Usually, your blogger celebrates happily on Summer Solstice, as it is a day to celebrate the work of the God, and his love for our beautiful planet. This year, however; happy celebrations did not seem appropriate. Instead, there is work to be done in the way of taking our world back from those who seriously feel it is appropriate to snatch nursing babies from the arms of their mothers.
What the hell is wrong with some people? We all should care.
To the person who brought over cookies the other day, for the Christmas holiday; I just wanted to thank you. I wasn't here, and my children do not know who you are.....they just ate the cookies! Thank you so much, and have a great holiday!
The notorious lech, Roy Moore, senate candidate of Alabama, has challenged Jimmy Kimmel, comedian most often seen on ABC, to a "duel" to defend Christian values! (you blogger is laughing, really hard, right now) It seems that Kimmel's refusal to embrace, not only teenage girls, but the culture of older men embracing teenage girls, has spiritually offended Roy Moore...in a very, very Christian way!
A heckler from the Jimmy Kimmel show appeared at a Roy Moore rally, and later on, when Moore realized he had been heckled, he issued the challenge to Kimmel. Kimmel has offered visit Alabama and take Moore up on all this. It should be very interesting, but Christians probably will not change their minds about abuse and sexual misconduct. For centuries, Christianity has been the biggest shield for sex offenders and child abusers, offering them everything from amnesty when caught to assistance when blaming the victims. We all know whose side Jesus is on: the abuser's side. Every time.
And in other news, the State of Nebraska actually convicted and sentenced a man for sexually abusing a ten year old girl in an Lincoln, Nebraska church.
Mary Anne MacLeod, mother of Donald Trump, immigrated to the United States from Scotland in 1930. Her visa number was 26698. She was, apparently, not in violation of any immigration laws that were in place at the time. She traveled in and out of this country, and married Fred Trump, Donald Trump's father, in 1936. The discrepancy that has raised a few eyebrows is the fact that on a 1940 census, she and her husband lied about her status here in the United States, claiming that she was a naturalized citizen. Mary Anne did not become naturalized until 1942, if at all. The documentation of naturalization the donald's mother is unclear.
Fast forward to today. Donald Trump, the so-called president of the United States, has ordered that Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, be reversed, deporting at least 800,000 young men and women who have been in this country since early childhood, and do not know any other home.Unfortunately, life is not always fair, and the illegal immigrant parents of these children, now grown, should not have put their children in such a terrible position. In light of the circumstances of Trump's parents, having lied to government officials about his mother's citizenship here in America; his first wife's questionable immigration, illegally immigrating to Canada from behind the Iron Curtain, before shacking up with Donald Trump; and his third wife's immigration crime of working for pay on a non-working visa, many, many people are wondering if Trump and his children born to foreign consorts should be deported along with all the people he wants to kick out of America. These are things that get immigrants deported instead of welcomed.
Here is the legendary Woody Guthrie, with a song he wrote for Fred Trump. One can clearly see how the donald was brought up.
I got your question, and decided to answer you in a new post, with a graphic. As a Tier One sex offender in Maryland, Robert Neil Boyd is required to register as a sex offender for fifteen years after his conviction. I do not know why he isn't showing up as such where you have looked for him. Perhaps he has absconded, or is in violation of the terms of his probation. He would not be the first disgusting sex offender to behave that way. As for Tennessee, where he also has a record for sex crimes against children, I do not know why he isn't registering there as required, either. Thank you for the information; maybe his probation officers in both states should be made aware. Or maybe he is back in jail for the same type of offense. To answer your question about my source of the information, I have included a graphic below, along with his picture.
In May of 2016, Keaton Krell, a La Cygne, Kansas teacher in a public high school, was arrested for having a sexual relationship with one of his students. Everyone connected to Prairie View Unified School District acted surprised, especially the superintendent, Chris Kleidotsy. The principal, Tim Weis, also claimed to have no knowledge of the situation.
