Private Message To My Latest Known Troll

As anyone who writes and blogs publicly knows, all of us occasionally find ourselves dealing with trolls. Sometimes, these trolls do what they do for entertainment, sometimes they do it because they feel challenged when others fail to agree with their viewpoints. Then, sometimes, they do it to stalk and take revenge for real or imagined slights. At the moment, it appears that your faithful blogger has picked up a troll whose reasons fall into the category of the latter. So please bear with me as I address this person; he/she/them is completely aware of his/her/their identity. This is directed at the troll, not at anyone else. I know that it will be read on this site by the appropriate party.

To my latest troll; I know who you are. I know your name, your location, your employment situation, and your physical address. I am also aware of your criminal history, and that of most of your friends. These are facts I can prove. I made the mistake of trusting you in the past, despite advice to the contrary from quite a few people, many of whom are your own neighbors and workmates. In fact, the relative with whom you share quarters has lost a few friends because of you. Someone who lives near you once asked me to make sure you are never at his home, because of your history. Yes, it preceded you then, and it precedes you now. Back when your problems were mostly petty crimes, I tolerated you; but when I had children, I could no longer afford to do so. Some of your associates are not only shady, but truly disgusting, and any parent who cares for his or her children will shy away from involvement with folks like you, troll. So that is what I did.

Yes, when your friend fled his state of residence because of a warrant for human trafficking and kiddie porn, I turned him in. You've known that for years. But here's the thing: why didn't you turn him in? Wanna know who gave me his location? It was your mother! Why didn't she turn him in? Do you both like that kind of stuff? And after he went to jail, where was your gratitude? Why were you on the wrong side of that issue? That is another reason for any parent to be aware of you.

I really don't care how angry you are with me anymore. I have already accepted you as a complete waste of space, and I do not believe you are ever going to change. I do not have any time for those who support you, or for the defendant described in the paragraph above, either. One thing upon which I will spend time, however, is the good old three for one law. I will also make some of the paperwork that is on file, proving your own history, available for the perusal of those with whom you spend time every day. I will do this every time you contact me, a member of my family, one of my friends or associates, or a member of my community. I promise.

No, I Didn't Hear Your Imaginary Apology

Allow me to make something easier for you to understand, without going into too much detail. If you want to apologize to me for something, asking me to read your mind and accept your apology telepathically is unreasonable. Yes, I knew you were thinking about it, and I noticed the change in your behavior. Still, your vicious rumor campaign against me, your attempts at shaming anyone who became friends with me after I married Keith, and your outrageous lies demand an amend, rather than a flimsy apology. Words, in this case, are empty. I will not believe you are truly sorry until you approach every single person to whom you've slandered me and tell them that you were simply trying to hurt someone you didn't actually know, and explain that you did not have a reason for all the nasty things you said. Short of that, the gesture you didn't make, but which you thought I should take for granted, means nothing.

An amend, in this case, is going to be difficult for you or your ilk to make. Can you give back everything you've taken? Can you fix what you broke? Probably not, but I still would have been more inclined to respect you if you had, at least, spoken up, and not expected me to read your behavioral cues or your mind. Whether or not I actually can read your mind is beside the point. At the very least, you owe me an explanation for the things you said and did. Your outrage at finding your picture in my "troll gadget" is amusing, but if you had treated me with respect, I might have considered removing your picture. Why are you so concerned about it, anyways? You wanted to hurt my feelings and piss me off, and you succeeded. Since I felt that there was a "debt" of sorts, that needed to be paid, and you acted like a troll toward me on another person's Facebook page, I went ahead and took a picture of you out of the public domain for the list of trolls. Aren't you happy that you succeeded in making me sad? Wasn't that your intention? The fact that I noticed your efforts should make you feel that you accomplished your goal!

As for your dramatic performance, the one in which you went from person to person, complaining about how rotten I am, because I didn't accept your imaginary apology or believe you had changed because you learned how to feign some fake manners; I only have one comment: where's the eye rolley when I need it? Let me reiterate what I told you in person; I am not a God or a Goddess, that I might forgive you. Nor is it within my powers to balance your Karma.

So Someone Has A Problem With Petitions?

