Nazi War Criminal Anton Geiser Wants To Stay

Anton Geiser has been in this country since 1956. He came from Austria. Somehow, under false pretenses, he managed to slip through the cracks, immigrating to this country, and becoming naturalized as a citizen in 1962. What he stated as his occupation prior to lurking in this country is unclear, but it was later revealed that his former employer was the Nazi Party! Since he hid this fact from authorities when he came here, and since he faces prosecution as a war criminal in Austria, his dishonestly obtained citizenship was revoked in 2004. In 2010, he was ordered to leave, and go back to Austria, but he lingered on, instead; appealing America's decision to say "no" to Nazi's. He's still here, crying the blues because he joined the Nazi Party at seventeen years old. He thinks he deserves some sort of a "second chance".

America does not allow the average foreign national to simply immigrate to the country and become a naturalized citizen. There are so many more deserving people, especially people who are not war criminals. As for being seventeen when he committed his crimes against humanity, there are children as young as twelve who have been tried as adults for crimes. Why is Geiser special? I say ship him back to Austria tommorrow.

I think that if Geiser survives long enough to exhaust his deportation appeals, Austria will end up accepting him, because his original US visa was issued in Austria under the Refuge Relief Act of 1953, and all visas issued under that act contain a provision that the country where the visa was issued would agree to readmit the individual if it is later determined that the visa was fraudulently procured. There is plenty of precedent to this: in the past, Austria has accepted deportees such as Martin Bartesch (1987), Josef Eckert (1989), Ferdinand Hammer (2000), and Josias Kumpf (2009) based on the fact that their US visas were issued under similar conditions as that of Geiser.

USA showing its weak us immergration and deportation policy's at work. I bet any money u want too bet that there are many elderly former ss soldiers living their last days with false names and take their crimes with them too their deaths. From what I read of Anton's situation there was no clear facts he killed shot or abused anyone other than forced like many young germans like he was forced without choice be forced into ss army he or his family's life's would be in danger. So Anton had very little choice other than join the ss army as I see it. I must add I am from the uk and never condoned the humane and mass killing from world 1 or 2 ever and Hitler was never a human just a evil creature from hell that killed so many innocent lives because of ether being, Jew, disabled or elderly or mentally ill even from killing innocent soldiers that were fighting plain evil. I would like too see antons case from another perspective Anton lived in constant fear of ether being found and deported and his family being wreaked from Anton's actions as a soldier. I belief Anton's claims he never killed anyone and I belief USA never heard Anton's case fairly yet Anton lived a silent life in usa doing no crime what's so ever and no real crime in Austria I bet, other than stand guard on labour camp gates. I belief this his claims why cant it believable as only crime he committed was being apart of the ss army. In which no crime noted anywhere anton did in labour camps or kill anyone only crime he committed was getting freedom as if we look it at face value he never had physically nor mentally for 65 odd years he's been in usa. If we treated Anton the way us gov had treated Anton we as UK we would would be out of the eu and commonwealth for sure. Also Anton never was heard or treated fairly right too the end he was implied as a criminal without being proven as such shame on us Gov. Pl. note us Gov. there's right way to be heard and wrong way to heard. At least in the UK immigrant criminal or not get a fair hearing where in USA you clearly don't. I will say again I don't condone or what happened in world wars 1 and 2 as I regarded it as dam right evil and never should of happened and without usa and uk and various eu and other soldier troops from around the world came together to fight against a evil force that nearly took over but never won because good always win in most wars I like too remember 2 of my granddads and one great granddad whom fought in both world wars. and whom are never forgotten and like many hundreds and thousands that lost their lives in past and in recent wars. There are are remembered and never forgotten RIP
