Your Tax Dollars At Work In Ottawa County Kansas

In March, 2016, an under-sheriff named Russell Thornton, according to the government information site of Ottawa County, Kansas, determined that a ninety-one year old man suffering from Alzheimer's disease should be tased at a nursing home, when he refused to keep a medical appointment with a doctor. The vdeo was made available to the public in December. The staff at Minneapolis Good Samaritan Center, in Minneapolis, Kansas, called the police on the patient. Thornton waited until the man got up and began walking away, then pointed his taser at him and shot. The sheriff, Keith Colman, referred to this action as "the best possible alternative."

Couldn't the appointment have been rescheduled? What happened to the directive policemen were once given concerning the use of physical or brute force, and not using it unless absolutely necessary?

Terri Moulton Horman's Life Of Crime

Here's Terri Moulton Horman, sometime step parent of missing Kyron Horman, who disappeared in 2010 from his school in Portland, Oregon when he was seven. She is pictured with a new mystery man. After refusing to help in the search or investigation of Kyron's missing persons case, Terri allegedly attempted to pay an acquaintance to murder Kyron's father Kaine Horman; triggering a divorce action from Kaine. She then moved to Roseburg, Oregon, and lived with her parents for about five years. After she was finished squatting at her parents' home, she trotted to California, using the address of another relative for identification, an address, and a drivers license. While doing all this, Ms. Moulton Horman also got arrested for stealing a gun, failure to appear in court for the same, and, most recently, for stealing a car.

Lloyd Lee Welch Has More Charges

And the hits just keep on coming! Lloyd Lee Welch, who faces murder charges in Virginia for the murders of Sheila and Katherine Lyon in 1975, has just been charged with the assault of another girl in 1996. While serving time in prison in Delaware for the sexual assault of yet another child, he was charged with kidnapping and murder of both of the Lyon sisters, who were last seen at what was once Wheaton Plaza, in Maryland.

From 1975 until 2014, plenty of people speculated about the disappearance of Sheila and Katherine, but the investigation did not yield any tangible results until late in 2013, when someone finally shared a credible tip with law enforcement. The information involved a man named Richard Welch, from Hyattsville, Maryland and his nephew, Lloyd Lee Welch. At the time, Lloyd Lee Welch was serving time in Delaware, for sexually assaulting a preteen girl in 1996. In 1992, he assaulted another preteen girl. Now, in addition to the abduction and murder of both Sheila and Katherine Lyon, who were ten and twelve years old, he has been charged with another sexual assault of a preteen girl, this time in Virginia.

There definitely appears to be a pattern in the type of victim chosen by Lloyd Lee Welch.

Black Lives Matter And Walmart

Chuck Canterbury, the president of the Fraternal Order of Police, recently wrote a letter to Walmart, whining because their website sold T-shirts stamped with the words, "Black Lives Matter". This, he complained, offends police officers. Where's the eye-rolley when I need it? Walmart caved, and took the shirts and sweatshirts that have the slogan, along with the word "Bulletproof" off of their website. But merchandise stamped with the slogan "Blue Lives Matter" is still for sale on Walmart's website.

Walmart is a retail giant, and is apparently rich enough to take a loss on any merchandise it will not be able to sell online, now that the police's little feelings have been hurt. Walmart has just told the world that while policemen matter to them, minorities, especially the Black community, are not terribly important. Chuck Canterbury stated that he feels that the sale of clothing bearing the words, Black Lives Matter, is divisive to communities, but he fails to mention the division caused by the inordinate number of deaths of minority civilians at the hands of police officers.

Anyone who wants a shirt that says Black Lives Matter can purchase one here. The less we patronize racist retail giants, the better for everyone, in many ways.

Kentucky Racist Nasty Person

Jefferson Mall, in Louisville, Kentucky, had a customer today who yelled and screamed at a couple of other customers who were ahead of her in line. The irate racist perceived some slight concerning waiting in line to make a purchase and harassed two other customers because of their race! One of the women ahead of the racist ranter wanted to purchase an item without a price tag, and went back to where she had found it, in an effort to find an identical item with a price tag, so it could be scanned at the register. When she gave the item to the cashier, the customer behind her, the racist ranter, began screaming insults! This happened in JCPenney.

Jefferson Mall has announced its intention to ban the woman, but the fact that no one stepped in to ask her to stop her tirade is troubling. Would it have been terribly difficult for to ask her to be quiet and leave others alone? Could the cashiers, or security in JCPenney, have taken a couple of minutes to ask the woman to calm down or leave the store?

