A couple of days ago,the FBI searched a home in Hyattsville, Maryland for the second time, in connection to the Sheila and Katherine Lyon, who disappeared in Maryland in 1975. The home that was searched was a home where Lloyd Lee Welch, a suspect in the case, once lived. Testimony and evidence for the Lyon sisters has pointed investigators to Virginia during the past couple of years. Lloyd Lee Welch is now behind bars in Virginia, awaiting trial for the murders of both Katherine and Sheila. His aunt, Patricia Jean Welch, is on the docket in Bedford County, Virginia for a trial in January, 2016 because she lied to the grand jury about evidence in this case.

Five Years And The Kyron Horman Case
Five years. Kyron Horman has been missing for five years, as of today. Everyone who had anything to do with Kyron, or with Skyline Elementary, from where he disappeared, has been interviewed by police, and their alibis checked and double checked. Everyone, that is, except for one person. That person is Kyron's former stepmother, Terri Moulton Horman. Early in the investigation, when it was still a search and rescue effort and not yet a criminal investigation, Terri's story did not match her alibis, her cell phone pings, her former stories, or eyewitness accounts. Not too much later in the process, law enforcement brought in polygraphers. Everyone who took a polygraph examination passed, with the exception of one person, Terri Moulton Horman. Eventually, Terri hired an attorney, whose refrain is that "Ms. Horman was not the last person to be seen with Kyron." This is in direct contradiction to the testimony offered by two eyewitnesses who were in the bus run, and saw Terri leave the school, WITH her infant daughter, Kiara, and Kyron.
According to Kyron's dad, Kaine Horman, others are now on the FBI's radar as potential suspects. This is interesting: for over four years, Terri Horman has tried very hard to stay out of the public eye. It has only been a recent development that Terri has taken to appearing in public, in two failed attempts to change her name, and one defunct career move as a caregiver for disabled people at a place called Shangri La. At this writing, Terri reportedly bunks with one of this site's sometime trolls, Sandi Lessman. It is the opinion of yours truly that as Terri branches out socially, each contact, especially each contact who denies knowing Terri personally, but actually...ahem...knows her personally, gives law enforcement more to investigate. So it is quite natural to hear Kaine mention this.
No child deserves to have childhood and life stolen. No one left behind deserves to be a tangental victim, either. Skyline Elementary and the surrounding community have taken some measures toward never losing a child again. Hopefully, anyone who knows where Kyron is right now will come forward. It will not undo the heartbreak of the last five years, but Kyron's family and community would like resolution.

Pat Welch Lyin' About The Lyon Sisters
Lets see here; Patricia Jean Welch, of Hyattsville, Maryland, brightened her holiday last year by getting arrested in December, for lying to the grand jury in Virginia about some evidence related to the forty year old cold case of the missing Lyon sisters, from Montgomery County, Maryland. Pat Welch thought it would be more circumspect to lie, when asked pointed questions, rather than realizing that the questions never would have been asked, in the first place, unless the truth, or at least part of the truth, was already known.
Something else to which Pat Welch did not give much attention is that when people, such as Lloyd Lee Welch, her nephew and a "person of interest" in this case, go to jail on the spur of a moment, they sometimes leave many of their personal possessions behind. Since Lloyd is in jail, and has been for years, he isn't as available to visit his previous addresses and hide evidence. That makes it a little bit easier for the police to find his stuff, what's left of it, and look for anything connected to any crimes he might have committed.
Pat's husband, Richard Welch, is also a "person of interest" in the missing persons cases of Katherine and Sheila Lyon, and has recently retained legal counsel. This happened right around the time that the house he shares with Pat was searched again by Montgomery County Police, earlier this month. Pat says the police didn't take anything, but the media has pictures and footage of police taking things. Also, Richard's lawyer says that if the police come back, Pat and Richard will cooperate and be honest, because they have nothing to hide, but if that's really true, why is Pat due in court in Bedford County, Virginia, on June 29, for perjury? If she has nothing to hide, wouldn't she have just cooperated, and answered the grand jury's questions truthfully in December?

