Click Your Heels Three Times, Tyler Barriss!

Welcome to Kansas, Tyler Barriss! You now get to wake up in the land of tornados, flying monkeys, and the yellow brick road! You never thought it would happen, did you? Even if your mommy comes up with the money to pay your $500,000 bail and flies to Kansas to bail you out of jail in Sedgwick County, you'll just go to jail in Canada, where you called in a false police report on someone else you didn't like.

Today, inclement weather notwithstanding, Tyler Barriss, the California man who got angry with Andrew Finch, of Wichita, Kansas, and made a false report that sent a SWAT team to Finch's home; where a trigger happy cop shot and killed Finch; was picked up in Los Angeles and flown to Kansas. He is now in the Sedgwick County Detention Center, all 125 pounds of him, on charges of involuntary manslaughter, giving false alarm, and falsely reporting a felony.

While it is wonderful to see accountability in Barriss's case, the police officer who actually committed the murder of Andrew Finch still deserves to be held accountable, as well. We need this officer's name.

Question About Robert Neil Boyd

I got your question, and decided to answer you in a new post, with a graphic. As a Tier One sex offender in Maryland, Robert Neil Boyd is required to register as a sex offender for fifteen years after his conviction. I do not know why he isn't showing up as such where you have looked for him. Perhaps he has absconded, or is in violation of the terms of his probation. He would not be the first disgusting sex offender to behave that way. As for Tennessee, where he also has a record for sex crimes against children, I do not know why he isn't registering there as required, either. Thank you for the information; maybe his probation officers in both states should be made aware. Or maybe he is back in jail for the same type of offense. To answer your question about my source of the information, I have included a graphic below, along with his picture.

Kansas Government Official Drives Drunk

Stanley Ahlerich, executive director of Council of Economic Advisers for Governor Brownback, of Kansas, was arrested for drunk driving at 3:14 on Saturday, February 6. It's as easy as pi, isn't it? He thought he would get away with it.

Private Message

Why did you kill him, Laura? Was he failing to plea properly, for your convenience? Did he insist upon a jury trial? Did you scare him into believing that his loved ones no longer cared about him? Did you tell him that he would never see his friends or his family again? How could you do a thing like that? He had only committed a misdemeanor, and had not even had the chance to put on a defense. Why did you kill him, Laura?

Did you suspend all medical treatment and physician's orders until he confessed to something he didn't do? Is the taking of another's life seriously better, in your world, than allowing a man to have his day in court? You're darn tootin' the whole thing is a tragedy for his family: just not so much for you! Was the cause of death even truthfully determined? It doesn't matter though; he was healthy, and you know you killed him.

When you ask for "privacy", a lot of us are able to see that request for what it truly is: code for a demand  for silence from the community about your misconduct. The only way to sidestep a thorough investigation, complete with reports of what you told him and how you threatened him is to push for privacy. Secrecy is always your best friend, Laura. You always want to hide your best work, but if you do something, you should have no problem standing behind what you do. Marshall County Kansas should be enraged with you because of this young man's death, Laura. If all of us, even your supporters, were given the choice between you and this young man, we would all have chosen him. His smile was beautiful, and will never be seen again because you killed him.

Not Only A Troll, But A Liar

Here's what nonthinking frankfurter moron said I said:  I don't think its fair to bring her daughter into this matter. You are wrong about her daughter not being sick, she has seizures and needs someone to take care of her.

And here's what I actually said: Her mother tried to buy home confinement and an ankle bracelet by paying $50,000 toward restitution, and there were some greatly exaggerated claims about an illness on the part of a family member who supposedly needs Monica's care, (ha! that's simply not true) but the judge gave her prison time, anyway.

