Dallas Bond Sentenced

Remember this post? A young person named Dallas Bond, in Brown County, Kansas, did what school boards in neighboring Marshall and Nemaha Counties insist never happens in Northeast Kansas: he offered a ride to a child in middle school, proceeded to kidnap the child, checked into a hotel, and sexually assaulted the child. On Tuesday, he was sentenced to seven years in prison for stealing handcuffs, leg irons, shirts with sheriff's office logos, and radio equipment from the Brown County Sheriff's office. He has not yet been tried in Jackson County for his use of a hotel and for rape. So much for "these things not happening in small towns n Kansas."

Bugbee, Once Again

In November, a Kansas minister by the name of James Bugbee (Washington Christian Church, Washington, Kansas) was arrested for inappropriate sexual conduct with a child. Bugbee is a youth pastor, by the way. There's a bit of a revision to the story now. It seems that Bugbee has also given Kansas cause to suspect him of "theft by deception". He allegedly held two fundraisers for some alleged cancer, with which, as it happens, Bugbee was NOT afflicted. He told his churchmates that he was using the money to travel abroad for "treatment".He then proceeded to use the money to pay personal expenses that had nothing to do with medical problems or travel. The FBI and Department of Homeland Security investigated. In addition, there are three more counts of commercial sexual exploitation of a child, three more counts of sexual exploitation of a child, one count of unlawful sexual  relations, and according to the February 19, 2015 edition of the Marysville Advocate, he has also been accused of sending inappropriate texts to a local high school student.

Dallas Bond And A Scary Story In Kansas

Dallas Bond, a Northeast Kansan, is only twenty years old, but he has a more impressive arrest record than most career criminals. His most recent arrest was in Jackson County, Kansas, earlier this week, alleging that he persuaded a child under the age of fourteen to accompany him to a hotel room in Holton, Kansas, where he allegedly assaulted the child. This stems from allegations that were made while he worked as a dispatcher in Brown County, Kansas! Another disturbing side to this whole thing is that in conjunction with the sex crimes against children, Bond also faces charges of identity fraud and aggravated kidnapping, and felony theft. Wanna know what he allegedly stole? Handcuffs, leg irons, a taser, a radio, and police department shirts, apparently from his place of employment!

Bond is behind bars now, not out on bond. The incident from which one of the charges stem took place in August of 2013, which means that for over a year and a half, someone with an unhealthy interest in children, handcuffs, leg irons, and tasers was scouting around in Northeast Kansas, looking for children to kidnap and assault. It also means that the school board of USD 380, which has two schools in Northeast Kansas, Frankfort and Centralia, was very foolish to allow staff at Frankfort to continue to leave their building unlocked and even more foolish to continue to allow teachers to leave students by themselves in random locations away from the town. What will it take to convince the school board to dismiss the teacher who does this? And why would the teacher do something so sinister to a child?

Most of the news articles on the internet concerning this incident are dated February 2 or 3, but Dallas Bond was arrested on January 23. Only one of the articles, the one cited here, explains all the charges in detail. The theft charges are very significant in this case because of what this man unlawfully "acquired". In conjunction with the kidnapping and sexual assault of a child, what could Bond have possibly intended to do with handcuffs, leg irons, and a taser? If Frankfort wants to keep teachers who make children vulnerable to kidnapping, perhaps the parents who support this teacher should be the ones whose children get kidnapped by the man with handcuffs and leg irons. But in reality, if teachers are careless enough to extend an open invitation to this by transporting children to other locations and forgetting about them, it could happen to any child.

To put this in language that even the folks in Northeast Kansas will understand, suppose a child is dropped off alongside the highway for cross country practice and gets lost because she is new to the area, and someone wearing a stolen police department shirt, who also has a stolen police department radio in his vehicle, stops and picks the child up?  Police gear and uniforms are very convincing, when you've been dumped on the highway by your teacher and forgotten. Then what, Frankfort? It's exactly the same position in which you placed a high school freshman several years ago. If you frankfurters want school to be an open invitation to wacky-assed perverts with stolen handcuffs to pick up children and molest them, federal and state funding should be discontinued for your public school and you should fund it yourselves.

Stories like this one should receive more publicity. Men who kidnap children and schools who enable them by leaving the children alongside highways to be kidnapped do not deserve the community protection that comes with hiding incidents like this.

False Arrests And Perversion

While on the subject of abusive cops, here's one whose picture everyone should see. His name is Daniel Holtzclaw, and a couple of weeks ago, he was in Oklahoma City, chasing down speeders, arresting drunk drivers, eating doughnuts, and raping women; and in general, just doing normal cop stuff. Most of the women he assaulted are black, by the way. Now that his crimes are under investigation, it appears that his choice in victims was a pattern.

