Another Trigger-Happy Cop Gets Protection

Not only is it illegal to be black in Missouri, In September, Utah decided to muscle in on some of the action. Twenty-two year old Darrien Hunt was shot in the back in Saratoga Springs, Utah by police because he bought a small Samurai sword at a gift shop and carried it from the gift shop in his hands. Had anyone else shot Hunt, the person's identity would have been revealed, along with a mugshot. The name of the police officer has yet to be announced.

Spanish Fork Utah And Frankfort Kansas

 

Kiplyn Davis, or Spanish Fork, Utah, was last seen Spanish Fork High School some time after lunch, on May 2, 1995. She was fifteen years old, and when she did not show up for her afternoon classes, no one batted an eyelash. In fact, no one even considered her absence odd, until her parents couldn't find her. They reported her missing at 5:00 that evening, but it took police about three weeks to start looking for her. To this day, she has not been found.

Because of the publicity the case receives from time to time, law enforcement and the local prosecutors occasionally speculate about what happened, and a former classmate is serving about fifteen years for manslaughter in the case; a guilty plea was accepted without the requirement that he name the person he "saw" murder Kiplyn or reveal her location. Such is justice when children disappear from small Midwestern schools.

But what does that have to do with Frankfort, Kansas? There is a small school there, too. There was also an incident involving a child who disappeared; thankfully, that child was found. But some of the elements are very similar to the Spanish Fork case. The child who disappeared from Frankfort High was a female freshman who had been abandoned by herself alongside of a highway by a guidance counselor who doubled as a track coach. When she disappeared, he looked for her a little bit, but gave up after awhile. He did not bother to call her parents or the police. After about three or four hours, someone noticed her walking on the shoulder of the highway and gave her a ride back to Frankfort. And now for the most disturbing similarity: Frankfort is largely populated by humanoid creatures who call themselves "people" who actually do not think that a coach or teacher "losing" a student and failing to call law enforcement or let the appropriate people know she is missing is dangerous or criminal! Had that child not been offered a ride by a person with good intentions, but found by someone with bad intentions, or had remained missing, the above mentioned humanoid creatures probably would never have tried to find her, or even tried find out what had happened. The fact that this freshman was not a native "Frankforter" disentitled her to basic safety and consideration. Tom Schroeder, the coach in question, is still employed at the school. Laura McNish, the Marshall County prosecutor, apparently does not have a problem with teachers who turn children into statistics.

On February 11, 2011, Timothy Brent Olsen entered a guilty plea to manslaughter in the disappearance of Kiplyn Davis. This was sixteen years after the last time Kiplyn was seen alive. The court did not require that he name his accomplices, and the court did not require that he reveal the location of Kiplyn's body. Had the child who was "lost" by Frankfort High School, in Kansas become a statistic, the faculty at Frankfort High School and the county attorney would probably not care about justice, or about finding her, either. They certainly didn't care about finding her during the first three hours she was missing.

 

 

Sad Update On David Welch

 

David Welch, of Manhattan Kansas, was reported missing by his family on September 3. On October 18, he was found in Utah. His vehicle had gone off the road and into a ravine, where he was not visible to passing traffic. By all appearances, the accident happened on September 3.

 

Welch was not killed on impact, but was trapped in his vehicle. When his car battery died, he was unable to continue attempts to signal for help, and he wrote letters, which were found in his vehicle with him, explaining the situation to his family.

 

Siri Search About Warren Jeffs

There was a "Siri search" today asking the location of the residence of Warren Steed Jeffs, the Mormon bishop who got into a bunch of trouble because some of the members of his harem were too young to be sex slaves. The answer is, Utah State Prison. Despite all the support he got from Jesus, God, and whoever else he thinks listens to his prayers for more virgins, he found out that molesting children is against the law here in America. At one point during the past decade, he had lots of control over a large part of the population in Utah, via his church, but that was not enough to keep him out of the pokey. I'm sure it's all good, though; with a middle name like Steed, he's almost certain to have found companionship in prison.

Aliyah Kaye Crowder, eleven years old, was abducted from West Valley Elementary School, in Utah today by her noncustodial mother and her mother's boyfriend. This apparently happened once before, last October, and she was found in trailer in South Dakota with them. She was seen leaving her school during lunch with her mother, and an Amber Alert was issued. The vehicle is thought to be a dark colored Chevy Malibu or Impala. Her noncustodial mom's name is Athena Venus Barker, and if you see them, law enforcement is asking that you dial 911. Here is Aliyah's picture:

Moving Right Along To Something More Amusing

Grr......these unprofessional school folk who don't wanna do their jobs, and don't want parents to discuss it with anyone.........such morons! But here's another pair of morons who would actually be funny if they didn't maintain a pastime of shooting people...It seems that a Mr. and Mrs. Roy Fritts have a habit of shooting people and fleeing and eluding law enforcement. They also like to steal cars and lead police on high speed chases from one state to another. But after having the tires deflated by police on one car, they hijacked another, but wouldn't you know it.......this one was a stick shift! Police did not have to deflate the tires on this one. Neither component of the happy couple knew how to drive a standard transmission! Now THAT'S funny!

It's Disorderly Conduct To Pay In Cash?

A Utah man named Jason West did not think he owed the doctor's office the 25.00 they billed him. But he was nicer than I would have been about it; he paid it anyway. But they were ungrateful and rude about it...........since he paid it all in pennies, and wanted them to count it and give him a receipt. Wanna know what they did? They called the cops on him. He didn't hit anyone, threaten anyone, or raise his voice, he just gave them a lot of pennies to pay his bill.

Now; pennies DO happen to be legal tender in all parts of our wonderful country, and it sounds to me like the snooty, holier-than-thou folks in the doctor's office were in the wrong here. How does it become unlawful, and disorderly conduct to use legal tender to pay one's bills???? If he had tried to get them to accept chickens, or potatos, I could see them not accepting barter, but, they have to accept legal tender. If the receptionist is too lazy or stupid to count pennies, then she shouldn't be working there. I sincerely hope the judge sees it that way.

As for calling the police about something that stupid...............receptionist at the doctor's office, you need to get a life! The police often have real emergencies to which they must attend, and having a patient attempt to settle his bill just does not sound like an emergency.
