How The Pigs Stole Christmas

Sheriff David Groves, of Cherokee County, Kansas, decided to help Missouri out with a bench warrant for some guy named Doug Alexius. Alexius had missed court for a misdemeanor charge, and getting him back to wherever he was supposed to be was a matter of top priority. The pigs in Kansas have stated over and over again that Alexius was wanted for a felony, but upon closer scrutiny, it has become clear that this was only a bench warrant for missing court. To fast forward to December 16 of 2015, Groves decided that since a woman named Nita Lane had once dated Mr. Alexius, he must have hidden in her home. So he sent a nice fat pig to knock on her Galena, Kansas door. She put a clothespin on her nose (not really, but she should have) and told the pig that Mr. Alexius did not live at her home, was no longer a friend or acquaintance, and was not inside the home at the time. The pig came back with an outdated infrared camera, and without stopping to read the directions for use, snapped some shots of the house. As it happened, there were sources of heat inside! Imagine that, in the middle of December! Mr. Piggie knocked on the door again, and informed Ms. Lane and her children that they had to evacuate the premises while he and his SWAT team goons "negotiated" with the "fugitive from justice".

This is where Kansas cops and the FBI tore into the upstairs of
Nita Lane's house. The broke a bunch of windows, too.

Ms. Lane gathered up her children and vacated, while repeatedly telling the pigs that their quarry was not on the premises. The pigs responded by spending nineteen hours calling out epithets and threats to an empty house. Finally, after an entire night, followed by the next day, of threatening to "rotate his officers out", Sheriff Groves and the FBI decided it was time to give up and go have doughnuts and coffee. While searching, they poked holes in the side of the house, used a wrecker to smash the upstairs, threw the childrens' toys and personal belongings everywhere, tore apart the Christmas tree and stomped on all the ornaments, and threw the Christmas tree out the window.

The FBI decided that all the windows, the siding, the walls, and the structure of the house, itself, could be fixed with $8,000.00, which they graciously offered to the now homeless Ms. Lane and her children. To be completely real here, $8,000.00 probably wouldn't even get the family a new roof, let alone fix all the other damage done by the police in Kansas. No mention was made of reimbursing the family for the furniture, or for the childrens' toys. A gofundme page has been set up to help.

We now hold fundraisers for the victims of police violence. Is there anyone out there, still, who does not understand why policemen are known colloquially as "pigs''? It might also be worth a mention that despite the status of Doug Alexius as a fugitive, The FBI and Kansas law enforcement do not appear terribly interested in media coverage to assist in his capture.

In Case You Skipped Church On Sunday

When my oldest child was in kindergarten, she enraged the parents of all of her classmates by telling them that Santa Claus does not actually exist. When she was a senior in high school, she enraged all the less intelligent parents of her classmates by letting them know that Jesus is fantasy, too.

Kansas Man Gets Nine Years For Putting Children In Clothes Dryer

What is this bizarre trend concerning the uses of clothes dryers? No one ever recommended that household appliances, such as clothes dryers, be used to dry, or discipline, one's children! Aron Pritchard, of Hutchinson, Kansas, has appealed his case three times, because he was initially sentenced to one hundred and twenty-four months over his insane choice to put his girlfriend's two and three year old children in the dryer while he babysat. He finally ended up with a sentence of one hundred and ten months. How totally stupid can anyone be?

Here's Jamial Bayley, another moron who likes to put children in clothes dryers. He's from Ohio. Notice the hairstyle on both of these dudes.......results of the dryer? Note to future child abusers: appliance guarentees generally do not cover damage to clothes dryers incurred during use for the drying of toddlers and small children.

Evolution Of A Kansas State Objections Board Meeting

Here are the minutes of the State Objections Board Meeting, held in Manhattan Kansas this morning, by Kris Kobach. The meeting was held to determine the authenticity of the latest "birther" complaint about President Obama, lodged by one Joe Montgomery, of Manhattan, Kansas. The tweets were made by Chad Manspeaker, of the City Council in Manhattan, and were printed by the Topeka Capital Journal.