Kleidotsy moved on, and became the superintendent in Tonganoxie, Kansas, and Weis was still principal at the same school until yesterday, when both men were arrested. It seems that they actually did know that Keaton Krell was having an inappropriate relationship with a student, and it also seems that despite the fact that this is unlawful, they thought there was no obligation to report Krell's conduct to law enforcement and let the child's parents know.
It's
that time of year again in Frankfort, Kansas, and this story will
appear once again on this site, because the school here in Frankfort has
not seen fit to come into compliance with safety standards observed by
schools in other parts of Kansas, and has not come into compliance
with federal law concerning the presence of weapons on school property,
bullying, or student safety. The only change made is that credit shall
be granted where it is due: the name of the errant and uncorrected
guidance counselor who has been granted carte blanche to endanger
children is Tom Schroeder.
Anyone who's listening, I
will tell you a story. It's a true story, and it happened in October of
2009. Thankfully, it had a happy ending.
My oldest
daughter used to be quite the avid cross country buff when she was
thirteen years old. She was good at it, too. But one day, while she was
at practice, and I was at home, just assuming that all was well, her
coach drove past my house, stopping to talk to my eight year old son.
Mr. Coach wanted to know if Mr. Eight Year Old had seen his older
sister. Mr. Eight Year Old had not. No one had seen my daughter in over
two hours. She was lost. Why was she lost? Because her coach had
dropped her off by the side of a highway, four miles south of the town
we live in, by herself, and just left her. It was part of cross country
practice. No supervision. If she had been stung by a bee, had tripped
and hurt herself, or had some other medical emergency, no one would
have been there to help her. (at this juncture, you should know that I
offered to volunteer to help with cross country, but since I do not
attend a Christian church, my offer was rejected. The school staff
thought it better to take chances with a child's safety in the way I
just described) When my daughter realized that she did not know her way
back, she started to wander on a side road, hoping it would bring her
to a house, or another person. This area has a lot of commercial farms,
and there were no houses or places my daughter could go to for help.
Back
to my eight year old son.......Twenty minutes went by. While he did
not realize the signifigance of his conversation with Mr. Cross County
Coach, (also Mr. Guidance Counselor) he did realize that no one knew
where his sister was, and it was getting later and later, and no one was
looking for her. So he told me about it. I looked all over town,
called all her friends, searched the school (why was the school left
unlocked after everyone had gone home?) and finally started home to
call the police, when a couple of senior boys drove up with my crying
daughter in their car. It was still within a few minutes of when I
found out she was missing, but this cross country coach had known all
afternoon, and had not called the police, or spoken to me. Why? I guess
whatever he cared about, it WASN'T my daughter. Well.........I actually
DO care about my daughter. Nowhere else have I met a teacher that did
NOT care, at least a little, about the children he teaches, but I think
that is what the problem is with Mr. Cross Country Coach/ Guidance
Counselor.
Suppose it was not young men from her
school who found her, but a dangerous person? I have been told time and
time again by the people who live in this small Kansas town that
"those things don't happen here", and "there ARE no dangerous people
here", but there was a sex offender whose address was within half a
mile of where my daughter was abandoned. The police were quick to point
that out, but the principal only argued his harmlessness as a sex
offender with them and the school board is not worried about the
incident.
My children no longer participate in cross country at their school. It isn't safe.
Donald Trump made an interesting promise at a rally, yesterday. He announced to his audience that everyone sitting behind him, in the path of the cameras, would be famous as a result where they sat at the event. Then he made some inflammatory statements about Seddique Mir Mateen, the father of the deceased suspect who has been dubbed "The Orlando Shooter". Apparently, Mateen attended one of Hillary Clinton's events, and was spotted on camera. Trump proceeded to make him famous because of it. What Trump failed to point out, however; was that at the very moment he was making someone at one of Clinton's events famous, he had a little bit of fame at one of his own events.
