Happy New Year

,

Have a wonderful 2015, everyone. Hopefully, it will be a productive year for everyone.

Another Day In Court For Kansas Christians

Citizens for Objective Public Education, in Kansas, are at it again. After being told by the Honorable Judge Crabtree, of the Kansas Supreme Court, that there is no merit to their lawsuit and it's claim that teaching evolution to students in Kansas public schools has created an inordinate number of atheists among the Kansas youth, they have decided to appeal Judge Crabtree's ruling.

These folks need not only to learn about science, but also about the judicial system. Their revised complaint is that atheism is a religion and that teaching science to children is exposing them to a religion.....!Where's the eye-rolley when I need it? Atheism has never been listed in any library of religious beliefs anywhere in the world, and will never meet the criteria for such a thing. These cuckoos are the same ones who teach about Judaism by showing the Charleton Heston movie, The Ten Commandments in sixth grade social studies, and openly teach children at the same grade level that President Obama was not born in America.... another topic that should be given a rest. Atheism is not a religion, and science is a necessity in order for Kansas children to compete with students, and eventually marketplaces, in the rest of the world.

Kendrick Johnson's Murder Reopened

Eighteen months after the parents of  Valdosta, Georgia high school senior, Kendrick Johnson, were told "sorry, your son died because we've been teaching children this way for years and years, and we are not going to change our lifestyle for you", Johnson's death and the subsequent staging of the crime scene.....his body hidden at school, inside of a gym mat, from his parents......has been reopened.  Conflicts between surveillance video, cell phone metadata, witness statements, and whatever evidence could be analyzed after the crime scene was contaminated multiple times has necessitated another look at this murder. Had all students mattered to the school administration and the school board, perhaps Kendrick Johnson would still be alive.

In Case You Slept Through Church This Sunday

If you slept through church on Sunday, you probably were not in Vatican City, where a topless woman recently kidnapped Baby Jesus from the manger at the nativity and got hauled away by a cop. The cop did not shoot her, by the way.

How come no one ever gets naked and steals Baby Jesus out of a manger when I'm around? I could use the entertainment!

Christmas In Frankfort, Kansas

Once in royal david's city stood a lonely cattle shed,
Where a mother held her baby.
You'd do well to remember the things he later said.
When youre stuffing yourselves at the christmas parties,
You'll just laugh when I tell you to take a running jump.
You're missing the point I'm sure does not need making
That christmas spirit is not what you drink.

So how can you laugh when your own mothers hungry,
And how can you smile when the reasons for smiling are wrong?
And if I just messed up your thoughtless pleasures,
Remember, if you wish, this is just a christmas song.

(Hey! Santa! Pass us that bottle, will you? )

The first step in cases involving those who abuse positions of authority in order to commit crimes against children and engage in human trafficking is to expose those who are compromised.

Satan Claws Is Coming To Town

Well, well, well. The good Christians of Lansing, Michigan are in a snit over religious freedom. That's right; their nativity was forced to move over and make room for the Michigan chapter of the Satanic Temple to put up a holiday display, as well. The Satanists focused on the gift of knowledge, and on it's importance to mankind.

Christians appear oblivious to the actual origins of most of their "holy" days. In fact, all Christian holidays are leftovers from bygone eras when the Catholic Church, in an ongoing effort to collect tax dollars from the entire world, used the church to control entire populations. Instead of taking the winter holiday away from everyone, an interesting accusation in and of itself, the church just renamed all of it's holidays, putting the face of a European Jesus on all of the Gods whose holy days had previously been celebrated at those times by Pagans. Christmas is a conglomeration of Winter Solstice, Saturnalia, and Yule. If there ever actually was a Jesus Christ, he certainly was not conveniently born on the same day as the Sun God!

If the Christians had not wanted the Satanists to "take Christmas away", (was it ever really theirs in the first place?) they could have honored the law and kept their religious icons at home. Since the government is not allowed, by law, to favor one religion over another, it has to allow every religion equal space if it allows one religion any space. So now, we are taking back Winter Solstice. We have a beautiful display done by an artist of the Satanic Temple on display this week in Lansing, Michigan. It looks like a win for the Constitution of the United States. Just remember to keep Sol in Winter Solstice.

