Elected Officials Should Pay Their Taxes

If your constituents are required to pay their taxes, shouldn't you pay yours, Laura?

Kris Kobach Thinks Taxpayers Owe Him Travel Expenses

When you travel, who pays your airfare? Or the airfare of your family, should you decide to take them along? You do, don't you? Well....if you pay taxes in the state of Kansas, you are also paying for the Secretary of State in Kansas, Kris Kobach, to take recreational sabbaticals with his family in aircraft and other vehicles that are owned by the state of Kansas.

Kobach is probably a bit surprised to see the media cover his abuses of taxpayer resources. After all, he and his ilk have kept the citizens of Kansas, white Christian citizens, that is; afraid to question any Republican elected official. Not only has his family taken vacations and other frills that do not rightfully belong to them, they have enjoyed Fourteenth Amendment protections while trampling the rights of any American who isn't Caucasian.

New Anonymous Message

This is 2014's message. It is not about hacking, or picketing, a`la Occupy. It involves methods of dealing with government corruption that are practical, and should be taken as first steps, before extreme measure, such as picketing, are even considered. Know who your representatives are write to them. Vote. Get involved with your childrens' school. Hold your childrens' schools accountable for what they teach. Don't allow a corrupt judicial system the latitude of walking all over you or your community; write to the bar association or the supreme court, whichever is situation-appropriate. In the sidebar of this site is some useful information under "links" that can help with things such as public awareness about missing people, writing Freedom Of Information Act requests to government agencies, and contacting the American Civil Liberties Union. If the government agencies that continue to sell out Americans understand that Americans are holding them accountable, they WILL notice. You do your children and all the children of your community a favor when you force the schools to teach instead of brainwash. You do your community a favor when you stand up for the Constitution and liberty.

Is It Blackmail If You Don't Get Paid?

Interesting. Nixon actually went on national television stating that blackmail might not actually be blackmail, in elected political office, if the blackmailer suspected that he might not get paid! Voters, please pay attention when you vote, and don't get your candidates at Kmart!

Michelle Bachman, just shut up!

Derrick Deacon Is Finally Free

Derrick Deacon just got released from prison in New York, after serving almost twenty-five years behind bars for a murder he did not commit. After new testimony and new evidence surfaced, Deacon was granted a new trial. It took a jury all of nine minutes to find Deacon "Not Guilty" with the new evidence. Congratulations to Derrick Deacon for standing up for himself all these years, but why did he get convicted in the first place? It seems that the district attorney's office in Kings county, New York, didn't have the balls to go after a gang member who shot a teenager during a robbery, so police arrested a homeless man, Deacon, instead. A young woman by the name of Colleen Campbell saw the actual killer, and told law enforcement. While she did not know the identity of the actual killer, she knew who Deacon was, and that he did not commit the murder. This should have been sufficient, in the absence of any other evidence, to rule Deacon out. but not so fast......gangs are dangerous and notorious for vengeance, and homeless people do not put up much of a fight when coerced and pushed around, and Kings County needed a conviction, right? A homeless man is much safer to victimize than a gang member, so the prosecutor saw to it that Deacon was arrested and prosecuted for the crime, instead of the guilty party. When Campbell didn't want to convict an innocent man, investigators and prosecutors threatened to have her children removed from her home!

"Deacon's case raises troubling questions about how he was convicted in the first place. The Village Voice reports that Deacon was convicted after investigators coerced a witness named Colleen Campbell, who knew he hadn't commited the crime.

At Deacon's retrial, Campbell said authorities had threatened to take her kids away if she testified that she knew Deacon wasn't the killer, according to the Village Voice. Another witness testified that Deacon did commit the shooting, which was enough to convict him."......Mike Krumboltz, Yahoo News.

Since when does testifying in court, or not testifying in court, or telling the truth, for that matter.....equal child abuse or child neglect? This stunt of threatening the children of witnesses in order to gain untruthful testimony seems to be a prosecutor's ace in the hole, these days! Is this the true role of Child Protective Services, assisting prosecutors in the attainment of wrongful convictions by threatening to hold hostage the children of witnesses? That might help explain why caseloads are bursting at the seams, and why Child Protective Services isn't always available to the child who actually needs them! Taxpayers are forced to pay them to enforce the whims of crooked court officials! Sad, but apparently true.

Twenty-five years of an innocent man's life.