Mark Foley, who at one time represented Florida in Congress, was seated behind Donald Trump, in clear view of the cameras. It really wasn't necessary for "the Donald" to promise fame, though. Foley is already well known. Foley was the co-chair of the Missing and Exploited Childrens Caucus, and he sponsored the Adam Walsh Child Safety and Protection Act of 2006. His involvement with those two agendas strongly suggest that he disapproves of child predators and kiddie porn. But then, he sent some sexually explicit and completely inappropriate messages via instant messenger to congressional pages. He resigned during an investigation. So, what was he doing at a Trump rally, seated behind The Donald, himself? Certainly not seeking fame, as he already has it.
Sheriff David Groves, of Cherokee County, Kansas, decided to help Missouri out with a bench warrant for some guy named Doug Alexius. Alexius had missed court for a misdemeanor charge, and getting him back to wherever he was supposed to be was a matter of top priority. The pigs in Kansas have stated over and over again that Alexius was wanted for a felony, but upon closer scrutiny, it has become clear that this was only a bench warrant for missing court. To fast forward to December 16 of 2015, Groves decided that since a woman named Nita Lane had once dated Mr. Alexius, he must have hidden in her home. So he sent a nice fat pig to knock on her Galena, Kansas door. She put a clothespin on her nose (not really, but she should have) and told the pig that Mr. Alexius did not live at her home, was no longer a friend or acquaintance, and was not inside the home at the time. The pig came back with an outdated infrared camera, and without stopping to read the directions for use, snapped some shots of the house. As it happened, there were sources of heat inside! Imagine that, in the middle of December! Mr. Piggie knocked on the door again, and informed Ms. Lane and her children that they had to evacuate the premises while he and his SWAT team goons "negotiated" with the "fugitive from justice".
This is where Kansas cops and the FBI tore into the upstairs of
Nita Lane's house. The broke a bunch of windows, too.
Ms. Lane gathered up her children and vacated, while repeatedly telling the pigs that their quarry was not on the premises. The pigs responded by spending nineteen hours calling out epithets and threats to an empty house. Finally, after an entire night, followed by the next day, of threatening to "rotate his officers out", Sheriff Groves and the FBI decided it was time to give up and go have doughnuts and coffee. While searching, they poked holes in the side of the house, used a wrecker to smash the upstairs, threw the childrens' toys and personal belongings everywhere, tore apart the Christmas tree and stomped on all the ornaments, and threw the Christmas tree out the window.
The FBI decided that all the windows, the siding, the walls, and the structure of the house, itself, could be fixed with $8,000.00, which they graciously offered to the now homeless Ms. Lane and her children. To be completely real here, $8,000.00 probably wouldn't even get the family a new roof, let alone fix all the other damage done by the police in Kansas. No mention was made of reimbursing the family for the furniture, or for the childrens' toys. A gofundme page has been set up to help.
We now hold fundraisers for the victims of police violence. Is there anyone out there, still, who does not understand why policemen are known colloquially as "pigs''? It might also be worth a mention that despite the status of Doug Alexius as a fugitive, The FBI and Kansas law enforcement do not appear terribly interested in media coverage to assist in his capture.
Do you remember that female high school student you paid, several years ago, to help you sweep a misdeed under the rug? She clearly saw something that could have cost someone's career, and rightfully so. Well. there's something you overlooked. It is against the law, everywhere in the United States, to "buy" anyone's silence in criminal matters. Not only is that called "witness intimidation" and "obstruction of justice", but it is also known as "bribery".
You bought this person's silence when she was very young, and had no real understanding of her legal rights. You did a rather good job of brainwashing her, and frightening her. But you did not realize that she has a conscience: if any harm comes to someone else, as a result of her refusal to testify, she will never forgive herself. And for that, there is no such thing as enough hush money. By the way, she was also too young to legally be bound to any contract you coerced her to sign. Did you really think that she would never realize that?
"Those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones!!! If you think you and your family are perfect then maybe you shouldn't even be worried about other peoples business. You do not know all the facts nor do you have the right to judge anyone. Innocent until proven guilty!!! I wonder if others judge you the same as you judge others..."
