Something curious about what little testimony the police got from Terri Horman on June 4, 2010, when Kyron Horman was last seen, allegedly having been dropped off for class at Skyline Elementary in Portland Oregon is that she stated several times that Kyron had a doctor's appointment on that day. Then, when it became inconvenient and counterproductive to her defense, after failing a polygraph, she changed her story and stated that it was the the following Friday. The only problem with that was that one of Kyron's young schoolmates told the police that Kyron told him he was leaving early that day, and would not be in class, because he had a doctor's appointment. How about that?
First of all, no doctor in the entire Portland area had an appointment booked for Kyron on either Friday. The lawsuit that has been filed against her by Kyron's mom, Desiree Young, for custodial interference would have a much stronger chance of dismissal or loss if Terri Horman could supply all of the details of the alleged doctor's appointment, along with any other pertinant information to the court. Second, Kaine and Desiree, Kyron's parents, who share custody of Kyron, have no knowledge of this doctor's appointment, or of any condition that would warrent a sudden and unexpected doctor's appointment. Here's something worth noting: Desiree, as Kyron's mom, has a right to all of this information, and a right to make medical decisions for her son. Even if the doctor's appointment was not imaginary, Terri committed custodial interference by failing to consult Kaine or Desiree. How will she and her Houzeboy, Stephen Houze, esquire, handle this in court?
Third, how could Kyron be ill enough for an emergency medical appointment with an imaginary physician and still be well enough to visit his mom, several hours away, that weekend? It's a big, big mystery. One that only Terri Horman and Steve Houze understand. As you can see in the picture on the left, Terri Horman looks terribly worried. (sarcasm) If Steve Houze understands more about this matter than even Terri does, hopefully all of Oregon will insist that he come clean. This has gone on long enough. Terri, where's Kyron?

Kyron Horman, as a seven year old on June 4, 2010; and in an age progressed picture of how he may look now.

That is a lie- never happened
Excellent points. Also, what a creepy photo of Terri looking up at Desiree. :-(
Really? At least half a dozen printed media and even more TV stations reported that it did. Also, the little boy, himself, went on camara saying it. Did you not find the links in my post? They are printed in a different color than the rest of the font. Are you hoping someone will intimidate or scare the younger witnesses who may have spoken with Kyron before he disappeared?
Or are you trying to tell me that Terri lied? Which would be much more plausible, considering the fact that she failed at least two polygraphs.
I actually snagged the photo from Facebook! It is what gave me the idea to write this post!
Yes, it DID happen. Kim Holmes, Kurtis' mother is a very well respected parent and PTA president at Skyline School. Their story was very credible unlike Tanner's effort for attention. Tanner has a reputation as a bully and problem child at school. It's not his fault that he comes from a bad environment. Tanner's account, unlike Kurtis', was not deemed totally credible.
No what you said is a lie- not one article regarding his friend or his friend's mom said that Kyron told him he had a Dr. Appt and that he was leaving early that day- the articles only talk about what the teacher said and that he didn't see him the rest of the day- never once did any article say Kyron told him
Great points Julie. I hope LE is reading your blog.
"Second, Kaine and Desiree, Kyron's parents, who share custody of Kyron, have no knowledge of this doctor's appointment, or of any condition that would warrent a sudden and unexpected doctor's appointment. "
This is wrong as well Kaine knew about Kyron's spaciness and knew Terri wanted to take him to the Dr. about it-
http://www.katu.com/news/specialreports/122554994.html?m=y&smobile=y
"Sources tell KATU News, Terri Horman led Kyron's teacher to believe he had a doctor's appointment that Friday morning. He didn’t. Kaine says Terri had been focused on Kyron's spaciness.
"I didn't see anything out of the ordinary," he says. "I wasn't concerned about it at all."
Kaine says Terri was the one who was pushing Kyron to a doctor to be checked out.
Kaine attributed the staring spells to sleep deprivation. In the weeks leading up to Kyron's disappearance, the baby – Kiara – had been dealing with an ear infection. He says her crying at night was keeping the whole family up, especially Kyron, whose room is right across the hall."
"is that she stated several times that Kyron had a doctor's appointment on that day. Then, when it became inconvenient and counterproductive to her defense, after failing a polygraph, she changed her story and stated that it was the the following Friday. " Where did you read that.. it wasn't in any link- the explanation about the following Friday was in an email to her friend on June 5th the next day- nor did KH or DY ever say that she told them it was for that Friday- are you just making stuff up as you go along?
