Abbie Hoffman Moment

This is Abbie Hoffman's answer in court, during the Chicago Seven trial, concerning why he introduced a pig as a presidential candidate during a protest. He might not even be able to distinguish between Donald Trump and the chosen mascot!

To A Witness In A Cold Case

When I saw this poem by John Trudell, I thought about you. I hadn't seen or heard from you in years, and wondered what you were doing. Imagine my shock when I found you left of center field of a cold case that has broken many hearts over the years. You must be the strongest, bravest witness there is, because many people would have broken under the strain. Don't let anyone threaten you; don't let anyone push you around. I know you, and I know you bring the truth.

Where's The Real Killer, Alabama?

This past week, an innocent man was freed from death row in Alabama, after being held hostage by the judicial system for nearly thirty years. After a murder in 1985, a trial, involving actual evidence, apparently was not important. Ballistics from the alleged murder weapon, as in whether or not the bullets actually came from the gun police randomly decided COULD have been the murder weapon, were never even requested by the prosecution. The defense had only a limited amount to spend on expert testimony, and no one cared. Anthony Ray Hinton spent thirty years on death row for a crime he did not commit.

Prosecutors are not held to very high standards. There is a prosecutor in Northeast Kansas whose son damaged her vehicle by driving it through a neighbor's crops, and when the neighbor complained and the vehicle wouldn't run properly, she attempted to accuse a random constituent (who happens to be an older woman who has never worked on cars) of sabotage! No demand for responsibility on the part of her own son! She even fixed the vehicle her son damaged and gave it back to him, allowing him, once again, to prey upon the neighbors' fields, gardens, and mailboxes! But that's small potatoes compared to Hinton's case, and others like it, that have been bungled, not only because of prosecutorial misconduct and indifference, but enabled by the level of comfort felt by the general public when the wrong person, in an inordinate number of cases, a black person, is convicted of a crime he or she did not commit. In this case, no one even looked for the actual perpetrator, who apparently got away with murder. How many more murders could this person have committed in thirty years?

Half a life behind bars cannot actually be repaid to Mr. Hinton. Neither can a damaged reputation or thirty years worth of lost opportunities. How will the prosecution go about attempting to make right any murders committed by the real killer in this case, who was never prosecuted? Was the racist indifference worth it, Alabama?

Message To The Mountain

"Are they going to repair the property they dig on have they got the ok from the land owner to dig onit i think afew thing's need to be ask.
And who is covering the damage they create by the digging is the town of Bedford going to fork out for the repairing.
Like i said i wish something so stupid would had not been done by someone we do not even know for them to even be on our family mountain."

Grrrr......Allow me to answer this, one asinine statement at a time. No; "they" are only going to repair the property they dig up if they can. It's only dirt, and yes, law enforcement and the specialists they hired will try to leave the area as they found it, but any evidence they find will not be replaced. As for asking your royal highness first, the sheriff doesn't have to. The sheriffs of two different counties, backed by the judicial systems of two different states, and the FBI have warrants to dig on the land owner's land. They do not have to ask anyone, least of all, you.

What damage do you want the police to cover, after evidence was hidden by your relatives and neighbors for thirty-nine years? If someone drove over your lawn and you feel that the tires have done damage to your barbecue grill and possibly, your still, file a claim with your insurance company! They cover spilled moonshine, don't they?

Don't even cry about the actions of "stupid people"! When you say you don't know them, that's a boldfaced lie. You are more than acquainted with at least half of the family in question, and you jumped onto a newspaper forum early in this investigation to state that this particular family never owned property on "your family mountain". To officially differ with you, the registry of deeds in your county states otherwise. You know them, and they've probably bought many a batch of moonshine on the mountain, to take back home with them.

The two young ladies who disappeared in 1975 also had a family and a community. Everyone looked for them; everyone misses them. Well, almost everyone; you have some cousins who lived near the community from which these girls were kidnapped, and they didn't lift a finger to help find them. If I understand correctly, one of them tried to collect reward money, but welched  (pun somewhat intended) when it was time to deliver. Another one is due in court next month because she's a big fat liar. If Sheila and Katherine somehow ended up in "your" community, it's well past time to give them back to THEIR community! They never should have been in "your" community in the first place, and would not have been, but for something done by one of YOUR relatives, so shut the hell up when the police try to put things right! You really sound as if you know there is evidence to be found, and you don't want investigators to find it. That's just too bad, creep. Deal with it, and hide your moonshine somewhere else.