Okay, this is to the person who has a problem with this post. Go home and take a baby aspirin! If a person, or a few persons, in the community want to know about the progress of a missing persons case, particularly that of a child who disappeared from a public school, there is not a problem in asking about it! If you are not interested in the sheriff's answer to any of the questions, don't bother to read any media or information about the petition! The whole idea of shutting down an investigation prior to resolution is only beneficial to the guilty party, no one else.

Above is a little something from the Facebook page of Terri Horman, sometime step parent of Kyron Horman, who disappeared from his second grade class at Skyline Elementary in Portland, Oregon in June of 2010. A rather nasty message to any journalists scoping out Terri Horman's page, after she failed two polygraphs, was posted on Terri's wall by one of her friends. This friend indicated that Kyron's family was not interested in the publicity that the media could guarantee, and was thereby rudely discouraging anyone to post pictures and information about Kyron's missing persons case. This is actually quite contrary to the desires of both of Kyron's parents and the rest of his family. Four years have gone by, and Kyron has not been found, so a new petition, which is promoted in the post that attracted an angry troll whose comment was too profane for print, was drafted. It is a request for updated information and progress on Kyron's case, and the link is here. Please sign it; Kyron's family has been waiting for four years.

Precedence In Case Law To Allow Strangulation?

I was just informed by a rather persistent troll that because of a recent Kansas court case, one in which yours truly was a witness, there is now a precedent to strangle our relatives, friends, and neighbors. My troll is very, very upset because the defendant demanded his right to a trial, presented his case, and won. The charges were false, as nearly as I could tell, from what I witnessed of the incident. A desire to see an innocent man sent to prison is certainly disturbing, but such tends to be the manner of Christianity in the Midwest. The troll has even proposed hosting a party for such violence, offering that it is now legal. Hopefully, this was not a threat.

Precedence in court cases refers to cases in which existing law is interpreted either in a new way, or cases to which the court determines that existing law applies in situations where it traditionally has not applied in the past. This allows new or expanded interpretations of existing law, and sometimes different resulting actions or court orders. The prevailing decision will set a "precedent". All of this is based upon actual law. The laws, themselves, do not change. Crime does not become legal this way.

A decision by a judge or by a jury that a defendant is not guilty of criminal charges does not set a precedent for that crime to become legal. This is where my troll lacks understanding. In a criminal case, the argument is not about whether or not the crime is legal, but about whether or not the defendant actually committed the crime. A verdict of not guilty only serves to absolve the defendant of any false charges, it does not change the law.

The defendant in this case finds it unusual that certain people who had flown under the banner of "friends", mostly employees at the sorry-assed excuse for a local public school in his town, have not congratulated him because he won his case. Even more nauseating are teachers who continue to tell children, including those in close association with the defendant's children, that he is guilty, in spite of the decision by the court was that he is not guilty. These teachers practically climbed over each other to badmouth the defendant before trial, yet upon acquittal, refuse to apologize or tell all to whom they have unjustly gossiped that they were wrong. The superintendent was unaware of the court's decision until recently. Shouldn't these Christian teachers, who never miss an opportunity to force their religion on others, admit they made a mistake and try to amend all the damage they have done? Or does Jesus only initiate assholes to join his petty and ridicules churches?

Not Only A Troll, But A Liar

Here's what nonthinking frankfurter moron said I said:  I don't think its fair to bring her daughter into this matter. You are wrong about her daughter not being sick, she has seizures and needs someone to take care of her.

And here's what I actually said: Her mother tried to buy home confinement and an ankle bracelet by paying $50,000 toward restitution, and there were some greatly exaggerated claims about an illness on the part of a family member who supposedly needs Monica's care, (ha! that's simply not true) but the judge gave her prison time, anyway.