Nice try, but there are videos by different news stations featuring one little boy named "Kurtis" who testified about the last conversation he had with Kyron. Kyron told him he was leaving early with Terri to go to the doctor. What I said is NOT a lie. Are you Steve Houze? Do you work at his office? If so, you should know that I have been polygraphed for several security clearences and have never failed a poly, but Terri Horman, from what I understand, has yet to pass one. Who's your obvious liar?
If all that about Kiara was truly the case, a doc appointment for Kiara would make more sense to me. We have antibiotics for ear infections that work almost immediately....unless Terri though it was 1902, or some time in the past like that! I wonder if Kaine suffered from sleep deprivation because of Terri's obvious personality disorder? I wonder how hard it was for that entire family to live around her mental problems.....?
It's like this: If my child is living away from home for some reason, and erquires medical care, I have a right and a responsibility to know, and communicate with my child's physician. That's a standard in almost every custody agreement. If Terri made such an appointment in the first place, (seizures and "spaciness" are serious, mind you) she was already in violation of the law by failing to communcate properly with Kaine, and then with Desiree. Even now, Desiree has a RIGHT to know which doctor her son was going to see. Terri obviously will not tell her. Terri does not have the right to keep that information or any written records from Desiree. In fact, Terri no longer even has de facto custody, via Kaine, so why has she NOT surrendered the information? I'm not wrong. Terri Horman is wrong.
Actually, two of the links in the above post describe the email in question and the situation. And yes, she changed her story seeral times for law enforcement. That's why they focused on her. It didn't start that way.
You are so right. KH and DY did NOT say she told them it was for that Friday. She didn't tell them ANYTHING! No; I do not make "stuff" up as I go along. I just hate crimes against child, human trafficking, and unremorseful criminals. I also want to see Kyron, and every other missing child, returned home.
Are you Steve Houze, or do you work for him?
and your link to show that Kyron told him.. because you link on here doesn't say that... word of warning though.. no such video exists before you look for one-
Am I Steve Houze??.. that is just silly.. you think he cares about your blog that doesn't have one bit of truth on it except for maybe the names of people, places, and things- that is actually funny.. you missed your calling
Where did you get your law degree.. that is all total nonsense???..
how do you know what info was given to LE or anybody else regarding the Dr. Appointment?? It was never stated by LE or anyone else that she did not schedule a Dr appointment the following Friday
I don't need a law degree to know how a typical shared custody agreement is worded. Once again, you are correct; it was never stated by anyone that she did not schedule an appointment for either Friday. It was reported that no doctor in the area had an appointment for a Kyron Horman on his or her schedule for ANY time in the upcoming two weeks. That was one of the first things about Terri's story that they checked; more because everyone ('cept Terri) was trying to FIND Kyron, not because anyone was trying to discredit Terri. The discrediting came later.
I just can't think of any other reason why you would want to defend Terri. No; I don't think he's even aware of my blog. If you don't think there's one bit of truth on it, why are you so terribly concerned with it? Do you have a dog in this fight?
No I'm not Steve Houze again.. and no I do not work for him.. kind of a silly question don't you think.. I'm sure he has much better things to do then worry about your blog.. and NO you didn't hit any kind of nerve .. I just saw all the misinformation that you posted here and thought I would clear it up
You want to see Kyron and all other missing children returned home???.. yet you take to a blog spreading vast amounts of misinformation about the case-how is that going to help.. obviously you are only going by what you hear other people say, and then continue spreading these lies and rumors since you have yet to back up any of the things that I said were untrue. how is that going to help bring Kyron home with such vast misinformation circulating about the case
I have spread no rumors and lies. There is no misinformation on my blog. But if you have a dog in this fight, and better information than I do, why are you not coming forward with it?
Any parent has the right to nominate anyone they want to be able to take their child to the Dr. When you take your kid in and have all the paperwork to sign, one of them is given anyone else the right to take your child in, receive prescriptions, and for them to give medical information to- Since Terri was with Kyron since he was a baby.. I am willing to bet that KH have her permission to take Kyron to the Dr.
"It was reported that no doctor in the area had an appointment for a Kyron Horman on his or her schedule for ANY time in the upcoming two weeks." Hippa Laws prevent this
People shouldn't give legal advice when they don't understand the laws
How is saying that Kyron told his friend about the appointment (which you still have failed to provide a link), saying that Terri changed her story about the Dr appointment after failing a poly (which you still have failed to prevent a link for ), saying that no Dr had an appointment for Kyron (this would be against Hippa Laws for a Dr office to say this, and I have never heard KH or DY say whether or not there was an appointment for the following Friday (again no link provided), with your wonderful legal advice about the laws regarding parents and stepparents, and what emergency medical appointment (the appointment if there was one.. was a week later)not spreading lies and misinformation.. they are all fabricated and you fail to back up any of them- this should all go on your tarot reading blog..