More Of Officer Wilson's Work

Concerning the buzz that Officer Wilson, aka Darrin Green, and other fake names, is not guilty of any misconduct, including murder, is not only unsupported by all of the forensic evidence connected to the crime scene, but Wilson's post crime behavior does not support it either. In this video, we hear from a girl who had gotten mace in her eyes during the aftermath of Wilson's crime. Officer Wilson, himself, prevented her from cleaning the mace out of her eyes so that she could see, and actually threatened her with arrest if she did this. Was he worried about potential testimony? Or was he just being a racist?

Kyron Horman Is Twelve Today

Poster culled from Facebook pages supporting Kyron

Today, Kyron Horman turns twelve years old. He disappeared in Portland, Oregon on June 4, 2010. Terri Moulton Horman, his stepmother, was the last person to see him. She has failed at least two polygraphs and refused to cooperate during at least one polygraph. Kyron should be in sixth grade, now, enjoying his family, friends, and his birthday.

Frankfort School's Deranged Priorities, Once Again

A couple of nights ago, I spoke with a child who attends Frankfort School, in Frankfort, Kansas. This is not unusual, since the (ahem cough cough ahem) school, and I do use the term loosely, here; is in the district that includes my residence. What is unusual is the fact that this child had heard bits and pieces of information by way of character assassination of an innocent man, along with some serious misinformation about his family, yet had heard nothing at all about the spouse of a teacher at the same school who is currently in federal prison; Carswell, in Texas, to be exact; for embezzling truckloads of money from her previous employers! I was stunned, because according to some of the older students, this woman had been allowed in and out of the school building regularly to see her husband, despite the dangers involved in allowing convicted felons access to schools and children, yet no notices explaining this decision had been sent to parents in order to enable qualified decisions about student safety and the children who knew about this had been told to "keep quiet" about the whole thing, in order to "preserve" the widdle feelins' of the thief's spouse!

This is a crock for several reasons. First of all, lies, false testimony, and confidential information has been spewed almost everywhere at Frankfort School about yours truly and family. My culture, family, and religion have also been denigrated by teachers and administration there, to the extent that all six of my children have come home in tears, partly because of the bullying efforts of the children of the aforementioned thief. Despite my complaints about all of it, and my requests that it stop, no one "working" at the school had any concerns about my feelings, or the feelings of my children. Why would the feelings of someone who "feels" that state and federal law only applies when convenient, or to other people, be more important than the feelings of law abiding citizens? Secondly, most schools do not employ federal criminals or their spouses. There are simply too many risks and problems connected to such individuals. Everything from a defendant possibly becoming a fugitive, or becoming perceived as a fugitive by authorities, to retaliation of unhappy victims can create an unsafe environment for others, and a convicted felon has lost the right to vote, and many of the other rights of citizenship, so the felon and those who protect the felon generally do not have as much to lose in terms of future opportunities as the rest of us. Parents have a right to know this is going on at Frankfort School, and the administration of Frankfort School has apparently denied that knowledge to parents. Third, it seems entirely possible, at this point, that the faculty at Frankfort School has an unrecognized, but very real, interest in covering up any dangers presented by criminal behavior on the parts of their "own". They work hard to turn everyone against anyone whose lifestyle, race, or religion is not the product of Frankfort Kansas unvaried genetic pool in order to smokescreen and hide their own crimes. All to keep their white elephant of a school open so that a few teachers and secretaries can collect unearned salaries until they retire. Perhaps Frankfort School should become a private school, so that no one's taxes are drawn upon to support this crap, and so that parents who love their children can send their children to a real school.

Just as there is no valid reason to harass the innocent, there is no valid reason to protect the guilty.

Private Message

What were you doing where this picture was taken, in Umpqua Lighthouse State Park, on April 27, 2013? When you lost your phone in the same state, Oregon, during the week of November 11, was there anything authorities could find in it's hard drive, concerning the crime that was committed while you were standing and watching by the lighthouse, where this picture was taken? I may have already inadvertently done my civic duty in reporting it, when I told the Coast Guard you were lost, (my mistake, you weren't really lost, were you?) and gave them a location for you. But when you lost your phone recently, was there information in it that can help solve some of these mysteries that seem to initiate when you happen to be present?

Does Laura McNish, of Marshall County Kansas, always come to the aid of people who were present at crime scenes but don't come forward with the truth? Or is this something she only does when she has something to gain by dishonest means?

