Trump Administration "Loses" Almost 1500 Children

How does one "lose" a child? The federal government, under Donald Trump, has separated many, many families detained by ICE, but their current tactic is to send the parents home without their children. No kidding. At this point, there are over 1400 children of whom the United States has "lost track", and Jeff Sessions is claiming that the United States is not responsible. That simply isn't so. Whoever has custody of a child is responsible for the child's whereabouts. Just ask the stepmother of Lucas Hernandez, Emily Glass.

Sun Dogs

This phenomenon is called "sun dogs", scientifically known as parhelium, or parhelia. It happens when flat, hexagonal ice crystals in high, cold cirrus clouds refract the sunlight. The ice crystals act as prisms, bending the light through each crystal with a minimum deflection of twenty-two degrees. If they are randomly organized, the reflections will "dog" the sun as a halo, but since the ice crystals usually sink in our atmosphere, they align vertically, refracting the sunlight horizontally. This creates the effect seen above, in this picture taken on a very cold morning somewhere between Beatrice, Nebraska and Marysville, Kansas. Search Dogs Looking For Dylan Redwine

In the aftermath of Dr. Phil's coverage of the Dylan Redwine case, there is also more information about the searches done by cadaver dogs. Two more dogs, in addition to the dogs used by the La Plata County Sheriff's Office, have identified the scent of a human under the ice in Vallecito Lake. It was stressed that the scent was merely that of a person, (the dogs have been trained to hone in on the scent of humans) and that dog the was not given an item specifically infused with Dylan's scent. No matter who is under the ice, it seems as if the appropriate thing to do is find the person. Mark Redwine and any enablers are probably getting very nervous at this point. Perhaps one day in America's future, custody cases in family law court will be decided according to what is in the best interest of the child.
 

 

In Case You Missed Church This Sunday

If you missed church in Kansas this Sunday, here's something that made a very small mention in the news this week. It does not really have much to do with church, but it does have something to do with questioning authority, and verifying the background and credentials of each and every person with whom your child has extended contact, no matter what the school, local clinic, or local churches tell you about how "well" they conduct background checks. Michael D. Arnett, of Roeland Park, Kansas, entered a guilty plea of possession of child pornography in federal court last week. But that's not all.......he was actually producing it. ICE finally got to the bottom of the whole mess. They did that by identifying the children in his secret photo collection and children from the Kansas City area, and as children from Topeka. Mr. Arnett had been employed as a driver for Kaw Valley Medical Systems, for whom he drove foster children back and forth for medical appointments, counseling appointments, and supervised visitation. He was stopping at his house with his victims and taking illicit pictures of them. So......when Kansas takes children away from so called "abusive" parents, those children go from possible neglect and abuse to certain abuse and unwilling stardom in porn on the internet. Suspecting parents cannot do a thing about it; whenever they try, Kansas police and Kansas courts turn them away. We've seen this movie before: Noble Rick Pendland. Kansas definately has a problem with the trafficking of foster and adopted children. No amount of Sunday School will ever counter it, either.

Operation Sunflower And Anonymous Tips

A couple of days ago, agents with ICE, in connection to Operation Sunflower, published a request for information from anyone who might recognize the tattoos on the woman in the picture on the left. They got her image from a kiddie porn site on the internet, and determined that she was a perpetrator. Here name turned out to be Lethe Mae Montemayor, and about ten hours after the request was made, she was arrested. According to the FBI and ICE, her arrest would never have been possible without help from the general public. One of the comments left under the article on CNN questioned why CNN did not run a picture of her face, but just her back, and her stupid-looking trench coat. (how very cliche for a kiddie porn creep!) After finding her picture elsewhere, I could only assume that CNN was put off by how ugly she is.

Operation Sunflower was started in November of 2011, and was named after the state of Kansas. One day, in November, 2011, a sixteen year old boy decided to molest an eleven year old girl, and put some pictures of her, which he took in his car, while driving, on an internet forum. Law Enforcement in Denmark noticed, contacted Law Enforcement in the United States, and because of a sunflower that appeared on a highway sign in the background of the picture, it was rightly determined that the picture was taken in Kansas. During the following thirteen days, special agents drove up and down Kansas highways, comparing the background of the the picture to actual scenery wherever there was a sunflower sign on a stretch of highway that compared to the highway in the picture. Law Enforcement found this kids's town, his home, and they also found him and his victim. The effort was dubbed "Operation Sunflower"; don't ever let anyone tell you that nothing ever happens in Kansas! To date, Operation Sunflower has identified one hundred and twenty-three victims from child pornography sites.