Another troubling factor is the response of Greg Fischer, the mayor of Louisville. He stated, after seeing the video, which went viral on Facebook, that he was "sad and disappointed" at the racist customer's conduct, and that "this is not who we are", meaning the community. He is wrong; it actually IS who they are. If it wasn't, JCPenney's associates would have put a stop to the harassment immediately. Other customers would have asked the woman to stop. In fact, if that customer's behavior does not define the community at some level, she would never have felt free to behave that way at all. Greg Fischer hasn't really reacted to the incident or to the customer's racist rant; he responded to the fact that an embarrassing and very revealing video about his city was downloaded to Facebook.

Dylann Roof Found Guilty

Dylann Roof, the twenty-two year old monster who shot nine people at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, was found guilty today. He stated that he chose the South Carolina church and the people at the bible study because he wanted to commit a crime against black people, and he thought that people in church wouldn't fight back. His rhetoric on Facebook also sounds a lot like Donald Trump's rhetoric, during his campaign for president.

The pastor of the church, Clementa Pinckney, was killed in the incident. Reverend Pinckney was also a United States senator, representing South Carolina. What is not known is why Governor Sam Brownback, of Kansas, did not order the flags at half staff, following Clementa Pinckney's death, as he did for John Glenn, Antonin Scalia, and the victims of the Paris terrorist attack in November of 2015.

Celebrating Holidays, Terri Moulton Style

Terri Moulton Horman, sometime stepmother of missing Kyron Horman, really loves to celebrate any holiday with trouble! She punctuated her third Fourth of July as Mrs. Kaine Horman by failing three polygraphs in connection to Kyron's disappearance from his Portland, Oregon school and by becoming a suspect in a murder for hire plot against her husband. They have since divorced, and he has a permanent restraining order against her, keeping her away from him and their daughter. Since then, she has spent five years living with her parents in Roseburg, Oregon. She recently moved to Sacramento, California.

A few days before Halloween in 2012, Terri surfaced momentarily at her parents home when John Walsh attempted an interview. She didn't want to talk to anyone, let alone tell Kyron's parents where Kyron can be found. She spent Memorial Day of 2014 putting up fake posters with terrible pictures of Kyron and the wrong phone number in several Oregon towns. July 4 of the same year was spent preparing to change her name to that of an Australian national with similar facial features and hair color to her own. She wasn't successful; outstanding restraining orders and complaints from the person upon whose identity she wished to impinge got in her way. Six months later, Terri celebrated Christmas with another identity crisis; once again, in a failed attempt to change her name.

More recently, Terri Moulton Horman spent the holiday season of 2015 doing a couple of interviews for People Magazine, still refusing to cooperate with law enforcement in Oregon in their ongoing efforts to locate Kyron. And of course, in what appeared to be her most audacious caper yet, Terri celebrated Labor Day, 2016 by appearing on the Dr. Phil show. The episode aired later in September, in two segments.

To the untrained eye, it would appear that Terri could do nothing more to ruin a holiday for herself and those close to her, simply because appearing on Dr. Phil is hard for a de facto suspect in a kidnapping to top. But all that was needed was patience; she had more planned for everyone. On July 4 of last  year, Terri was arrested for failure to appear in court. Why was she summoned to court? Why....because she stole a handgun, of course! From her roommate! Then, in a mind boggling turn of events, Terri Moulton Horman has become the subject of yet another restraining order, and has been charged with domestic violence against her new boyfriend! This happened right after Thanksgiving and she is expected in court right before Christmas. It is advisable for everyone, everywhere to avoid spending any holiday with Terri Moulton Horman!

Greg Lake

Today Greg Lake, of the band, Emerson, Lake, and Palmer, died of cancer at age 69. He also played with Yes, and was a giant influence in the progressive rock world. He and his beautiful voice will be sorely missed.

The Woman Who Gave Us A Murderer

Yesterday, you saw a picture of the type of woman who loves and supports murderers; today you will see what a woman who actually raises such a monster looks like. Mike Slager's mother, Karen Sharpe, shamelessly bore her murdering son and forced the rest of us to live with him. She is the last thing mankind ever needed. Why couldn't she have taken the time to teach her children to take responsibility seriously and to treat privilege with respect, rather than abuse?

Paul Ryan Is Very Angry With The Army Corps Of Engineers

Some good news, everyone! The Army Corps of Engineers decided not to grant the easement necessary to build the 1,170 mile pipeline in Standing Rock, North Dakota. The pipeline would not only have to go through tribal lands, but under the Missouri River, and the decision was to do this was nixed. President Obama also weighed in on the decision. That may be why Energy Transfer Partners released a statement explaining that when Trump is sworn in, they will go ahead and build their pipeline under Lake Oahe, and under the Missouri River. The problem is......Donald Trump is actually vested in Energy Transfer Partners. Trump has a conflict of interest in this matter.

