The young lady who made this video had an excellent idea. Suppose each sexual assailant's manipulative statement or threat to his victim in order to keep her from reporting his crime was made public? What do you think your sons and their friend said to their victim a couple of years ago? How many times has the routine been repeated inside of your house?

 

What were you doing at eighth grade graduation this year? You do not have any children young enough to be in eighth grade. Was it just ingratiation as usual, or were you making sure no students discussed your childrens' activities? Was there another victim you wanted to intimidate or scare into silence?

 

It's always easier to maintain an illusion of "rightness" if you successfully ingratiate yourself to the faculty of the local school, isn't it? That way, your adult son(s) can date fourteen year old girls without anyone necessarily looking askance at your family. Seeing you at an eighth grade graduation was a surprise, though. When you treated me like garbage the other night, and when you allowed the mother of immoral cretins to harass me, despite the sheriff's assurance that I am not required any interaction with her, you sided with someone who hosted a sexual assualt on one of my children. I did not hear about the incident until it was too late to get the police involved, but in view of the recent guilty verdicts for rape in Steubenville, Ohio, I think I should be more open with everyone about what and who you support. The female inhabitant of the house pictured below might be a better political choice of allies here in this fornicating Christian town, because she probably has the genetic feature of hinges on her thighs, after the manner of other women from this town, but you once raked me over the coals about how you have the right to preach your Christian religion to my children at school. If that's really the case, and you are really a Christian, you should not have been so kind and favorable to a woman who never supervises the children at her home and allows young girls to experience sexual assualt on her watch. For that reason, and because you lied to me about what the police told you on the phone about this woman, I am calling you a liar. Don't ever preach to me about your dumbass church again.

 

You know something, Diana? I am probably the only woman in this town who is not a Christian, and I am also probably the only mother of teenagers in this town whose children are not sexually active.

It's Legal To Commit A Misdemeanor In Topeka

I have known for quite some time that Kansas has a serious problem with lunatics making serious decisions, but now, authorities in Topeka are no longer using due process for misdemeanors. Only felonies, which must, at the direction of federal authorities, be prosecuted. No kidding. Chad Taylor, District Attorney of Shawnee County announced, "Under current constraints, we do not have the necessary resources to prosecute misdemeanors that occur in Topeka and simultaneously fulfill our statutory obligations. This decision will have no effect on felony crimes or crimes occurring outside of Topeka. We will continue to vigorously prosecute all felonies that occur in Shawnee County as well as misdemeanors that occur beyond the boundaries of Topeka"........ksnt

So what does this mean? Lots of sex offenses are misdemeanors. Does this mean that offenders can do whatever they want to any victim they choose, and just stop short of committing a felony? What about domestic violence? Is wife beating okay, now? Drunk driving is usually a misdemeanor, so is vandelism. What about child abuse? Can I key my neighbor's car when he parks in my spot? Can shoplifters loot the stores, as long as they only take so much at one time? I think I see insurance rates for running a business rising already.............

This is really a stupid idea. I think it would have been smarter if Chad Taylor had informed Topeka that he was going to ignore violations of prohibition laws, instead. Then, only victimless crimes would be ignored, and Shawnee County's judicial sytem would find it's productivity at an alltime high.....no pun intended! Oh wait........that can't happen. Victimless violations of prohibition laws are usually felonies, these days, while sexual assualts of children and domestic violence, even with fatal results, are usually misdemeanors.

Jesus And Kiddie Porn Perps

December 2010...........Joel Large, a convicted kiddie porn perp in New Mexico, got released from jail early. Why? Because he had "found God", and of course, because Jesus loves the little children! (where's the eye-rolley when I need it?) And because Judge Sanchez, his good, Christian judge in New Mexico, believed this crap! It's truly amazing, how children just don't matter in Christian circles. And they wonder, here in Kansas, why I refuse to let my children go to church.......

Here's an interesting tidbit from this article:
Judge William Sanchez reduced Large's sentence to nothing after Large told him he found God and would use the rest of his life to do good.

Sanchez refused to speak on camera. He said that his ruling looks bad on the surface, but said that Large paid his dues for downloading child pornography.

He said Large was brutally attacked and raped during the two years he was behind bars.

Sanchez said Large appeared to have learned his lesson and believed he was truly sorry for his actions.

He said he hopes Large is true to his word, that he did find God and will not re-offend."

How the hell does one "pay one's dues" for being involved in child pornography and human trafficking???? Do we charge dues for that, like the dues we charge for homeowners' associations or Scouts? If one pays, one can play? Is that how it goes, Judge Sanchez? This creep also regularly supplies high school kids with cigarrettes and booze.............that alone would be enough to make most nonchristian parents angry beyond words. What IS it with you churchgoing Jesus types? Also, science proves and reiterates, again and again, that these kiddie-porn types NEVER "learn their lessons. Ever. All Joel Large was truly sorry for were whatever actions got him caught and arrested, certainly not for the crime. He was never "truly sorry" for his actions. What the hell are you doing on the bench, Judge Sanchez?

Fast forward to now. Joel Large was arrested again yesterday for trying to contact one of his victims via cell phone text. Yep. He's sorry, alright. Very sorry. Is anyone detecting a dash of "the law and the terms of my probation do not apply to me because I am a Christian"? This is sooooooo disgusting!

Grrrrrr! "In his text message to the boy, Large said, "I am sorry for not contacting you sooner. Please forgive me. I hope you don't hate me. I have never been mad at you. (You) are the best friend I ever had."

Also; "The victim's mother said Large should never have been freed.

"It's very, very frustrating. We don't know if we're safe. Our world was just shattered with that text message," the mother said.

Why Is Ass Grabber Strauss-Kahn Free?

Dominique Strauss-Kahn is no longer on house arrest. Cool. If he goes back to Europe, good luck getting him back to this country for his trial. Anyone remember a producer named Polanski?

The buzz now, about the woman whose parts Strauss-Kahn thought he was free to grab, is that her past is not "nice", or "yuppie class" enough to merit immunity from the sexual assualts of European men who are used to getting everything they want. I'm sure it was a huge shock to Strauss-Kahn when he got arrested in the first place. Here's the latest on the case against this creep.

Demoralizing a sexual assualt victim and her past is nothing new. When defending against that particular type of charge, in fact, it is a staple for defense attornies. Anything I hear about a rape victim's past goes in one ear and out the other, because I know that her past and whatever transpired between her and her attacker are two different things. American justice is beginning to catch up to that concept. European justice, I am not so sure about. After this incident, I hope no one minds if I have some questions about European morals, too. Call me old fashioned, if you want to.

One more thing: Dominique Strauss-Khan picked on a Muslim this time. No; I am not Muslim, but from what I know about that culture, as a whole, they are NOT AT ALL given to the type of immorality defined by this case. Most European cultures at this point in history, while they have their good points, are a different story when it comes to sex and morals. I find myself inclined to believe a Muslim woman over a French man-about-town any day of the week.

Why was Dominique Strauss-Khan on house arrest in the first place? Why wasn't he in Rikers Island, with all the other New York ass-grabbing, pushy, filthy, crude, non-law-abiding males?
