Private Message

I've been following the situation with your son for over a year now. I just want to say that I wish him well, and if he recovers, I will be very happy for him. No question about that. I have some reservations about you, though. You do remember when you badmouthed me behind my back, because you don't like my religion, don't you? I didn't have any use for your born-again church, and I told my children that if, while pretending to teach classes, you continued to mention your silly take on Christianity, they didn't have to listen to you. I'm sure you remember. Even after you quit teaching because no one else liked your approach, either, you still, despite being holier than everyone else, never bothered to teach your children to obey the laws of the land. That brings me to my big question for you: when are you going to get on Facebook and admit to the world that your son's injuries in his car accident were not really the result of failure to use a seat belt, but failure to remain sober while driving? I know alcohol was involved, because I asked the sheriff of the county where your son's vehicle flipped over. How come you have accepted monetary donations without straight-up honesty about it? I am not a Christian, and not terribly religious at all, but I know enough about the new testament to tell you that lying and fraud are wrong. Possibly even more wrong, from a moral standpoint, than teaching your children that the laws of the land do not apply to them. Just tell the truth.

Oh, by the way; "the devil" is not responsible for what happened to your son when he drove drunk last May. Your son is responsible for it. And so are you, indirectly. If you had not chosen to send your children to school where virtually all of the children drink alcoholic beverages, with the approval of teachers, despite the laws against it, your son would probably have never been where he was that night, and if your son had chosen to be "different" enough to abide by the laws of the state and the laws of the land, despite the majority of the student body of his school, the whole thing would never have happened. The youth pastor of your church has been made aware of this, so unless you want to acknowledge that the devil is in the details and tell the truth, you should leave the devil out of it.

Kansas Government Official Drives Drunk

Stanley Ahlerich, executive director of Council of Economic Advisers for Governor Brownback, of Kansas, was arrested for drunk driving at 3:14 on Saturday, February 6. It's as easy as pi, isn't it? He thought he would get away with it.

Affluenza, A Petition From MADD

Remember Ethan Couch, the "affluenza kid"? Now that he has been caught, after Tonya Couch, his so-called "mother", helped him hide in Mexico in order to avoid the constraints of probation for the four murders of which he was convicted in 2013, and is fighting deportation, a judge has the option of transferring his case from juvenile court to adult court. Had he been held accountable for his crimes, or even if he had shown some gratitude for his light sentence and taken advantage of the opportunity to sober up, perhaps so many people would not be outraged at him and his mother.

Among those outraged are Mothers Against Drunk Driving. They have circulated a petition to show Texas how the rest of the nation feels about rich teens who drive drunk, kill people, and get free passes from the judicial system to do it again, while otherwise violating probation. The link is shared here, and it is not only worth reading, but worth signing. Petition To Fight Affluenza

Private Message

Remember that night, just over a year ago, when you saw the drunk eighteen year old, driving, but failed to call the cops on him? You thought you were doing him a favor, didn't you? You know who you are, Northeast Kansas female who works at a care home! You thought that, although this young person thumbs his nose at our laws pretty much all the time, he is somehow special, and should not face the same accountability for his guilt that others should face, even others who are not guilty of any crime. So instead of copying his plate number and duly giving it to law enforcement, you followed him, to make sure he got home safely. You didn't give a tinker's damn about anyone else's safety, particularly any victim he might have. You only cared about the one who violates the law.

Later, that same year, he got into an auto wreck. He was drunk; his mother went about several different towns, going out of her way to inform anyone who would listen that her boy was not drunk, only for the next day's newspaper to announce charges for drunk driving in that accident. His victims, as fate would have it, were his close friends. How about that? All of them suffered very serious injuries, and if you had made the call, when you first noticed his drunk ass driving around, it might not have had to happen. You arranged for legal favor for someone just because you felt that favor should be granted to the filth you love, even if such favor is dangerous and undeserved. How do you sleep at night?

I don't care how "close knit" you find your town. Would an untimely funeral have made it more "close knit"? Is perversion of justice worth it?