Anonymous To Ferguson
Anonymous has postulated a suggestion that all the ado and delays, such as stalling about disclosing the name of the offending officer to completely militarizing Ferguson, Missouri; was really a pathetic attempt to buy more time in order to come up with a really good excuse and story to explain why a white cop would shoot another unarmed black teenager. Sounds logical to me. How many times do they want to sell this theme? Michael Brown was shot because a police officer and a police force thought there should not be a problem with killing him. He was not a robbery suspect, and did not have a criminal record. He wasn't even "in the wrong place at the wrong time".
Hopefully, authorities in the Midwest will start to understand what they are doing when they pull the pendulum of racism and violence so far in one direction that when it is released, it cannot help but swing an equal distance in the opposite direction.

A Little Friendly Terrorism?
Terry Loewen not only had an effect on criminal law in Kansas when he attempted to bomb an airport in Wichita this past December; he also changed civil law. As a result of his antics, the House Corrections and Juvenile Justice Committee will hear a bill that will, if it becomes law, allow victims to sue convicted terrorists for damages in civil court. It will enable victims to recover up to three times their losses, or ten thousand dollars, whichever is greater. The definition of "terrorism" still appears to be a bit vague, however. It's a word that gets thrown around a lot, these days.
The mother of a boy at Frankfort High School, in Kansas, got very angry with yours truly, once upon a time, for refusing to allow her sons to spend time alone with my daughters in a bedroom of their house. The Pagan discipline followed by my family
embraces the making of careful choices in sexual relationships and contrasts rather sharply with the Midwestern Christian open acceptance of sexual exploitation among high school students. The mother rightfully felt ashamed of the way she had brought up her sons, yet she could not bring herself to simply admit it. Instead, she waited until she had a moment alone with my oldest daughter, (this took place at the school.....a conversation with an adult that should NOT have taken place at school with my daughter) and told her that I am a "terrorist", because she "felt terrorized" when I informed her of what local young people do in her house behind her back. The conversation she and I had did not take place at either of our homes, and was caught on surveillance, so my daughter was able to see that I did not "terrorize" anyone, and was actually quite subdued about the whole exchange, given the matter at hand. The faithful member of Annunciation Catholic Church in Frankfort Kansas was merely attempting to harm the relationship between my daughter and myself. How very Christian.
A few months later, those very boys drove an SUV on my lawn, grazed my porch, and proceeded into the neighbor's lawn, almost driving through her picture window into her living room. They did this multiple times. Law enforcement was unconcerned until they nearly hit two small children. Each time, my lawn was where the vandalism was focused. It finally resulted in a formal "no trespass" order for these two Christian young men; they will be arrested if they return. The use of a vehicle to scare my family and tear up lawns and porches was definitely meant to frighten and "terrorize". Would this be the intent recognized by the local court? Probably not, as police almost didn't bother with the problem. Yet, when the mother of these two monsters "felt terrorized" after a simple conversation, she howled and cried about it to my daughter, and a whole town is supposed to feel sorry for her because she was "terrorized" by someone who is not a Christian!
Meanwhile, lawns, gardens, trees, bushes, windows, bricks, siding, doors, ect., can all add up, monetarily. Ten thousand dollars may only be a mere drop in a bucket. The suit for "terrorism damages" would probably have to be filed separately from the suit for all the other damages. The damage done to my children by this woman's unfortunate mouth cannot be tallied, sadly, as cannot the loss of human life, should the Catholic Christian mother never get around to teaching her sons not to terrorize others.

John Doe 27
Pictures on the internet do not just disappear because they get taken down by those who have posted them. Between the time a picture is posted, and the time it is removed, it can be intercepted by any number of sources and reproduced an infinite number of times. Anyone who believes that child pornography is not a serious crime is sadly mistaken. The FBI is asking anyone who recognizes the man or furniture in the photos to call a local FBI office or the call the nearest embassy or consulate.