Someone in Kansas recently got into legal trouble in Wichita for assisting a crooked cop who didn't report serious crimes, as required by law. When the cop was investigated, she (the cop) bought a cell phone and enlisted the services of a third party use it to threaten and intimidate witnesses in hopes that she could scare them into saying what she wanted them to say, rather than representing the truth with their testimony. That third party answered for the whole affair in court, and the cop in question is not a cop anymore. It seems that the services of crooked cops are easier to terminate than the services of crooked prosecutors.

How much information was available for culling from your phone when you left it at the bus station, and do all of your buddies know how much of a risk it was to trust.....that is, use you?

Ah, for the days of landlines; when information was more difficult to track down!

Bully, Bully In The Hall

Anyone with unwarranted curiosity about yours truly, or family of same, should come to yours truly with questions, not to friends and associates. Especially not to clergy; in my tradition, such crass and unfriendly advances are not taken kindly. This should give the person who did that something to think about.

As for unlawful and false testimony, the person who has foolishly decided to go forward with matters from which he was advised to abstain should be aware that the louder he becomes with lies, the louder I will become with the truth. A good school administrator does not allow a guidance counselor to transport a student four miles away from the school and forget about the student, resulting in an unreported missing persons case. This is child abuse, and it was swept under the rug, with deliberate lies, fabricated to protect a person whose employment at the school should have been terminated. And yes, there are witnesses that the same guidance counselor entertained underage female students in his home after school was dismissed, and also bought cigarettes for one of them. There are eyewitnesses, Dean, and eyewitnesses that you have been informed; so don't even try. The best thing to do is just tell the truth about your unqualified staff member and stop trying to harm those whom you simply, on a whim, don't like. Outside of Frankfort, and away from Frankfort School, there are lots and lots of people. Some of them are people you might like, some of them, you might not. You can't always deal with those you don't happen to like by using bully tactics.

Not only have I enrolled my children elsewhere for the upcoming school year, I have gone to even more agencies concerning Tom Schroeder's abuse of my daughter during her freshman year of high school. I am making good on a promise I made, a couple of years ago, to a troll, that every time someone protests my public statements about Tom Schroeder's unprofessional and dangerous conduct, I would make Tom's professional failings more and more public. Well, I'm doing it. I legally can, since it can be proven, via eyewitnesses and sworn statements, that it happened. Don't expect to impune the innocent and exonerate the guilty, bullying adults in much the same way as you bully the less popular children; I will not allow you to manipulate the justice system that way, especially after all the nauseating Christianity you spewed.

By the way, you were told abut the guns that come to your school; yet you did nothing about it, Dean. How come? You do know that it isn't legal to take guns to school, don't you? Here's a clue, Dean; the mom who ingratiates herself to you and to various members of your faculty the most probably would not have wanted you or anyone else to look in her son's vehicle during hunting season. Stop putting the cute club ahead of student safety.

Once again, if you really want to talk to me, talk to me. Don't use fake names and try to pry information from others.

Reader Reaction To The Posts Concerning James Moulton

It seems that yours truly hit a raw nerve somewhere in the collective subconscious with this post, and this post. Both of them are musings of mine, as they relate to what has been reported about Terri Moulton Horman, and her adult son, James Moulton, and their relationship to the Kyron Horman case. As previously stated in this blog, Kyron went missing in June of 2010, from his school in Portland, Oregon. Everyone with a relationship to Kyron has cooperated in the investigation with the exception of one person, Kyron's stepmother, Terri Moulton Horman. Her son, James, was about sixteen years old when this happened, but is an adult now. Because it is very conceivable that, over the past two years, James has been privy to information about the case that investigators have not, and because Kyron is still missing, an attorney representing Kyron's mother was recently permitted to depose James. This made many people who claim some sort of whacky "comraderie" with Terri Horman very, very upset. So did my posts. Here's a question: what difference does it make if James Moulton is deposed, yet has no information? It is not a traumatic experience, and is certainly no more distressing than anything else to which his silly-assed maternal unit has exposed him. So why should answering a few questions about his young step-brother be such a hardship for James?

The last time yours truly encountered a reaction with verbatim and vitriol that compares to this, it was in person, and over this case....Robert Neil Boyd. It involved kiddie porn, an open warrent, and an offender living on the lam for several years. People who knew him, and knew about the crimes, never spoke up. He was found in another state, doing the same thing he had done before. But his friends and family thought that is was "just terrible" to turn him in to authorities. Another case where yours truly encountered restistance over testimony was this. This one was about a creep who actually kidnapped children at night, via their bedroom windows, molested them, and put them back before morning! Even a couple of Christian ministers in the area where this happened thought that it would "be best to let the whole thing pass", and not testify in order to get this creep locked up. As a result, the whole mess went on for several more years. Stopping the perpetrator immediately would have drastically reduced the number of victims. Yet.....people continued to not want the matter and the person confronted. In the end, a child went ahead and testified. The creep was locked away. His family's feelings, and the community's feelings, were deemed rather unimportant.

