John Doe 27

 

John Doe 27, or "Jimmy", as he appears to call himself on the internet, has been narrowed down as a person of interest in the creation and trade of child pornography, and is wanted by the FBI.  Authorities were made aware of images related to this matter in April of this year, and after gathering all the available data, need to question a Caucasian male with a somewhat dark complexion and brown eyes and a bald spot on the back of his head. "Jimmy" uses either a fake or a real Southern accent when he talks, and has a tacky plaid chair in his living room. Now that there is a picture of the chair circulating the internet, it may show up at a dump or be the subject of an impromptu bonfire. It may be spotted before John Doe 27 is spotted.

Pictures on the internet do not just disappear because they get taken down by those who have posted them. Between the time a picture is posted, and the time it is removed, it can be intercepted by any number of sources and reproduced an infinite number of times. Anyone who believes that child pornography is not a serious crime is sadly mistaken. The FBI is asking anyone who recognizes the man or furniture in the photos to call a local FBI office or the call the nearest embassy or consulate.
 

Eric Toth Comes Back To America

Eric Toth, former star of the FBI's most wanted list, is finally back from Nicaragua. Since 2008, he has been on the run, after it was discovered that he was using his position as a teacher at a high profile private school in Washington, D.C. to abuse children by selling indecent images of them online in the form of child pornography. In addition to teaching at the school, he also ingratiated himself to parents in order to gain their trust and further abuse children in their homes. When his actual occupation as a kiddie porn creep was discovered and made public, quite a few people who had trusted him actually found it difficult to accept the truth and change their minds about Eric Toth.

Why is it so difficult to see logic and put it ahead of emotional responses, once the truth has been made abundantly clear? Especially when it comes to our children? Below is a video that was made before Eric Toth was found, featuring Mary Ellen O'Toole, an FBI agent who wrote the book, Dangerous Instincts. She discusses the phenomena of gut feelings run amuck, and how predators often ingratiate themselves to parents and others in order to abuse children. Robert Neil Boyd, Yet Again

Going to jail for dealing in kiddie porn wasn't enough for Robert Neil Boyd. My tracker tells me that there are still people searching for him, and I still get emails and comments describing opinions held about him by the general public. What's disturbing, is that I also get messages from those who seek Robert Neil Boyd's online presence, yet do not feel that child pornography is "that bad" of a crime, and that his year and a half or so in jail in two different states was, in some way, "unfair"!

Mr. Boyd just updated his website on January 27. I did not include a link, because I do not think that directing traffic to a known kiddie porn creep is a good idea, but I re-updated his banner for him. He included the title, "Phd" after his name, which I was obliged to cover in favor of more relevant information about him. I do not believe he has a Phd, anyway. Something Mr. Boyd DOES have; however, is a profile on the Maryland Sex Offender Registry. Because Maryland is very sex-offender-friendly, one must truly be corrupt in order to gain such notoriety there. Yet Mr. Boyd does not include this information in any of his online bio's or resumes.

Just to give any online gawkers an idea of how Neil actually looks, I included his Maryland Sex Offender Registry photo. I also included an older booking photo from another state, (he has made his taste for underage females quite a habit) upon which I surrounded his head with sunflower petals! Since Operation Sunflower is the international law enforcement project dedicated to removing scum like Neil from the internet and from in front of our faces in real time, I thought the sunflower petals were appropos.

Seriously; I don't know how many people who know this man still have their heads up their anal passages, but now that he has a criminal record for sex offences against children, no one should be deluded enough to actually seek out his online or in person friendship. Statistics show that sex offenders never change...yet....Robert Neil Boyd is back online. I have also noticed some of the individuals who appear to play the roles of current enablers. It makes sense; I have always wondered what some of these people actually do for a living.

Response To Person Who's Upset Because Neil Boyd Is On The Sex Offender Registry

I still have a few people from various places who look for information on this site concerning Robert Neil Boyd, who recently served time in Tennessee and in Maryland because his computer was found to have lots of child pornography downloaded onto it's hard drive. Most of the people who write to me and discuss Mr. Boyd with me are horrified that his slimy presence was ever close to their homes, and that he gets away with this sort of thing. I feel the same way about him. Sometimes, however; I will get trolled by some of this man's yuppie friends, most of whom do not have children of their own; and those yuppie friends cry the blues at yours truly about how unfair the judicial system was with Mr. Boyd, and how, since he is not a producer, or even a big time dealer, in this filthy business, he should not have been prosecuted or sanctioned at all!

