Celebrating Holidays, Terri Moulton Style

Terri Moulton Horman, sometime stepmother of missing Kyron Horman, really loves to celebrate any holiday with trouble! She punctuated her third Fourth of July as Mrs. Kaine Horman by failing three polygraphs in connection to Kyron's disappearance from his Portland, Oregon school and by becoming a suspect in a murder for hire plot against her husband. They have since divorced, and he has a permanent restraining order against her, keeping her away from him and their daughter. Since then, she has spent five years living with her parents in Roseburg, Oregon. She recently moved to Sacramento, California.

A few days before Halloween in 2012, Terri surfaced momentarily at her parents home when John Walsh attempted an interview. She didn't want to talk to anyone, let alone tell Kyron's parents where Kyron can be found. She spent Memorial Day of 2014 putting up fake posters with terrible pictures of Kyron and the wrong phone number in several Oregon towns. July 4 of the same year was spent preparing to change her name to that of an Australian national with similar facial features and hair color to her own. She wasn't successful; outstanding restraining orders and complaints from the person upon whose identity she wished to impinge got in her way. Six months later, Terri celebrated Christmas with another identity crisis; once again, in a failed attempt to change her name.

More recently, Terri Moulton Horman spent the holiday season of 2015 doing a couple of interviews for People Magazine, still refusing to cooperate with law enforcement in Oregon in their ongoing efforts to locate Kyron. And of course, in what appeared to be her most audacious caper yet, Terri celebrated Labor Day, 2016 by appearing on the Dr. Phil show. The episode aired later in September, in two segments.

To the untrained eye, it would appear that Terri could do nothing more to ruin a holiday for herself and those close to her, simply because appearing on Dr. Phil is hard for a de facto suspect in a kidnapping to top. But all that was needed was patience; she had more planned for everyone. On July 4 of last  year, Terri was arrested for failure to appear in court. Why was she summoned to court? Why....because she stole a handgun, of course! From her roommate! Then, in a mind boggling turn of events, Terri Moulton Horman has become the subject of yet another restraining order, and has been charged with domestic violence against her new boyfriend! This happened right after Thanksgiving and she is expected in court right before Christmas. It is advisable for everyone, everywhere to avoid spending any holiday with Terri Moulton Horman!

Terri Moulton Horman Stole A Gun

Yep. You read that correctly. After all the insane things Terri Moulton has put her family and her former spouse's family through, she moved to California and stole a gun from someone. Or at least, that's why she was arrested last year. She was also arrested in on July 4 of this year, for failure to appear in court.

Terri Moulton is not only a person of interest in Kyron Horman's missing persons case in 2010; she is also suspected in a murder for hire plot against Kyron's father and has threatened several volunteers in the search for Kyron. What possible interest would Ms. Moulton have in stealing a gun?

Is it possible that someone got tired of covering for her, and was about to spill the beans and reveal Kyron's whereabouts? Hopefully, Terri's power of intimidation will be reduced, now that the police in California are aware of her, along with the police in Oregon. Please, if you think you have seen Kyron, call the numbers posted with his picture.

Good Riddance To Violent Texas Cop

A very violent police officer named Eric Casebolt has just resigned, after the public has seen the footage of his attack on the teenage girl in Texas, who was invited to a pool party. Apparently, a few young people who were not invited to the pool party arrived and crashed the party, but since they were the same race as this young lady, she got assaulted and battered by a police officer. That's as much sense as yours truly can make of the whole mess, anyways. But here's a question: even if the kids were completely in the wrong to be at a swimming pool, clad in bathing suits and clutching towels, why is that much force required against children? And if you watch the video, you will notice that, not only was a gun pulled on these children, it was waved in all of their faces. Is this how white police officers in Texas are trained to treat black children? It seems so....the white mother in the video who did not want her racist face shown thought the cops were just doing their job of keeping the swimming pools in Texas white. Shouldn't America have grown up by now?

What Are They Teaching In Kansas Schools?

A couple of years ago, I confronted Dean Dalinghaus, principal of Frankfort School, in Frankfort Kansas, about his practice of allowing anyone at all, friend or foe, or unknown person, for that matter; to enter the school and wander the hallways and classrooms at will, no questions asked. Most schools do not allow this for obvious reasons, connected to safety of students and faculty. Dalinghaus rudely asked me if I wanted him to install a metal detector, like "inner city" schools.

Funny, Deanie-Boy should mention metal detectors. While metal detectors will not help him as much as a simple sign-in list with his strangers and the boogyman entering the building at will, a metal detector can be very useful when strangers, teachers, the boogyman, or students, particularly those already on probation, bring guns to school. A couple of months ago, the secretary in the superintendent's office at USD 380, Frankfort's district, telephoned the county prosecutor in hopes of having your faithful blogger arrested (!!!!) for complaining about the inordinate number of children with criminal records in Frankfort High School and requesting that USD 380 do more to protect the children who are not interested in crime. How is that for pressure and fear-mongering when someone steps forward with the truth? Mrs. Secretary was disappointed when she was told that it is not a crime to complain about crime in public schools. (where's the eye-rolley when I need it?)

As it turns out, the question was well placed. Not only is Frankfort High School a place where children feel free to drink underage and use recreational drugs, Frankfort High School is also a place where children feel quite free to express infantile rage (possibly escalated by inept and unqualified staff?) to the point of police presence in the school itself, and.....resulting in an arrest of yet another child, boosting the percentage of Frankfort students with resumes at the courthouse. I refer to an incident that happened about a month ago, involving a sophomore. Somehow, it seems that Deanie-Boy Dalinghaus could have managed the incident differently, if he really cared about any of the students; this child did not have a weapon. But back to metal detectors: last week, a senior, who is already on probation for other crimes, was arrested for taking a gun to Frankfort School. Two arrests on the campus in a month's time, one involving a weapon. Wow. In a school that only has about one hundred and fifty children from kindergarten to twelfth grade.