Dylan Redwine's Dad Doesn't Wanna Be A Suspect
Dylan Redwine, thirteen, of Colorado, has been missing since either November 18 or November 19. November 19 is when he was REPORTED missing, by his father, Mark Redwine, whom he was visiting for Thanksgiving. So far, Dylan's mom, Elaine, has passed a polygraph, as have Dylan's brother Cory, and everyone else connected to Dylan's maternal family. Mark Redwine, on the other hand, will not confirm or deny that he has passed a polygraph. The most he will volunteer about his polygraph is that the results were inconclusive. Also, there is no information about Mark Redwine's family, who chimed in early on various social networking sites to announce Mark's innocence to the world and call his former spouse names. Have they passed polygraphs? Only the shadow knows.......
So now, after an inconclusive polygraph, not showing up at any vigils for his son, not looking for him, and not even passing out a flyer in an attempt to locate Dylan, Mark Redwine states that we should all should be aware that everyone connected to Dylan is a suspect. Oh. Everyone, huh? No, not really. First of all, Dylan disappeared on Mark Redwine's watch. There's the means. Mark Redwine and his family apparently hate any woman, including Dylan's mother, with an IQ surpassing room temperature and no tattoos, and Mark Redwine did not wish to pay child support. Motive. Mark Redwine was the last person to see Dylan, and Dylan texted his mother to let him know he had reached his destination after disembarking the plane at the airport.....Opportunity. Regardless of what actually happened, Mark Redwine is the most obvious person of interest.
If Mark Redwine does not wish to be seen as a suspect, perhaps he should put aside his unseemly angst about spending time with people who are not of the criminal element, such as his son's maternal family, and start looking for Dylan. Perhaps he should take a polygraph, pass it, and then give a sensible account of events surrounding the time Dylan went missing, rather than this stuff about leaving the house in the predawn hours on a weekend right before a holiday for an appointment with an attorney while Dylan was visiting. Providing the rest of us with a reasonable explanation as to why he and his sister use so many past tense verbs in reference to Dylan would also help. And perhaps he should spend less time with his family, who have not bothered to look for Dylan anywhere. His behavior makes him look very suspect.

Debbie Bradley's Lawyer Doesn't Trust Dogs
Now that a cadaver dog has hit upon a death scent during a thorough search of the Irwin home, Debbie Bradley's lawyer, Cyndy Short, wants all of us to know that she does not trust cadaver dogs. Well guess what, Cyndy Short, a lot of us do not trust defendants and suspects in missing persons cases!
Cyndy Short walked through the Irwin's house the other day, despite the fact that any evidence found there would have to be shared with her, anyway. Have Debbie and Jeremy even been charged with a crime yet? Why all these defense attorneys? Anyway, Ms. Short told the local news that since the house is old, very old, a whole sixty-three years old, and a cadaver dog can smell a twenty-eight year old death, Lisa cannot possibly have died inside her parents' house, and the dog is wrong. To this, I raise the BS flag, because if someone had died inside that house, the population in Missouri has been keeping adequate records for investigators to detemine this. Had someone gotton sick and died where the dog scented death, we would have records of emergency services, such as the use of an ambulance. If a murder had taken place, police records would show it.
Ms. Short also runs her yap incessantly about several eyewitness accounts of a man carrying a baby through various points near Kansas City on the morning that Baby Lisa disappeared. And you know what? I think she may really be onto something there, because the first sighting featured a small built, dark haired, white man on foot with a baby wearing only a diaper, just walking through an intersection shortly after midnight. The next sighting of the very same thing places the man and the baby several miles away, about three and a half or four hours later. This fits a very possible scenario.........specifically that the baby was already deceased, so clothing, even in the predawn chill, did not matter, and someone was carrying her away from the scene of the death in order to prevent an investigation bearing appropriate findings. Yeah; that sounds plausible. Yet Ms. Short will go on camara and run her mouth about it, never once asking the police to provide a sketch artist and have drawings done of the possible suspect. Never once. That would seem like a way to possibly identify the suspect, find Lisa, and close the case, unless, of course, she is representing the person who would be described and sketched. If that is the case, I do not imagine she will welcome a sketch artist.
Here is what Cyndy Short has to say:
I would also like to reiterate what a poster on a local news site pointed out; if Lisa Irwin is still alive, she is probably disguised in boys' clothing, and someone is probably calling her "Lee" instead of "Lisa". Also, if anyone close enough to Kansas City has any skills as an artist drawing faces, maybe you could donate your services, talk to the witnesses, draw this man who was seen walking around with a baby in the middle of the night, and help the rest of us see what he looks like. I think we can rest assured that Cyndy Short is not going to do it.