Above is a comment that was sent to this site yesterday, concerning this post, describing Miranda Cain, the teenage madam in Marysville, Kansas who was arrested for pimping an eighth grader from her school to a stranger. Yes, you read that correctly. There are problems in many schools across the nation, but this one is a bit unusual.....and we should all probably be thankful for that! But on the other hand, that makes the small community of Marysville famous for presenting serious danger to children.
The person who wrote that comment was not thinking about the child whose life may, very well, have been ruined by this whole mess. The comment only defends Miranda Cain, and does not consider the safety of any of the other children. No one is important to this person except Citizen Cain. Nothing else, from the well being of others, particularly children, to the quality of the community matters to the writer of the comment. This is all too common in Marshall County, Kansas.
Citizen Cain was a Marysville High School student who had been recognized for "distinguished service" (the term takes on a new meaning in Cain's case) by the administration of Marysville High School. She was one of the students who was touted as a "good example" for others to follow. This is disturbing. Contrary to the opinion of the writer of the comment, it is extremely important that everyone in Marshall County be aware of Citizen Cain and her pastimes. The administration of Marysville High School told other children to follow the example of a person who is now in jail, awaiting trial for sex trafficking. Parents were led to believe that their children were safe around Cain. Now, at least one child's life has been ruined, and that's only the child about whom we happen to know. It would come as no surprise to hear about more. Since Marysville High School has administrators and a school board who reward such behavior handsomely and assist students who are involved in crime in gaining scholarships and grants for college, while normal children get neglected; it is abundantly clear that without public conversation about this issue, administration at the schools in Marshall County Kansas will continue to sweep student crime under the proverbial rug and lie to parents forever, if they can get away with it. Yes, it is important to talk about this. It is also important to stress that human trafficking and child abuse are wrong. It appears that school boards in Kansas do not understand this. It also appears that school boards in Kansas do not understand that prostitution is against the laws in most places.
Inasmuch as "innocent until proven guilty" goes, the Marysville Advocate described the evidence in the case against Miranda Cain in rather explicit detail, and it looks as if the case is strong. If Citizen Cain is averse to pleading guilty, she will probably invoke her right to a jury trial. As for "living in glass houses", the comment assumes that a parent must somehow be perfect before protecting his children from human traffickers and other icky influences. This is error. Whether perfect or not, every parent has a responsibility to protect his children from students like Miranda Cain and school administrators who tell children to follow Miranda Cain's example! Sometimes, these decisions are not popular in places where immoral behavior IS popular, but this is one of the reasons why children should always be taught to question authority and never to blindly follow a crowd.
One more thing; when a student who has the carte blanche approval of school administration is apprehended while trafficking another student for sex, it is everyone's business. Hopefully, the writer of this comment will come to understand that every parent in Kansas, or who merely passes through Kansas with children in tow, needs to know about Miranda Cain. It is the business of everyone, now that it is public information. When a county of less than 10,000 people has a problem with human trafficking, awareness becomes the business of everyone. If Citizen Cain's position as part of the problem, rather than part of the solution hurts someone's widdle feelins', too bad! Shouldn't Miranda Cain's victim(s) matter just as much as Miranda Cain matters?
Surprise, surprise! The state of Kansas does not require background checks for all public school employees. Teachers must be vetted, but bus drivers, secretaries, para-professionals and cafeteria workers are welcome to add a criminal record, complete with a listing in the sex offender registry, to their resumes. Commission of a crime by a teacher while employed by a school is not a problem for many "unified" school districts in Kansas, either. As long as parents can be intimidated by school administration and the local "unified" school board to keep quiet about any criminal activity or behavior by teachers, it can go undetected.
Here's a video that was taken in St. Paul, Minnesota, in January of 2014. It shows a black man being arrested because he waited in a public place, a skyway, for his children to get out of school. Someone had called the police to complain that there was a black man in the skyway, and the police responded, as if it were an actual emergency. Then, after finding no crime in progress, they took the man to jail, leaving his children with no one to take them home. The person who attempted to record the whole incident was forced to reclaim his cell phone, by the way. It was unlawfully confiscated. Here's the ACLU guide for snapping pictures and video in public places.