Happy Winter Solstice

A Happy Winter Solstice to everyone!

Can You Trust Employees At Your Local School?

The troll from Northeast Kansas said:

  • It seems with all of your superior intelligence you forgot to mention it was a cross country coach and it was practice!!! If someone who is educated in the matter doesn't agree with you, you turn around and bash them. Like the Priest for instance. Maybe if you spent more time raising your kids they wouldn't get "lost" during practice. It seems they aren't very bright.
  • And I said:
  • Juli HenryDecember 18, 2014 at 9:39 AMI did not neglect or forget to mention that. http://siriunsun.blogspot.com/2014/08/first-day-of-school-in-frankfort-kansas.html

Tom Schroeder and his enablers have gone out of their way to make sure that no one is "educated in this matter." They are criminals. Plain and simple. They just haven't been arrested. When they make a mistake that cannot be hidden from public view, I will be there with this information, too.

How would I have stopped Tom Schroeder from abandoning my daughter during practice, you creep? I trusted him, and he honored that by setting her up for murder. If you think Deanna isn't very bright, you aren't aware of all the scholarships she won. But then, she's not part of the local genotype, so a higher IQ would be expected in her case.

Of course I got angry with the priest. As a Catholic priest, he should have been very careful, in view of recent "problems" encountered by his contemporaries, to make sure that he never supported any action that could have made a child an easy victim for the types of things for which priests are most often sued or sanctioned.
  • What IS it with you people? I have never gotten an apology from USD 380 for violating my trust in them when I allowed my daughter to participate in their extra curricular activities, despite my misgivings. When the school board went out of it's way to cover up Tom Schroeder's act of abandoning my daughter four miles away from the school, by herself, and refused to tell me what protocols are followed when a child goes missing, WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENED, I realized that with no explanation for this breach of trust and for this dereliction of duty, Tom Schroeder may have done this deliberately. If so, I must wonder why. Was he setting my child up for something more sinister? Did the strangers who gave her a ride back to town simply obstruct some other purpose? No one ever got back in touch with me to answer those questions, and to assure me that the man who, either deliberately or by accident, set my daughter up to be murdered or permanently missing would never be trusted in the presence of children again. I expected no less, as any other school district would have responded that way immediately. In fact, the defensive hostility suggests something more sinister, and since my daughter was not one of Frankfort's own frankfurters, it seems entirely possible that she did not matter to Schroeder or the school board, and was, somehow, expendable. Until I get an explanation about why, when schools and parents nationwide are prohibited from such actions toward children, USD 380 continues to give Tom Schroeder a free pass to abuse and endanger children, I will continue to discuss this case with anyone who is interested in safe schools.

Happy Holidays: The IRS Gave The Money Back

Just in time for the holiday season, the IRS gave a restaurant owner named Carole Hinders, of Iowa, back the money that they had confiscated last year, because it looked as if she was attempting to manipulate the amounts of her bank deposits in order to skirt banking laws. Her bank deposits were often just a little bit shy of $10,000; and it looked as if she was manipulating them, or "structuring" them, in order to avoid creating records. Often, this is associated with money laundering and is done by drug dealers. Carole Hinders wasn't involved in either.

The Internal Revenue Service was unable to prove intent, and actually gave her money back to her last week. Luckily, Hinders had support and representation; hopefully, small business owners can learn from this.

    Io Saturnalia!

Ah yes! The highly extolled Reason for the Season! It's balance, of course, but that is hard to see during the things we often do at this time of year. From the Julian calendar date of December 17 to December 23, slaves and masters would change roles, leaders and followers would step into each other's shoes, freedom of expression would take the forefront, children were given a lot of freedom, and revelry and mirth were foremost on everyone's agenda. Such was the winter holiday season in Rome, until about the fourth century, when festivities were required to calm down, in order to preserve the assets and positions of those whose rule was protected by christian clergy.