The post about which frankfurters are having psychotic attacks is this one, about Monica Smart and her theft of half a million dollars. Anyone wishing to see what I actually said can read the above copied sentence, in which I mentioned a relative of Monica Smart, and discussion in court about the relative's need for ongoing care from Monica because of a medical problem. Did I say daughter? No! Did I say seizures? No! While the Marysville Advocate and the Topeka Capital Journal did say daughter and seizures, I did not, because it's not anyone else's personal business, and it's not part of the story or the situation at hand. The reason I mentioned it is because it sounded to me as if Monica Smart was using her child as a bargaining chip in court, in order to avoid the problem she faces of having the laws apply to her, just like the laws apply to people from other parts of the country.  And I think that's really low. If Monica was really terribly concerned about caring for anyone with medical problems, it seems to me that a life of crime was contraindicated. As in: "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime." But Monica, after the manner of other under-socialized, Midwestern Americans of Anglo-Saxon and Germanic descent, thought she was too white to go to jail. Or that the prosecution couldn't really be serious about consequences. Or that mommy could buy her way out of prison. Or that Jesus would save her......or something like that. When none of those things turned out to be true in her case, she used one of her kids as a pawn. But; disgruntled frankfurter troll: I did not reveal the adult child's identity. THAT WAS YOU!

Then, my troll went on to say this: I have not personally attacked you and I would be willing to bet that Monica's daughter has not done so either.

It would not surprise me in the slightest if this non-thinking, sappy, unbalanced, emotional little troll was out gossiping about me, and my family, right now. The troll actually had a contorted notion that I made a statement I didn't make, and even in the presence of the printed words that I actually DID write, reacted as if I wrote what she thought I wrote, instead of what I wrote! Can anyone see why the inbred population of long term, under-socialized, silly-assed residents in this community annoy me so much? Not all of them; but definitely the ones connected to the school, and the ones who maintain friendships that surround the school. I didn't even mention the specific relationship of the family member whom Monica Smart was using as a "Get Out Of Jail Free Card".

I should probably remind my troll, whose signal did reach me from somewhere very local to the teeming metropolis of Frankfort, that inbreeding is against the law, too. You won't go to prison for it, like Monica Smart, but dagnab.......if everyone could comprehend and think critically, instead of interpreting data the way you do, the world would be a much better place.

Ask The Dog For References

If only pets could talk. The dog in this video did not like the babysitter. The baby's parents wanted to know why, and they finally hid a camera in the house, and caught the babysitter on camera cussing the baby out and smacking him, because she did not want to change his diapers. No wonder the dog didn't want her to come back! The footage on the cell phone camera, which is what the parents used to capture the babysitter's behavior, provided enough probable cause for an arrest warrant, and now the babysitter is in jail. An animal's reactions should not be overlooked or taken lightly.

An Untainted Jury

When a defendant or a respondent invokes the right to a jury trial, that does not entitle the prosecuting attorney to cherry pick, among the population or jury pool, friends and other intimate cohorts of the plaintiff! Marshall County Kansas prosecutor, I am looking at you! When a citizen has been summoned for jury duty on the date of the trial of a case that involves someone with whom he or she is personally acquainted, and calls the office of the county attorney to state this, telling that citizen to appear anyway, and threatening charges of contempt of court and imprisonment are NOT lawful and appropriate responses. Calling as many friends and associates of a person you have chosen to bully and threatening them with one legal action or another, should they refuse to terminate their friendships with your target, is unprofessional enough, but deliberately choosing a biased jury is an ethics violation. How many ethics violations does the Marshall County prosecutor's office commit in a day's time?

Noble Rick Pendland Sneaks Out On Bond

How did I miss this? After almost two years in jail for molesting foster children placed in his care by the state of Kansas, Noble Rick Pendland is out on bond. There is still no reported trial date set for him. I wonder why this isn't a big story, here in Kansas......? After all, Pendland WAS a foster parent, abusing children day and night with the blessings of local schools, child protective services, and the third party contractors who managed the cases! Citizens of Kansas should be outraged about this! Pendland should not have been able to leave the jail without an angry mob following him.....but no one seems too alarmed about people who abuse their positions to take advantage of others. So as of May 30, Pendland has been out on bond. It's really hard to get Kansas to pay attention when a teacher abuses children.

Subornation Of Perjury

What happens, oh Marshall County Kansas prosecutor, when you know, for a fact, that the testimony you have "developed" and presented is materially false? If the witness you pressure and abuse in such a manner happens to be underage, are you contributing to the delinquency of a minor? You probably would not get charged with same, but you could, possibly, still face criminal charges for perjury; if, perchance, you did such a thing. This might actually be quite serious in your case, given your position. Not that there is a civil course of action one can easily find in Kansas for this...only criminal. Does that mean that in addition to losing your license to practice law, you could go to jail? And if you went to jail, would anyone in your personal acquaintance actually miss you?

