This is not really much of a surprise, but Kansas governer Sam Brownback has proposed tax cuts to corperations, (does he think corperations are people, too?) and to the wealthiest citizens in the state, and has told the rest of us that the formula for funding for public schools can no longer be supported and he wants to continue to slash education. The truth is, he cannot afford to ignore the schools, and he should insist upon more money for them, not less.
