Question About Robert Neil Boyd

I got your question, and decided to answer you in a new post, with a graphic. As a Tier One sex offender in Maryland, Robert Neil Boyd is required to register as a sex offender for fifteen years after his conviction. I do not know why he isn't showing up as such where you have looked for him. Perhaps he has absconded, or is in violation of the terms of his probation. He would not be the first disgusting sex offender to behave that way. As for Tennessee, where he also has a record for sex crimes against children, I do not know why he isn't registering there as required, either. Thank you for the information; maybe his probation officers in both states should be made aware. Or maybe he is back in jail for the same type of offense. Lately, over the past couple of months, I have been getting quite a few hits to this post, about a sex offender named Robert Neil Boyd. The answers to your probable questions are: yes, he got arrested; yes, he went to jail; yes, he is in the national sex offender registry; and yes, he did it. There was one person in his acquaintance who did not wish to cover for him.

Look Mom! No Background Check!

Surprise, surprise! The state of Kansas does not require background checks for all public school employees. Teachers must be vetted, but bus drivers, secretaries, para-professionals and cafeteria workers are welcome to add a criminal record, complete with a listing in the sex offender registry, to their resumes. Commission of a crime by a teacher while employed by a school is not a problem for many "unified" school districts in Kansas, either. As long as parents can be intimidated by school administration and the local "unified" school board to keep quiet about any criminal activity or behavior by teachers, it can go undetected.

Resume Of A Kansas Youth Pastor

In November of last year, a Northeast Kansas youth pastor by the name of James Bugbee was arrested for sexual assault of a minor. For reasons only known to the shadow, this matter only got nominal notice and coverage from local media, and a lot of people in Northeast Kansas are unaware that a youth pastor of Washington Christian Church in Kansas went to court for molesting a child. Last week, he was sentenced to sixty-four months, with credit for time served since his arrest. This garnered even less attention in the news. Fortunately, the court was more impressed than the media with Reverend Bugbee's accomplishments. Sixty-four months is the longest sentence with which a first time offender can be sentenced for this crime in Kansas. But shouldn't all the churches be proud enough of Reverend Bugbee to announce his evangelical talents everywhere? Should parents in Washington County Kansas and surrounding areas have a chance to peruse his resume in the sex offender registry prior to allowing children to attend church?

In Case You Missed Church This Sunday

Lets see....reasons for missing church on Sunday, besides, of course, the fact that you already have a social circle and do not need a one-size-fits-most fantasy in your life......If you are in Florida, and are underage, you may have missed church because a registered sex offender is the pastor, and as a result, children are banned from Sunday services! That's right, an adults only church!

Apparently, this is for real. Reverend Darrell Gilyard has a criminal record and a permanent listing in the sex offender registry for making the wrong moves with teenage girls, and rather than simply finding another pastor, one who does not commit sex crimes, his congregation opted to retain his "services"! As if that wasn't outrageous enough, in a faithful and deluded sort of way, the congregation of his church now wants the restrictions that apply to sex offenders concerning contact with children lifted, as a special favor, in Gilyard's "special" case! Geesh! If such a thing is granted to Gilyard, the door and pearly gates will be open for every sex offender to lobby for the right to access children again. But the good people of the baptist church all know Gilyard has changed. Medical science makes no difference to them; they want their children exposed to this man. So; Jesus grants a special favor to Christians in the form erasing any requirement that Christians obey the laws, and the church, once again, favors sex offenders.

Children really do not belong in church.

Once Again, The First Day Of School

School starts again tomorrow in Frankfort, Kansas, and; as promised, this story will appear again on this site, because the school here in Frankfort has not seen fit to come into compliance with safety standards observed by schools in other parts of Kansas, and has not come into compliance with federal law concerning the presence of weapons on school property, bullying, or student safety. The only change made is that credit shall be granted where it is due: the name of the errant and uncorrected guidance counselor who has been granted carte blanche to endanger children is Tom Schroeder.

Anyone who's listening, I will tell you a story. It's a true story, and it happened in October of 2009. Thankfully, it had a happy ending.

