year or so. Before I say any more, let me state that I do not condone violence, murder, or threats, and that I do not think that violence is an appropriate answer to the misunderstandings that have been mounting, for awhile, between the judicial community and the people they should serve. I think awareness and information are much better tools. That said, I also hope that the families of Mike and Cynthia McClelland will find peace.

Since the Declaration of Independance was drafted, the judicial process has been used, not only for seeking actual justice, but for more subtle means of "sending messages" to certain segments of the American population. The American public has seen, tolerated, and wholeheartedly accepted racist laws and policies, laws that have targeted the poor, sexist practices within the justice system, selective uses of prohibition laws to hound otherwise innocent people, and many, many more abuses of authority and justice. The reluctance of many courts to set aside or throw out guilty verdicts that are contradicted by forensic evidence that becomes available after trial dates is also disturbing. When the population at large begins to take note of criminals with more money and better lawyers experiencing favor in the courtroom, while poorer criminals, and sometimes innocent people, do not get proper legal counsel and are often found guilty of felonies, what do judges and cops expect everyone to think? Not that we haven't always had a certain amount of corruption within government agencies, we have; but since the dubious "election" of Bush Jr. in 2000, the judicial "war on the poor" seems to have become more fervent. Along with that, the economy has gotton less stable, and the number of citizens who have found themselves targeted by law enforcement for no reason and shafted by the courts with no recourse to competent legal counsel has increased. Also, has anyone noticed the number of misdemeanors that have turned into felony crimes lately? Not only does this put certain minorities in prison to serve longer sentences, it strips the targeted minorities of voting rights. Hence, the Fair Sentencing Act. When an entire population becomes legally disenfranchised, and everyday exchanges become criminal acts, the judicial and law enforcement communties should not be surprised at a certain amount of hostility.

Recently, I witnessed an exchange between two people, which; unfortunately, resulted in an arrest. While I witnessed most of the incident, I did not see a crime committed by either party. One of the "officers" involved insisted that I had seen a criminal act, and when I continued to tell him what actually happened, he became agitated and told me what my statement should be, informing me that I was about to "find out how powerful police in Marshall County, Kansas are" if I did not "cooperate". Verbatim quote, folks. He also threatened to go inside my house, wake up all my children, and take them away from me if I did not begin to make statements that coincided with the report he so much desired to write. Because I am stubborn and truthful, I stuck to my guns (no pun intended) and stuck to the truth. He got off his high horse when he ran out of threats, went back to the police station in his shiny police car, and wrote a statement that basically and unbasically isn't true. He even referred to yours truly as a "liar' several times. Lots of impartiality he expects from the court, I guess.

Later on, the district attorney, still lacking a written statement of events from yours truly, contacted me to tell me what I needed to say. I interrupted to her to remind her that the truth is more meaningful than her expectations of a guilty plea and the fines she was hoping to collect from the defendant. She became quite disturbed, and told me that she would contact social services and have them remove my children from my home if I did not "cooperate" with her..........! So; not only would I discover how "powerful" the police are when someone confuses them with the facts, I might also discover the consequences of refusing to read a "script" written by a crooked district attorney, rather than offering true testimony!

As it happens, I have been threatened by smarter, more powerful, and sexier individuals than this district attorney, so I promised her that I would be honest and never back away from what I know to be moral and honest. And social services has apparently been too busy with things that are real to come and visit me. But suppose I had taken the bait and drunk the koolaide? "We're gonna have your children taken away from you if you do not testify according to our script that we write for you in advance." "We're gonna take your children away if you don't say the right things to get your neighbor/friend/family members put in jail." That's a loaded threat. If this kind of crooked game is becoming commonplace across the country, it's no big surprise that prosecutors and law enforcement are having problems maintaining their own safety in their communities. Here's another example of the Marshall County Kansas district attorney's tactics, this time with a defendant. The woman was coerced into a guilty plea via threats to her children by the district attorney. According to the Marysville Advocate: "During court proceedings, Baynton’s motion claims, Kraushaar assured her she could file for a departure from the prescribed sentence for the crime she was pleading to, but after she entered her plea she said the attorney told her no departure would be allowed and that she must agree to consecutive maximum sentences. She also states that the state "repeatedly used the issue of the custody of the defendant's children to coerce her plea of guilty." The motion says her attorney "should have blocked this coercion and did not."