The post about which frankfurters are having psychotic attacks is this one, about Monica Smart and her theft of half a million dollars. Anyone wishing to see what I actually said can read the above copied sentence, in which I mentioned a relative of Monica Smart, and discussion in court about the relative's need for ongoing care from Monica because of a medical problem. Did I say daughter? No! Did I say seizures? No! While the Marysville Advocate and the Topeka Capital Journal did say daughter and seizures, I did not, because it's not anyone else's personal business, and it's not part of the story or the situation at hand. The reason I mentioned it is because it sounded to me as if Monica Smart was using her child as a bargaining chip in court, in order to avoid the problem she faces of having the laws apply to her, just like the laws apply to people from other parts of the country.  And I think that's really low. If Monica was really terribly concerned about caring for anyone with medical problems, it seems to me that a life of crime was contraindicated. As in: "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime." But Monica, after the manner of other under-socialized, Midwestern Americans of Anglo-Saxon and Germanic descent, thought she was too white to go to jail. Or that the prosecution couldn't really be serious about consequences. Or that mommy could buy her way out of prison. Or that Jesus would save her......or something like that. When none of those things turned out to be true in her case, she used one of her kids as a pawn. But; disgruntled frankfurter troll: I did not reveal the adult child's identity. THAT WAS YOU!

Then, my troll went on to say this: I have not personally attacked you and I would be willing to bet that Monica's daughter has not done so either.

It would not surprise me in the slightest if this non-thinking, sappy, unbalanced, emotional little troll was out gossiping about me, and my family, right now. The troll actually had a contorted notion that I made a statement I didn't make, and even in the presence of the printed words that I actually DID write, reacted as if I wrote what she thought I wrote, instead of what I wrote! Can anyone see why the inbred population of long term, under-socialized, silly-assed residents in this community annoy me so much? Not all of them; but definitely the ones connected to the school, and the ones who maintain friendships that surround the school. I didn't even mention the specific relationship of the family member whom Monica Smart was using as a "Get Out Of Jail Free Card".

I should probably remind my troll, whose signal did reach me from somewhere very local to the teeming metropolis of Frankfort, that inbreeding is against the law, too. You won't go to prison for it, like Monica Smart, but dagnab.......if everyone could comprehend and think critically, instead of interpreting data the way you do, the world would be a much better place.

Favorite Troll Of 2013

Demonic Looking Troll

Not unlike last year, I had a hard time choosing my favorite troll for 2013. This past year gave me quite a few new trolls, and I even added some of the more annoying ones to my troll gadget! I finally settled on one, but I also decided to throw in a very vocal runner up. His name is Russel Morris, and he is the boyfriend of a very irresponsible daycare provider near Topeka, Kansas. He is not a licensed babysitter dude, yet seems to be present much of the time, even running the daycare, while his girlfriend, who really is supposed to run the home daycare, is not on the premises. When things go wrong, such as the Department of Children and Families shutting the place down, kids getting hurt, lost, or worse, and people getting arrested en masse at the daycare, he always seems present for these things, yet never seems to have an explanation for his presence. He does not like my opinions, as expressed on this site, and writes to me to let me know that "Lucifer" is hot on my trail, and demonic hordes will ride through Kansas, or something kinda like that. It's hard to know exactly what he means!

My favorite, though, is one that has not been vocal, but has followed me almost every day since late March of 2013. She makes hard copies of pages and posts on this site, and shows those pages to anyone and everyone who will stop and look, protesting the horror of constitutional rights, specifically the first amendment, benefitting someone other than herself or the government. Instead of doing her job, she spends hours at a time during the day, on her employer's computer and IP address, perusing this site. Her name is Laura McNish, and she is the county prosecutor of Marshall County, Kansas.

Both of these new trolls have been added to my "troll gadget", in the sidebar on the right. Once again, Happy New Year, everyone!
 

Hello Again, Fishy Fishy

Hello again, 68.234.126.187, of Marysville, Kansas! While that in no way represents the only IP address related to you or your internet trolling habits, I noticed you again today. I just wondered, during all the time tax payors pay you to play on the computer and peruse social media sites online while you should be working but ARE NOT; do you take time out for a lunch break? If not, here is a suggestion:
 

Of course, driving to the nearest McDonald's would take you away from trolling social media websites on company time for a substantial amount of time during the afternoon.
 

