Sadly, Sidney Loofe, who went missing in the middle of November, was found deceased in Clay County, Nebraska. Two suspects, Aubrey Trail and Bailey Boswell, have been charged in her murder. Because they led investigators on a multi-state chase, they are both being held on federal charges. Both are also charged in a federal case involving theft of merchandise over $5,000 from an antique dealer in Hiawatha, Kansas and transporting it to Beatrice, Nebraska. It's very sad that Sidney ever made the acquaintance of either of these two suspects. Once again, if you have any information that might be helpful to those attempting to get justice in this case, please contact law enforcement at one of the numbers on the flyer.

Terri Moulton Horman Stole A Gun
Yep. You read that correctly. After all the insane things Terri Moulton has put her family and her former spouse's family through, she moved to California and stole a gun from someone. Or at least, that's why she was arrested last year. She was also arrested in on July 4 of this year, for failure to appear in court.
Terri Moulton is not only a person of interest in Kyron Horman's missing persons case in 2010; she is also suspected in a murder for hire plot against Kyron's father and has threatened several volunteers in the search for Kyron. What possible interest would Ms. Moulton have in stealing a gun?
Is it possible that someone got tired of covering for her, and was about to spill the beans and reveal Kyron's whereabouts? Hopefully, Terri's power of intimidation will be reduced, now that the police in California are aware of her, along with the police in Oregon. Please, if you think you have seen Kyron, call the numbers posted with his picture.

Private Message To An Angry Hitchhiker
So someone stole your personal effects while you out scamming anyone who would listen to you in The Dalles? I can see that you are upset, and that you feel that, in addition to The Dalles owing you something, you think things of this nature should never happen to you. Well; maybe they shouldn't happen to anyone. Should twenty dollars have disappeared from my daughter's wallet when you were here? She's still a kid, but you are an adult, so you should have just spent your own cash, instead of stealing from a child. She felt the same way you feel about your missing possessions, only, unlike you, she actually worked for the money that disappeared. Does this dynamic define your association with your family in De Tour Village? No one appreciated hearing that you don't have a family, either, then finding out you have a large family.

So Police Smash Security Cameras On Houses Now?
So many questions, yet answers within a few days, after a little investigative journalism. Police in Ankeny, Iowa got a complaint about stuff bought on a stolen credit card. For reasons that have not been fully explained, they felt very strongly that the culprits could be found in Des Moines. So off to Des Moines they went, in full swat team attire. When they landed on their targeted doorstep, a member of the horde ripped out a camera. Then, they proceeded to break down the door without knocking. Inside, they discovered two guests, whom they forthwith arrested, but no stolen credit card or stolen property. When the homeowner returned, wanting to know why they rampaged her home, they lied and told her they knocked politely first. Unfortunately for the law enforcement horde, one camera was left functioning.
I
A press conference was held a day or two later, during which Ankeny police defended the actions of the badged vandals. It was stated that violent people with criminal pasts lived in the home, but that, too, was a lie. A middle aged woman lives there with her son, who was recently honorably discharged from the Army. One of the two guests had once been charged with theft, but as the charge was dismissed, that does not count as a criminal past. So violence was used against innocent people and their property was destroyed by law enforcement. The press conference did not address the broken camera, or why the police minded appearing on film, and the reason why Ankeny police executed a warrant in Des Moines was also not revealed. But that's okay; once again, the press to the rescue. It seems that a former Ankeny officer by the name of Curtis Pote had experienced the theft of his wallet, and decided, possibly for reasons of a personal nature, that it MUST have been the young man who was a guest in the home that was raided. So instead of going through the proper channels to recover or replace his stolen property, as the rest of us would be obliged to do, he called on his former horde-mates at arms in Ankeny and asked them for a personal favor! But he doesn't feel, at all, that his complaint received any special treatment. (eye-rolley here)
In the future, cameras at the home of yours truly will be placed more strategically. The owners of the home that got raided for nothing will probably take similar action.

Newsflash Adam Herrman Update
Well. Court on June 21 of this year for the Herrmans, those wonderful, Christian adoptive parents approved by Kansas Social Rehabilitative Services, has been called off. Doug and Valerie Herrman went ahead and copped a guilty plea. They will pay restitution of $15,000, after stealing over $50,000 of Adam's money, and pay a $2,500 fine. Wow. Theft and embezzlement must be legal in Kansas. They didn't even have to discuss the last time they saw Adam or try to help locate him as part of the deal. I realize that this is how "things have been done for years and years" in Kansas, and that this little boy did not really matter to anyone in the community, (he matters to me, though........I will be up front with everyone about that!) but doesn't he still have rights? Such as the right to be looked for when missing? Or the right to his parents or adult siblings when the state's crappy foster care arrangements don't work out? Oh....I keep forgetting......no one knows better than the state...........where's the eye rolley when I need it??
Here is the information about today's plea from Doug and Valerie. The sentencing is on August 1. I may still go to that, since Adam's story moves me, and I feel that Adam deserves to have a mother sitting in court just for him, even if it is not his own mother. I am hoping that his own mother will be there for him, too, along with the rest of his natural family. I also want to make one more thing clear with my presence: it is NOT acceptable for Kansas to just allow foster and adopted children to endure abuse after abuse in these good Christian, approved homes and families. And it is NOT acceptable for foster and adopted children to go missing or turn up murdered at the hands of these so-called "parents", I don't care how long Kansas has "done things that way" or how cultural it is here! I intend to write a letter to the Butler County, Kansas State's Attorney, as well, to inform them of my dissatisfaction with the way this case has been handled. At that time, I will also share it with you, on this blog.
Here is a picture of young Adam Herrman, and an age enhanced picture.
