Terri Moulton Horman's Life Of Crime

Here's Terri Moulton Horman, sometime step parent of missing Kyron Horman, who disappeared in 2010 from his school in Portland, Oregon when he was seven. She is pictured with a new mystery man. After refusing to help in the search or investigation of Kyron's missing persons case, Terri allegedly attempted to pay an acquaintance to murder Kyron's father Kaine Horman; triggering a divorce action from Kaine. She then moved to Roseburg, Oregon, and lived with her parents for about five years. After she was finished squatting at her parents' home, she trotted to California, using the address of another relative for identification, an address, and a drivers license. While doing all this, Ms. Moulton Horman also got arrested for stealing a gun, failure to appear in court for the same, and, most recently, for stealing a car.

Yep. You read that correctly. After all the insane things Terri Moulton has put her family and her former spouse's family through, she moved to California and stole a gun from someone. Or at least, that's why she was arrested last year. She was also arrested in on July 4 of this year, for failure to appear in court.

Terri Moulton is not only a person of interest in Kyron Horman's missing persons case in 2010; she is also suspected in a murder for hire plot against Kyron's father and has threatened several volunteers in the search for Kyron. What possible interest would Ms. Moulton have in stealing a gun?

Is it possible that someone got tired of covering for her, and was about to spill the beans and reveal Kyron's whereabouts? Hopefully, Terri's power of intimidation will be reduced, now that the police in California are aware of her, along with the police in Oregon. Please, if you think you have seen Kyron, call the numbers posted with his picture.

More Racist Pigs

Minnesota certainly has some vile pigs, doesn't it? The one who "detained" Diamond Lavish Reynolds and handcuffed her right after her boyfriend was murdered is Joseph Kauser. The one who murdered Philando Castile is Jeronimo Yanez. Neither of them would allow Castile's mother near her son before he died, or allow her to talk to Reynolds. Both pigs were also very casual about killing an innocent man directly in front Reynolds's four year old daughter.

To Diamond Lavish Reynolds: I wish I could have been there to hug you when you got out of the car. Joseph Kauser was crass and beyond rude to manhandle you and handcuff you, especially after someone you love had been murdered. Thank you for your courage and persistence. Without you, the whole world would not have had an important wake-up call.

To all of those who still refuse to see reality and who still lack empathy: The Whole World Is Watching.

Wichita Public School Hires Sex Offender

You read the title correctly. One of the illustrious and brilliantly run public schools in Kansas has hired someone who has been charged with possession of child pornography to teach children. It seems that Steven Thompson resigned his teaching post at Garden City Community College amid an investigation about some kiddie porn that allegedly was found on one of his computers, and made way to Wichita. He was hired at the beginning of the 2015-2016 school year at a public school, only to be arrested on a warrant from Finney County, Kansas, to answer for the evidence that found. You might wonder how this could happen, since Thompson is, after all, out on bond for sex crimes. Susan Arensman, spokesperson for the public schools in Wichita has an answer: nothing showed up on the background check because Thompson had not yet been arrested or charged. But then, you might ask, do "unified" school districts in Kansas go the extra mile for the children they claim to serve, and check the references of the teachers they hire? While a former employer might not provide in depth details about a police investigation, it is hard to imagine that a teacher who disappears during a kiddie porn investigation.....on HIS computer......would get a glowing recommendation from his former employer. Common sense, Kansas. Common sense.

More Lying Pigs In California

The video above shows a deadly encounter with law enforcement during May of 2014, in Long Beach, California, after a twenty-three year old man named Noel Aguilar was stopped for the infraction of riding his bicycle while listening to music with earbuds. As you can see, the threat posed by a cyclist with earbuds necessitated grabbing Noel off of his bike and throwing him on the ground, followed by his subsequent arrest. (sarcasm....these policemen are really pigs) If you watch the slow play, around 1:06, you will see one pig grab HIS OWN gun and shoot the other pig in the stomach! The pig who is shot in the stomach begins to scream like a victim, and both cops blame Noel, whose hands never touched a gun during this encounter!