Private Message

What were you doing where this picture was taken, in Umpqua Lighthouse State Park, on April 27, 2013? When you lost your phone in the same state, Oregon, during the week of November 11, was there anything authorities could find in it's hard drive, concerning the crime that was committed while you were standing and watching by the lighthouse, where this picture was taken? I may have already inadvertently done my civic duty in reporting it, when I told the Coast Guard you were lost, (my mistake, you weren't really lost, were you?) and gave them a location for you. But when you lost your phone recently, was there information in it that can help solve some of these mysteries that seem to initiate when you happen to be present?

Does Laura McNish, of Marshall County Kansas, always come to the aid of people who were present at crime scenes but don't come forward with the truth? Or is this something she only does when she has something to gain by dishonest means?

Someone in Kansas recently got into legal trouble in Wichita for assisting a crooked cop who didn't report serious crimes, as required by law. When the cop was investigated, she (the cop) bought a cell phone and enlisted the services of a third party use it to threaten and intimidate witnesses in hopes that she could scare them into saying what she wanted them to say, rather than representing the truth with their testimony. That third party answered for the whole affair in court, and the cop in question is not a cop anymore. It seems that the services of crooked cops are easier to terminate than the services of crooked prosecutors.

How much information was available for culling from your phone when you left it at the bus station, and do all of your buddies know how much of a risk it was to trust.....that is, use you?

Ah, for the days of landlines; when information was more difficult to track down!

Is Your Silence Deliberate?

After awhile, one must wonder, exactly WHY people are silent about moral issues. They often claim ignorance upon confrontation with reality, but after observing so many of them protesting political matters about which they really ARE ignorant, ignorance hardly appears an excuse for failing to speak up when entire populations look the other way when morals get trodden under the collective feet of one's community. Are people ashamed to admit that they are racist, or that their own communities engage in crime? Is keeping things the way "they've always been" a valid reason to reject morality? Or are the people who do this more interested in covering their own unlawful behaviors?

Peace Be Still

It was suggested to me, earlier this weekend, that I do not heed storm warnings very well, or take them seriously. It was meant both literally and figuratively. The source of this suggestion was not impressed by my tendency to run outside and take photographs during storm warnings, which I suppose may be something I should amend; Dorothy had Toto....Siriunsun has her camera!

It seems that my almost reckless desire to behold and reveal the truth, almost at the expense of my circumstances and possibly my life may have raised this person's eyebrows, as well. Especially when it began to look as if living with the God-Given mate who completes my very existence here in this realm had somehow become tied to living with a twisted and corrupt theocratically administered form of justice which seeks out and destroys those elements which seek to behold and reveal the truth. For about a day and a half, my heart was broken. But then I remembered who I am, decided that my lack of faith was nothing short of an insult to my Ancestors, whose presence made my own existence possible. So I got over it and went back to beholding and revealing the truth.

My Dad, at one time, was married to a woman (his second wife) who fancied herself a Christian. He
was not Christian, therefore neither am I; so a lot of her beliefs were a bit foreign to us. One of her stories, directly from the Gospel of St. Matthew, impressed me, however. It is covered in chapter eight, "verses" twenty-three thru twenty-seven, and it is a story about how the "messiah" calmed a storm while he and his cohorts were in a boat. The weather was fine when they got in the boat, but a storm kicked up, and everyone but Jesus got scared. They actually woke him up, and he told everyone, including the storm, to calm down, then he got back to his nap. End of problem. Yes, he took the storm seriously; no he did not let it dictate his boating habits!

Not much of what Dad's second wife said about her religion actually made much sense to me. In fact, most Christians seem to be a conflict in progress to what they preach. But there was just something utterly cool about a guy who didn't let the forces of a storm dictate his life. People who do not live in fear are wonderful to be around. That is the very kind of Faith that would almost make the fairy tale real. And whatever your fairy tale is, it isn't going anywhere without that kind of faith. In fact, your reality isn't going anywhere without faith, either.

Storms can change landscapes, topple buildings, water gardens, and bring new life to barren habitats. As long as I inhabit this planet in physical form, I will always coexist with the six major winds, which balance Life in four cartographic directions. We are all living in the Eye of a Storm, which beholds and reveals the Truth. Brightest Blessings!

Film And Record Every Encounter With Law Enforcement

After the assault and battery I recently incurred at the hands of a Marshall County Kansas cop, at the behest of a corrupt county official who does not like people who testify honestly as witnesses in court, my family and I have learned to always have a camara of some type handy, and to always use it when law enforcement presents itself. Here's an interesting video, featuring yet another egomaniac police officer.
