How To File An Official Complaint About Laura Johnson McNish
Laura Johnson McNish is the county attorney for Marshall County, Kansas. During the past three years that she has served in this post, she has violated the civil rights and personal rights of many Kansas citizens and has ignored the law, favoring bullying tactics over courtroom skill. Verbal complaints about her performance can be found and heard all over Marshall County, but quite a few citizens do not realize that they can file a complaint, very easily, with the Kansas Bar Association. Here is a link to the official Complaint Form provided by the Kansas Bar Association. It is easy to fill out, and when you are finished, all you have to do is print it, sign it, and send the hard copy via snail mail to:Kansas Bar Association,
Stanton A. Hazlatt,
Disciplinary Administrator,
701 Jackson Street, 1st Floor
Topeka, Kansas, 66603-3729
Complaints, especially in large numbers, are taken very seriously by state bar associations. Anyone who writes a letter when an official abuses authority is doing the rest of the community a favor. No one should have to suffer injustice, justice denied, or abuses of a prosecuting attorney. Also, a prosecutor should not use the time and resources of the taxpayers for personal revenge, while the actual needs of the taxpayers get ignored. Writing a letter of complaint to the Bar Association does not confer a negative label to the writer, it simply means that the writer cares about community, and wishes to correct inbalence within the government structure, such as it is.

Nazi War Criminal Anton Geiser Wants To Stay
Anton Geiser has been in this country since 1956. He came from Austria. Somehow, under false pretenses, he managed to slip through the cracks, immigrating to this country, and becoming naturalized as a citizen in 1962. What he stated as his occupation prior to lurking in this country is unclear, but it was later revealed that his former employer was the Nazi Party! Since he hid this fact from authorities when he came here, and since he faces prosecution as a war criminal in Austria, his dishonestly obtained citizenship was revoked in 2004. In 2010, he was ordered to leave, and go back to Austria, but he lingered on, instead; appealing America's decision to say "no" to Nazi's. He's still here, crying the blues because he joined the Nazi Party at seventeen years old. He thinks he deserves some sort of a "second chance".America does not allow the average foreign national to simply immigrate to the country and become a naturalized citizen. There are so many more deserving people, especially people who are not war criminals. As for being seventeen when he committed his crimes against humanity, there are children as young as twelve who have been tried as adults for crimes. Why is Geiser special? I say ship him back to Austria tommorrow.

Prejudiced Kansas Resident Who Belongs In Lunatic Asylum
There's a man named Joe Montgomery, who pitched a deep seated concern, out of what sounds like some deep seated racism, about President Obama's nomination for president by the Democratic National Convention. Since Obama was born in Hawaii, and his birth certificate clearly says so, the good Christian folk of Kansas, and Kris Kobach, Secretary of State for Kansas and author of Arizona's extremist "papers please" policies, aimed at Hispanics; are harassing the President from a different angle....they want him off the ballot because his FATHER was born elsewhere. But since the republicans have produced a candidate whose skin is milky white, there has been no notice taken of the fact that Mitt Romney's father was born in Mexico! In Kansas, it's all about the skin color!
Take a good, long look at this regurgitated copy of Bishop Romney's birth certificate, people of Kansas. His father was born in Mexico! And do you know why he was born in Mexico? Because his father, before him, wanted the privilege of boffing as many different women as his resources would allow, while keeping them captive. It's a Mormon thing.
Is the color of the President's skin really that much of a problem for you, Kansas???
Kris Kobach can be reached at 785-296-4564 between 8AM and 5PM Central Time. His office will be hearing from me tommorrow, because I decided a long time ago that I will vote for Obama in 2012, and I will flip out if they take away my right to vote for the candidate I choose. Especially if they leave old Mitt "Vote For Me Because I'm White" Romney on the ballot, as the only choice, while his father's birthing situation was the same!
For your viewing pleasure, here is the fat toad I mentioned earlier, Joe Montgomery, trying to make his prejudism sound like it's moral and good, when it stinks of injustice.

The Results Of Citizens Getting Involved
This is an intersting story, Antonio Diaz Chacon, of New Mexico, was running an errand with his two small daughters, noticed a six year old girl being rather violently forced into a van, and decided to do his laundry later and give chase, because the whole thing didn't look right. When the van he was chasing finally crashed, the driver, Phillip Garcia, took off running. Antonio Diaz Chacon got the little girl out of the van and called the cops to the scene. Gear, such as duct tape and tie-down cords, were found in the van and under a rock about twenty-five feet away from the van. What do you suppose would have happened to this little girl if Antonio Diaz Chacon had not been where he was in time to see this, or had decided to just "mind his own business" or "not get involved", the way American communities seem to encourage? I'm glad there is a person who does not mind getting involved.