My oldest daughter used to be quite the avid cross country buff when she was thirteen years old. She was good at it, too. But one day, while she was at practice, and I was at home, just assuming that all was well, her coach drove past my house, stopping to talk to my eight year old son. Mr. Coach wanted to know if Mr. Eight Year Old had seen his older sister. Mr. Eight Year Old had not. No one had seen my daughter in over two hours. She was lost. Why was she lost? Because her coach had dropped her off by the side of a highway, four miles south of the town we live in, by herself, and just left her. It was part of cross country practice. No supervision. If she had been stung by a bee, had tripped and hurt herself, or had some other medical emergency, no one would have been there to help her. (at this juncture, you should know that I offered to volunteer to help with cross country, but since I do not attend a Christian church, my offer was rejected. The school staff thought it better to take chances with a child's safety in the way I just described) When my daughter realized that she did not know her way back, she started to wander on a side road, hoping it would bring her to a house, or another person. This area has a lot of commercial farms, and there were no houses or places my daughter could go to for help.

Back to my eight year old son.......Twenty minutes went by. While he did not realize the signifigance of his conversation with Mr. Cross County Coach, (also Mr. Guidance Counselor) he did realize that no one knew where his sister was, and it was getting later and later, and no one was looking for her. So he told me about it. I looked all over town, called all her friends, searched the school (why was the school left unlocked after everyone had gone home?) and finally started home to call the police, when a couple of senior boys drove up with my crying daughter in their car. It was still within a few minutes of when I found out she was missing, but this cross country coach had known all afternoon, and had not called the police, or spoken to me. Why? I guess whatever he cared about, it WASN'T my daughter. Well.........I actually DO care about my daughter. Nowhere else have I met a teacher that did NOT care, at least a little, about the children he teaches, but I think that is what the problem is with Mr. Cross Country Coach/ Guidance Counselor.

Suppose it was not young men from her school who found her, but a dangerous person? I have been told time and time again by the people who live in this small Kansas town that "those things don't happen here", and "there ARE no dangerous people here", but there was a sex offender whose address was within half a mile of where my daughter was abandoned. The police were quick to point that out, but the principal only argued his harmlessness as a sex offender with them and the school board is not worried about the incident.

My children no longer participate in cross country at their school. It isn't safe.

Lucky Kansas; Brian Davis Is Moving Back

Yippee. Brian Davis, who just finished serving seventeen years in Iowa for the murder of Julie Baack, who disappeared in 1992, and was found three years later, is going to live here, in Kansas. The court in Iowa expects him to obey the law from now on. Where's the eye-rolley when I need it? And oh.....he was dating Julie Baack when she disappeared. That's him, on the left, ladies. He's probably going to be on a romance prowl soon; remember to give him a miss if he asks you out. Victory Baptist Church in Marysville, Kansas will probably help him find a place to live. Christians in Kansas have a tendency to like criminals better than they like people who abide by the law.

 

Christians Keep Crying The Blues

I looked at comments and emails for today, after coming home, and discovered a comment from a very angry person. The post that got the person so angry was written in July, and I almost deleted the comment without looking at it, assuming it was spam. But....lo and behold.....my opinion that Christian churches are too liberal with their trust of good conformists and other con artists, even those of the criminal element, expressed almost eight months ago, garnered an angry reaction today. The commenter was not terribly specific about the anger and enragement point, other than offering general criticism of my perspective on Christianity. The post deals with a Christian church employee with a criminal record, whose criminal record was not checked upon hire, and who took the opportunity to murder another church employee while both were in the building alone. I decried the lack of background checks across the Christian board, wishing that Christians would stop making all kinds of crime opportune within their ranks. I also hinted at the type of soul who might be attracted by such lenient practices. I also think that I am well in the right to question such things, and to protect my family. Here's the comment: "Juli you have some kind of abhorrent, twisted view of Christianity. Your blog is absolute trash. Unfortunately, I stumbled upon it and I am appalled. You are abusing free speech. This could have happened anywhere and you know it. How intolerant you are of Christianity. Hypocrite."

If you find my view of Christianity abhorrent, so be it. I will not be the one to get murdered or raped because I was inside of a church by myself with a Christian. Writing about these people, making others aware of certain things.....such as profiles on national sex offender registries.......and guilty pleas in court to crimes that put others on sex offender registries, just not Catholic Bishops, (see Bishop Robert Finn) is not an abuse of free speech. If it was, sex offender registries would not exist.

You are also incorrect about the notion that this could have happened anywhere. This could only happen in an environment where a person's past is unimportant, or where background checks are not done on employees. The notion that "Jesus saves", and that a criminal no longer has criminal tendencies is in error, especially in cases of sex offenders. There is no "initiation process" involved in becoming a Protestant Christian, and as a result, Goddess only knows who and what is running amuck within their churches. You're darned tootin' I'm "intolerant" of Christian churches; everyone should be!