One of his victims recently complained. She did not expect anyone to listen to her, but was surprised when someone did. She was further surprised when Officer Holtzcreep was arrested and charged. A few more women have also come forward. One even stated that he threatened her with arrest if she did not cooperate with the sexual assault! So this is what law enforcement in Oklahoma City needs from anyone with more information about Holtzclaw or his criminal activities: everyone who has been one of his victims to come forward. It's a very big challenge to come forward and testify about a crime of that nature, but being quiet about it is the equivalent of writing this creep a ticket to continue this behavior in the future.

Should Foster Parents Handcuff Foster Children?

Perhaps a better question would be: should foster parents handcuff foster children to front porches with dead chickens around their necks? Or should a foster parent who is employed as a registered nurse in a local emergency room handcuff his foster child to a porch with a dead chicken around his neck? Maybe we should all want to know this; should a foster parent who, not only is employed as a social worker, but the supervisor of the social worker fiefdom in her county, as in the "Grand Poobah" of socialworkerdom and Child Protective Services in Union County, South Carolina, handcuff her foster child to a porch with a dead chicken around his neck?

Here's another question, and this one's been asked in Kansas before. There's a foster parent named Noble Rick Pendland who is out on bond in Kansas, awaiting trial for molesting quite a few of the children of whom he had custody over the years. The childrens' natural parents begged Kansas courts to allow the children to come home, or live elsewhere, but Kansas only told the parents who did not want their children raped that they were bad parents for not wanting their children to cohabit with Pendland, and that if they did anything to stop Pendland from sexually exploiting their children, they would be arrested, go to jail, and that their parental rights would be terminated. So should a natural parent be allowed to tell the court not to grant a foster parent permission to have intercourse with a foster child, and should a natural parent be allowed to tell the court that his child should not have to wear handcuffs and dead animals while in foster care?

Your call, folks. Start getting involved with your community and government at your earliest convenience.

 

Listen Up, Midwestern Towns

Small Midwestern towns should really start listening. The morals you push on the children of others do not cut it everywhere. Especially when you consider yourselves more moral than people of other cultures, who do not condone the use of sexuality to define everything from self image to marketability of inanimate objects. Instead of using power to control politics and scare dissidents, small, Midwestern judicial systems should focus on fighting crime.

Actual response from law enforcement to a victim over a sexual assault at the University of Southern California. Does this mean that if a gun does not fire, it was not attempted murder? Or if the fire went out before any damage was done, it was not arson?

 

Possible Reasons For Parental Involvement

 

The young lady who made this video had an excellent idea. Suppose each sexual assailant's manipulative statement or threat to his victim in order to keep her from reporting his crime was made public? What do you think your sons and their friend said to their victim a couple of years ago? How many times has the routine been repeated inside of your house?

 

What were you doing at eighth grade graduation this year? You do not have any children young enough to be in eighth grade. Was it just ingratiation as usual, or were you making sure no students discussed your childrens' activities? Was there another victim you wanted to intimidate or scare into silence?

 

It's always easier to maintain an illusion of "rightness" if you successfully ingratiate yourself to the faculty of the local school, isn't it? That way, your adult son(s) can date fourteen year old girls without anyone necessarily looking askance at your family. Seeing you at an eighth grade graduation was a surprise, though. Your children are much too old to use eighth grade as a dating pool.

When you treated me like garbage the other night, and when you allowed the mother of immoral cretins to harass me, despite the sheriff's assurance that I am not required any interaction with her, you sided with someone who hosted a sexual assualt on one of my children. I did not hear about the incident until it was too late to get the police involved, but in view of the recent guilty verdicts for rape in Steubenville, Ohio, I think I should be more open with everyone about what and who you support. The female inhabitant of the house pictured below might be a better political choice of allies here in this fornicating Christian town, because she probably has the genetic feature of hinges on her thighs, after the manner of other women from this town, but you once raked me over the coals about how you have the right to preach your Christian religion to my children at school. If that's really the case, and you are really a Christian, you should not have been so kind and favorable to a woman who never supervises the children at her home and allows young girls to experience sexual assualt on her watch. For that reason, and because you lied to me about what the police told you on the phone about this woman, I am calling you a liar. Don't ever preach to me about your dumbass church again.

 

You know something, Diana? I am probably the only woman in this town who is not a Christian, and I am also probably the only mother of teenagers in this town whose children are not sexually active.

Missouri Republican Thinks Trauma Is A Form Of Birth Control

Republicans keep getting more and more inane all the time. This just in: Todd Akin, R-Missouri, thinks that it is not ever necessary for a pregnant woman to undergo a dilation and cutterage, except possibly in the case of rape, but since he feels that the trauma of what he has termed a "legitimate rape" (what the hell would that be, Akin?) is some sort of a barrier against either ovulation or fertilization, (he wasn't clear about this) such a procedure should not be available at all. So....according to Akin, an unfertilized egg "knows" which haploid cells belong to someone whose company the mother sought, as opposed to someone who forced himself on the mother, and will therefore not allow themselves to become fertilized by the sperm of someone the mother does not like. That's very interesting; also NOT what they were teaching back in the dark ages, when I took bio 101. Geesh. I am waiting for someone to fact check Akin with stats from the Amercian Journal Of Obstetrics And Gynecology, which estimates that the percentage of rape induced pregnancies of women between the ages of twelve and forty-five is about five percent. So much for fear and terror being a reliable form of contraception. I suppose he would explain incest resulting in pregnancy, or the rapes of female prisoners of war, as "not really rape", as long as the victims became pregnant! While it is insulting enough to have a man tell all American women that sexual assualt is not really sexual assualt if it results in pregnancy, ( I can just hear defense attorneys using this as a defense...."it couldn't possibly have been rape, your honor....she got pregnant!") is this creep thinking about rewriting the laws concerning sex crimes? Don't get your representatives at Walmart.

