Another Kansas Cop

At a time when America has already heard too much about trigger happy police officers, a pig in Wichita, Kansas tips the scale, yet again. In response to an anonymous call that came in from California, phoning in a false police report, the cops in Wichita arrived at what they thought was the address indicated, (it wasn't) and opened fire when the door was answered. Andrew Finch heard noises near his home, and opened his front door; it was that simple. He had no idea that the police were outside his house with weapons drawn. In less than thirty seconds after he opened the door for them, they shot him. It almost appears that they had planned, in advance, to shoot whoever opened the door when they arrived. His children were forced to leave the house and stand outside in frigid weather with no shoes, while these public servants ripped through the house in a frenzied search for anything that might exonerate the pig who pulled the trigger. They ended up taking the screen door. A very important piece of information that has not been shared with the rest of us is the name of the cop who committed this murder. According to police in Wichita, the whole incident was the fault of a prankster in California, who has since been apprehended. As Wichita Police Chief Troy Livingston sees it, none of this was law enforcement's fault or responsibility. While making false statements to law enforcement is a terrible thing to do, no one should have to worry that a cop is going to knock on the door and shoot to kill over something he or she was told by someone else.

Kurt Kerns, the attorney who represents Andrew Finch's family, has given this statement: ..While the family is pleased an alleged swatter was detained, the swatter did not shoot an unarmed man stepping out onto his porch. That was a WPD Officer. While the WPD has attempted to deflect the cause of death to a phone call- Andrew was killed by a bullet fired by an officer who clearly had no cause to fire.

Prank or no prank- no officer claimed to have seen a weapon before firing, and that fact alone makes this shooting reckless at best. The family remains hopeful that all responsible are brought to justice including the shooter.

Have You Heard The One About The Peacock?

Haha! Early last month, a peacock, actually, a peahen, went shopping in a California liquor store. When she couldn't make up her mind about her selection, and had no ID to prove she was over twenty-one, she was urged to leave, but flew onto a shelf, instead. When Animal Control came, she proceeded to knock down over five hundred dollars in wine and champagne. The manager said he wasn't aware of the peacock until a customer asked him what a bird was doing in the store!

Antolin Garcia Torres; Guilty But No Death Penalty

Guilty, but no death penalty. Antonlin Garcia Torres, who was found guilty last month of the murder of  Sierra Lamar, the fifteen year old who disappeared in 2012 while waiting for her school bus in California, will spend the rest of his life in prison, but was spared the death penalty.

Look Who Came Home!

Elizabeth Thomas, who has been missing for almost six weeks, and Myra Alissia Freeman, who has been missing for fifteen months, have both been found this week. Thomas had been kidnapped in Tennessee by one of her teachers, who was subsequently given his pink slip in absentee, both she and the fired teacher were found in Northern California, near Yreka. We still do not have a lot of details about Freeman's situation, but we know she is alive and well. She disappeared from her Alabama home, and turned up in El Paso, Texas. It's always a pleasure to see missing persons found alive and well. Thomas's teacher, Tad Cummins did not have any cell service in Yreka, but he has "cell" service now! He is being held without bond.

Terri Moulton Horman's Life Of Crime

Here's Terri Moulton Horman, sometime step parent of missing Kyron Horman, who disappeared in 2010 from his school in Portland, Oregon when he was seven. She is pictured with a new mystery man. After refusing to help in the search or investigation of Kyron's missing persons case, Terri allegedly attempted to pay an acquaintance to murder Kyron's father Kaine Horman; triggering a divorce action from Kaine. She then moved to Roseburg, Oregon, and lived with her parents for about five years. After she was finished squatting at her parents' home, she trotted to California, using the address of another relative for identification, an address, and a drivers license. While doing all this, Ms. Moulton Horman also got arrested for stealing a gun, failure to appear in court for the same, and, most recently, for stealing a car.

Celebrating Holidays, Terri Moulton Style

Terri Moulton Horman, sometime stepmother of missing Kyron Horman, really loves to celebrate any holiday with trouble! She punctuated her third Fourth of July as Mrs. Kaine Horman by failing three polygraphs in connection to Kyron's disappearance from his Portland, Oregon school and by becoming a suspect in a murder for hire plot against her husband. They have since divorced, and he has a permanent restraining order against her, keeping her away from him and their daughter. Since then, she has spent five years living with her parents in Roseburg, Oregon. She recently moved to Sacramento, California.

