If Romney is not even willing to consider the pros and cons of relaxing the prohibition laws, which deal with VICTIMLESS crimes, we have in the United States concerning marijuana, he is very clearly supporting the drug cartels who make money because of the prohibition laws, whether he is aware of it or not.
