Black Lives Matter And Walmart

Chuck Canterbury, the president of the Fraternal Order of Police, recently wrote a letter to Walmart, whining because their website sold T-shirts stamped with the words, "Black Lives Matter". This, he complained, offends police officers. Where's the eye-rolley when I need it? Walmart caved, and took the shirts and sweatshirts that have the slogan, along with the word "Bulletproof" off of their website. But merchandise stamped with the slogan "Blue Lives Matter" is still for sale on Walmart's website.

Walmart is a retail giant, and is apparently rich enough to take a loss on any merchandise it will not be able to sell online, now that the police's little feelings have been hurt. Walmart has just told the world that while policemen matter to them, minorities, especially the Black community, are not terribly important. Chuck Canterbury stated that he feels that the sale of clothing bearing the words, Black Lives Matter, is divisive to communities, but he fails to mention the division caused by the inordinate number of deaths of minority civilians at the hands of police officers.

Anyone who wants a shirt that says Black Lives Matter can purchase one here. The less we patronize racist retail giants, the better for everyone, in many ways.

Why Does The FBI Need Ciancia's Cell Phone?

As we all know by now, a young man by the name of Paul Ciancia shot a TSA agent in Los Angeles, by the name of Gerardo Hernandez a couple of days ago. While the media misreported quite a few of the key elements of the incident early on; undoubtedly the sad result of trying to be first in regurgitating certain angles of the story; the actual evidence available to the media, the innocent bystander, and to law enforcement has been straightforward enough to correct almost all of this misinformation and tell a more realistic story of what happened. That said, the actual evidence has also been straightforward enough to establish inarguable probable cause to detain and charge Ciancia with all of the crime associated with his actions. So; why is the FBI even bothering to subpoena Ciancia's cell phone, in search of personal searches, personal messages to others, and personal friends and associations......all to examine his view of government? Why are Ciancia's feelings about America's government so important, when there is already enough evidence to convict him on any charge decided upon before trial?

Paul Ciancia's opinions of government may be useful in establishing a motive for murder and attempted murder. There is no doubt about that. Because of statements he has already made, even a motive for premeditation can easily be established. Unfortunately for Ciancia's defense, there is already enough evidence to lock him up, either in prison or a funnyfarm, for a large chunk of his future. Why bother with personal reflections and other data leading to personal preferences? Can anyone guess what will follow such antics on the part of federal prosecutors?

When all of Ciancia's possible opinions, sleeping and waking dreams, likes and dislikes, subconscious leanings, personality type, romantic preferences, and flatulence directions are established, it will very likely be postulated that anyone who disapproves of government, particularly law enforcement, will be associated with shooters of TSA agents, and also random murderers, and duly demonized. We've seen this type of thing before; can anyone remember a story from Maryland that rocked the nation back in the early 1990's? A young man named Donald Wingo was falsely accused of vandalizing the Yeshiva Of Greater Washington. The Montgomery County Police, of Maryland, were quite liberal in making accusations and rooting through Wingo's home because of a prior criminal record. If this blogger recalls events correctly, they did not even wait for the full investigation of the crime scene! While ripping through Wingo's personal possessions, a deck of Tarot cards was discovered, and the judicial community, in concert with the media, used the deck of Tarot cards as a fulcrum from which to demonize the entire New Age and Pagan community in that area. Eventually, it became abundantly clear to the court that Tarot cards and vandalism have nothing, whatsoever, to do with each other, and that Wingo's criminal record, while heinous, also had nothing to do with this crime. The real culprit, who acted alone, was located and arrested without incident or news coverage. The local and national media took no steps toward publishing the truth, and if any apologies to Wingo's parents for the ransacking of their home were issued by law enforcement, yours truly has yet to hear of it. Note: before anyone protests the sequence of events laid forth in the last few sentences, yours truly does have some information that was ignored by the media and by the court. The effort here was to associate hate crimes with creativity. Law enforcement had not been recognized as recklessly lawless at that time.

More recently, the ongoing effort to lull the masses into thinking that law enforcement consists of only "the good guys" is waning. From the prosecutions and harassment of activists to the actual threats to whistle-blowers such as Edward Snowden, whose only "crime" was breaching a contract with an employer to let the rest of us know that our taxes are paying the folks in NSA to spy on their spouses and lovers.......and occasionally, suspected "terrorists", law enforcement and the rest of the judicial community have engaged in violence against innocent people, and in threats to scare anyone who is considering the act of sharing strange but true information about the United States government. In the early 1990's, when the above mentioned case in Maryland, involving Donald Wingo and his Tarot cards took place, there really wasn't a presence among defense lawyers specializing in the representation of whistle-blowers, but now there is. A website with more information is right here: Whistle-Blower Defense League.