Favorite Troll Of 2012

My favorite troll on 2012....lets see....I have a few from which to choose! Okay, it's narrowed down to two, a runner-up and a winner! The runner-up is Marceline Perrot, of Canada. In addition to harassing me here, she comments frequently on the Oregonian, slamming any and all who wish the parents of missing children from the Northwestern United States well. Her moniker there is "Mazama", and she thinks that the plate numbers of cars are private, and that it should be against the law to post a picture of a car that includes the licence plate. Before complaining about me, she overlooked the number of people who had, undoubtedly, seen the car in question, plates and all, long before a picture of it appeared on this blog. To Marceline Perrot, I have this to say:

 

 

My favorite, however; is Sandra Lessman, of Lowell, Oregon. This woman also has an affinity for trolling others on the Oregonian, using multiple online monikers, but goes everywhere she can on the internet, not only trolling, but scamming. Her latest scam endeavor is a Facebook page called Kyron's Kubs, which has taken advantage of the names of others affected by a tragedy without their permission or approval. By all appearances, it seems that Sandra Lessman's true purpose is to hinder Oregon law enforcement in any way she can. Kinda makes me wonder what else goes on at 501 N. Moss St., but I'm sure her probation officer keeps tabs. Happy New Year, Sandi Lessman!

 

The Book Of Trolls

There are three demographic "types" I bust on here in Siri's World: Republican politicians, Christian religious fanatics, and violent criminals, especially those who harm children. The reason I enjoy picking on Christian fundamentalists so much is because, not only is their religous text, the bible, badly mistranslated in many ways, but even the "Christ" archtype is misunderstood by most American Christians and the associated piety is almost always misapplied. Then, these people preach to me about who I should vote for, or where I should go to church, or what I should teach my children. The thing is, I already have a religion, and it isn't Christianity. I can, and do, teach my children anything I choose. There is nothing that a Christian fundalmentalist can offer me in terms of lifestyle that I need. I do not wish to vote with them in a bloc, I do not wish to attend any of their churches, and I do not wish to hear about their interpretation of their badly mistranslated scriptures at the PUBLIC school my children attend. This is what the troll who sent me this comment fails to understand: I have a constitutional right to vote for whomever I please without harassment. I have a constitutional right to bring up my children as I choose without interference. My neighbors here in Northeast Kansas have overstepped the bounderies of the law and of my constitutional rights concerning those things on more than one occasion. Here's the comment:

"Because you proclaim to be a christian, but OBVIOUSLY have missed Sunday School, here are a few verses from the King James Version of the Holy Bible. Which if you check in the "Mormons" standard works, (their books of religious text), this is what WE use to study Christ's word. Matthew 7:1 Judge not that ye be not judged. Matthew 5:39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also. If you hate Mormons so much, and proclaim to be such a better person, why not turn the other cheek like Jesus tells you to do? Smile to them that wrong you? Why do you not confront them in person even? Why Ms. Julie? Why do you feel so much comfort in cowering away to your computer, speaking evil behind that Mormon ladies back, doing the same things you claim she does to you? First off, my Mormon sounding troll, I NEVER proclaimed to be a Christian, unless I did it during another lifetime, which brings me to my second point; of COURSE I missed Sunday School, because I am not a Christian. Third, I do not believe I compared myself favorably to Mrs. Mormon Lady, or stated that I was better at she; I simply stated that I wished she and Mitt Romney both felt that the laws applied to them as much as the laws apply to everyone else. I also fervently wished, while recovering from major illness, that I did not have to go outside, daily, in the snow, for about six months, and clean up the trash her dog strewed all over my yard. I don't think anyone would appreciate that. Other neighbors did not appreciate it, either. And yes I did confront Mrs. Mormon Lady in person. She screamed at me and slammed her door in my face. Apparently, if I am not Mormon, I do not deserve any curtesy at all. Did you not read my initial post?

 

As for the book of mormon being a legitimate scripture for a Christian, it ain't so. Read the last chapter of the book of Revelations in the New Testament of the REAL Bible. Saint John emphatically warns that it is blasphemy to add anything to the scriptures. That would, in the Christian world, include the book of mormon. And racism IS codified by the book of mormon, making it nothing short of an anathema to any religion or path of Light or Love.

 

I will hand over to some REAL Christians here, who can explain this much better than I can.