Here's another reason I think Christians are rather stupid about persons with criminal pasts: last year, a local church was asked to help a friend of mine who is homeless. She is a woman, and has no criminal record. For whatever reason, this particular local Baptist church turned her away. But then, they actually helped a violent sex offender pay his legal fines! They expose their children to him, and by enabling him, they give him the chance to re-offend and maintain the level of danger he poses to the rest of his community. It would be nice if they would use common sense about who they decide to help and who they turn away, but they don't. Both of these people were from other areas; the church simply chooses to help better conformists who are good at saying the stuff they want to hear. Between driving down property values to exposing unsuspecting victims to serious danger, I do not think I can find a reason to respect many Christian churches today. I know that does not describe all Christian churches, but it describes too many.

 

Rumors Of Molester's Innocence Are Greatly Exaggerated

Yesterday, in Northeast Kansas, I heard a rumor. I am not sure exactly who started this rumor, (I certainly have a guess, though) but I do know who was regurgitating it for public consumption, at the expense of local children. I will resist the urge to name that person publicly, for the moment. Something that should be clearly stated; however, is this: enabling a violent person who lies and demonstrates criminal tendencies is bad enough, but to attempt to convince the general public that a sex offender is not a sex offender is without excuse. If you are reading this, you know who you are by now. In the recent past, you actually told a parent of a child, whose age is close to the age of Bradley Miller's victim, that he had been "cleared" of all charges. I do not know what you meant by "cleared", or what you thought you meant, but know this: Bradley Miller, pictured at the left, was found GUILTY in a Kansas court of a sexual assault of a minor. The charges were not dismissed; he was not aquitted. The date by which Mr. Miller could have filed an appeal has long passed. He is required, for the rest of his life, to register as a sex offender with the KBI. If you continue to deliberately misrepresent the truth about your disgusting sex offender friend, I will be less discreet about your identity the next time I write about this. The KBI maintains this list of creepy, filthy, violent criminals so that those of us who love our children can protect them, and so that those of us who really dislike trashy sex offenders have ample recourse to avoid them. If you find yourself so anxious concerning the criminal record of your so-called "friend", why not seek the company of those whose faces do not appear in the sex offender registry?

 

Robert Neil Boyd, Yet Again

Going to jail for dealing in kiddie porn wasn't enough for Robert Neil Boyd. My tracker tells me that there are still people searching for him, and I still get emails and comments describing opinions held about him by the general public. What's disturbing, is that I also get messages from those who seek Robert Neil Boyd's online presence, yet do not feel that child pornography is "that bad" of a crime, and that his year and a half or so in jail in two different states was, in some way, "unfair"!

Mr. Boyd just updated his website on January 27. I did not include a link, because I do not think that directing traffic to a known kiddie porn creep is a good idea, but I re-updated his banner for him. He included the title, "Phd" after his name, which I was obliged to cover in favor of more relevant information about him. I do not believe he has a Phd, anyway. Something Mr. Boyd DOES have; however, is a profile on the Maryland Sex Offender Registry. Because Maryland is very sex-offender-friendly, one must truly be corrupt in order to gain such notoriety there. Yet Mr. Boyd does not include this information in any of his online bio's or resumes.

Just to give any online gawkers an idea of how Neil actually looks, I included his Maryland Sex Offender Registry photo. I also included an older booking photo from another state, (he has made his taste for underage females quite a habit) upon which I surrounded his head with sunflower petals! Since Operation Sunflower is the international law enforcement project dedicated to removing scum like Neil from the internet and from in front of our faces in real time, I thought the sunflower petals were appropos.

Seriously; I don't know how many people who know this man still have their heads up their anal passages, but now that he has a criminal record for sex offences against children, no one should be deluded enough to actually seek out his online or in person friendship. Statistics show that sex offenders never change...yet....Robert Neil Boyd is back online. I have also noticed some of the individuals who appear to play the roles of current enablers. It makes sense; I have always wondered what some of these people actually do for a living.

Can Sex Offender Brandon Lavergne Get A Fair Trial?

Sex offender Brandon Scott Lavergne, who has been charged with the kidnap and murder of Mickey Shunick, and whose mother knows nothing about his past as a sex offender, thinks he may not be able to get a fair trial in his home town of Lafayette, La. He thinks that he is a very special man, and that after he attempted to hide his status as a sex offender and hid and destroyed the vehicle caught on surveillance in connection to Mickey Shunick's disappearance, the very same community "owes him" a different venue!