To those who really don't understand why there were riots in Ferguson, Missouri because of Michael Brown's death, or why is it important to hold police officers in Baltimore, Maryland accountable for the death of Freddie Gray, just remember that digital photography has become the great equalizer.
The pope has accepted the resignation of Bishop Robert Finn, of Kansas City, Missouri, who pretty much got away with protecting one of his priests, Shawn Ratigan, when police came knocking on the door, search warrant in hand, requesting more information. After removing the computer requested by law enforcement and concealing it at another address, the court found him guilty of "failing to report" the crime and gave him "suspended probation". What a farce, and a mockery of justice! Shawn Ratigan had actually produced and trafficked kiddie porn while preaching the gospel, and Finn was more interested in protecting the kiddie porn, the kiddie porn producer, and the computer involved than in protecting his religion or the children involved. Sometimes, one simply has to take a minute to see christianity for what it so often is, and sleep in one Sunday morning.
This time, it was Pottawatomie County. Two twelve year old students from St. George, Kansas, took some trash to a recycling bin on Wednesday, and were followed by an older man with whom they were unacquainted. While the two children were able to escape him, he made some overtures that were interpreted by the sheriff's office as attempts to abduct the children, and police would like to find out more. He's been described as an older male with greying hair and a bald spot on the back of his head and a white beard. The man was wearing a black and white striped shirt and blue jeans. He drove a red, four door Chevrolet. Anyone with information should call the Pottawatomie County Sheriff at 785-457-3353.
Hopefully, this was an isolated incident in St George. If the school looks at it's policies about supervision of children, and makes appropriate revisions, this might be the last time a dangerous person ever feels so welcome to make advances toward students right on school property. There have been more reports in the news lately about vulnerable children and strangers in Northeast Kansas, and it's starting to look like it may be time for certain public schools here in Kansas to come into compliance with national standards for student safety.
On January 13, at 5:45 PM, after getting dropped off by the school when their after school program was over, two sister, ages seven and eleven, were almost abducted in Topeka, Kansas by a man they had never met. He actually put his grubby hands on the younger of the two, and told them that he wanted to take them to "play barbies" (whatever he meant by that) with his child, and that he lives at the Rescue Mission. The girls both started to scream and attract attention, and luckily, the man was spooked enough to give up and run away. He has been described as white, in his late forties, with a medium build and short brown hair. He has a tattoo on the back of one of his hands. Anyone who might be able to identify this person or who saw the incident is asked to call Crimestoppers at 785-234-0007.
Citizens for Objective Public Education, in Kansas, are at it again. After being told by the Honorable Judge Crabtree, of the Kansas Supreme Court, that there is no merit to their lawsuit and it's claim that teaching evolution to students in Kansas public schools has created an inordinate number of atheists among the Kansas youth, they have decided to appeal Judge Crabtree's ruling.
These folks need not only to learn about science, but also about the judicial system. Their revised complaint is that atheism is a religion and that teaching science to children is exposing them to a religion.....!Where's the eye-rolley when I need it? Atheism has never been listed in any library of religious beliefs anywhere in the world, and will never meet the criteria for such a thing. These cuckoos are the same ones who teach about Judaism by showing the Charleton Heston movie, The Ten Commandments in sixth grade social studies, and openly teach children at the same grade level that President Obama was not born in America.... another topic that should be given a rest. Atheism is not a religion, and science is a necessity in order for Kansas children to compete with students, and eventually marketplaces, in the rest of the world.
The first step in cases involving those who abuse positions of authority in order to commit crimes against children and engage in human trafficking is to expose those who are compromised.
It seems with all of your superior intelligence you forgot to mention it was a cross country coach and it was practice!!! If someone who is educated in the matter doesn't agree with you, you turn around and bash them. Like the Priest for instance. Maybe if you spent more time raising your kids they wouldn't get "lost" during practice. It seems they aren't very bright.