 

 

Special Announcement

For the entertainment of my gentlereaders, gentletrolls, friends, and spectators, and especially, for the pompous, lawbreaking, religion-loving folk in a certain small Kansas town, here's a special announcement......If any of my children come home from school with any tales to tell of pressure to join up with any so called Christian church, or if, for the upcoming holiday season, or any other season, for that matter; the school deliberately or accidently favors any religion above any other.......I will publish the picture of one of my most dishonest, backstabbing, and antimessianic trolls right here on this blog. The person is a teacher at the PUBLIC school to which I refer. If I flip through the school's holiday program and see any reference to Christianity at all, or hear anything about the need to convert, or join one of your dumbass churches, as I have in years past, I will go ahead and give a face to the troll who made these rude, unkind comments. That's right; a picture of this person will appear beside some the more virulent comments proffered by the troll. I will let the rest of the world decide whether you guys really represent Jesus.

I really don't care how long Mr. Music Teacher has been doing his unwelcome and untrue "Jesus" thingy in his class.......if you want a Christian school, go teach in one. You currently teach in a public school. As for "tradition", drug cartels and the Mafia have traditions, too. Should we uphold theirs, even if unlawful? When you bring your religion into MY child's school, you violate the law. Here's something else you might try.....get the city council to secede from the union. Write to United Nations, and tell them that because you want to force your religion on others, and it is against the law here in America, you are demographically different from others in this country, you want their help in becoming your own little nation. You could call it "Naziville", after your cousins overseas. Maybe Darkagesland, for those of you who still think the earth is flat. (I'm sure some of you think that, too) Of course, if that does not work, you'll be stuck with the responsibility of keeping the law. And if I hear any more about your silly religion, I'll be stuck with the responsibility of informing and reminding your judicial system and mine of Abingdon School District vs. Schempp, 1963, Engel Vs. Vitale, 1963, and, more recently, Ahlquist v. Cranston, 2012.

Don't ever tell me that if the majority feels it's "okay", you can violate the law. The principal of the school in question actually told me that he could break the law, and allow his staff to break the law, while on the TAXPAYORS' time card, if the "majority" "felt" that it is okay to do so. Nothing could be further from the truth. The Consitution says what it says, regardless of any "majority". If the majority wants to drive while drunk, it's still unlawful to drive while drunk. If the majority does not mind if the principal passes a bong around at pep rallies, it's still against the law for him to pass a bong around at pep rallies. The only thing in our government system that is somewhat dependent upon a majority is a popular election, but even those can be superceded by the electoral college. Indeed, my local Bolshivekers, a whole state's worth of bigots discovered in the above cited case, Ahlquist v. Cranston, 2012, that the majority does NOT necessarily rule, and that one underaged girl can insist upon a whole state's obedience to the law.

So there's my announcement. My local troll will not only have a voice here in Siri's World if this religious nonsense continues at the expense of my family's serenity, but a face.

Another Response To My Local Northeast Kansas Jesus Troll

I was asked to pass this along to you, Northeast Kansas Nasty Person who hates veterans and messages me from various places within this town. It is the reaction of a relative of mine who looked at Siri's World this morning and was stunned by your ignorance. You should also be aware that none of us are anonymous on the internet. Quite a few people so far have been shocked at the address of the IP number indicated by my tracker.

 

I have a response for your troll as well- it was SO long- that the page would not accept it so- here you go- and should you use it...please sign it "Juli's Cousin" like I did... here is the article- LOL!