If this were not about a missing person and crime victim, the notion that Lafayette owes Brandon Lavergne anything besides swift justice and a swift kick in the ass would be amusing. This is a man who owed the community the act of carrying ID that designated him as a disgusting sex offender at all times. He did not like the "disgusting sex offender" label, so he decided not to fulfil his obligation, which he OWED Lafayette, and everyone else, as a requirement of his parole. This is also a man who, when the police wanted to know more about three vehicles caught on camara at a certain time, took one of those vehicles far away and destroyed it. The owners of the other two vehicles came forward, with their vehicles, and are none the worse for wear. What did Sex Offender Lavergne do? He knew the police were looking for a missing woman, and instead of helping, hid the vehicle in Texas and burned the inside of it. But Lafayette still "owes" him something, he thinks.

Here's an idea for a change of venue: Texas! After all, Brandon Lavergne drove the truck in question to Texas, and started a fire there without a burn permit. Had law enforement in Texas known Lavergne was destroying evidence that was wanted in connection to a missing persons case, Lavergne probably would have been charged with a crime for that, as well. Then, he filed a false report about a vehicle theft. Since Texas obviously has issues with this sex offender, too, should they choose to press them, why not move the trial of the disgusting sex offender to Texas?

Sex Offender Jumps On Facebook Right Away

Robert Neil Boyd, the friendly, neighborhood, kiddie porn creep who ran away from Maryland in 2006 to escape kiddie porn charges and was caught in Tennessee in 2010 and thrown in the slammer, with.....alas....no little girls; has been released from jail in kiddie-porn-friendly Maryland and is already back online, scoping out the available social networks, very likely looking for more porn and new victims. According to the authorities who handle the sex offender registry in Maryland, Mr. Boyd has three days to go get his picture taken and share his new address. So far, he has had plenty of time to get on Facebook, but has been too pressed for time to complete the proper registrations for those who like to pick on children and his "Facebook obligations" have just been all encompassing.

This is a non-booking photo of Robert Neil Boyd, from which recognition may be easier. Since Maryland encourages crimes against children, and Neil is back in the population and on the internet, he has resumed his postion as a threat.

Here's the information we have currently about Mr. Boyd and Maryland. Maryland says it is soon to be updated. Once again, he has three days to update his information with Maryland. Any crazy Maryland yuppies or sympathetic second rate "new agers" (who think you know everything but don't care about the law, or any of Neil's victims) who might be providing this creep with a place to hide from authorities, take note. There are very good reasons why Robert Neil Boyd's behaviors are unlawful. Just in case you don't care about the law or think Maryland is too picky about it's requirements, be aware that I know who a few of you are. Just Say No

This is truly amazing. Bishop Robert Finn, thanks, I'm sure, to his four lawyers paid for by his parishoners, (does the Catholic church have a special fund for when it's leadership gets caught with pants down?) has worked out a deal with the prosecuting attorney in Kansas City, Missouri that allows him to avoid jail time, future court dates, and having his picture grace the sex offender registry as long as he checks in with the prosecuting attorney once a month for five years and reports any inapproriate or illegal conduct he sees between children and priests in his diocese! Why....of course! Here it is, curtesy of Reuters:

"Finn agreed to report monthly directly to Clay County Prosecuting Attorney Daniel White, and to "apprise him of any and all reported suspicious or alleged abuse activities involving minors" throughout the diocese's Clay County facilities, the prosecutor's office said."

Bishop Finn (along with the rest of us) is required to report things like crimes against children, internet kiddie porn, aquisition, sale, and creation of internet kiddie porn, along with human trafficking and the occasional molestation that apparently goes on here and there in church, to the police anyway. The court should not have to extend him an engraved invitation to do so. In the past, Finn actually gave a computer containing kiddie porn away in order to conceal it from law enforcement. In anyone else's world, this is called "tampering with evidence" or "obstruction of justice", but apparently, not in church. How can sheeple seriously remain brainwashed concerning this? Hasn't research shown that sexual predators never change?

But let me avoid picking exclusively on Catholics. Just a few miles away, in Lawrence Kansas, we have what appears to be a Lutheran problem. Christopher McCormack, a Lutheran youth pastor, just got thirty days behind bars for sexual misconduct with someone who was not old enough to consent. It would seem that Christian pastors in the Midwest are able to hide all kinds of things behind their frocks and computer screens. Luckily, I have already taught my children to say "no" to Jesus.
