Dr. Phil Will Discuss The Kyron Horman Case

 

On Tuesday, September 17, Dr. Phil will cover the Kyron Horman case on his show. Kyron Horman has been missing since June 4, 2010, when he disappeared during a science fair at his school, Skyline Elementary, in Portland, Oregon. The last known person to see Kyron was his stepmother, Terri Horman, who is soon to become his ex stepmother. His age progressed picture and the number to contact, should anyone see him or know his whereabouts, appears above. Hopefully, the new attention and publicity will bring the awareness and cooperation that will solve this case. No child or family deserves this.

 

 

Happy Birthday Kyron

Kyron Horman is still missing. He disappeared from Skyline Elementary, in Portland, Oregon on June 10, 2010. He was seven years old. Today is Kyron's eleventh birthday. His family has not given up the search for him, and will not stop trying to find him until he is home.

Desperately Seeking Kyron

This past weekend, Desiree Young, mother of Kyron Horman, who disappeared from his school in Portland, Oregon in June of 2010, when he was seven years old, searched several areas near the school again. I will have to admit that while I hope Kyron's family will find Kyron, I was quite relieved that Kyron was not found, deceased, on this search. I sincerely hope that Kyron is one of the lucky missing children who is eventually found alive.

Desiree Young answered questions after the search, and made sure law enforcement was notified each time something of possible interest was found. She had quite a few different teams of scent dogs and searchers. Also, she is keeping her son's missing persons case in the news, so that everyone will be aware that he is still missing. Kyron's eleventh birthday will be in a couple of weeks. Below are some are progressed pictures that were released about a year ago. The viewer should be aware that Kyron's hair could be long, short, or dyed. He could have glasses, sunglasses, or no glasses. He could be a lot taller. The fact that he was not located on this weekend's search gives me all the more reason to dare to hope that he may turn up alive. I hope to hear more from Desiree.

Kyron Horman's Mom Drops Lawsuit

Desiree Young, mother of Kyron Horman, has dropped her lawsuit against Terri Horman, sometime stepmother of same. Kyron, now ten years old, has been missing since June 4, 2010, when he disappeared from his school in Portland Oregon. Young's lawyer, Eldon Rosenthal, stated that in order to proceed with the case against Terri Horman, his office would need access to evidence from the open criminal investigation. Also, it has been rumored that a formerly uncooperative witness is now cooperating. While reporters are speculating that this witness is DeDe Spicher, friend of Terri Horman, there are enough loose ends and possible accessories after the fact, in this case, for the unnamed witness to be anyone connected to Kyron's family, Kyron's school, or to Kyron. Because another lawsuit can be filed later, after the investigation is closed, it would be in everyone's best interest for Kyron to be returned to his family unharmed.
 

 

Seeking Kyron Horman For Three Years

 

Kyron Horman has been missing from Portland, Oregon for three years, as of tomorrow. He was last seen by his stepmother, Terri Horman, at his school on the morning of June 4, 2010. His teacher listed him as absent when he was not in class when role was called, and no one batted an eyelash for the rest of the day, until Kyron was not on the school bus that afternoon. By that time, he had been officially missing for almost seven hours. In cases which actually involve a kidnapping by a stranger, NOT the norm in missing persons cases, the first three hours are the most critical in order to find a missing person. The seven hours before law enforcement was called was far too long.

Below is a set of pictures someone shared on Facebook awhile ago. These show Kyron, with his birthmark and his mole, which is under his right eye. While these pictures are not age progressed, as the pictures at the very top, anyone who may have seen Kyron should be aware of these two distinct features. Between eleven and fifteen percent of missing persons who end up found are found through photo recognition.

 

Hopefully, Kyron Horman will not have to remain missing for even one more day.

 

If The Glove Does Not Fit, You Must Acquit

Last April, a man named John Brennan was arrested for indecent exposure in Portland, Oregon, when he got impatient with airport procedures and TSA agents and took off all of his clothing so that they could plainly see that he was not attempting to sneak explosives onto the plane. Apparently, a glove worn by a TSA agent had allegedly tested positive for silver nitrate, and the only possible source of silver nitrate was obviously John Brennan, so they hassled him. He was acquitted of indecent exposure by the Supreme Court in Oregon last year when a judge ruled that stripping off one's clothing in order to demonstrate that one is not carrying explosives is a legal expression of one's First Amendment rights. This should really serve as a lesson to a certain prosecutor in Marshall County, Kansas concerning constitutional rights. TSA is further harassing John Brennan about paying a fine of one thousand dollars, but as anyone watching this case would expect, he is appealing this.

What Were You Thinking, Terri Horman?