It needs to be pointed out that Christians in places like Europe (to those of you far right conservative Bible thumpers who can't possibly imagine Christians in Europe-yes- there are millions of Christians in Europe) Christians in Europe do not believe the way this menacing troll neighbor of yours and their insular, southern state cronies believe. I have some wonderful pen pals/ friends in Sweden. They really are nice people. Once native Swedish people warm up to you and get to know you; you'll never find better friends. There are Catholics and many protestants in Sweden- including the Lutheran Church. Your "polite" *cough! *Gag!... neighbor preaches about God and Flag when it borders blashpemy to mention the two in the same breath....... in Sweden- it is considered a desecration of the sanctuary and disrespectful to God to fly the flag of one's own country or any other country within the walls of the Church- especially the sanctuary. You NEVER see the Swedish flag or any other flag in the sanctuary of a Swedish church. I agree with this and believe it is the right approach. You come to the United States and you see American flags hanging all over many protestant sanctuaries- especially Southern Baptist churches. I have always found this to be disrespectful myself. Juli (and I have permission to call her that- thank you) It seems to me that your neighbor here and those like he or she practice no kind of spirituality or Christianity whatsoever. Instead they practice "Nationalism". They worship the American flag like an idol instead of leaving it in it's proper place as a symbol representing the nation they live in. A Nation where all beliefs and ideologies are supposed to be free and allowed to practice and do as they please. These people do not worship God; nor, are they spiritual.These people worship THEIR idea of America. They practice in Nationalism- they worship America. They disrespect their sanctuaries by flying American flags in them, singing patriotic songs riddled with propaganda within the church walls, and saying the pledge of allegiance to the flag in what is supposed to be God's house- not the Flag's house or America's house. What is the flag of any nation doing in a place that is supposed to be a holy/ sacred/ spiritual place? Many of these people are insular and ignorant to the World around them. The old spiritual song goes this way " He's got the WHOLE WORLD in his hands" It does not say " He's got the USA only in his hands" The Bible says for God so love the WORLD that he gave his only begotten son- it does not say " For God so loved America". So- if your neighbor is so Christian; then, why do they hate charity, hold the flag in higher regard than they do Christ,and apparently hate the rest of planet Earth? Is it a crime to love other countries as well as the USA? Certainly not. IS it un-American or un-Christian either one? Certainly not! Sometimes- because I love the REAL American ideals that helped found and define what this country was originally all about; I have considered moving to Sweden. Why? They're MORE American than AMERICA is now. And you might as well had better save your breath there Juli's nut job neighbor; because, unless you know Swedish people, know about their government, and know their culture the way that I do; you have no right to say anything. You have no way of arguing with me if you don't know anything about the subject matter in which I am speaking. Also- Nobody has the right to judge- period. My Post About Larry Moulton

I got a rather ugly, obscenity laden, crude objection last night to this post. I ran a picture of Terri Horman's father on a tractor, and asked him why he needed a tractor in the first place, back in June of 2010. He is not a farmer; he's a yuppie, and yuppies are generally not farm equipment operators. Also, I was curious about why he would conduct a search for a relative he had never met so soon (seven weeks) after a step-grandson he HAD met had disappeared. I stand by that, too. I think it is a good question. If I had anyone with that degree of familial relationship who had gone missing in MY life, all geneology research, plus other hobby-related pursuits, would be placed on hold in favor of looking for the missing person. Apparently, not so in Larry Moulton's case. Here's a bit of the guff my commenter loaded into my comments. I chopped off the parts with insults and abusive language, and retained the point, which is invalid and silly, as you will see.

 "Did it ever occur to you that Mr. Moulton might have been doing what MCSO suggested to Kaine and Terri (continue with normal routines) i.e. going to the gym to relieve stress? Perhaps his way of dealing with the grief of Kyron being missing is to continue his hobby of researching his family line, to keep his mind occupied. Some people like to do crossword puzzles to busy their mind or do gardening or run or host awareness booths or do roller derby's."

The commenter also pointed out to me that the tractor belongs to Kaine. Fair enough.....I actually WAS aware that the tractor did not belong to Larry Moulton. But here's where you are wrong, my "North of the Border" gentletroll: this picture was taken BEFORE Kyron went missing, not after, so there is no reason why the police would have told Larry Moulton to go about his daily routine of driving tractors, or yuppie toys, as the case may be, on June 1, 2010, when this picture was taken. Also, if Larry Moulton had a daily routine of driving tractors, he would probably have had a hat on his receding hairline. At least, on real farms, we usually try to avoid sunburn while operating farm machinery. As for geneology after Kyron went missing, it would certainly appear a lot more as if Larry Moulton cared about Kyron if he had put his searches toward finding Kyron, rather than finding people who are already dead and do not truly need to be found. You will never convince me that any stress felt either by Larry OR Carol Moulton is directly related to Kyron, anyway. They are only interested in sheltering Terri Moulton Horman while she hides out in their basement, waiting for Kyron's missing persons case, and all of the importance attached to it, to go away! Guess what.......it isn't going to go away. Not until Kyron is found.