Judging from experience, I am really inclined to think that some of these people who are so mad at me for my posts about James Moulton and his deposition really just want Kyron's missing person case to go away without Kyron bring found. To which I can only say: get over it. Too many people want Kyron, and all missing children, to be found.

What Story Did Terri Horman Tell Her Counsel?

Hey Bunchpants.....exactly what story did Terri Horman give you about what happened to Kyron, anyway? Because we know that in order to advise your client to plead the fifth, you have to know enough about the case and your client's involvement to honestly see that not testifying is a good idea for your client. If Kyron was taken by someone else, or if he was the victim of a terrible accident, and your client truly knows nothing about it, and it all comes out in the wash later, just by happenstance, it will also come out in the wash that Terri Horman had testimony that would NOT have jeopardized her in any way, and all this "pleading the fifth" will have been, legally, for nothing. It will also have been a move that has helped keep a little boy missing for over two years.

It's kinda, sorta like this: if Terri Horman were proclaiming lack of knowledge to her counsel, just like she did to the police, no one would ask for an abatement for Terri's personal response to the recent lawsuit filed against her by Kyron's mother. In fact, the lawsuit would probably never have been filed. If Peter Bunch were completely comfortable with his knowledge about Terri Horman's involvement with this case, he would have gone ahead and taken care of her divorce from Kaine Horman, Kyron's father. And this lawsuit would not be a problem. All Desiree Young actually wants from Terri Horman is her testimony. And if Kyron comes back alive, it will make all the difference in the world to her. So why is Bunchpants stalling? And what did Terri tell him?

Here's a question: if Terri murdered Kyron singlehandedly, would Bunchpants and Houzeboy understand the danger Terri presents to children and find a way to enter a plea? Or, if Terri sold Kyron, and got him involved with human trafficking, could either of those attorneys truly expect Terri to resist such criminal activity in the future? Probably not. And while they each have an obligation to defend their client, they also have an ethical obligation to report stuff like killing sprees and human trafficking. So what did Terri tell them about what happened to Kyron?

Perhaps Terri originally attempted to spin the whole disappearance as the fault of Kyron's mom, Desiree Young. Maybe she was planning to tell everyone that she thought Desiree had already picked Kyron up for the weekend. When it became clear that this was a story that would not work, as Desiree was already en route to Portland when she got the phone call concerning her son's disappearance, perhaps Terri told her lawyers that she thought Kyron was with a family friend, and that she thought the family friend would give Kyron back. One thing we know, at this point, is that whatever Terri Horman told the police, it was questionable enough to cause her failure of two polygraphs. Pleading the fifth is defeninately more advantageous from a legal standpoint than failing another polygraph or having one's testimony conflict with the testimony of someone who is telling the truth or having one's testimony conflict with fact.

It's probable that Terri Horman presented herself to both Bunchpants and Houzeboy as a victim. And if she testifies at all, she will probably play the victim card until the actually does go to jail for something. Even then, it will still probably be "all Kaine's fault", or the collective fault of all the people who want Kyron home safe.

If you know where this child is, please let law enforcement know.

How's The Job Hunt Going, Terri Horman?

For the past week or so, I have gotton hit after hit to this site searching for Terri Horman, sometime step parent of nine year old Kyron Horman, looking for a job! In June of this year, I posted about that very thing. Terri Horman moved back in with her mommy and daddy several weeks after Kyron disappeared from his school, and has attempted to stay away from everyone else, including her two year old daughter, ever since. This has not made her look innocent.

I have not been able to find any updates about Terri finding employment. I had just assumed that she had given up. Not that she has to. If Terri Horman is not guilty of playing any role in Kyron's disappearance, all she has to do is become honest about what she actually did on June 4, 2010, and pass a polygraph. Then, any testimony she gives that might be helpful, would, I'm sure, be appreciated. That might not stop everyone from looking askance at her, or make parents feel comfortable about Terri's "classroom presence", as per her chosen field in teaching, but she could find a different profession. If Terri never wants to cooperate or if she is, in fact, guilty, making liscence plates may be her best career option.

The online searches for Terri Horman and aspects of her life, such as employment or marital status, which would otherwise remain private; by curious members of the general public, will probably stop when Kyron is returned safely. Just some food for thought, Terri.