Help Me Out With This One, Midwesterners

(CNN) -- A lawsuit filed against a Missouri school district alleges that officials failed to protect a female student from repeated sexual assaults from a male student, and at one point expelled her for reporting the alleged attacks.

A rape examination proved that the girl was telling the truth, and the male student pleaded guilty to charges related to the attack, the suit alleges.............CNN News Story


Ok, folks who know how schools are run, here in the Midwest; help me figure out what happened here, without my blood pressure rising twenty points every time I think about it. A special ed teenage girl was sexually assaulted in school. That, alone, is bad enough, but then, after the victim comes forward, the good people of the school and the school board, (let's not forget which RELIGION is dominant here in the Midwest) BLAME THE VICTIM, and, as an additional outrage, adding insult to injury, force her to write an apology and PERSONALLY hand it to her assailant!!!

Do you think I'm kidding, Christian Midwesterners? Well why don't you read this.? And just in case you went to school in one of the Greene County Missouri schools and cannot read the lines any better than you can read between them, I will quote another key portion of this article for you:

The suit alleges that school officials made the girl write an apology letter and deliver it to the boy -- without consulting with the girl's mother.

She was then expelled for the rest of the school year and reported to juvenile authorities for allegedly filing a false crime report............same enraging CNN story.

So the girl goes back to school the following year, gets raped again by this school-board-approved monster of a fellow student, and this time, her mother takes her to the hospital, gets evidence, and has the monster charged with the crime he committed. Wanna know what the good, Christian school officials said, upon confrontation? They said............."We went through this already." Well; DUH! Of course they went through it already! They exonerated an habitual rapist and not only blamed the victim, but made her apologize! The school system wrote him a ticket to continue! Was it simply more convenient for them to do that, instead of protect a vulnerable student?

Lemme understand the way you Christians here in the Midwest live and educate your children; do you teach your daughters to blame themselves if a big bully sexually assualts them? Or do you teach your daughters that only the people "God" doesn't like, such as the special ed students get raped? If someone stands up for his or her child, do you put the child and the parent through literal hell in order for the child to get an education? Do you always expel students who have been the victims of crimes? Because if the Midwest's most popular religious icon is real, this is how he feels about anyone who was involved in covering for the perverse bully in this story, making him welcome to reoffend. If he doesn't feel that way, you can stop trying to convert me and stop pressuring me to attend your church. It isn't going to happen.

Go ahead and respond to this, folks in the Midwest. I am curious to know how, if you care about education, you have allowed your taxes to support this kind of crap for so long. And now that you know it is going on, what do you intend to do, in order to make the schools here focus on education?

Why Is Ass Grabber Strauss-Kahn Free?

Dominique Strauss-Kahn is no longer on house arrest. Cool. If he goes back to Europe, good luck getting him back to this country for his trial. Anyone remember a producer named Polanski?

The buzz now, about the woman whose parts Strauss-Kahn thought he was free to grab, is that her past is not "nice", or "yuppie class" enough to merit immunity from the sexual assualts of European men who are used to getting everything they want. I'm sure it was a huge shock to Strauss-Kahn when he got arrested in the first place. Here's the latest on the case against this creep.

Demoralizing a sexual assualt victim and her past is nothing new. When defending against that particular type of charge, in fact, it is a staple for defense attornies. Anything I hear about a rape victim's past goes in one ear and out the other, because I know that her past and whatever transpired between her and her attacker are two different things. American justice is beginning to catch up to that concept. European justice, I am not so sure about. After this incident, I hope no one minds if I have some questions about European morals, too. Call me old fashioned, if you want to.

Here's a picture of the toad, right here. Flanked by his wife. Has she just accepted this as a part of her culture? Or perhaps, not something cultural, but a part of her life? I wouldn't.

One more thing: Dominique Strauss-Khan picked on a Muslim this time. No; I am not Muslim, but from what I know about that culture, as a whole, they are NOT AT ALL given to the type of immorality defined by this case. Most European cultures at this point in history, while they have their good points, are a different story when it comes to sex and morals. I find myself inclined to believe a Muslim woman over a French man-about-town any day of the week.

Why was Dominique Strauss-Khan on house arrest in the first place? Why wasn't he in Rikers Island, with all the other New York ass-grabbing, pushy, filthy, crude, non-law-abiding males?
