The Dirt On The Donald

It's actually about time. And Mr. Trump should have "expected" it. Donald Trump whines about illegal aliens, yet has married two females (your writer hesitates to call them ladies) who were not in America legally. In fact, the first female had defected from her native Czechoslovakia from behind the Iron Curtain. So much for respect of boundaries and citizenship; it is quite clear that Trump either does not mean what he says about it, or thinks that a career as a mail-order bride is a valid path to American citizenship.

Donald Trump also promotes his business savvy. Bankruptcies, at least four, in Trump's case, are permissible in the cases of individuals, but does America wish to force bankruptcy on a generation of children? Is it a way to run a nation? Because such procedures end up in court, the details are naturally open for all to read. If Trump actually secures the Republican nomination, many journalists and publications will proclaim these details, over and over again. It is only a matter of time. "The Donald" should really hope that there was nothing shady or unlawful in any of his past dealings. Remember Geraldine Ferraro and the error in her taxes? What are the chances, given his entire career, that there is unfavorable information concerning Trump's financial history?

How about "The Donald's" manners? Can America trust him to represent her, proudly? His illicit romantic affairs make Bill Clinton's tryst with Monica Lewinsky look puny. Trump even tried to convince a family law court to change the terms of divorce to include stopping his first wife from speaking about him in public, (see above link) but instead was schooled about the First Amendment to America's Constitution. How would he deal with the constant satire to which any public official is subjected? The world is not going to stop turning just for Donald Trump, so it seems that he really should have expected the reaction of Anonymous, along with many a journalist, IRS agent, former spouse, and many others. It's a no-brainer.

We'll Be Cleaning The Streets In Our Towns

The first step in cases involving those who abuse positions of authority in order to commit crimes against children and engage in human trafficking is to expose those who are compromised.

Police In Motion Pictures

Something law enforcement should remember is that police officers cannot assault and batter anyone they choose without abandon anymore, thanks to the advent of the digital camera and the cell phone. Even if one eyewitness with such a device is pounded to the ground, law enforcement cannot possibly interfere with every filming witness or surveillance camera. Google even snaps random pictures. Finding each and every possible camera isn't even possible, anymore. No matter how loudly police officers threaten those with recording devices, it remains perfectly legal, under the Constitution, to photograph and record them, as long as said police officers are in public. The ACLU has graciously provided us with a guide for gathering such photographic records here. For further enjoyment, there is a picture below of former police officer James Kinsella, at his bond hearing in Omaha, Nebraska, after being charged with felony tampering with evidence because he snatched cameras and SD cards from men who attempted to record evidence of their local police at work. It isn't legal at all for a cop to snatch a cell phone, camera, or an SD card from a citizen.

The Only Way To Get Justice In White Midwest

By all appearances, the grand jury decision concerning Darren Wilson's abuses of power and subsequent murder of young Michael Brown has already been decided. In fact, if the tweets that were publicized by Anonymous are true, the grand jury proceedings were nothing more than a sham from the very beginning. It really looks as if public exposure of corrupt government officials and their racist employees is the only way for the rest of the population to obtain any justice. How much fame and notoriety for this crap does the Midwest desire?

Click here to see a picture of another racist, low level, government employee in the Midwest.

Anonymous To Ferguson

Anonymous has postulated a suggestion that all the ado and delays, such as stalling about disclosing the name of the offending officer to completely militarizing Ferguson, Missouri; was really a pathetic attempt to buy more time in order to come up with a really good excuse and story to explain why a white cop would shoot another unarmed black teenager. Sounds logical to me. How many times do they want to sell this theme? Michael Brown was shot because a police officer and a police force thought there should not be a problem with killing him. He was not a robbery suspect, and did not have a criminal record. He wasn't even "in the wrong place at the wrong time".

Hopefully, authorities in the Midwest will start to understand what they are doing when they pull the pendulum of racism and violence so far in one direction that when it is released, it cannot help but swing an equal distance in the opposite direction.

Unexplored Anonymous Tip In Kendrick Johnson's Death

Now that the investigation into Kendrick Johnson's untimely death has been closed, and Lowndes County sheriff, Stryde Jones, is insisting that some anonymous testimony that was sent to his office via email is "not credible", Kendrick's parents have filed suit against the Lowndes County Board Of Education in Georgia for wrongful death. This is appropriate, although it would have been more appropriate to conduct a thorough investigation. The tip was anonymous, but that does not mean that probable cause for searches, more interviews, and analysis of DNA and fingerprint evidence does not exist. In fact, this death is speculated to be the result of a white assailant against Kendrick, who was black. We all know that if it was the other way around, the sheriff and the court would have conducted a real investigation and answers would have resulted.

Here is a question about Stryde Jones and his statement that the anonymous tip "isn't credible": just how the hell does Stryde KNOW the tip isn't credible? How does he KNOW that he does not have to pursue this tip, the same way other law enforcement agencies pursue tips? There really is only one way this sheriff would know these things, and that is if he already knows who killed Kendrick Johnson. Which begs the question, who is Sheriff Stryde Jones, of Lowndes County Georgia, protecting?

More on this in a day or two.

Happy Independence Day

Happy Fourth of July, everyone. This is a good video. If you have time, watch it. When you get to the part about Obama not needing new permissions from Congress concerning Iraq, ponder this: Obama has tried to work with Congress since he was elected. He has had more patience with them than most people would have had. Out of all of the presidents this country has elected, Obama is probably the most gifted statesman. But the question about what is actually going on deserves an answer: who is actually pulling his strings, and ours? Happy Fourth, everyone.