I forgot to mention that the senior was also arrested for drugs. Could the creation of a distraction be the real reason the superintendent's secretary wanted to fan as many flames as possible against yours truly, when yours truly wanted Frankfort High School to straighten up and fly right, for a change?

Another Trigger-Happy Cop Gets Protection

Not only is it illegal to be black in Missouri, In September, Utah decided to muscle in on some of the action. Twenty-two year old Darrien Hunt was shot in the back in Saratoga Springs, Utah by police because he bought a small Samurai sword at a gift shop and carried it from the gift shop in his hands. Had anyone else shot Hunt, the person's identity would have been revealed, along with a mugshot. The name of the police officer has yet to be announced.

If You Weren't In Church On Sunday

If you didn't go to church this past weekend, you may have missed a baptism in Akron, Ohio. At a Church's Chicken, two crazy robbers decided to break in while the manager was armed with a garden hose. One of the thugs even had a gun; but since the manager was cleaning, he decided to do a thorough job and rinse the theives out of Church's! They came back a second time, and got a second baptism! The only money they got was about thirty dollars. Maybe next time they will get baptized with mace or a tazer.

Supreme Court Throws Out Kansas Drug Conviction

A Riley County drug case got overturned by the Supreme Court yesterday. It seems that when Riley County, Kansas police forced their way into the apartment of James Campbell, thinking they smelled pot, (they were right, by the way) they needed a better reason then their olfactory senses to burst into Campbell's apartment and begin the search and seizure process. While Campbell had been sentenced to thirty-seven months behind bars, he is now no longer sentenced to any time behind bars. It seems that the only exception to a person's fourth amendment rights when the police want to come in, but one does not want them to come in is the "exigent circumstance exemption", when the policeman feels that he is in danger. But this time, even though the policeman lied and said Campbell had a gun pointed at him, the High Court ruled that it was not a reason to go inside the residence. Conviction overturned.

Robert Poe III And Your Tax Dollars At Work

As a bit of a sequel to this post, here is another eyebrow raising piece of information that followed closely on it's heels: while federal and state authorities in Kansas were interviewing the victims of Michael Arnett, the driver/paramedic/all-time-helpful-social-services-approved driver to provide foster children in Kansas with transportation to visit their parents and attend appointments, (he's in jail now, for sexually abusing those children as he drove them from one place to another) his victims kept bringing up another name......Robert Poe III. It seems that Michael Arnett was not only abusing the children as a solo act, but stopping by the home of his friend, Mr. Poe, who also abused the children, and used a gun to gain their cooperation. All this, done to children who have already been exposed to stress that is heartbreaking, all by itself. Is there any way at all Kansas could have done, or could..... in the future...... do a better job in the area of background checks? Not that foster children matter terribly much in Kansas. After all, once a Kansas foster child has been  abused  or inexplicably "lost" by a foster parent or other custodial guardian employed by the state, the social worker simply moves the court to terminate the natural parents' rights and sever all ties between the child and his or her natural siblings, right Kansas? That way, no one who might actually love the child will ever speak up about the human rights abuses you allow daily to be leveled against these children.

Second Grader Suspended For Pretending To Save The World

Today, in Colorado, a seven year old was suspended for throwing an imaginary grenade into a box of imaginary evil people in order to save the world while he was at recess. Apparently, Mary Blair Elementary has rules against any fighting, either imaginary or real. Alex Evans will be fighting the good fight at home for a few days. This is a bit remniscent of an incident last month, in Pennsylvania, when ten year old Melody Valentin was suspended and called a murderer for having a piece of paper in her possession that allegedly bore the one dimensional shape of a gun.

Ya know.....when school administrators take these actions against children, it is usually political. The parents of those children are usually people who don't conform, or who don't have enough money to make the rest of the community happy, and whom everyone is comfortable bullying. Seriously; how often does the principal's child get suspended, even if he actually punches someone? How often does the mayor's child, or the local Christian minister's child, get disciplined or suspended? Definately not as often as the children of people whom others enjoy bullying and pushing around. It's all a big social game, featuring petty adults using children as pawns, all for their own power posturing pleasure. Alex Evans and Melody Valentin have not done anything wrong.

Here's a post about another school, in Arizona, where a bully knocked a small child unconscious on the school, yet even with surveillance, suspending that bully was "asking for too much", or "not proper", or "the wrong approach". That child should just learn to "adjust" to being bullied, and "stop complaining". School, and all the other amenities of a civilized population, are really only here for those who can play along with peer pressure. It's a shame that some school administrators are willing to harm children while they bully the childrens' parents.

Boy Almost Kidnapped In Kansas

An eleven year old boy almost disappeared in Lenexa, Kansas. A white, four door sedan drove past him while he was riding his bicycle, then turned around and drove back. The driver stopped beside the boy, and the passenger pointed a gun at him, demanding that he enter the vehicle. Instead, the boy ran into a nearby liquor store, where the police were called. Big sigh of relief.

Lenexa is kinda close to the border of Missouri. So close, in fact, that one almost cannot help but think of Dr. Tim Monohan, of Missouri. He and his wife, Jennifer, have an established history of buying kidnapped and trafficked children. Could they have wanted a boy this time?