A few days before Halloween in 2012, Terri surfaced momentarily at her parents home when John Walsh attempted an interview. She didn't want to talk to anyone, let alone tell Kyron's parents where Kyron can be found. She spent Memorial Day of 2014 putting up fake posters with terrible pictures of Kyron and the wrong phone number in several Oregon towns. July 4 of the same year was spent preparing to change her name to that of an Australian national with similar facial features and hair color to her own. She wasn't successful; outstanding restraining orders and complaints from the person upon whose identity she wished to impinge got in her way. Six months later, Terri celebrated Christmas with another identity crisis; once again, in a failed attempt to change her name.

More recently, Terri Moulton Horman spent the holiday season of 2015 doing a couple of interviews for People Magazine, still refusing to cooperate with law enforcement in Oregon in their ongoing efforts to locate Kyron. And of course, in what appeared to be her most audacious caper yet, Terri celebrated Labor Day, 2016 by appearing on the Dr. Phil show. The episode aired later in September, in two segments.

To the untrained eye, it would appear that Terri could do nothing more to ruin a holiday for herself and those close to her, simply because appearing on Dr. Phil is hard for a de facto suspect in a kidnapping to top. But all that was needed was patience; she had more planned for everyone. On July 4 of last  year, Terri was arrested for failure to appear in court. Why was she summoned to court? Why....because she stole a handgun, of course! From her roommate! Then, in a mind boggling turn of events, Terri Moulton Horman has become the subject of yet another restraining order, and has been charged with domestic violence against her new boyfriend! This happened right after Thanksgiving and she is expected in court right before Christmas. It is advisable for everyone, everywhere to avoid spending any holiday with Terri Moulton Horman!

Terri Moulton Horman Stole A Gun

Yep. You read that correctly. After all the insane things Terri Moulton has put her family and her former spouse's family through, she moved to California and stole a gun from someone. Or at least, that's why she was arrested last year. She was also arrested in on July 4 of this year, for failure to appear in court.

Terri Moulton is not only a person of interest in Kyron Horman's missing persons case in 2010; she is also suspected in a murder for hire plot against Kyron's father and has threatened several volunteers in the search for Kyron. What possible interest would Ms. Moulton have in stealing a gun?

Is it possible that someone got tired of covering for her, and was about to spill the beans and reveal Kyron's whereabouts? Hopefully, Terri's power of intimidation will be reduced, now that the police in California are aware of her, along with the police in Oregon. Please, if you think you have seen Kyron, call the numbers posted with his picture.

Catholics Told To Vote For Racism

A Catholic church in San Diego, California is threatening its loyal members with an eternity in the underworld if they vote Democrat. Inside the foyer of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, some leaflets stating that Hillary Clinton is "under the influence of Satan" were found. While this is ripe fodder for comedy, it is also a pathetic attempt to scare innocent people and influence an election. So much for the quote of Jesus, himself, saying, "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's, and unto God, that which is God's." (Mark 12:17) The fictional deity is in obvious opposition to dictatorship and fear tactics. Maybe these Christians and their leadership should listen to him.

Summer And Rusty Page Do Not Get To Take Hostages

Summer and Rusty Page, of California, served as foster parents several years ago to a little girl named Alexandria, whose dad is a member of the Choctaw Nation. He has some relatives in Utah, who are not members of any tribe, but love Alexandria. For years, these relatives have been in court, suing for custody, only to be challenged by Summer and Rusty Page. The Choctaw Nation finally stepped in, and insisted that Indian Child Welfare Act be followed, which meant that Summer and Rusty could not steal a child from a Native American parent.

Instead of wishing Alexandria well and graciously bidding adieu, Summer and Rusty have made quite a scene, with the obvious intent to upset Alexandria as much as possible. Alexandria's attorney requested privacy for Alexandria, but they responded by putting up a Facebook page about this whole matter. They are also conducting "prayer" vigils, quite loudly, in order to attract attention. They really do not seem to understand that as foster parents, their contributions are temporary. Reunification of a family is always best, and for at least three years, they have stood in "God's" way, blocking Alexandria's path to home and family. Many people are also wailing about the Indian Child Welfare Act, demanding repeal! This time, it really isn't as much about bloodline as it is about family support. Alexandria's dad is a member of a family unit who supports him. In the eyes of the law, family is the best place for a child. End of story. After all those noisy public prayers, can't Summer and Rusty Page see that God answered all those crazy-assed petitions to the heavens, giving them the answer he obviously saw fit? Or would they rather pander for contributions in an ongoing to attempt to fanagle another answer from the "Almighty"?

