Jim Accosta Gets Accosted

Donald Trump actually, without first gazing into a mirror, called someone else rude. A female aide snatched a microphone from Jim Accosta, of CNN,  during a press conference. No person in the civilized world puts his or her hands on anyone the way that dirty wench accosted Jim Accosta, especially a person of the opposite gender. How filthy! Snatching an object from someone's hands is assault and battery, yet Jim Accosta is the one who has had his press pass revoked. Donald Trump is the one who called on him in the first place, it appears to yours truly that Donald Trump had arranged that entire situation in a desperate attempt to provoke Jim Accosta. When it didn't work out as planned, Trump simply accused Accosta of the very thing his employee did: assault. Jim Accosta should file charges for assault and battery against the promiscuous aide who puts her hands all over male reporters. The video gives the entire story.

Is It Now Legal To Impede Law Enforcement?

Interesting.The Bundy Brothers and their entourage have been acquitted of any wrongdoing in the charges against them, stemming from their standoff with federal officers earlier this year, in Multnomah County, Oregon. For just under six weeks, Ammon Bundy and some of his family and friends engaged in a standoff with the federal government over the right to use land at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge for ranching. The Bundys thought ranching and all of the farm waste and trampling of plant life by cattle was in order for the wildlife refuge, and government officials told them to ranch elsewhere, preferably on their own property. They chose, instead, to threaten police with guns and stay there, making a giant mess, for over a month. Now they have been acquitted.

There are two reasons why this is outrageous. First; most people who threaten cops with guns end up either dead or serving prison sentences. Why is this group different, and why did a jury think threatening a cops with guns is okay? Second; Bundy and Company made a terrible mess. Below is a picture of part of the mess they left behind, when they were arrested in February of 2016.

Another question some people might ask is whether or not it is now legal to question authority in the ongoing conflict involving the Dakota Access Pipeline. On Thursday, police arrested 141 people, Native Americans and environmentalists, who protested in North Dakota because the crude oil pipeline will go through water supplies and burial sites. Police have been brutal toward protesters, regardless of whose land is involved. Why do the Bundy Brothers get to stage a standoff, while others cannot even exercise their first amendment rights?

Look Mom! No Background Check!

Surprise, surprise! The state of Kansas does not require background checks for all public school employees. Teachers must be vetted, but bus drivers, secretaries, para-professionals and cafeteria workers are welcome to add a criminal record, complete with a listing in the sex offender registry, to their resumes. Commission of a crime by a teacher while employed by a school is not a problem for many "unified" school districts in Kansas, either. As long as parents can be intimidated by school administration and the local "unified" school board to keep quiet about any criminal activity or behavior by teachers, it can go undetected.

False Arrests And Perversion

While on the subject of abusive cops, here's one whose picture everyone should see. His name is Daniel Holtzclaw, and a couple of weeks ago, he was in Oklahoma City, chasing down speeders, arresting drunk drivers, eating doughnuts, and raping women; and in general, just doing normal cop stuff. Most of the women he assaulted are black, by the way. Now that his crimes are under investigation, it appears that his choice in victims was a pattern.

One of his victims recently complained. She did not expect anyone to listen to her, but was surprised when someone did. She was further surprised when Officer Holtzcreep was arrested and charged. A few more women have also come forward. One even stated that he threatened her with arrest if she did not cooperate with the sexual assault! So this is what law enforcement in Oklahoma City needs from anyone with more information about Holtzclaw or his criminal activities: everyone who has been one of his victims to come forward. It's a very big challenge to come forward and testify about a crime of that nature, but being quiet about it is the equivalent of writing this creep a ticket to continue this behavior in the future.

Happy Hate Crimes Holidays

Kristina Vindiola was working as a bell ringer for Salvation Army outside of Walmart in Phoenix, Arizona. Suddenly, a Christian woman stopped beside the kettle. Thinking she was going to donate money, Kristina wished her "Happy Holidays." Instead of donating money, the Christian woman asked her if she believed in God, and informed her that she is supposed to say "Merry Christmas!"  Then, the Christian woman slugged her!

The police were called to the Walmart store, where they took a report on the incident; but not only were they unable to locate the suspect by the time they arrived, they told Kristina that there wasn't enough evidence to charge the Christian woman with a crime!

Ahem! Don't Walmart department stores have surveillance cameras aimed at key areas, inside and outside stores? Don't they use cameras to monitor the perimeters? Aren't doorways, where Salvation Army kettles are stationed during the holiday season, important places for security cameras? After all, if evidence was needed in court to nail a shoplifter, Walmart would just send the security footage to the police. Why shouldn't they do the same when a Christian assaults and batters someone who says "Happy Holidays"? Phoenix law enforcement should have all the evidence they need in order to charge that Christian woman with a hate crime, in addition to assault and battery. It's good to know that some retailers only use their cameras to identify shoplifters and are not interested in the personal safety of those visiting their stores.

Actual response from law enforcement to a victim over a sexual assault at the University of Southern California. Does this mean that if a gun does not fire, it was not attempted murder? Or if the fire went out before any damage was done, it was not arson?

After the assault and battery I recently incurred at the hands of a Marshall County Kansas cop, at the behest of a corrupt county official who does not like people who testify honestly as witnesses in court, my family and I have learned to always have a camara of some type handy, and to always use it when law enforcement presents itself.