There are two reasons that the FBI wants information concerning Paul Ciancia's opinion of government. The first is damage control; let's face it, many of us are not happy with American government lately, for one reason or another. The second is to take it a step beyond damage control and inform the American people, especially children who are still impressionable, that anyone who does not like the government, or authority, is likely to either be, or become, a murderer. Big Brother wants everyone to believe that conformity is next to godliness. What a farce; even the mythical Jesus Christ was an antigovernment nonconformist! So far, there is nothing on record about him killing anyone. While there is not a reason to defend the murder of a TSA agent, there is also not a reason to associate the actions of one troubled young man with anyone who is not in favor of present day American government.

There is one reason that the FBI has gotten a subpoena for the information from Ciancia's cell phone and other electronic media. Ciancia's legal counsel has most certainly told him to stop talking by now.

Moron who does not like activists and non-conformists.

No Amber Alert If A Frankfort Kansas Child Disappears

Kansas public schools, particularly the one in Frankfort, have yet another serious safety issue, in addition to the lack of insurance on their buildings and activities, thanks to the legalization of guns carried by teachers in Kansas schools as of July of this year. Because of the government shutdown, the Amber Alert website is offline. Apparently, notifying the public when a child has been wrongfully taken via automobile is not considered essential by our elected, trusted servants in Congress and the Senate!

It is hard to imagine what this means in Frankfort, Kansas, where it is considered business as usual for teachers to abandon students on the highway and refuse to report them missing when they get lost and disappear. This means that at the end of the school day, when the child does not come home, alerts will not be shared with motorists, or even on the news, to help the public recognize any vehicle that may have been involved; when a child is lost, sometimes he or she will accept a ride from a stranger, hoping to get found again. This was actually done to female freshman in recent years, and she was very lucky to make it home. What about the Frankfort student who is not so lucky?

Kansas public schools take too many chances with the safety of children already. In Frankfort, where the teacher who "lost" the student still works, an Amber Alert could mean the difference between coming home safely if lost, or having a permanently open missing persons case. Perhaps it would be wise, if the teacher who abandons children on the highway seriously cannot be fired for his crimes, to at least furlough him along with other casualties of the government shutdown, until the Amber Alert website is back online.

Robert Neil Boyd, Yet Again

Going to jail for dealing in kiddie porn wasn't enough for Robert Neil Boyd. My tracker tells me that there are still people searching for him, and I still get emails and comments describing opinions held about him by the general public. What's disturbing, is that I also get messages from those who seek Robert Neil Boyd's online presence, yet do not feel that child pornography is "that bad" of a crime, and that his year and a half or so in jail in two different states was, in some way, "unfair"!

Mr. Boyd just updated his website on January 27. I did not include a link, because I do not think that directing traffic to a known kiddie porn creep is a good idea, but I re-updated his banner for him. He included the title, "Phd" after his name, which I was obliged to cover in favor of more relevant information about him. I do not believe he has a Phd, anyway. Something Mr. Boyd DOES have; however, is a profile on the Maryland Sex Offender Registry. Because Maryland is very sex-offender-friendly, one must truly be corrupt in order to gain such notoriety there. Yet Mr. Boyd does not include this information in any of his online bio's or resumes.

Just to give any online gawkers an idea of how Neil actually looks, I included his Maryland Sex Offender Registry photo. I also included an older booking photo from another state, (he has made his taste for underage females quite a habit) upon which I surrounded his head with sunflower petals! Since Operation Sunflower is the international law enforcement project dedicated to removing scum like Neil from the internet and from in front of our faces in real time, I thought the sunflower petals were appropos.

Seriously; I don't know how many people who know this man still have their heads up their anal passages, but now that he has a criminal record for sex offences against children, no one should be deluded enough to actually seek out his online or in person friendship. Statistics show that sex offenders never change...yet....Robert Neil Boyd is back online. I have also noticed some of the individuals who appear to play the roles of current enablers. It makes sense; I have always wondered what some of these people actually do for a living.

Hey Neil; how do you like Operation Sunflower?

New Website, Media For The Missing

About a year ago, a young woman named Stephanie Coplen started a program from Manhattan, Kansas, called Media For The Missing. It's primary purpose is to keep pictures of missing people of all ages on the internet and in public places, where the images can be seen frequently. Between ten and fifteen percent of missing people are brought home by picture recognition, which is a significant number. Also, Media For The Missing introduces many programs to raise awareness of the increasing number of missing persons and programs to teach safety to children. I already like it.

Another big asset, in my opinion, for Media For The Missing, is that it is in Kansas. Crossing Kansas City is a network of highways which can take one literally anywhere in the continental United States. I have always wondered why there is not more focus on missing persons, since it is not unfathomable that a criminal who had just kidnapped someone and did not wish to be found might come through Kansas City on his way to anywhere. This makes Kansas a very important place to display missing persons posters and raise awareness.

Stephanie Coplen laments that her organization is not eligable for very many grants, and reaching the number of people she wishes to reach has been difficult. I will give you the link: Media For The Missing, and you can peruse the site. It is well worth looking at.