 

Missing Lisa Irwin, Trolls, And Hypertrolls

 "I came to your blog because I have alerts set up to notify me whenever some a hole such as yourself makes a post about her."........This is a comment left on another blog, Solarspectrum Tarot, from someone who not only disagreed with the blogger and accidently ended up in passionate online discourse that got ugly, but read a Tarot reading in which no name but that of Lisa Irwin, the ten month old girl who disappeared in Kansas City, Missouri, was mentioned and INTENTIONALLY, I repeat, INTENTIONALLY, harassed the blog owner and the others engaged in discussion about the Lisa Irwin missing persons case. Here's more: "I have an alert setup so that I can refute idiots like yourself." Since no one had even mentioned the names of Lisa's parents, Debbie Bradley or Jeremy Irwin, this troll apparently went into overdrive just because a blogger followed up a request to open a new discussion about Lisa Irwin, and help keep her case in the open, keep it discussed, and also to help keep people looking for her. This troll is obviously someone who not only does not want Lisa found, but does not want the exasperation of Kansas City Police at Debbie Bradley and Jeremy Irwin's lack of cooperation with efforts to find their daughter remembered or discussed! Forget that no one has actually accused Miss Debbie of a crime; forget that no one knows exactly what to accuse Debbie of doing........this person just wants the attention drawn to little Lisa's missing persons case, along with all efforts to find her, to simply go away. The best way to make the case "go away", or, in the lexicon of someone whose personality is not chemically maintained, get resolved, is to cooperate with law enforcement and discuss all possible whereabouts of Baby Lisa. But here, we have a troll in overdrive, or a "hypertroll".

While it's true that the population at large is probably not in a position to locate Lisa, and indeed, there are no age progressed pictures of her yet, the case was publicized by the media and by Kansas City Police Department in hopes that if anyone saw Lisa or knew anything about the case that law enforcement didn't know, tips could be given. Also, pictures of Lisa as a baby were shared with the general public. Of course, a few segments of the public were already aquainted with the infamous Debbie Bradley, and unhappily so. Debbie Bradley has mental health issues, addiction problems, and does not get along with people very well. Also, Debbie Bradley and Jeremy Irwin were presenting as an engaged-to-be-married couple, but the media, not the couple, blew the lid off the fact that Debbie Bradley is still married to someone else. In this country, one can marry as many times as one wishes, but one must get divorced between "I do's". Also, Debbie has one son, not two. Jeremy has a son, and that little boy's mother is unable to maintain a relationship with him without going to court to force and reinforce court orders. Could this be, at least in part, because of the combative personality had by Debbie Bradley? It seems kinda, sorta possible! Could anyone who knows Debbie imagine her making the act of picking up her son and dropping him off as difficult as possible for Rasleen Raim, the mother of Jeremy's son? Hmmmmm.........I'll bet one of these hypertrolls knows the answer to that!

Lisa Irwin is still missing. Since we have no news of the progress of the investigation, and Lisa's parents have not attempted, at all, to keep the public informed and searching, it is even more important to write and publish information about the case. No matter who made Lisa disappear, hoping that the case will "go away" is allowing a criminal, (yes, someone TOOK Lisa, she did not walk away by herself) to evade apprehension indefinately. Also, Lisa's unwed parents should both push the FBI for an age progressed picture of their daughter. And finally, if no one writes about the case, someone may accidently organize a vigil, or something similar, and make Debbie Bradley very upset. It's true; not only do the hypertrolls discourage internet discourse about little Lisa, Lisa's parents no longer want her remembered in public by way of vigils. They do not want any attention given to the case by anyone.

Terri Horman's Awesome Google Skills

This is for a few of the folks who are following the Kyron Horman case. Every now and then, as one can plainly see, even on this blog, when writing about or discussing this particular case, there are a couple of detractors who will get on whichever site the discussion or article appears and morph into trolls. Most of the comments from these trolls are rather funny, and refuting them is even funnier, and the whole game would actually be amusing if it were not meant as a distraction to the goal of finding a missing child. Perhaps that is the real goal of a troll here: to make it psychologically harder to post a picture of the missing child and the phone number of the law enforcement agency that would like to bring the child home. The other case about which I occasionally post, and which also has a following of trolls, is the Lisa Irwin case. Kansas City, Missouri has a person or two within it's borders who do not want anyone to look for Lisa Irwin. At any rate, Facebook, news websites, and several blogs seem to have trolls, disaffectionatlely called "Terribots", after Terri Horman, who enjoy googling everything from Oregon laws that favor guilty defendants to family stucture and psychology and clogging as many sites as possible with non-facts about Terri Horman's relationship to Kyron and his missing persons case.