In addition to being a bottom feeder, have you always been a bully, Laura McNish?

Slow News Day In Kansas

It must be a slow news day in Kansas. The Sedgewick County Easter Bunny......that is, sheriff.....Jeff Easter, decided that it was time to ration toilet paper for the inmates in his jail, and the inmates wrote to Chris Fisher, of the Wichita Eagle, to complain that this amounts to cruel and unusual punishment! So Fisher apparently took the picture to the left, outside of the detention center, (an Easter egg hunt, a la Jeff Easter?) and wrote the story!

In addition to saving Sedgewick County lots and lots of money, Easter Bunny Jeff Easter said that inmates somehow use toilet paper to mask the smell of tobacco and marijuana in their cells. Not the smell of anything else....just tobacco and marijuana! The question that is not answered here is this: how are people in jail getting marijuana without the help of the Easter Bunny?

Bradley Manning

This is important.......there will be a demonstration for Pfc. Bradley Manning in forte Meade, Maryland, on June 1. Manning was arrested in 2010 for sharing information about the untimely deaths of civilians in Afganistan. He risked life in prison to get the information to the public. You can sign up for the event here.

The Justice Community Wonders Why It's Not Getting Justice

In light of the recent shooting of a district attorney and spouse in Texas, this article was published on ABC News concerning the recent expressions of disrespect and violence toward law enforcement and prosecutors in the last year or so. Before I say any more, let me state that I do not condone violence, murder, or threats, and that I do not think that violence is an appropriate answer to the misunderstandings that have been mounting, for awhile, between the judicial community and the people they should serve. I think awareness and information are much better tools. That said, I also hope that the families of Mike and Cynthia McClelland will find peace.

Since the Declaration of Independance was drafted, the judicial process has been used, not only for seeking actual justice, but for more subtle means of "sending messages" to certain segments of the American population. The American public has seen, tolerated, and wholeheartedly accepted racist laws and policies, laws that have targeted the poor, sexist practices within the justice system, selective uses of prohibition laws to hound otherwise innocent people, and many, many more abuses of authority and justice. The reluctance of many courts to set aside or throw out guilty verdicts that are contradicted by forensic evidence that becomes available after trial dates is also disturbing. When the population at large begins to take note of criminals with more money and better lawyers experiencing favor in the courtroom, while poorer criminals, and sometimes innocent people, do not get proper legal counsel and are often found guilty of felonies, what do judges and cops expect everyone to think? Not that we haven't always had a certain amount of corruption within government agencies, we have; but since the dubious "election" of Bush Jr. in 2000, the judicial "war on the poor" seems to have become more fervent. Along with that, the economy has gotton less stable, and the number of citizens who have found themselves targeted by law enforcement for no reason and shafted by the courts with no recourse to competent legal counsel has increased. Also, has anyone noticed the number of misdemeanors that have turned into felony crimes lately? Not only does this put certain minorities in prison to serve longer sentences, it strips the targeted minorities of voting rights. Hence, the Fair Sentencing Act. When an entire population becomes legally disenfranchised, and everyday exchanges become criminal acts, the judicial and law enforcement communties should not be surprised at a certain amount of hostility.

Recently, I witnessed an exchange between two people, which; unfortunately, resulted in an arrest. While I witnessed most of the incident, I did not see a crime committed by either party. One of the "officers" involved insisted that I had seen a criminal act, and when I continued to tell him what actually happened, he became agitated and told me what my statement should be, informing me that I was about to "find out how powerful police in Marshall County, Kansas are" if I did not "cooperate". Verbatim quote, folks. He also threatened to go inside my house, wake up all my children, and take them away from me if I did not begin to make statements that coincided with the report he so much desired to write. Because I am stubborn and truthful, I stuck to my guns (no pun intended) and stuck to the truth. He got off his high horse when he ran out of threats, went back to the police station in his shiny police car, and wrote a statement that basically and unbasically isn't true. He even referred to yours truly as a "liar' several times. Lots of impartiality he expects from the court, I guess.