Saturn is usually not represented by dancing and debauchery. He is primarily a God of order. Legend has it that during the Golden Age, under Saturnalian rule, men were more equal to one another and were required to work together effectively in order to achieve results anywhere, and role reversals were celebrated during Saturnalia to remind everyone of this. Our Ancestors were truly ingenious at times; not only did they cure seasonal affective disorder with a festival of lights, they made a fun and irresistible party out of an important lesson about balance in life. So why would we celebrate Him with role reversals and massive, albeit temporary, upheavals? Obviously, human relationships were known to stagnate, and such reversals were almost a guaranteed cure for everything from the winter blues to complacency about necessary change.

Gifts were also given during this celebration. Fun items and gag gifts were traditional, children were given toys, and; of course, food was always a favorite. Could modern Christmas possibly, ahem, be a carryover?

So there you have it! Balance is the reason for the season! Io Saturnalia!

In Case You Didn't Bother With Church On Sunday

To those Northeast Kansans who think that our forefathers founded this country on Christianity, suck on this! No one who loves freedom and common sense wants to see Christianity taken seriously. Allowing religion in public schools is about as un-American as one can get, if Thomas Jefferson is to be taken seriously.

Terri Horman, Polygraphs, And Name Changes

Terri Horman abandoned her most recent venture to change her name. This is appropriate, because there is still an open investigation into the case of a missing child named Kyron Horman. He disappeared from his school in Portland Oregon in 2010, when he was seven years old. Terri Horman, his stepmother, was the last person to see him that day. To date, she has not answered any question about Kyron, or the day he went missing, truthfully.

It seems that several individuals have "comment bombed" nearly every publication that airs information about Kyron, including Facebook, with complaints that no information was ever released regarding Terri Horman and polygraph examinations. This is simply not true. Kaine Horman cited the information in his complaint for divorce and his petition for primary custody of his daughter, Kiara. Also, James Moulton, Terri's son, discussed the polygraph results with family members who were later interviewed by Willamette Weekly. The "comment bombers" can rest assured that Terri Horman did, indeed, earn the suspicion cast upon her. How does feverish defense of a de facto or a not so terribly de facto suspect in a missing persons case become so all encompassing, anyways?

    Police In Motion Pictures

Something law enforcement should remember is that police officers cannot assault and batter anyone they choose without abandon anymore, thanks to the advent of the digital camera and the cell phone. Even if one eyewitness with such a device is pounded to the ground, law enforcement cannot possibly interfere with every filming witness or surveillance camera. Google even snaps random pictures. Finding each and every possible camera isn't even possible, anymore. No matter how loudly police officers threaten those with recording devices, it remains perfectly legal, under the Constitution, to photograph and record them, as long as said police officers are in public. The ACLU has graciously provided us with a guide for gathering such photographic records here. For further enjoyment, there is a picture below of former police officer James Kinsella, at his bond hearing in Omaha, Nebraska, after being charged with felony tampering with evidence because he snatched cameras and SD cards from men who attempted to record evidence of their local police at work. It isn't legal at all for a cop to snatch a cell phone, camera, or an SD card from a citizen.

An Arrest Concerning The Missing Lyon Sisters

There is now an arrest in connection to the missing Lyon sisters, who disappeared in Maryland in 1975, after walking to Wheaton Plaza, but it is not the arrest for which so many of us had hoped. Instead of a perpetrator and direct answers, after almost forty years, the wife of a "person of interest" decided to lie to the grand jury in Virginia about a matter that is of material importance to the case. Richard Welch, of Hyattsville, Maryland, has been named a person of interest in this case, along with his jailbird nephew, Lloyd Lee Welch. Some land owned by their family, in Bedford, Virginia, has come onto the radar of authorities in the recent past, and witnesses who know the involvements of these two men have been asked to testify. Now Patricia Welch, Richard Welch's wife, has been arrested for testifying falsely in the case. Some have argued that spousal privilege should apply in Welch's case when answering questions about a matter involving her husband, but there is also at least one other person of interest, and no one has yet been charged. The only person Ms. Welch has a legal right to protect at this point in the investigation is herself, yet if she does that, there is a chance that she will incur closer scrutiny. She really should have consulted an attorney about any conflicting or untrue testimony. If she has guilty knowledge, or had decided, on her own, when, or if, the Lyons could have long overdue information concerning their missing daughters, and was still using her own timetable for sharing it, authorities will hopefully throw the book at her.