Something Terribots have not, to date, quoted, misquoted, or used for spamming purposes is Bill 1041, Oregon; also known as Aaron's Law. This bill was written by Sean Cruz, of Oregon, after his own children were stolen from him, curtesy of his former spouse and the Mormon Church (Mitt Romney, anyone?) and fine tuned and passed by the Senate in 2005. This is the law that gave Desiree Young the vehicle to pursue this matter in civil court, rather than in family law court. This is also a vehicle through which Desiree's counsel can insist upon hearings in a timely manner, rather than idling away time while Terri's counsel benefits from delay after delay, crying up a storm about Terri's fifth amendment rights. Geesh.....kinda makes one wonder if Kaine Horman, Kyron's dad, ever got this much peace and quiet at any time before he was estranged from Terri.......

So how 'bout it, Terribots? All of you thought, for the most part, that the law would not even allow the lawsuit against Terri Horman to progress even as far as it has....this I know from comments that have been posted under multiple articles right here in Siri's World. The times, they are a'changin', (Bob Dylan) along with the laws! Do any of you think Terri has really tried something new, here? Something she can really continue to get away with?

To My Trolls, With Love

Among all the genuinely nice people who contact me through this blog, I seem to have picked up a couple of trolls. Oh well.......I always knew they were out there! But here's the thing: everyone else is not always going to agree with me, and I am not always going to agree with everyone else. Most of the time, that is not a problem. For instance, on this blog, I have been known to make fun of Republican politicians. I have been making fun of such individuals since I was knee high to a grasshopper, and I do not intend to stop. Don't misunderstand, I have, on two occasions, voted for Republican candidates in local elections, because according to the information I had, they were the BEST people for the job each one wanted, but I will probably always find something about which to call out a Republican. It's nothing personal inasmuch as my friends and associates are concerned. I also bust on Fundamentalist Christians.....the ones who keep pestering yours truly to convert, yet never giving her a solid reason to believe what they have to say. I do not believe any more is required in terms of explanation for this, so I will move on to the next group of people I occasionally "hate on" here in Siri's World, and that includes anyone who murders, kidnaps, abuses, or harms a child.

There is one commenter out there who, along with refusing to learn punctuation and spelling, thinks that I sit around all day and insult everyone in the midwest and in "my community". If everyone in the midwest and my community fit into the above catagories, than perhaps you are right, bitter Kansas person, but since I know that isn't the case, shame on you for suggesting it! And if you do not like what I choose to do with my time, then go do something you enjoy with your time, dumdum! Or go back to the produce aisle from which you emerged.........

I also have another commenter out in cyberland who feels that it is necessary to keep bashing Emma Sullivan for her reluctant role in exposing Kansas Governer Brownback's twittergate moment to the world. It does not matter how rude or polite Miss Sullivan was at the time it happened. Unless she was addressing the entire crowd, she was not representing her school. That accusation is simply false, and the person who keeps wanting me to post that only wants to be hurtful. Miss Sullivan may be the biggest, most stuck-up snob in the school, (she prolly isn't) but I find myself face to face with a much bigger issue in this incident, and that is censorship and privacy. Anyone who wants to focus on the individual involved rather than on the importance of the issue involved is a fool. Seriously. From Richard Nixon and Watergate to Joseph Stalin to Mao Zedong, the results of telling citizens what they can and cannot say to their friends have always been dangerous. And Miss Sullivan is not the one who hung the principal of her school out to dry, in terms of email responses and threats. That was Brownback. His public apology to Miss Sullivan was politically the best move he could make in that situation, and Dr. Krawitz would have been well advised to do the same.

To my "gentletrolls", one more thing I would say to you is this, you already know I bust on Republican politicians, Christian fundies, murderers, child molesters, and other assorted criminals. What makes you so upset to see them catagorized as such? If you wish to see such individuals cast in a better light, I'm sure Rush Limbaugh has a blog. And if you wish to defend these people, why do it anonymously?