The pig who shot his partner then proceeded to unload at least three shots into Noel's back and one more into his neck. Next, of course, came the obligatory order from the pigs to all bystanders to "get back inside their houses." This was done to eliminate the possibility of truthful testimony and cell phone video from uninvolved witnesses. Both pigs, and their cohorts on the police force, lied about the incident on their reports. Below is more on this incident, along with some cell phone video taken by one of the witnesses, despite the command from police to turn away.



Albert Murad and Jose Ruiz, the two pigs involved, proceeded to slam their weight into Noel's back until he was fatally injured. Noel Aguilar succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene. Both pigs are back on the job, after their paid vacation. Your tax dollars at work, California.

The United States Wants Edward Snowden Arrested Immediately

This past week, Edward Snowden was invited to Norway to receive the Bjornson Prize, by the Bjornstjern Bjornson Acadamy for freedom of expression. In their own words, the award is being presented for "work protecting privacy and shining a critical light on U.S. surveillance of its citizens and others." Snowden did not appear in person. Why? Because the United States sent them a memo, demanding the immediate arrest of Snowden and confiscation of his computers, cell phones, and any other electronic trappings found on his person or in his luggage.

Since a Norwegian institution has offered an award to Snowden for the very act for which the United States has issued an arrest warrant, it seems unlikely that anyone in Norway will request any of Snowden's time for anything besides getting an autograph from him. In fact, Norway's Department of Justice reassures us all that, "What Norway has done is to inform the American authorities how the Norwegian justice system works. If they request an extradition, the prosecuting authorities will decide if the case should be brought before the courts. And the court will decide if the terms for extradition are fulfilled." Imagine that! The United States does not get its own way when hounding a citizen in the civilized world! The CIA and the FBI have also pressured other countries to arrest Snowden on sight. America has even threatened to alter diplomatic relations with other countries over imminent refusals to bully and falsely arrest Snowden. He is not their problem; he is America's problem, and many people in America are not particularly troubled by Snowden.

Why hasn't the Department of Justice, here in the United States, looked a little harder at Booz, Allen, Hamilton because of the security leak involving Edward Snowden? They are, after all, the company that was responsible for the "government data" that was revealed to the public. Wasn't it their responsibility to conduct a background check and insure that everyone they trusted with the government's "private" information was worthy of a security clearance? Booz/Allen/Hamilton are really the ones who should answer for Snowden's actions. The government does, indeed, have a civil claim against them, but as other countries see it, not so much against Snowden. If Snowden were wanted for kidnapping, human trafficking, or murder; or even for nonpayment of child support, Norwegian officials might be more sympathetic. At this point, it is a surprise that the United States government even thought that asking for the arrest of Edward Snowden was worth the time it would take to make the request.

Speaking of human trafficking, the government of Guatemala has, since 2012, been demanding the return of a kidnapping victim by the name of Anyeli Hernandez Rodriguez, who was bought by Dr. Timothy Monahan and and his wife, Jennifer, from a kidnapping ring in 2008. Because the Monahans feel that the trafficked child became their personal property upon receipt of payment, they refuse to give her back to her parents and her siblings. In 2012, the State Department announced that it would not require the distinguished customers of human traffickers in Missouri to give the little girl back. "So sorry, Guatemala, we know she was trafficked; it's just that you had not yet signed the Hague Convention, so why should we care about a crime that was committed against one of your citizens?" Or something like that. The point is, if the United States government wants the respect of other governments, human trafficking victims should not be held hostage with the blessing of the State Department.

Why Public School Teachers Should Not Have Tenure

After former officer Eric Casebolt resigned because he could not stop himself from the assault and battery of an innocent child at a public swimming pool, former fourth grade teacher Karen Fitzgibbons took to posting on Facebook about the incident, stating that she wanted forced segregation again. Luckily, the school board was not amused, and fired her. It rather frightening to think of what any minority students endured in her class, and equally frightening to imagine what she taught all of her students. Another termination from employment because of this is that of Tracey Carver Albritton, who had been employed with Corelogic, because she started the commotion with racist comments.

It's good to see that manners and empathy are still in the vogue among a few Americans. If Karen Fitzgibbons had some sort of tenure, or other guarantee of not getting fired for being a crappy teacher, the school would not have been able to dispense with her "services". We still apparently have a long way to go. Here's a public school teacher in Frankfort, Kansas, who also makes racist comments on the internet, yet does so with the approval of her employer, USD 380, Vermillion, Kansas.