Later on, the district attorney, still lacking a written statement of events from yours truly, contacted me to tell me what I needed to say. I interrupted to her to remind her that the truth is more meaningful than her expectations of a guilty plea and the fines she was hoping to collect from the defendant. She became quite disturbed, and told me that she would contact social services and have them remove my children from my home if I did not "cooperate" with her..........! So; not only would I discover how "powerful" the police are when someone confuses them with the facts, I might also discover the consequences of refusing to read a "script" written by a crooked district attorney, rather than offering true testimony!

As it happens, I have been threatened by smarter, more powerful, and sexier individuals than this district attorney, so I promised her that I would be honest and never back away from what I know to be moral and honest. And social services has apparently been too busy with things that are real to come and visit me. But suppose I had taken the bait and drunk the koolaide? "We're gonna have your children taken away from you if you do not testify according to our script that we write for you in advance." "We're gonna take your children away if you don't say the right things to get your neighbor/friend/family members put in jail." That's a loaded threat. If this kind of crooked game is becoming commonplace across the country, it's no big surprise that prosecutors and law enforcement are having problems maintaining their own safety in their communities. Here's another example of the Marshall County Kansas district attorney's tactics, this time with a defendant. The woman was coerced into a guilty plea via threats to her children by the district attorney. According to the Marysville Advocate: "During court proceedings, Baynton’s motion claims, Kraushaar assured her she could file for a departure from the prescribed sentence for the crime she was pleading to, but after she entered her plea she said the attorney told her no departure would be allowed and that she must agree to consecutive maximum sentences. She also states that the state "repeatedly used the issue of the custody of the defendant's children to coerce her plea of guilty." The motion says her attorney "should have blocked this coercion and did not."

The defendant in the above case has already been granted a new public defender. If the court grants her motion to change her plea, that will indicate a lot of judicial and personal waste and aggravation just because the prosecuter is ungifted enough in courtroom strategy to threaten the children of witnesses and defendants whenever possible so as to avoid any real show of litigation skills, or as in this prosecutor's case, lack thereof. If law enforcement and prosecuting attorneys have actually turned a corner in legal strategies and decided that using the children of defendants, witnesses, and others involved in cases is the new forte in courtroom finesse, we can probably expect more anger turned toward the judicial and law enforcement communities.

Chance Hartner
"hey adkins how about i kill you if you get on my computer again"

......Excerpt from Facebook page of the youthful police officer who enjoys telling older women that they are going to "find out how powerful" he and police force are. In a lot of places, law enforcement is expected to be more mature and set a better example than this. It's also the kind of response law enforcement wants the rest of us to believe they don't want in their everyday lives. Why, then, do they exhibit it and force everyone else to live with it?

Busted! You Can Run But You Can't Hide!

Unless the ringtone you are using is the sound of flatulence, your anal passage probably isn't the best place to hide your cell phone when you are in jail. At least, that's what a prisoner in India discovered. He hid the phone up his anus when he heard the approach of a guard, and was taken to the hospital when he was unable to stand up straight. Before too long, the man's friend decided to call back. The ring tone did not sound like stomach sounds, and an Xray confirmed the suspected truth: the prisoner had inserted the contraband into his rectum in order to avoid detection! When he was unable to retreive the cell phone, (also unable to answer it) the doctor proposed surgery. (a telephone-ectomy?) The man begged them to consider less invasive options, and proceeded to crap the phone and the accessories out onto the floor. In the future, will defense attorneys in India be forced to recommend this ringtone, http://www.zedge.net/r1522006?src=d, as the ringtone of choice, to all prisoners?

In a similar story, snagged from CNN, there's a little boy who insists that he did not eat his mother's cake sprinkles.

Stuff Not To Do In Court

This girl thought it was somehow in good taste to flip the bird at a Florida magistrate judge. He held her in contempt, and gave her thirty days in jail. Her public defender probably got the sentence reduced...but still.....wouldn't it have been easier to just keep the fingers unextended long enough to get bailed out of jail?

