Stephanie, Seth, and Michelle Witten were last seen at their home in Topeka, Kansas last night. This morning, WIBW reported that they are all missing and that they police in Topeka have shared this picture of them with the public, asking if anyone has seen them. Stephanie is thirteen years old, Seth is twelve, and Michelle is ten. Police in Topeka can be reached at 785-368-9200 and Crime Stoppers at 785-234-0007. They were found. In answer to your question, it looks like all three were adopted, but are biological siblings, and ran away. Perhaps Kansas jumped the shark on disintegrating their natural family.