In other news, a foster parent in New York was recently arrested for sex crimes against seven of his foster children.

More Lying Pigs In California

The video above shows a deadly encounter with law enforcement during May of 2014, in Long Beach, California, after a twenty-three year old man named Noel Aguilar was stopped for the infraction of riding his bicycle while listening to music with earbuds. As you can see, the threat posed by a cyclist with earbuds necessitated grabbing Noel off of his bike and throwing him on the ground, followed by his subsequent arrest. (sarcasm....these policemen are really pigs) If you watch the slow play, around 1:06, you will see one pig grab HIS OWN gun and shoot the other pig in the stomach! The pig who is shot in the stomach begins to scream like a victim, and both cops blame Noel, whose hands never touched a gun during this encounter!

The pig who shot his partner then proceeded to unload at least three shots into Noel's back and one more into his neck. Next, of course, came the obligatory order from the pigs to all bystanders to "get back inside their houses." This was done to eliminate the possibility of truthful testimony and cell phone video from uninvolved witnesses. Both pigs, and their cohorts on the police force, lied about the incident on their reports. Below is more on this incident, along with some cell phone video taken by one of the witnesses, despite the command from police to turn away.

Albert Murad and Jose Ruiz, the two pigs involved, proceeded to slam their weight into Noel's back until he was fatally injured. Noel Aguilar succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene. Both pigs are back on the job, after their paid vacation. Your tax dollars at work, California.

Feaster Fires His Gun

Watch this video. It starts in a bit slow, but just watch. At around 1:10, you will see an accident victim step out of a wrecked vehicle, and you will see a police officer approach him, draw his gun, and shoot the accident victim, with no words exchanged between the two. Then, after shooting the victim in the neck, he reported that the victim was "uncooperative" for refusing to get up and move on his own. Then, eleven minutes later, he called for an ambulance. As minutes count in such an injury, the victim will probably be paralyzed for life. Alcohol was involved in the accident, but Patrick Feaster had no way of knowing this at the moment he used an accident victim for target practice. Pray you never have car problems in Paradise, California, because the prosecutor has declined to charge this criminal with any crime, stating that the discharge of the weapon was an "accident".

The name of the prosecutor who thinks it is procedure for a pig to shoot an accident victim and lie about it is Mike Ramsey. Below is his picture, and there is also a petition circulating, to remove this pig from the pigpen, permanently.

California Answers The Call Of A Michigan Pig

Remember a few weeks ago, when a sixty year old woman named Jamie Lewis was arrested in California for a prison escape in Michigan way back in 1977? Law enforcement in California immediately deferred to law enforcement in Michigan and popped right over to Ms. Lewis's home and arrested her forthwith for the jailbreak, and in an ongoing effort to embarrass the poor woman in front of her neighbors and children, told reporters that she had "changed her name"....something most women do at their weddings.......and had thus eluded capture for thirty-seven years. As it turns out, Ms. Lewis had turned herself in all the way back in 1982, and the case had been revisited, at which time she was sentenced to time already served, AHEM, and released. The offending "name change" did not occur until a year later. How's that for a state that routinely allows that statute of limitations to elapse when collecting and analyzing evidence for rape? On February 4, 2014, the day Jamie Lewis's false arrest made the news, California had an estimated backlog of 400,000 rape kits that had not been processed. Some of this evidence dates back to the early nineties. The victims in these cases are constantly told that someone will get back to them, and finally, they stop asking about this elusive and non-occurring justice. But......there is always time and resources for the California judicial system to  answer the call of a pig in another state and arrest someone for whom there is no arrest warrant. Yeppers.

Do You Know This Baby?

The other day, in Santa Ana, a woman either jumped from a moving truck, was pushed out of a moving truck, or was hit by a moving truck, and her injuries were so severe that she died shortly after being taken to the hospital. Unfortunately, she died before she was able to tell anyone her name, and had no identification of any kind on her person. That, alone, is very sad; but there is more to this story. A baby girl who appears to be around ten months old was found lying beside her on the road, and no one knows who she is or where to find her family. She desperately needs someone to recognize her and come forward and tell authorities is Santa Ana where to find the rest of her family. The number for Santa Ana police is 714-245-8390, and Orange County Crime Stoppers will take tips about this, as well, at 1-855-TIP-OCCS.