In The Skyway While Black

Here's a video that was taken in St. Paul, Minnesota, in January of 2014. It shows a black man being arrested because he waited in a public place, a skyway, for his children to get out of school. Someone had called the police to complain that there was a black man in the skyway, and the police responded, as if it were an actual emergency. Then, after finding no crime in progress, they took the man to jail, leaving his children with no one to take them home. The person who attempted to record the whole incident was forced to reclaim his cell phone, by the way. It was unlawfully confiscated. To those who really don't understand why there were riots in Ferguson, Missouri because of Michael Brown's death, or why is it important to hold police officers in Baltimore, Maryland accountable for the death of Freddie Gray, just remember that digital photography has become the great equalizer.

Rest In Peace, Freddie Gray

There is a reason why many police officers do not like to be photographed and recorded while on duty. It has a lot to do with evidence, proof, irrefutable statements to community, and with accountability. Police officers often are not fond of answering to the communities they serve when they abuse others, and in some communities, racism and bigotry replace the law. Freddy Gray's spine was crushed during an arrest in Baltimore, Maryland. He later died, and police in Baltimore have admitted that there wasn't actually a reason to arrest Mr. Gray. There are statements from five of his assailants, but one of them refused to cooperate, citing his fifth amendment rights against self incrimination. Fortunately, one of Mr. Gray's friends turned on his cell phone camera and began filming.

And, for your reading pleasure, here's a list of the names of the officers who were involved in Gray's untimely death. Rest in peace, Freddie Gray.

What Are They Teaching In Kansas Schools?

A couple of years ago, I confronted Dean Dalinghaus, principal of Frankfort School, in Frankfort Kansas, about his practice of allowing anyone at all, friend or foe, or unknown person, for that matter; to enter the school and wander the hallways and classrooms at will, no questions asked. Most schools do not allow this for obvious reasons, connected to safety of students and faculty. Dalinghaus rudely asked me if I wanted him to install a metal detector, like "inner city" schools.

Funny, Deanie-Boy should mention metal detectors. While metal detectors will not help him as much as a simple sign-in list with his strangers and the boogyman entering the building at will, a metal detector can be very useful when strangers, teachers, the boogyman, or students, particularly those already on probation, bring guns to school. A couple of months ago, the secretary in the superintendent's office at USD 380, Frankfort's district, telephoned the county prosecutor in hopes of having your faithful blogger arrested (!!!!) for complaining about the inordinate number of children with criminal records in Frankfort High School and requesting that USD 380 do more to protect the children who are not interested in crime. How is that for pressure and fear-mongering when someone steps forward with the truth? Mrs. Secretary was disappointed when she was told that it is not a crime to complain about crime in public schools. (where's the eye-rolley when I need it?)

As it turns out, the question was well placed. Not only is Frankfort High School a place where children feel free to drink underage and use recreational drugs, Frankfort High School is also a place where children feel quite free to express infantile rage (possibly escalated by inept and unqualified staff?) to the point of police presence in the school itself, and.....resulting in an arrest of yet another child, boosting the percentage of Frankfort students with resumes at the courthouse. I refer to an incident that happened about a month ago, involving a sophomore. Somehow, it seems that Deanie-Boy Dalinghaus could have managed the incident differently, if he really cared about any of the students; this child did not have a weapon. But back to metal detectors: last week, a senior, who is already on probation for other crimes, was arrested for taking a gun to Frankfort School. Two arrests on the campus in a month's time, one involving a weapon. Wow. In a school that only has about one hundred and fifty children from kindergarten to twelfth grade.

I forgot to mention that the senior was also arrested for drugs. Could the creation of a distraction be the real reason the superintendent's secretary wanted to fan as many flames as possible against yours truly, when yours truly wanted Frankfort High School to straighten up and fly right, for a change?