Kansas City Judge Says It's Okay To Drive Drunk If You're A Firefighter

Wyandotte County; Kansas City, Kansas......Firefighter Michael Quinn drove a fire truck, while he was off duty, through the lawns of some unsuspecting people after consuming enough booze to boost his blood alcohol to .09 three hours after the accident! District judge Aaron Roberts may dismiss the case because, while everyone else who refuses a breathalyzer or blood test when suspected of drunk driving, it was unreasonable search and seizure in Michael Quinn's case. Does that sound fair to everyone in Kansas who has been convicted of DUI based upon similarly gathered evidence? Does that sound like it sets a precedent that will encourage safe highways and fewer traffic accidents? Has the honorable Judge Roberts considered that the auto insurance of every driver in Kansas may become more expensive if his obvious favoritism of a government employee sets precedence forcing courts to allow every driver in Kansas to potentially enjoy the same legal privilege? If he hasn't, he should, because at the very least, such a decision will keep the Supreme Court in Kansas busy for awhile.

Kansas Prosecutor Lets Teens Drive Drunk

It appears that Laura McNish, county attorney for Marshall County, Kansas, has given a seventeen year old child carte blanche to drink underage, and drive while intoxicated, as long as she is willing to make whatever statements are needed in court in order to gain a conviction in a certain case. This is a very possible explanation for  last weekend's escapade involving the police, the very same seventeen year old, a very telling breathalyzer, yet no arrests. The prosecutor scratches this young girl's back by making sure she does not get arrested for drinking underage, and she, in turn, will scratch the prosecutor's back by making whatever statements she wishes for her to make in court, be they true or not; or so it seems. Don't worry, yours truly and one or two other individuals got the names of the officers involved, and the report from Marshall County. The fact that it happened is already documented.

This county prosecutor had better hope and pray that nothing untoward happens to my daughter while she has this untoward permission to drink and drive.

Note: Someone with whom I work told me to remind you that people who live in glass houses should avoid throwing stones. Should your family enjoy the same as what you have bestowed upon other families? You should give that some serious thought, McNish. Soon.

Another Message For An Obsessed Visitor

Hello again, 68.234.126.187. I cited your information here, once before. I know exactly who you are, and I know exactly where you get online. I also know which computers you or others connected to you use, alternatively. I don't know why you bother with clumsy attempts to mask you presence, though. You see, it won't be very long before everyone who googles you name will see all of the things that I can see about you. I promise you, an internet search about your name will bring up information about everything from the way you contributed to the deliquency of a minor, filed false reports to law enforcement, committed ethics violations within your chosen field, committed fraud, violated the constitutional rights of others and sat on your big fat ass all day, on a computer belonging to your employer, while you should have been working.

I have a question for you, 68.234.126.187; do you think the schools and other government agencies which deal with matters pedogogical will want to listen to you anymore after they hear that you encouraged a teenager to drive an uninsured vehicle with stolen tags in Marshall County, Kansas?

Oh; by the way, if you and your goons on the police force continue to encourage local teenagers to drink and drive, and continue to encourage underage drinking despite the fact that drunk driving and underage drinking are both unlawful, I will make more noise about it than you ever thought possible. I promise.

Idaho Representative Drunk Behind The Wheel

Mormon Republican representative from Idaho, Michael Crapo, apparently got blitzed on Saturday night in Virginia, cruised through a red light, and got pulled over by a police officer. Then he blew a .11, instead of asking for his lawyer. All of this would not really be a big deal, except for the fact that he not only belongs to, but is a "bishop" in a religious movement that preaches that it is a "sin" to consume alcohol. And, of course, there is also what he has said in the past, regarding any use of alcohol: "Crapo has told the Associated Press in past interviews that he abstains from drinking alcohol."......Associated Press

Who the hell IS the guy with glowing eyes, standing behind Crapo? Satan?

San Francisco Catholic Priest Drives Drunk

Christian clergy can be an interesting lot. One of the most curious things about them is the fact that so many of them scream and cry over American politics and law, flipping out over things like equal rights for gay Americans, while at the same time, abusing children and producing kiddie porn! Today, there was some media attention drawn to a Reverend Salvatore Cordileone, whose ability to drive while intoxicated is about the same as a lay person's ability to drive while intoxicated. He is the Roman Catholic bishop of San Francisco, and he is about to be promoted, on October 4, to archbishop. The Vatican apparently has no problem with one of their bishops driving drunk, here in the United States, just as it has no problem with bishops and priests who commit sex crimes. This is one thing about Christianity that is never gonna change: the clergy will always carry on as if it existed above the law.