10:11 a.m. | Manspeaker tweets: “Meeting adjourned and Obama stays on the ballot.”
10:05 a.m. | Manspeaker tweets: “Motion to accept and adjourn the meeting.”
10:04 a.m. | Manspeaker tweets: “LT Govs office and AG office want this over. Kobach actually try to run things by the book. Not gonna let this lady speak.”
10:02 a.m. | Manspeaker tweets: “Kobach speaking now. Motion to accept documents and adjourned meeting. Kobach dragging feet other two want this over”
10 a.m. | Manspeaker tweets: “Bringing meeting to Order. AG and LT Gov. Didn’t bother to show up. Kobach only statewide here.”
10 a.m. | Manspeaker tweets: “She just got brushed off by Kris Kobach. #ksleg. Doesn’t look good for the birthers.”
9:58 a.m. | Manspeaker tweets: “National Northern movement lady from California trying to get to testify. #ksleg. Press going wild.”
9:55 a.m. | City Councilman Chad Manspeaker (@manspeaker) tweets: “Here to see if our state leaders continue their nonsense.” And: “Protesters and folks in Obama shirts outside of the Memorial building downtown”
9:50 a.m. | The Hutchinson News reports “more than 600 fair-goers signed an informal petition criticizing the State Objections Board for delaying a decision last week on whether President Obama is eligible to appear on the November ballot.” http://bit.ly/StKIMK
9:42 a.m. | Orly Taitz, who has been called the “birther queen,” has indicated on her website (www.orlytaitzesq.com) that she intends to attend Monday’s hearing. She is known for combative speeches and making incendiary claims.
9:40 a.m. | The objections board scheduled Monday’s meeting in response to a Manhattan resident who objected to Obama being on the ballot. The meeting was set before Joe Montgomery dropped his challenge, citing animosity and intimidation.
9:32 a.m. | Community activist Sonny Scroggins says he has been protesting at the secretary of state’s office since 7:45 a.m. He said he is joined by seven others.

Looks like the meeting was a regular career maker for ole' Kris Kobach. It also looks like he does not get to run anyone out of the country today, and does not get to take away my choice of candidate in the upcoming election.

Proving Your Existance To The Government

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — According to the federal government, two sisters in rural Kentucky do not exist.
The women weren't born in a hospital, never went to public school and only recently obtained birth certificates after they sued the state. Still, that's not enough for Raechel and Stephanie Schultz to land legitimate jobs. The sisters need Social Security numbers, so they have sued the federal government.
"No one has ever heard of anything like this before," said their attorney, Douglas Benge. "When the girls first came to see me, it's one of those things of, 'What do I do now?'"
The Schultz sisters live with their parents in Lily, near the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, in a county that includes the Daniel Boone National Forest and is known as the home of the first Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant started by Col. Harland Sanders. Their family doesn't have a phone and their attorney gets a hold of them by calling an out-of-state relative, who in turn contacts the family.  ........Yahoo News Story

While social security numbers and birth certificates are nice to have, and it's even nicer, while in labor, to be near a trustworthy hospital or birthing center, these commodities are not always avialable. There were at least six babies born after Katrina to women who were basically held hostage by the Coast Guard in an overcrowded stadium. There have been babies born en route to the hospital.....something that has an increased risk of happening in the Appalacian Mountains.......I know because I lived in West Virginia for about ten years. I had two children while I lived there, too, and one was born in Maryland. A girl can't always make it home from work under certain circumstances.......................But I had no problem obtaining birth certificates. Even Jaycee Dugard, who really, really didn't have documentation of her pregnancies, was eventually given birth certificates for her daughters. And I have a sister who was born at home, she has a social security number and a birth certificate. So; I can only conclude that these two women are getting a runaround from stupid government officials (did you know that some government employees are stupid?) because they don't feel like doing their jobs.

With all the hollering Republicans do about people collecting welfare and not having jobs, why, oh why, would anyone make it difficult for two women in their twenties to work legitimately? Does anyone know what kind of work is available to women in the Appalacian Mountains without legal documentation???? Thankyou. The women obviously have no connection to any other nation; it is clear that they are American, so why deny them opportunities? The only reason I can see is that some people in the Appalacian Mountains are better than other people from the same part of the country. Some people are "haves", others are "have nots". It is very important, for the petty little "social order" there, to make sure none of the "have nots" have any of the tools to escape the "have not" lifestyle. This may not be what's going on here.......I only read about this on the internet, but if I gambled, my bet would be what I just described, and I'll betcha I am correct.