Police In Motion Pictures

Something law enforcement should remember is that police officers cannot assault and batter anyone they choose without abandon anymore, thanks to the advent of the digital camera and the cell phone. Even if one eyewitness with such a device is pounded to the ground, law enforcement cannot possibly interfere with every filming witness or surveillance camera. Google even snaps random pictures. Finding each and every possible camera isn't even possible, anymore. No matter how loudly police officers threaten those with recording devices, it remains perfectly legal, under the Constitution, to photograph and record them, as long as said police officers are in public. The ACLU has graciously provided us with a guide for gathering such photographic records here. For further enjoyment, there is a picture below of former police officer James Kinsella, at his bond hearing in Omaha, Nebraska, after being charged with felony tampering with evidence because he snatched cameras and SD cards from men who attempted to record evidence of their local police at work. It isn't legal at all for a cop to snatch a cell phone, camera, or an SD card from a citizen.

An Arrest Concerning The Missing Lyon Sisters

There is now an arrest in connection to the missing Lyon sisters, who disappeared in Maryland in 1975, after walking to Wheaton Plaza, but it is not the arrest for which so many of us had hoped. Instead of a perpetrator and direct answers, after almost forty years, the wife of a "person of interest" decided to lie to the grand jury in Virginia about a matter that is of material importance to the case. Richard Welch, of Hyattsville, Maryland, has been named a person of interest in this case, along with his jailbird nephew, Lloyd Lee Welch. Some land owned by their family, in Bedford, Virginia, has come onto the radar of authorities in the recent past, and witnesses who know the involvements of these two men have been asked to testify. Now Patricia Welch, Richard Welch's wife, has been arrested for testifying falsely in the case. Some have argued that spousal privilege should apply in Welch's case when answering questions about a matter involving her husband, but there is also at least one other person of interest, and no one has yet been charged. The only person Ms. Welch has a legal right to protect at this point in the investigation is herself, yet if she does that, there is a chance that she will incur closer scrutiny. She really should have consulted an attorney about any conflicting or untrue testimony. If she has guilty knowledge, or had decided, on her own, when, or if, the Lyons could have long overdue information concerning their missing daughters, and was still using her own timetable for sharing it, authorities will hopefully throw the book at her.

People who think they do not have to comply with federal law, especially concerning testimony related to crimes against children, are disgusting. Anyone who can help in this case should call the police in Montgomery County, Maryland at 240-773-5070.

Georgia Police Hate Okra

Georgia police apparently had nothing to do one day last week, so they descended on the home of Dwayne Perry in Cartersville Georgia to arrest him for the crime of growing okra in his garden. Who knows what they were thinking....."if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck...maybe it's marijuana!" No; that can't be it. It's a lot more likely that the police in Georgia were not thinking at all.

To the left is a big bud, such as one would find on an okra stalk. Maybe the drug suppression task force will try smoking it.



Luckily, no one was injured or killed. When police act on misinformation or ego driven agendas, innocent people often are injured or killed. Too often. For that reason, the ensuing apology seemed a bit hollow to Perry. "It did have quite a number of characteristics that were similar to a cannabis plant," opined Georgia State cop, Kermit Stokes. Perhaps it did; both plants photosynthesize.

"If we disturbed them in any manner, that's not our intent. Our intent is to go out and do our job to the best of our ability." Such and apology would be a lot more believable if police in Georgia had actually investigated the case of a Valdosta high school student by the name of Kendrick Johnson, who was found deceased in a rolled up gym mat at his school. He had "disappeared", and his parents were never informed by the school that he was missing. Sound familiar, Frankfort, Kansas?

Dangerous okra plants, and other infractions of prohibition laws, should never take precedence over missing persons investigations and murder investigations.

Another False Arrest Lawsuit In The Making

Here's some cell phone footage taken by someone who was harassed by law enforcement in Sandusky, Ohio. The man was a passenger in a car that was pulled over for no reason. Since he was not the driver, he was not required to show identification, and the police had no business asking him for any. Yet they, and when he refused to play their games, the drug dog was summoned. The police also threatened to give his two week old baby to child protective services. What is not shown in this video is the actual arrest for obstruction of justice followed by the man getting tasered. All because he sat quietly in the car while the driver got pulled over.