And I said:
Juli HenryDecember 18, 2014 at 9:39 AMI did not neglect or forget to mention that. http://siriunsun.blogspot.com/2014/08/first-day-of-school-in-frankfort-kansas.html
Tom Schroeder and his enablers have gone out of their way to make sure that no one is "educated in this matter." They are criminals. Plain and simple. They just haven't been arrested. When they make a mistake that cannot be hidden from public view, I will be there with this information, too.
How would I have stopped Tom Schroeder from abandoning my daughter during practice, you creep? I trusted him, and he honored that by setting her up for murder. If you think Deanna isn't very bright, you aren't aware of all the scholarships she won. But then, she's not part of the local genotype, so a higher IQ would be expected in her case.
Of course I got angry with the priest. As a Catholic priest, he should have been very careful, in view of recent "problems" encountered by his contemporaries, to make sure that he never supported any action that could have made a child an easy victim for the types of things for which priests are most often sued or sanctioned.
What IS it with you people? I have never gotten an apology from USD 380 for violating my trust in them when I allowed my daughter to participate in their extra curricular activities, despite my misgivings. When the school board went out of it's way to cover up Tom Schroeder's act of abandoning my daughter four miles away from the school, by herself, and refused to tell me what protocols are followed when a child goes missing, WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENED, I realized that with no explanation for this breach of trust and for this dereliction of duty, Tom Schroeder may have done this deliberately. If so, I must wonder why. Was he setting my child up for something more sinister? Did the strangers who gave her a ride back to town simply obstruct some other purpose? No one ever got back in touch with me to answer those questions, and to assure me that the man who, either deliberately or by accident, set my daughter up to be murdered or permanently missing would never be trusted in the presence of children again. I expected no less, as any other school district would have responded that way immediately. In fact, the defensive hostility suggests something more sinister, and since my daughter was not one of Frankfort's own frankfurters, it seems entirely possible that she did not matter to Schroeder or the school board, and was, somehow, expendable. Until I get an explanation about why, when schools and parents nationwide are prohibited from such actions toward children, USD 380 continues to give Tom Schroeder a free pass to abuse and endanger children, I will continue to discuss this case with anyone who is interested in safe schools.
Lately, a few people from various parts of the country have expressed doubts in the sincerity of law enforcement in their communities because Amber Alerts are not always issued when children go missing. It's always comforting to know the police are actively seeking a missing child, but some people continue to question why Amber Alerts are not in place for each case. Two recent cases that stand out are the Sarah and Jacob Hoggle case, of Montgomery County, Maryland, and Samara Herrera who was missing for much of the day in Topeka, Kansas on Saturday, September 20, but who was successfully located without an Amber Alert.
The Amber Alert system is a great tool for public awareness when a child disappears. The criteria for an Amber Alert is very strong evidence that the child has actually been taken by an unauthorized adult, and a reasonably accurate description of the adult and the child. A description of a vehicle is also necessary; if possible, with the tag number. This helps give the general public an idea of what kind of transportation they should hope to see, and it gives law enforcement a reason to look harder at any vehicle that matches the description. Quite a few children have been found and brought home because of Amber Alerts.
An Amber Alert would not be helpful in the Hoggle case, because the car that was used to transport the children away from home was returned to its owner, the childrens' grandfather, and police have no further information concerning vehicles used by the childrens' mother. Likewise, in Samara Herrera's case in Topeka, no known vehicle could be reported to law enforcement, so that identifying information could not be used to compile an Amber Alert. At the same time, however; police bulletins have been broadcast extensively for both cases. The absence of an Amber Alert does not mean that there is any absence of search and rescue efforts, or an ongoing case, should the child remain missing.
Sharing photos of missing persons, along with the contact information of the police department handling their cases, is still the best way for communities to assist in missing persons cases, even in cases that do not fit the criteria for Amber Alerts.