The only other person whom I have actually seen in the act of flipping the bird at a judge was my ex husband, during a hearing about a restraining order. The subject of child support came up, and when he was told how much he should pay every month, he extended his policeman finger to the judge. So she upped the amount, and kept doing so until he calmed down. Later on, he got the same judge for a criminal matter. She threw the book at him then, too.

Karma, Conflict, And Judge Wade McCree

Can you say "conflict of interest"? Or "karma"? Or just "McCreep"? Judge Wade McCree, in Detroit, heard a child support case, after which he threw the defendant in jail, only to boff the plaintiff and eventually have an ongoing affair with her. But then.......she got pregnant! At which time, the affair became a lot less fun. So now, she is suing him for child support. And her other ex is suing him over the conflict of interest. And Detroit is thinking that there may be judges with better judgement out there who can take the honorable Wade McCree's place on the bench. And any divorce proceedings, as his honor is married, will also require equitable division of property. What will happen to Judge McCree if he can't pay his child support?

Vast Conspiracy Against Terri Horman

Once again, about four or five people seem to be complaining about the negative attention that Terri Horman has gotton by not testifying in her stepson, Kyron Horman's, missing person case. He disappeared from his school in Portland, Oregon, on June 4, 2010. Terri Horman was the last person to see him, and to date, has not given law enforcement factual information about her own whereabouts on that day. She has also failed two polygraphs. That's the extent of her exposure to the search for Kyron.

Since then, Terri Horman has abandoned her daughter, hired not one, but three attorneys, requested delay after delay in all court proceedings related to her relationships with family members, had a restraining order granted against her continueously for at least a couple of years, dodged summons servers, torn down posters with Kyron's picture and information, and attempted to intimidate any person with information about the case. Among other things..... but these are just the foremost examples. Yet...a media source, Anorak, from England has run a badly worded article about "poor Terri" because Kyron's mother filed suit against her in civil court and a judge subsequently referred to Terri as the "prime suspect". Well! Sorry if this is a problem for you, English Journalist, but the state of Oregon actually has a legal vehicle in civil court to stop a noncustodial party from committing custodial interference. Since Kyron's mother loves him and wants him back, she took advantage of civil law! As for being called a "prime suspect" by the judge, what do you think Terri IS in his court room, English Journalist? A court reporter? Terri Horman is the prime suspect, thanks to her own conduct, and would not be in this position had she behaved less like a perpetrator and more like a parent looking for a missing child.

America's Most Wanted recently included a segment about Kyron. In it, John Walsh, host of the show, states that the evidence all seems to point to Terri Horman. You can see the segment in my sidebar. This, too, has thrown the handful of persons who don't want Terri Horman to testify for a loop. Once again, I say, "Get over it".

To this handful of Americans who do not want Terri Horman answering any questions about Kyron or his whereabouts, you can rant on and on about how much you like this particular English newspaper, but remember; had Terri been involved in the same sequence of events in the same manner in a lot of other countries, England included, she would probably be waiting in jail for Kyron to be found and for all the evidence to surface, if she did not want to testify.

Sex Offender Jumps On Facebook Right Away

Robert Neil Boyd, the friendly, neighborhood, kiddie porn creep who ran away from Maryland in 2006 to escape kiddie porn charges and was caught in Tennessee in 2010 and thrown in the slammer, with.....alas....no little girls; has been released from jail in kiddie-porn-friendly Maryland and is already back online, scoping out the available social networks, very likely looking for more porn and new victims. According to the authorities who handle the sex offender registry in Maryland, Mr. Boyd has three days to go get his picture taken and share his new address. So far, he has had plenty of time to get on Facebook, but has been too pressed for time to complete the proper registrations for those who like to pick on children and his "Facebook obligations" have just been all encompassing.

This is a non-booking photo of Robert Neil Boyd, from which recognition may be easier. Since Maryland encourages crimes against children, and Neil is back in the population and on the internet, he has resumed his postion as a threat.