 

Below is a picture, that someone shared with me on Facebook, of Terri Horman during the first public pleadings for the return of her missing stepson, Kyron Horman. Kyron disappeared on June 4, 2010, from his school in Portland, Oregon. His stepmother, Terri Horman, was the last person to see him before this happened. She is also the only person directly involved in Kyron's life to fail a polygraph, refuse to cooperate with law enforcement concerning this case, or hire a defense attorney. The person who shared this picture noticed, back in 2010, that Terri Horman rolled her eyes a lot when Kyron's natural parents spoke, and that Terri conducted herself, in general, as if she had nothing but scorn and contempt for the rest of Kyron's family, which prompted her to take a second and third look at Terri's face during this video, and to grab a still shot at exactly the right moment. Terri is rolling her eyes. Definately not the look of anxiety and concern that one might expect from a family member of a missing child. I do not blame the police a bit for investigating Terri. Carol and Larry, I hope you see this. If you haven't already, you need to look long and hard at your daughter's face.

 

Two Little Boys Try To Carjack In Oregon

 In Portland, Oregon, two little boys, seven years old and eleven years old, pulled a gun on a woman in a church parking lot and threatened her, demanding her truck. Luckily, they didn't shoot her when she failed to take them seriously and refused. My first thought was, "where were the parents?', but ya know....it really takes a village to raise a child, and all of our children have been surrounded for years by advertising, glorified and fake notions of sexual attraction, entertainment that makes violence look like fun, and employers who limit the amount of time a parent can spend with a child. Seven and eleven are too young to demonize as criminals. Something about all of us has got to change.

Should Terri Horman Be Afraid Of Photography?

 

Lots of people who have been following Kyron Horman's Missing perons case since June 4, 2010, when he disappeared from his school in Portland, Oregon are wondering about the nine month delay (originally reported to be a two year delay) of the lawsuit filed by Kyron's mother against Terri Horman, Kyron's stepmother, and especially wondering what the judge meant by "protecting witnesses". From reading comments in various places about this, it appears that there is an opinion floating around that the district attorney of Multnomah County is trying to keep this information out of Terri Horman's hands. While that may, in fact, be the case, Terri Horman very likely knows the exact identity of each and every actual witness in this case.......UNLESS.....it involves accidental surveillance or accidental photography!

Tis The Season To Ask Terri

 

Looks like Terri Horman was a festive person, before she began hiding at her parents' house in Roseburg, Oregon. Back in her days as "Terri Ecker", she sent out a holiday poem she made up, mass printed on the stationary below. Nowdays, all Ms. Horman really has to look forward to is a succession of court dates, though. This holiday season, Terri Horman is not only being taken to court by her estranged spouse, but also by her estranged spouse's former spouse! This must make for an extreemly cool Yule.......prolly not! Somehow, it seems that all Terri Horman would have to do, in order to ease some of the legal pressure, is testify about the last time anyone saw Kyron Horman, who has been missing since June 4, 2010, from his school in Portland, Oregon; and begin telling the truth and passing polygraphs.

The latest in the lawsuit filed by Terri Horman's estranged spouse's former spouse is that medical records will be permitted in arguments. Some have interpreted this to mean that Terri's mental health is somehow in question, but that may not be the case. The inclusion of medical records may simply be a way to extend the guest list to Terri's only holiday festivity and gather more testimony from unexpected sources. It also may help paint a better picture of what was actually going on during the week, or so, prior to the day Kyron disappeared.

DeDe Spicher Wants Fifth Amendment Rights In Kyron Horman Case

There is now a new motion on the table in the lawsuit filed by Desiree Young against Terri Horman for answers about her son, Kyron Horman's disappearance from his school in 2010 from his school in Portland, Oregon. It seems Terri's friend, Dede Spicher, wants to assert her fifth amendment rights when she is only a witness, not a defendant. If Dede is ordered to testify, yet still refuses, or worse, lies, she might actually go to jail. Would Terri Horman visit her? It seems that Aaron's Law is proving  to be somewhat of an enigma to those who wish to keep a missing child unfound.

Kyron Horman; Ten Years Old, Two Years Missing

Kyron Horman has been missing since June 4, 2010, when he disappeared from Skyline Elementary in Portland Oregon. Today is his tenth birthday. Will whoever has him please drop him off at an emergency room or a church (make sure someone is at the church!) and give him instructions to phone law enforcement in Portland, Oregon? Cover your liscence plates, disguise yourself, drive off into the sunset before anyone sees you.......just let Kyron go home.