Here's an example of one of the protests, which got published several weeks ago, and to which I responded, pared down to the last statement in the comment, which goes to heart of the denial maintained by misguided friends of creeps like Mr. Boyd: "You talk of human trafficking as though your efforts are doing something, but you imprison less than pawns in the game and waste vast resources for them; so the real criminals are making tons of money and that certainly helps smuggle a human being." Obviously, the denial of the criminal behavior, which in turn, allows enabling of same, runs very deep.

First of all, none of those "real criminals" to whom my commenter referred, would be making the "tons of money" my commenter referenced if said real criminals did not have a client base. We all do what we get paid to do, and those real criminals are certainly getting paid by someone to do what they do. Without the actions and demands of those who are, as my commenter said, "less than pawns", the "game" would be over! So yes; the blame rests upon the pawns, just as much as it rests upon the major players. Second, dealing with some of the so-called pawns is often helpful in locating the major players, and sometimes, if the stars are favorable, a missing child can even be found through such efforts! It does not happen anywhere near often enough, but every time a missing or abused child is located and rescued, it is certainly worth any effort or resources spent. Third, never discount a tip, or tell the person who gives a tip that his efforts are without value. I know that Neil's friends would like everyone who loves children and cares about morals to feel that efforts to rescue abused children are meaningless, and I also know that Neil's friends belittle anyone who loves children, but, my commenter, have you heard of Operation Sunflower? Operation Sunflower is a sting that started about a year and a half ago, when someone drove on a highway in Kansas with a child he had kidnapped. He snapped a few pictures of her, while driving, and a sign with a picture of a sunflower appeared in the background of the picture which was posted online by the creep. It was seen by someone in Denmark, who reported it to the FBI in America, and officers spent two weeks driving the highways in Kansas, matching up scenery to sunflower signs, until they had the right spot. They then followed the electronic trail, found the perpetrator, and the child, (!), and decided to keep the operation in force. The sting was subsequently named Operation Sunflower, after Kansas, the Sunflower State.

Operation Sunflower And Anonymous Tips

A couple of days ago, agents with ICE, in connection to Operation Sunflower, published a request for information from anyone who might recognize the tattoos on the woman in the picture on the left. They got her image from a kiddie porn site on the internet, and determined that she was a perpetrator. Here name turned out to be Lethe Mae Montemayor, and about ten hours after the request was made, she was arrested. According to the FBI and ICE, her arrest would never have been possible without help from the general public. One of the comments left under the article on CNN questioned why CNN did not run a picture of her face, but just her back, and her stupid-looking trench coat. (how very cliche for a kiddie porn creep!) After finding her picture elsewhere, I could only assume that CNN was put off by how ugly she is.

Operation Sunflower was started in November of 2011, and was named after the state of Kansas. One day, in November, 2011, a sixteen year old boy decided to molest an eleven year old girl, and put some pictures of her, which he took in his car, while driving, on an internet forum. Law Enforcement in Denmark noticed, contacted Law Enforcement in the United States, and because of a sunflower that appeared on a highway sign in the background of the picture, it was rightly determined that the picture was taken in Kansas. During the following thirteen days, special agents drove up and down Kansas highways, comparing the background of the the picture to actual scenery wherever there was a sunflower sign on a stretch of highway that compared to the highway in the picture. Law Enforcement found this kids's town, his home, and they also found him and his victim. The effort was dubbed "Operation Sunflower"; don't ever let anyone tell you that nothing ever happens in Kansas! To date, Operation Sunflower has identified one hundred and twenty-three victims from child pornography sites.

A New Face In The Maryland Sex Offender Registry

Because of the number of recent hits to this blog, looking specifically for information about this individual, it is with disgust and revulsion that I have posted this picture of Robert Neil Boyd, from the Maryland Sex Offender Registry. It is rather a suprise that Maryland even requires such offenders to register, since Maryland has a tendency to overlook sexual crimes and child pornography. If you have made his aquaintance, you probably know him as Neil Boyd, rather than Robert Neil Boyd. He has a similar history in Tennessee.