The defendant in the above case has already been granted a new public defender. If the court grants her motion to change her plea, that will indicate a lot of judicial and personal waste and aggravation just because the prosecuter is ungifted enough in courtroom strategy to threaten the children of witnesses and defendants whenever possible so as to avoid any real show of litigation skills, or as in this prosecutor's case, lack thereof. If law enforcement and prosecuting attorneys have actually turned a corner in legal strategies and decided that using the children of defendants, witnesses, and others involved in cases is the new forte in courtroom finesse, we can probably expect more anger turned toward the judicial and law enforcement communities.

"hey adkins how about i kill you if you get on my computer again"

......Excerpt from Facebook page of the youthful police officer who enjoys telling older women that they are going to "find out how powerful" he and police force are. In a lot of places, law enforcement is expected to be more mature and set a better example than this. It's also the kind of response law enforcement wants the rest of us to believe they don't want in their everyday lives. Why, then, do they exhibit it and force everyone else to live with it?

Post Election Etiquette

Geesh. Not only are Americans flying their flags upside down, which is only done if the nation is under attack or in distress, but sad Republicans are now going on social media with racist insults and assasination threats. The problems had by the police and secret service are......which threats get taken seriously?

Not only does racism make one appear socially inept and uneducated, but it is often coupled with violence. That's why the oversized female in the video below lost her job, when her boss noticed what she said about the President on Facebook. She may as well have mass mailed her unintelligent ramblings, because the FBI picked up on her scent and questioned her. Without talking to her, they felt they had no way of knowing if her threats were just unintelligent ramblings, or if they were intentions. Why would anyone talk the way this female collection of substandard DNA is talking, anyway? She accuses the President of "not doing anything for our country", yet cannot specifically name a single thing he should have done, but didn't, except need more sunblock at the pool.

Kudos to her boss for not forcing others to endure her presence in the workplace. Life is stressful enough.

Updates On The Ongoing Search For Lisa Irwin

Today, January 14, there was an organized volunteer effort to find Lisa Irwin, the baby girl who disappeared from her parents' home in Kansas City, Missouri. She was reported missing on October 4 of last year, and it is encouraging that neighbors and other concerned people in the community have not given up on Lisa. But here is something unexpected: an unidentified female made threats to searchers from a pay phone. That's a bit weird.........why would anyone be upset with volunteers looking for a missing baby?

Here is something else that seems a bit lopsided........a so called "psychic" named Stephanie Almaguer, second rate occultist and first rate attention whore, inserted herself into Lisa Irwin's case a couple of months ago, did a bunch of very fake looking readings, interferred with law enforcement to the detriment of the investigation and the stress of volunteers, and after creating quite a distraction, was completely wrong, hopefully not deliberately. After a couple of months, the stir she created began to fade. That seemed like a good thing. Suddenly, for no apparent reason, there was a rude and pithy comment from her left on the blog of a friend of mine. Also, nonsense originating from her profiles has popped up recently in a lot of places in internetland. All this, when it finally looked like she was going to go away.........but here's the thing: her comment on my friend's blog was posted at around the same time that the anonymous threat was made to the volunteer searchers in Kansas City. It may be a coincidence, but just in case, perhaps the next threatening phone call to volunteers in the Lisa Irwin case can be recorded and compared to Stephanie Almaguer's voice, which can be heard all over YouTube.

In the meantime, I will run another picture of Lisa Irwin. If she is still alive, she has probably grown and changed a bit. I wish every success to the volunteers and the professionals who are still trying to find her.

Isolate Atheists?

How weird! Here's a video response I saw this morning, when I looked at John Loftus's blog, that was made in response to someone with an online Christian following. Apparently, someone out there thinks that atheists should be made to register publicly, like sex offenders, so that everyone can avoid them and boycott their businesses. I've never heard anything like that in America before. Not from anyone sane, anyway. So much for the first amendment...............................

I am not an atheist, but methinks it would be much better to have an atheist next door than a sex offender! Why would atheists pose such a threat to anyone? Why do some people find it so threatening to share the world with people who come to different conclusions about abstract ideas?

Stop This

ISP# 68 234 116. You're information gets routed through a couple of different spots on the east coast, but I am pretty sure it does not originate there. The police agree with me. I got your threat the other day. I am asking you to stop. Don't make me get the FBI involved; because, unlike the rest of the people around here, I don't care who you are or what church you attend. I will go to the FBI if this continues. Also, if you are who I think you are, your employer recognized the verbatim of your threat and was none too pleased about it.