 

Kyron Horman; Praise The Lord And Pass The Ammunition

Terri Horman's lawyer du jour, Peter Bunchpants....ok, ok, Peter Bunch, is very, very upset because while in court today, a judge decided to allow Desiree Young's lawsuit against Terri Horman for her role in the events of June 4, 2010, as they relate to Kyron Horman, who disappeared from his school in Portland, Oregon that day, to move forward. Yes, that is correct; the case will move foward. That not only sounds good, but it looks great in print! Move forward.......ok, back to the post; depositions, including that of one James Logan Moulton, Terri's son, will begin on Thursday. If I were Gnostic, I'd be saying something like "hallalujah!" But I'm not, so we will have to settle for "so mote it be", and "thankyou". Because James Moulton wants to be a soldier, perhaps the thing to say is "praise the lord and pass the ammunition!"

According to Maxine Bernstein, reporter for the Oregonian, Bunchpants had this to say about Desiree Young: 'This lawsuit can't cure what ails her. She's not going to get the relief she's seeking'. Hmm......since the relief Desiree seeks is her son, Kyron, I wonder just how he KNOWS that Desiree will not get the relief she seeks. That's interesting. It looks like he had better try his best, though! He cannot stop the court proceedings, or the depositions of witnesses. Perhaps his best option would be to tell Terri Moulton Horman to dress really nicely for court. Below is an outfit that would also double for the gym! Of course, the model is a lot better looking than the defendant!

Petition To Keep The Lawsuit Against Terri Horman Moving Forward

As I have shared on this blog earlier, Desiree Young, mother of Kyron Horman,who has been missing from Portland, Oregon for over two years, has filed suit against Kyron's stepmother, Terri Horman, in an effort to force her to testify about what happened the day Kyron disappeared. After failing two polygraphs, Terri refused to give any more statements to investigators, and Kyron is still missing. Now that Desiree has moved civil court to insist upon answers from Terri, Terri's lawyer, Peter Bunch, would like an abatement for two more years! This is wrong for many reasons. Not only would an abatement fail to take Kyron's needs into consideration, should he still be alive, but the fact that he disappeared from his school is of extreme importance to parents and children. To The Reader Who Is Looking For Something

To the reader from a coastal, somewhat agricultural area, with interests in all of my posts about Kyron Horman, you have not shared your interest in this case with me. I do not know what you are looking for on my blog. But.....if you know something......but don't know what to do with the information you have, here is a suggestion. As much as I think this person is slimy, disgusting, and totally moth-eaten, perhaps you should contact Steve Houze, who has run interference for Terri Horman, Kyron's former stepmom, for two years now. He is trying to keep her out of jail, and her other attorney, Peter Bunch, is trying to get a lawsuit over the same matter that has been filed against her delayed. Both of them would probably do jumping jacks all day for information that would help their client in any way. If you have information about Kyron's case, but are worried about your own safety or well being, one of those two attorneys, located in the Portland, Oregon area, might be able to take the information and help broker you some immunity in exchange for any testimony you can offer. Or you can find your own attorney. There is still a reward of $50,000 for Kyron's safe return. Please.

Thoughts On Terri Horman And Custodial Interference

Something curious about what little testimony the police got from Terri Horman on June 4, 2010, when Kyron Horman was last seen, allegedly having been dropped off for class at Skyline Elementary in Portland Oregon is that she stated several times that Kyron had a doctor's appointment on that day. Then, when it became inconvenient and counterproductive to her defense, after failing a polygraph, she changed her story and stated that it was the the following Friday. The only problem with that was that one of Kyron's young schoolmates told the police that Kyron told him he was leaving early that day, and would not be in class, because he had a doctor's appointment. How about that?

First of all, no doctor in the entire Portland area had an appointment booked for Kyron on either Friday. The lawsuit that has been filed against her by Kyron's mom, Desiree Young, for custodial interference would have a much stronger chance of dismissal or loss if Terri Horman could supply all of the details of the alleged doctor's appointment, along with any other pertinant information to the court. Second, Kaine and Desiree, Kyron's parents, who share custody of Kyron, have no knowledge of this doctor's appointment, or of any condition that would warrent a sudden and unexpected doctor's appointment. Here's something worth noting: Desiree, as Kyron's mom, has a right to all of this information, and a right to make medical decisions for her son. Even if the doctor's appointment was not imaginary, Terri committed custodial interference by failing to consult Kaine or Desiree. How will she and her Houzeboy, Stephen Houze, esquire, handle this in court?

Third, how could Kyron be ill enough for an emergency medical appointment with an imaginary physician and still be well enough to visit his mom, several hours away, that weekend? It's a big, big mystery.  One that only Terri Horman and Steve Houze understand. As you can see in the picture on the left, Terri Horman looks terribly worried. (sarcasm) If Steve Houze understands more about this matter than even Terri does, hopefully all of Oregon will insist that he come clean. This has gone on long enough. Terri, where's Kyron?