A question for all the wanna-be new agers and pseudo yuppies out there in Maryland and Virginia, and a couple two or three in West Virginia, who know this man, is why...oh why...did you think human trafficking is simply okay? Kiddie porn IS human trafficking, and contributing to that "industry" is victimizing other human beings. Quite a few of you (and you all know exactly who you are, too) were fully aware of Boyd's whereabouts when he fled to Tennessee to avoid prosecution in Maryland. Did you think his perversions were more important to the Cosmos than the wellbeing of any of his victims? Did you think a child's photograph, immortalized online, bought and sold for perverse purposes, would be good for the child and for the child's future? Or do you people even care? Have you guys all forgotton that God does not like ugly?

It's Monday again, time for Terri Horman's cold case. Today, I have one that was only a blip on the great big screen of media circus stunts, but it still involves someone who thought he had gotton away with a serious crime and that he would never be caught. His name is Robert Neil Boyd. He is sixty-three years old, (sixty-two at the time he was apprehended) but he apparently likes his women young, almost prepuberescent. He also likes the internet a lot. He also likes porn.................

Mr. Boyd lived in Maryland for a long time. Understand, in Maryland, crimes against women and children are almost not crimes, unless the woman or child dies as a result. Then, in the rare event that the perpetrator is even tried and found guilty, he or she will spend about eighteen months in jail. So, in in December of 2006, when Mr. Boyd's computer presented with hundreds of images of kiddie porn, he was only charged with eight counts and was required to answer for a misdemeaner charge. The same crime is a felony almost everywhere else. Maryland works hard to protect it's kiddie porn industry.

Mr. Boyd fled Maryland while waiting to go to court. How unexpected could THAT have been? Without leaving a forwarding address with anyone but family and friends, he packed up everything and skipped off to Tennissee. Something this blogger finds truly amazing is the number of people who actually KNEW where this creep was and never once considered calling the cops. Is loyalty to a friend so very, very special that one allows children to be victimized? This really doesn't make a good statement for Neil Boyd's creepy friends.

Eventaully, in 2010, a friend of a friend heard about all of this. This person was stunned that people actually knew Boyd's whereabouts and still had not picked up the phone and turned him in. It's common knowledge that kiddie porn creeps and child molesters never change. It's also common knowledge that they never stop, unless we make them stop. So this person, upon hearing about the general area of Mr. Boyd's location, went ahead and called Maryland authorities. Maryland authorities were only cursorily interested, and brushed the phone call off. But, undaunted, the informant called authorities in Tennissee. The people in Tennissee differed from the people in Maryland in that they actually cared. They found a drivers' liscence for Mr. Boyd on file, and also found his existing charges and bench warrent in Maryland, and decided to pay Robert Neil Boyd a visit. This was Winter Solstice, 2010. Happy Holidays, Neil! They found hundreds of images this time. Hundreds. So...........it's abundantly clear that Mr. Boyd had no intention of stopping. He is also charged with one count of exploitation of a minor.

Robert Neil Boyd is in jail now. He has not been tried yet, or sentenced. He cannot get released on bail, because he has already shown that he is a flight risk, and he will go back to Maryland for trial when he is finished in Tennissee. All this happened because someone who knew about the whole thing decided to pick up the phone and make the call. My question for you, Terri Horman, is this: is there possibly someone out there, among the koolaide drinking masses, who won't just accept that you do bad stuff every now and again and shrug it off, even if it involves victimizing a child, and will make the call to solve the case? Is there more than one such someone out there? Is there someone who will read about children getting harmed by creeps and decide that this cannot go on any more? Or are YOU one of the "someone's" who should be inclined to drop a dime, knowing where Kyron is? You see, Neil Boyd thought he had gotton away with something. December of 2006...he runs. December of 2010....he gets caught. Four years; but the right person got involved in the end. He kidded himself and got cocky, even committing the crime again. He obviously was not expecting someone to hear about missing children, like Kyron Horman, and also hear about him, and decide that enough was enough. But ya know, stranger things have happened.