To be in an accident and lose one's mother is bad enough for a child this young, but to have such an incident separate one permanently from one's family is unimaginably tragic.

Suspected Serial Killer Hides In Christian Shelter

Samuel Little was discovered in a Christian homeless shelter in Kentucky this past September. He is seventy-two years old, and was arrested on a drug charge, but when his DNA was run through the database, it matched evidence collected from the unsolved California murders of Guadalupe Apodaca and Audrey Nelson, both murdered in 1989, and of Carol Alford, murdered in 1987. He also uses more than one alias, and he and each alias have criminal records in twenty-four states. But the Christian gentry at Bayside Christian Mission in Louisville had no problems with Mr. Little, and thought he was very nice. A person who does not commit crimes or abuse drugs, yet fails to conform and blend into "the background" (whatever blending into the background is: in Mr. Little's case, it was running from the law) while questioning Christianity will not be very well liked or accepted by Christians, but a criminal living on the lam can blend right in. That's very interesting.

Didn't Forget Terri Horman's Cold Case

It's been a rather busy day for this blogging mom, but I still have a few minutes to give Terri Horman, stepmother of Kyron Horman, who has been missing since June of 2010, something to find when she googles her name on the internet to see how much fame and notoriety she has garnered since last week! Monday is the day when I share about an amazing cold case that's been solved in American history, to everyone's surprise, and; hopefully, remind Terri Horman that all things eventually come out into the open. Someday, all of the secrecy surrounding Kyron will become known, and Terri may very well end up wishing she had tried harder to be part of the solution, instead of part of the problem.

Here's an interesting cold case.....this one may be right up Terri's alley more than anyone currently thinks. It happened in 2009, and since no one reported it for almost three years, the perpetrators almost went unapprehended. But, a few months ago, police in Indiana received information that Anna and Brandon Riggs had sold their baby to some drug dealers in California. That's right.....Stephen and Melissa Lynch, of San Diego, could not have children, and paid the Riggs's in cash, drugs, and a car for their four month old boy in October of 2009! But in October of 2011, the Riggs's finally went back to the jurisdiction of the scene of the crime, San Diego California, were the unfortunate victims of a tipster, and now the Riggs's and the Lynch's are in jail for human trafficking, among other things. Buying and selling human beings has not been lawful in this country since the days of Abraham Lincoln. Social Services has placed the baby, now three years old, in foster care. I hope he can find a family of people who really care about him.

So Terri; if you know about any such goings-on, perhaps you should find a way to be helpful. Unless you think orange, as in jumpsuits, is a good color on a redhead.

Brandon and Anna Riggs. How ungrateful can a pair of parents be? No child deserves to be sold to drug dealers. They will probably be out of prison before their reproductive years are over, but I think they should each be sterilized.

A "missing person" poster of Kyron Horman, with Kaine and Terri Horman in the background. It is unbelievable that his case has dragged on for almost seventeen months. It's way past time for him to come home.

Jeremy Guthrie Missing From California

Jeremy Guthrie is missing from a shelter in Asacadero, California. He is four years old, has brown hair, and is three feet and five inches tall. A witness thought she saw a woman leave the shelter with him wrapped in a blanket. There isn't much more than that to go on, but here is the little guy's picture:

There is also an Amber Alert issued for Jeremy Guthrie. With an Amber Alert, if you see him, all you have to do is call 911 and tell them you think you may have seen a child for whom an Amber Alert was issued.

The mother of the boy told police he could have been taken by Annette Hale, 52, who was also staying at the shelter. The two women had a disagreement Thursday night, said Gesell.

"A witness was reported to have heard a little boy say 'I don't want to go,' or something similar to that, and we have an eyewitness that believes they saw a woman holding what may have been Jeremy in a blanket as they left the building," he said.

Hale is around 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. She has brown hair, glasses and is not related to the missing boy. Gesell said she has a history of erratic behavior, but is not thought to be violent"...............this is all the police have so far, in the way of clues. Not much, so please keep your eyes open for him and keep him in your prayers.

Update; Jeremy was found, unharmed.........someone saw him and made an anonymous phone call. The suspect was not with him, but was found nearby. Happy ending this time.