I'm concerned because you are spreading misinformation in regards to Kyron being missing and that is NOT going to help find him...people need to stop spreading these lies and rumors because it doesn't help find Kyron
No, YOU are wrong, Anonymous July 15, 2012 4:28 AM. Kaine's knowledge of Kyron's spaciness doesn't mean that he knew about a doctor's appointment. Because Kaine believed that there was a reasonable explanation for Kyron's spaciness--sleep deprivation. In fact, it clearly states in the article you posted that Kaine didn't know about the doctor's appointment or "of any condition that would warrant a sudden and unexpected doctor's appointment." Nice twisty-twisty though.
I gave no one advice, except to come come forward if any ACTAUL INFORMATION refuting what I have quoted and extrapolated from media sources is possessed. Apparently, this has not happened.
Hippa laws do not prevent testimony in the event of a missing child. Especially when the FBI is asking. The FBI and the CIA, both of whom have been involved with the search for Kyron, trump Hippa laws. But then, that's one of the things Desiree has a right to know, even if Terri did not overstep her bounderies by making an imaginary appointment with an imaginary doctor.
BTW; Desiree had custody of Kyron until he was about three. In most cases, that is not a baby anymore. And it does not matter how long Terri had defacto custody via Kaine......she is still a skank!
I did not give anyone legal advice. I do not know why you think that. I have provided links to everything I have stated, in several places on THIS blog. Hippa laws would not prevent Kaine or Desiree from finding out when their son had an appointment with a doctor. Also, the FBI trumps Hippa laws. If Terri had started there.....with why the teacher would think Kyron was at the doctor in the first place, she might not have been summoned to court on June 12.
Unless this is part of a reading, it will not go on Solarspectrum Tarot! Geesh!
Doing nothing, and...no offense, but it LOOKS like that's what you'd prefer......will also not help find Kyron.
Of course Hippa Laws do not prevent Law Enforcement from finding out.. it prevents Doctors or Doctor offices from releasing the info to the media.. the only people that would be able to release that info to the media would be KH or DY.. neither of which that I have heard have done so- where are your links regarding whether or not there was a Dr appointment the following Friday? Since you claim it was reported that there was no Dr Appointment
Yes DY had Kyron until she went to Canada, but if you read reports KH and Terri had Kyron 2 hrs during the day, every day
"Court records show that Desiree had primary custody of Kyron after her divorce with Kaine in early 2003. Both Kaine and Desiree said they worked out a joint arrangement: Kyron stayed with Desiree at night, was in day care and then spent two hours every afternoon at the Aloha house where Terri, Kaine and James were living. "

You can think whatever you want about Terri- however her being a "skank" as you put it does not mean she had anything to do with Kyron's disappearance and if she didn't blaming her isn't going to find Kyron.. but good call to start pulling out name calling instead of links when they don't exist :)
The links exist. Just to help you out, let me point out that the font in different colors indicates links. Click on them. Also, read the articles, watch the videos. And babysitting does not custody make.
While the lawsuit claims that Terri is involved with Kyron's disappearance, I have not made that leap......yet. I simply stated in my above post that she has some explaining to do. After that, it will not surprise me if it is discovered that the skank was involved. Why is that a problem for you?
Not doing nothing.. but certainly not spreading rumors that you hear on FB or discussion boards..
Oh lord.. do I have to say it again.. Hippa Laws prevent Doctor offices and LE from releasing to the media whether or not Kyron had an appointment.. it does not prevent DY or KH or the FBI or any of them from finding out.. however the only way to read reports would be if KH or DY released it to the media.. and I have not heard they have done so.. those would be the only 2 people allowed to do so by LAW- how do you know there was no appointment? You have yet to provide a link
Well that is what it is like.. you seem to know that there was no Dr Appointment or what Terri did or did not tell people.. none of which has actually been released..
It was released to the media, very early on. I will find a specific quote. Do you really think Desiree Young's lawsuit alleging custodial interference would moot court if Terri actually HAD supplied all the requested information, testified, and helped find Kyron? If Desiree did not have a case, it would have been dismissed. It's not dismissed.
Why don't you choose a name besides "anonymous"? You obviously feel you have something to say to me and want to argue. Why not do it with a name?