Paul Ryan is very, very whiny and upset about this. He feels that saying "no" to poisoning the environment is "big government decision making at its worst". It appears that he thinks that a president with a clear conflict of interest, making decisions for his own personal profit, is much better decision making by "big government". Perhaps he is right; impeachment may be a real possibility because of this, if Trump continues to behave foolishly.

Michael Slager's White Trash Wife

Yesterday, a racist on the South Carolina jury decided that there should be no charges against the filthy pig, Michael Slager, who shot a motorist, Walter Scott, because he was black. Since Slager gets to abuse his power as a police officer, it is only fitting that we circulate pictures of him, so we know what he looks like, and of his filthy family of enablers. Below is a picture of the woman who stood by her man after he murdered someone in cold blood. Normally, this type of calling out is not necessary; but by all appearances, it is the only way things will ever change.

Terri Moulton Horman Stole A Gun

Yep. You read that correctly. After all the insane things Terri Moulton has put her family and her former spouse's family through, she moved to California and stole a gun from someone. Or at least, that's why she was arrested last year. She was also arrested in on July 4 of this year, for failure to appear in court.

Terri Moulton is not only a person of interest in Kyron Horman's missing persons case in 2010; she is also suspected in a murder for hire plot against Kyron's father and has threatened several volunteers in the search for Kyron. What possible interest would Ms. Moulton have in stealing a gun?

Is it possible that someone got tired of covering for her, and was about to spill the beans and reveal Kyron's whereabouts? Hopefully, Terri's power of intimidation will be reduced, now that the police in California are aware of her, along with the police in Oregon. Please, if you think you have seen Kyron, call the numbers posted with his picture.

Walter Scott's Killer May Go Free

Michael Slager, the white policeman who shot a black man named Walter Scott after a traffic stop in South Carolina last year, might go free after his trial because there is one person on the jury who seriously think that shooting a man who is not armed and is running away from, not toward, an officer, somehow puts the officer in danger. It appears that we have a juror who either thinks that cops should have open season to shoot whoever they wish, with no accountability, or we have a juror who does not feel that the victim's life had any value because the victim was black. Either way, this juror is a waste of space and oxygen. The judge has ordered the jury to deliberate until Monday, if need be. Court will reconvene then.

This police officer justifies all those who refer to policemen as "pigs". The racist attitude of the juror who feels that he cannot, in good conscience, convict a police officer who simply shoots and kills an unarmed man who is not even facing him, is creating an even bigger problem for America. What this juror is really telling us is that he thinks murder for racist reasons is okey-dokey, as long as no one who looks like him (the juror) is the victim.

Michael Slager, the racist pig, depicted above. If he goes free, I think pictures of his enablers and his family should be shared on social media, along with their names. Murder is not okay.

Private Message

This is written specifically for someone who, with nothing to say, continues to rant on about the case of a child, Kyron Horman, who has been missing since 2010, from Portland, Oregon. To all others who read this, particularly those who volunteer your time, resources, and energy in raising awareness and actually helping Kyron's family negotiate this devastating situation, I applaud your efforts, and I am not addressing you in this post.

So here's my message to the miscreant who keeps pushing false information:

If you really saw the missing child, over six years ago, in someone's truck after he went missing, why didn't you say something then? Why didn't you call the cops, wherever you saw him, and give them a description of the vehicle and the person involved? In fact, why didn't you take a picture of the rear license plate on the vehicle? You implied, in your dumbass post, that you did; so why hasn't law enforcement gotten the information, in order to investigate the lead? Why go to social media with your nonsense?

After my experience with you, I can think of two reasons why you would keep information about a crime to yourself. First; you, personally, have no pursuits of your own in life, and blackmail money comes in handy every now and then. If you go to the police with any real information, they might solve the case and find the child, and any suspect turned defendant would face charges and likely go to jail. That would make it difficult for the suspect to keep paying you to be quiet about whatever you know, wouldn't it? You don't really care about missing children. You care about blackmailing those you think might be involved. The second possibility is a bit more sinister; you might actually be a potential defendant, yourself. I have seen you act in some very strange ways for the purpose of revenge, even for imagined slights, and you are a liar and criminal in your own right. Remember the murder near the lighthouse? Umpqua? You reached out to me for help in order to get out of there that night; yet when I helped you by calling the Coast Guard, you almost crapped your pants! You turned off your cell phone, in an insane effort to stop them from finding or helping you. Now why would you do that? You made no effort to inform me that a murder had been committed. While a long shot, there is, indeed, a possibility that you were involved.

There is also a third possibility, here. You are doing what you do for the sick pleasure of stirring up paranoia and unproductive conversation about missing persons cases. I've seen you do that, too. If that is what you are doing in Kyron's case, I think you should stop.