Here's the information we have currently about Mr. Boyd and Maryland. Maryland says it is soon to be updated. Once again, he has three days to update his information with Maryland. Any crazy Maryland yuppies or sympathetic second rate "new agers" (who think you know everything but don't care about the law, or any of Neil's victims) who might be providing this creep with a place to hide from authorities, take note. There are very good reasons why Robert Neil Boyd's behaviors are unlawful. Just in case you don't care about the law or think Maryland is too picky about it's requirements, be aware that I know who a few of you are. Sarah, this means YOU.

Terri Horman's Monday Cold Case

It's Monday again. That's when I find a cold case from somewhere, that was almost impossibly solved, to describe for Terri Horman, defacto suspect in the disappearance of nine year old Kyron Horman, who has been missing since June of 2010. When she periodically googles her name, hoping to have gained fame and admiration, I would not want her to be disappointed.

So here it is, Terri. Today's cold case is from Seattle.......so very close to where you used to live. There used to be a woman by the name of Arlene Roberts living there, until 1978, when she was murdered. She was eighty years old. Thirtythree years went by, and then the case was reexamined. A fingerprint had been left at the crime scene, but since the suspect was only seventeen or eighteen years old at the time, and had not had a chance to get his criminal career off the ground yet, there were no prints in the system yet, to which to compare it. Nonetheless, it was saved. When the case was reopened, recently, the print matched someone named Ronald McDonald.......no joke....I guess he calls himself Ronald Wayne McDonald, to avoid getting confused with the clown by that name.........and now he has been charged with murder. After thirtythree years, Terri! His life must suck, right now. Not only did he not get away with murder when he thought he had, but all the other inmates are prolly calling him Ronald McDonald, the Clown! That'd be almost as bad as having to be known as the "Underwear Bomber" in jail!

So Terri, you never know what tommorrow will bring. Why not just cooperate with everyone today, and help bring Kyron home. You can still dump your husband, you can still live with your parents, (as long as you didn't harm Kyron) and you can still google your name on the internet to see what everyone is saying about you.

This is Arlene Roberts, whose murder was finally solved after thirtythree years. I hope she rests in peace. And below, is Kyron Horman, who disappeared from his school in June of 2010, and is still missing. Anyone who sees him should just call local law enforcement, since the FBI is still looking for him. He needs to come home.

More On Labels

I recently published a rather longwinded post about labels, and the labels that a lot of people seem to reserve for me. I also dealt with labels that these particular people place on themselves. In several paragraphs, I did a rather nice job of disproving the content of the labels, and proving the inaccuracy to the labels, if I do say so myself. I also asked these people, and they all know who they are, too, if a person actually is a doctor, lawyer, teacher, or cop just because the person looks and acts like one. Then I came across this article today, and almost died laughing!

"Kissimmee police say the 17-year-old performed CPR on a patient in cardiac arrest at the Osceola Regional Medical Center. The arrest report says the teen also performed physical examinations and other forms of care on an undisclosed number of unsuspecting patients."..............Associated Press

That's right; a Florida youth, not identified because of his age, masqueraded as a physicians' assistant in an hospital, and because he LOOKED like a physicians' assistant, and ACTED like a physicians' assistant, lots of folks who came in contact with him were high enough on koolaide to THINK he was a physicians' assistant! Luckily, before any life-altering problems were caused by this, someone noticed the difference between the label and the reality and called the cops on him. Now he's in jail. Good Golly Gee; what's he gonna say to the peeps in jail, when they all brag about what they did to get there? Remember Alice's Restuarant, when Arlo Guthrie got arrested for littering, and later, when drafted, had to explain to all the other "criminals", "mother rapers" and "father rapers" and people who had done terrible, terrible things, that his big caper had been littering? What's this kid going to do around all the "mother rapers", "father rapers", car theives, money launderers, drug runners, and bar fighters when it's his turn to brag about his crime? "Hi everyone. I impersonated a medical professional at the hospital." ................Hahahahahaha! His parents really should have taught him that if you can't do the time, you really shouldn't do the crime. It's a shame; he must be an intelligent kid to pull off a stunt like that and actually get away with it for any length of time. Goddess help him if it was a scheme to steal drugs..........but anyway...labels. Think long and hard before you print them up. Also think long and hard about what's actually implied and defined.

Update: This little boy either needs lumps of coal for xmas, or a toy stethescope!