Not one of your links say that Kyron told his friend he had a Dr Appointment.. not one of your links say that Terri changed the day of her appointment after failing a lie detector test, not one of your links say that There was no Dr appointment at all- just saying you have links doesn't mean anything.. they actually should be links to back up what you say.. not random links
I don't like it when people spread lies in regards to a missing child case- but let me ask you this.. why is it so important to you to defame her???
Seriously? The case hasn't even started to be dismissed- Terri was only served this month... A judge hasn't heard it.. it has only been filed
I don't have a google account, or any of those other ones.. so Anonymous fits me fine
Nope. The case has not started to be dismissed. Ya definately got that one right. You obviously have accounts somewhere that allow internet access. A moniker would make you sound more credible.
Better sudy up on your hippa laws its not the case my teenage daughter I wasnt allowed to get infomation on according to hippa. Unless she invited me in the room the dr wouldnt answer any questions nor discuss it with me. And she has a medical condition she was born with. Of course I am well aware of whats going on. The hippa law is meant to protect any medical information to be kept from outside sources. Dr's worry about lawsuites on that law. Simply calling them doesnt work it has to be supeoned anyone can call and say I am so an so that doesn't make it true. Alot of clinics have strict policys and if she was the one taking kids to Dr and making appointments then they know who she is. Personally I think it misinterepted alot but its thier license and malpractice insurance not mine. Ive even had to give my ss number to be checked against to make sure its me making the appointment. Now our clinics make us produce a license and copy it.
I don't know your situation, but I have two teenage daughters. I have never had a problem sommunicating with the doctor about either of them. I also have guardianship of a child who has a disability, and I have never had a problem with hippa and taking care of him. There are several specialists involved in his care, too. Of course, our family has never abused these laws. You might have different elements in your situation. Back to the subject at hand....Desiree and Kaine have a right to know where their son went to the doctor when he was seven.
For the same reason I defame the Unabomber, the Beltway Sniper, Charles Manson, the couple who stole and falseley imprisoned Jaycee Dugard, and Jerry Sandusky. They are dirtbags.
I have linked to every bit of information I have discussed on my blog, even if it is just to Wikipedia. I have even used links to help explain a couple of things about which I have posted that are germaine to my own information, and about which I know more than the authors I quote!
Except Charles Manson, the Unabomber, etc... were all CHARGED AND FOUND GUILTY.. whereas Terri Horman has not- heck she hasn't even stepped foot in jail for even a day
You have not linked all your info because Not one of your links say that Kyron told his friend he had a Dr Appointment.. not one of your links say that Terri changed the day of her appointment after failing a lie detector test, not one of your links say that There was no Dr appointment at all-(had to copy and paste cause didn't feel like typing that again)
What on earth makes you think she didn't- REALLY?
Is that addressed to me, or to one of our other gentleposters?
>>>>>>yawn<<<<<<< Have you seen Terri's arrest record in years past? When one gets dwi'd, one spends at least a day, or a night, in the pokey. She's set foot in jail.
Anonymous July 15, 2012 3:55 AM, do you really believe that everything comes from a MSM article? I heard it straight from the horse's mouth--Kyron did tell his friend Kurtis that he would be leaving school for a doctor's appointment. Did ya ever think that just maybe some people who live here might know the families? Duh!
Well Kim Holmes Interview didn't seem to say that either and that is his Mom who gave the interview... apparently he was just gone around 9:10 or 9:15- and apparently didn't show up for lunch when they ate lunch together everyday
Did you look at ALL my links, or just the video clip? My post about my thoughts on the lawsuit, preceding the post featuring the video, shows a little more of Kim Holmes's reaction.
Juli, Anonymous July 16, 2012 3:13 PM must have a reading comprehension problem. I PERSONALLY HEARD IT FROM THE CHILD'S MOTHER (KH) MYSELF. Kurtis DID in fact tell his mother that Kyron told him (him meaning Kurtis) that he would be leaving school for a doctor's appt.
I think that someone is trying to move the hot light away from them and put it onto somebody else. I think this whole thing is a red herring. "The best place to hide someone is in plain sight." Someone knows exactly what I'm referring to. Sometimes cooperation is just a coverup in disguise.
Maybe someone is just keeping Kyron for the dollars that he's bringing in. But no amount of money will ever buy back what Kyron has already lost. Kyron needs his real family...not an artificial set-up.
You mean all this anonymous argueing is just a sham, generated by someone who does not really care about the issue at hand......Kyron and his whereabouts? Anonymous Commenter........please say it ain't so!
LOL sounds like you have a BOC minion here Juli! Don't you know that they are omnipotent-they creep up into every blog....sigh