People who think they do not have to comply with federal law, especially concerning testimony related to crimes against children, are disgusting. Anyone who can help in this case should call the police in Montgomery County, Maryland at 240-773-5070.

Terri Horman Has Another Identity Crisis

Terri Moulton Horman, former stepmother of missing Kyron Horman, who disappeared from his school in Portland, Oregon in 2010, when he was seven, wants to try to change her name. She has already tried this once, and the court in Douglas County, Oregon decided against it. Not only had she chosen the name of a foreign national whose hair color and complexion are similar to her own, which could easily create a passport nightmare in the event that a warrant is issued for her arrest, but finding Ms. Horman in another country in the first place would be difficult. Because Ms. Horman is the last person known to have seen Kyron on the day he went missing, the public's best interest would be served if she would cooperate with law enforcement and answer their questions about the day Kyron disappeared from his school before changing her identity. She refuses, and has failed two polygraph examinations, which leaves a gaping hole in the investigation and forces authorities to consider her as a possible suspect in this case, rather than a mere witness. Under those circumstances, Douglas County determined in August that Ms. Horman should not change her name.

Questions indicating deception on Terri Horman's polygraph examinations.

Terri Horman's new court date in Lane County, Oregon is on December 11, 2014. To date, she has not cooperated with law enforcement in Kyron's missing persons case and has not answered their questions. A petition protesting the name change is circulating right now, and will be hand delivered to the court during the hearing. You can click here to sign it.

    Illegal Immigrants And Social Security

Amazing! A bill, related to certain illegal immigrants, actually passed unanimously in both houses this past Tuesday. Nazi war criminals who had lived in this country illegally, some using real names, others using false names, had actually collected social security benefits.......a few of them did this even after returning to Germany! The Senate passed the "No Social Security For Nazis" act, and Congress passed a companion bill, both with a 420 to 0 vote. Now it's on it's way to be signed by Obama.

Okay, okay.......no weed until it's legal. But maybe that will pass both houses with a unanimous 420 to 0 vote, too!

Kansas Lawsuit Against School Board Dismissed

Citizens For Objective Public Education, in Peck, Kansas, determined last year that public schools in Kansas were teaching our children too much evolution and not enough creationism. So naturally, they went to court. Their damage, for which they demanded compensation, was that all of Kansas public school children had been encouraged to become atheists. Where the hell is the eye-rolley when I need it?

Yesterday, the Kansas Supreme Court dismissed the lawsuit. Judge Crabtree, apparently, was unable to see a large number of  young atheists running amok in the state of Kansas, and was also unable to connect any rampant atheism to science classes in public schools. Also there's that pesky constitutional right to freedom of religion or lack of religion, and to separation of church and state. Not to mention Abington v. Schempp, 1963 which disallows any bible thumping of any kind in public schools nationwide and the show of religious preference that accompanies bible thumping. Judge Crabtree was quite insistent upon proof that there had actually been any damages caused by the rare occurrence of Federal Law being properly followed in Kansas public schools, and the good Christians of Peck were unable to prove that a little book learning had damaged their children in any way, so the lawsuit went bye-bye. He noted, as well, that since schools in Kansas are not consolidated, and there is no actual approved and adhered to curriculum in Kansas, but small, generally unqualified school boards deciding curriculum in public schools, such a lawsuit would be a waste of time, anyways.

This is why Frankfort, in USD 380, continues to teach about the Jewish culture by showing the movie, The Ten Commandments, to sixth graders and pronouncing them "informed" about Judaism after the children fail to identify the Jewish holiday about which the movie was made! Once again....eye rolley, here. Using Hollywood and the entertainment industry to define and stereotype a culture is, unfortunately, as predictable in Kansas as using a poorly translated collection of biblical hocus pocus to teach science.