Should Drinkable Water Be A Privatized Commodity?

How badly do you want corporations to own all the potable water? After watching so many of them lie and cheat, do you really think they would be fair in this venture, as well? How high should the price of potable water be driven?

Many Drops Of Water Make An Ocean

Here is some food for thought about the management of collective tasks. An ocean is not measured by the number of individual water droplets it contains. Drops of water fall as rain, evaporate, condense, and eventually rejoin the ocean as raindrops, once again. Each drop of water is needed, yet no drop of water insists upon playing a role other than that of a drop of water. Should a drop of water become tainted with another element, it becomes a drop of something other than water. Should many drops of water become tainted, the ocean becomes polluted. So it is in a collective such as Anonymous. One identity cannot become more present, or appear more encompassing, than any other. The purity we have in anonymity not only provides protection, it provides cohesion. By acting as many drops of water, joined together, we are an unstoppable force. The ocean begins with one drop of water, but we are all drops of water in the collective ocean.

More Corruption Within The Energy Industry

When will we learn?

More locally, a conflict was exposed not too long ago, right here, involving two attorneys, the Grain Belt Express, and Marshall County Kansas.

Message From Anonymous To The Ukraine

We really don't need another war. No one really cares about the Ukrainian people. The Ukraine simply happens to be in a strategic position, and Russia, the United States, and the European Union are all vying for influence. It's time to step away and simply respect the Ukraine's autonomy as a nation, if anyone can do that.

Following The Day We Fight Back

Just a reminder of why it's so important to remain educated about local and national politics. Just last week, the Kansas House of Representatives, for all practical purposes, joined Westboro Baptist Church by passing House Bill 2435. This bill is written to allow businesses and government agencies legal recourse to discriminate against the gay community. Anyone old enough to remember "whites only" water fountains? Kansas actually doesn't have a very large gay community. Where do you suppose this action, and the attitude that accompanies it, is truly headed?

It's The Day We Fight Back

Today is The Day We Fight Back. Government agencies have gathered private information on Americans and stored it, only using it to their own advantage. We never hear about missing children getting found because of data gathered by the NSA, or travelers warned of danger by spying government agencies, yet we hear, more and more often, about SWAT teams mysteriously finding addresses that might belong to petty criminals and barging into the wrong houses, and about violent cops who do not wish to appear on camera. The longer this continues, the less the Fourth Amendment mean to the American people.

Here is a link to take action now. Using your zip code, the website will help you find the appropriate representative for your area. Congress will get quite a bit more email today than usual, so it is recommended that you telephone Congress, as well.

Ready For Spring?

Yes, it's time for change. Hopefully, a few of you will wake up. From governors who shut down bridges in retaliation against voters to prosecutors who suspend medical treatment of jail inmates pending guilty pleas rather than jury trials, (you KNOW you bear ultimate responsibility for that young man's death in Marysville Kansas in January, Laura Johnson McNish)* it's time for Americans to stop tolerating the disrespect of our Constitution by our elected leaders. These leaders and officials are on our payroll. It's time for them to pay attention to what we want. The wealthy actually pay a smaller portion of their earnings and resources than the portion paid by most poor and middle class entities, so it is time for everyone's best interest to matter, not just one group's best interest.

*Someone actually died in custody as a result of the coercion and manipulation of jail inmates in Marshall County, Kansas. Instead of allowing defense attorneys to confer with clients and consider the best defensive strategies for court, the prosecutor and law enforcement threaten defendants and their counsel. This includes suspension of medical care of defendants while in custody.

New Blood

February 11 is The Day We Fight Back. This campaign is about awareness of the liberties that often are taken by government entities with our personal information and our fourth and fifth amendment rights. Unconstitutional surveillance programs not only hinder our rights to connect and communicate privately, but undermine democracy itself in this country. From the above linked website:

"On the day of action, the coalition and the activists it represents make calls and drive emails to lawmakers. Owners of websites will install banners to encourage their visitors to fight back against surveillance, and employees of technology companies will demand that their organizations do the same. Internet users are being asked to develop memes and change their social media avatars to reflect their demands.
Websites and Internet users who want to talk part can visit TheDayWeFightBack.org to sign up for email updates and to register websites to participate. Regular updates will be posted to the site between now and the February 11th day of action."

New Anonymous Message

This is 2014's message. It is not about hacking, or picketing, a`la Occupy. It involves methods of dealing with government corruption that are practical, and should be taken as first steps, before extreme measure, such as picketing, are even considered. Know who your representatives are write to them. Vote. Get involved with your childrens' school. Hold your childrens' schools accountable for what they teach. Don't allow a corrupt judicial system the latitude of walking all over you or your community; write to the bar association or the supreme court, whichever is situation-appropriate. In the sidebar of this site is some useful information under "links" that can help with things such as public awareness about missing people, writing Freedom Of Information Act requests to government agencies, and contacting the American Civil Liberties Union. If the government agencies that continue to sell out Americans understand that Americans are holding them accountable, they WILL notice. You do your children and all the children of your community a favor when you force the schools to teach instead of brainwash. You do your community a favor when you stand up for the Constitution and liberty.

When Government Can't Tolerate Truth

As nightfall does not come at once, neither does oppression. In both instances, there is a twilight when everything remains seemingly unchanged, and it is in such twilight that we must be most aware of change in the air - however slight - lest we become unwitting victims of darkness.