On Tuesday, Officer Denny, the racist, pos cop, was put on administrative leave pending the outcome of an investigation that would never have been initiated without the victim's cell phone video. Folks, the minute you get pulled over, the cell phone needs to be put in video mode. You may think you are white enough, law abiding enough, sober enough, ect., to survive a police officer who is paid to supply privatized prisons with laborers and privatized foster care systems with newborn babies to sell to the highest bidders, but money has to be made some way. This officer thought he had a legal way to traffic defenseless humans.

Jacob And Sarah Hoggle From Maryland

Sadly, Jacob and Sarah Hoggle, ages two and three years old, are still missing. Both have been missing over a week, now, and each were last seen with their mother, Catherine Hoggle, at separate times. She was on the lam for a few days, but was arrested on Friday of last week. So far, she has refused to cooperate in any way in locating her children, and has been referred for a psychiatric evaluation. According to her family, she suffers from mental illness.

It appears to this blogger that Darnestown, Maryland is probably where most attention should be given in search efforts. Catherine's current residence is in Clarksburg, Maryland, and her parents live in Darnestown. She was visiting her parents when she was last seen with Jacob, and had borrowed her father's vehicle that day. Favored childhood spots of Catherine's would probably be appropriate places to continue the search. Catherine has another bond hearing on September 30.

False Arrests And Perversion

While on the subject of abusive cops, here's one whose picture everyone should see. His name is Daniel Holtzclaw, and a couple of weeks ago, he was in Oklahoma City, chasing down speeders, arresting drunk drivers, eating doughnuts, and raping women; and in general, just doing normal cop stuff. Most of the women he assaulted are black, by the way. Now that his crimes are under investigation, it appears that his choice in victims was a pattern.

One of his victims recently complained. She did not expect anyone to listen to her, but was surprised when someone did. She was further surprised when Officer Holtzcreep was arrested and charged. A few more women have also come forward. One even stated that he threatened her with arrest if she did not cooperate with the sexual assault! So this is what law enforcement in Oklahoma City needs from anyone with more information about Holtzclaw or his criminal activities: everyone who has been one of his victims to come forward. It's a very big challenge to come forward and testify about a crime of that nature, but being quiet about it is the equivalent of writing this creep a ticket to continue this behavior in the future.

An Arrest Might Help

In the gloomy retrospect of young Micheal Brown's funeral yesterday, a question seems to keep getting asked here and there, on various news websites and on local TV news: now that the funeral is over, what can we do to effect productive change and ensure justice for Michael Brown and his family? Here's a quick answer that could have saved quite a bit of trouble in the first place.....arrest Darren Wilson, the officer who murdered Michael Brown almost three weeks ago. Had an arrest been made immediately, and had the officer been held just as accountable as Michael Brown would have been, had the situation been reversed, no one would have ever felt the need to riot.

In other news, the ACLU got involved in the career of Officer Gofuckyourself, featured in the video above, and effective August 20, he is no longer on the force. Unfortunately, the citizens of Missouri are probably still paying his salary.

California Answers The Call Of A Michigan Pig

Remember a few weeks ago, when a sixty year old woman named Jamie Lewis was arrested in California for a prison escape in Michigan way back in 1977? Law enforcement in California immediately deferred to law enforcement in Michigan and popped right over to Ms. Lewis's home and arrested her forthwith for the jailbreak, and in an ongoing effort to embarrass the poor woman in front of her neighbors and children, told reporters that she had "changed her name"....something most women do at their weddings.......and had thus eluded capture for thirty-seven years. As it turns out, Ms. Lewis had turned herself in all the way back in 1982, and the case had been revisited, at which time she was sentenced to time already served, AHEM, and released. The offending "name change" did not occur until a year later. How's that for a state that routinely allows that statute of limitations to elapse when collecting and analyzing evidence for rape? On February 4, 2014, the day Jamie Lewis's false arrest made the news, California had an estimated backlog of 400,000 rape kits that had not been processed. Some of this evidence dates back to the early nineties. The victims in these cases are constantly told that someone will get back to them, and finally, they stop asking about this elusive and non-occurring justice. But......there is always time and resources for the California judicial system to  answer the call of a pig in another state and arrest someone for whom there is no arrest warrant. Yeppers.
