How To File An Official Complaint About Laura Johnson McNish

Laura Johnson McNish is the county attorney for Marshall County, Kansas. During the past three years that she has served in this post, she has violated the civil rights and personal rights of many Kansas citizens and has ignored the law, favoring bullying tactics over courtroom skill. Verbal complaints about her performance can be found and heard all over Marshall County, but quite a few citizens do not realize that they can file a complaint, very easily, with the Kansas Bar Association. It is easy to fill out, and when you are finished, all you have to do is print it, sign it, and send the hard copy via snail mail to:

Complaints, especially in large numbers, are taken very seriously by state bar associations. Anyone who writes a letter when an official abuses authority is doing the rest of the community a favor. No one should have to suffer injustice, justice denied, or abuses of a prosecuting attorney. Also, a prosecutor should not use the time and resources of the taxpayers for personal revenge, while the actual needs of the taxpayers get ignored. Writing a letter of complaint to the Bar Association does not confer a negative label to the writer, it simply means that the writer cares about community, and wishes to correct inbalence within the government structure, such as it is.

North Korea And Anonymous

 

Kim Jong Un  wants to follow in the footsteps of his dad and grandfather, apparently. In an ongoing effort to scare the world, he wants all of us to remember that the Pyongyang Regime is alive and well, and that he will not be bullied or threatened. Bullied and threatened? That's an amazing observation on young Kim's part. While his dad and granddad were never as vocal to the rest of the world as he has recently been, they certainly promoted bullying and threatening as the methods of choice for evil dictators. They also knew that those who get bullied beyond a certain level of tolerance of retaliate, or bully back. They were even aware that the allies and neighbors of local, regional, and international bullies occasionally draw a line, beyond which such tactics will not be tolerated, and they did not extend their evil dictator paws beyond that which they could actually grasp. Young Kim, in my opinion, did not get enough attention at home during early childhood, probaby due to the sad fact that his father was too busy subjugating half of a nation to play basketball with him, and is desperately screaming for attention. It's also possible that he got away with all kinds of spoiled and infantile forms of self expression as a boy, and was never disciplined. Now North Korea, and the rest of us, have a vocal but powerful spoiled brat on our hands. It's too bad he can't be sent to his room and told to write an apology to those he has harmed, and then further held accountable by performing community service, such as picking up the trash left behind by fallout from any of his militia, and disarming mines. Discipline your kids, folks. If you don't, they might grow up to be evil dictators.
 

 

Second Grader Suspended For Pretending To Save The World

Today, in Colorado, a seven year old was suspended for throwing an imaginary grenade into a box of imaginary evil people in order to save the world while he was at recess. Apparently, Mary Blair Elementary has rules against any fighting, either imaginary or real. Alex Evans will be fighting the good fight at home for a few days. This is a bit remniscent of an incident last month, in Pennsylvania, when ten year old Melody Valentin was suspended and called a murderer for having a piece of paper in her possession that allegedly bore the one dimensional shape of a gun.

Ya know.....when school administrators take these actions against children, it is usually political. The parents of those children are usually people who don't conform, or who don't have enough money to make the rest of the community happy, and whom everyone is comfortable bullying. Seriously; how often does the principal's child get suspended, even if he actually punches someone? How often does the mayor's child, or the local Christian minister's child, get disciplined or suspended? Definately not as often as the children of people whom others enjoy bullying and pushing around. It's all a big social game, featuring petty adults using children as pawns, all for their own power posturing pleasure. Alex Evans and Melody Valentin have not done anything wrong.

 

Here's a post about another school, in Arizona, where a bully knocked a small child unconscious on the school, yet even with surveillance, suspending that bully was "asking for too much", or "not proper", or "the wrong approach". That child should just learn to "adjust" to being bullied, and "stop complaining". School, and all the other amenities of a civilized population, are really only here for those who can play along with peer pressure. It's a shame that some school administrators are willing to harm children while they bully the childrens' parents.

 

 

Hooray For Candy Crowley!

I think I have a new favorite female news person! Candy Crawley apparently does not care how much money Mitt Romney has, does not care how elevated he is within his silly cult organization, and does not give a rip about the fact that he has been getting away with bullying and lying all his life. It was wonderful to watch her work last night. She just told Romney to "sit"...something his mother should have tried!
 

Battle Of The Psychics

This is getting ridiculus. Stephanie Almaguer is very, very upset with everyone and anyone who publicly disagrees with her. She wants anyone, other than herself, owning a deck of Tarot cards to know that "God" agrees with HER, (Where else have I heard THAT before? Lets see......Bishop Robert Finn, Reverend Warren Jeffs, Charles Manson, and Brian David Mitchell,who kidnapped Elizabeth Smart, to name a few) and she wants anyone volunteering in any efforts to find a missing person whose case she has disrupted to be "warned about her husband", who apparently likes to write to women online, via their blogs and email addresses, to cuss them out for suggesting that Stephanie may be wrong, dangerous, or psychotic, and that volunteers and searchers should ignore her. That's amusing! Not only her husband; who has not, as nearly as this blogger can tell, confronted a MAN online or in person; but "God" is on her side! Oh well........Stephanie is not the first online or in person bully and liar to claim the personal favor of "God"! We can always hope she will be the last, but the cards have already told me she isn't gonna be the last!

Brownback Still Sucks And Leaves Krawitz Holding Bag

I have gotton lots of hits indicating searches for a picture of Karl R. Krawitz, and searches for a possible public apology to the Shawnee Mission East senior, Emma Sullivan, for attempting to force her to write an apology for tweeting "Brownback sucks" to her friends at a statehouse field trip in Topeka. Krawitz is the principal of Shawnee Mission East, and apparantly a local stooge of republican politicians. Initially, Miss Sullivan had intended to go ahead and write the apology, but has since changed her mind. Then, in a very political turn of events, Governer Brownback apologised to Miss Sullivan, stating that his staff had overreacted. Considering the fact that almost every publication in the nation had run the story, this was politically savvy of him.

I perused all available information to find out if Karl R. Krawitz has any intentions of apologising to his student for bullying her and humiliating her in front of her peers, but did not find much about him at all. What I did find was the website for Shawnee Mission East, where the incident is not mentioned. And...while I suppose one could email Mr. Karl Marx Krawitz, (another "Krawtiz" search) a couple of other bloggers and posters had a better idea. On the school website is a link for the reporting of bullying incidents, and I clicked on that and wrote my concerns about school administrators who bully students over politcal issues, depriving them of their constitutional rights. The last item I wanted to cover in this post is Karl R. Krawitz's picture, something for which lots of people have searched today. All I could find was a thumbnail, which I will include. I absolutely look forward to his public apology to Emma Sullivan, for bullying her concerning matters political and pressuring her to write a letter she did not need to write, and his public apology to the student body at Shawnee Mission East, for setting such a terrible example. Now that Browncrack has apologised, Krawitz is left holding the bag.
