This post is for someone specific, and that person will know exactly who she is when she sees it. To everyone else, thank you for indulging me, and please excuse the tone of this post. My outrage is only intended for one person.

You know, if you really cared about child abuse in Kansas, you would never have stolen that twenty dollar bill out of the wallet of a child, here in Kansas. That child actually worked for the money you stole from her, and you have never worked a day in your life. You can also stop lying about contact with Kyron Horman's family, because you have never had any; and you can explain exactly what you were doing in Kansas City when Lisa Irwin disappeared. Also, remember Kimberly Hakes, in Oregon? You never did explain your proximity to that crime scene. You also never told me what you were doing at the lighthouse in Umpqua State Park in the spring of 2013, when a woman your age got murdered. Remember how you called me and told me you were lost, and needed me to somehow help you, from Kansas, to get a ride out of there? I called the Coast Guard, because I didn't know who else could help you, and when I called to tell you that I had done that, you responded by shutting off your phone! You didn't really want help, did you? In fact, it appears that the only knowledge you have of these matters involves complicity, not a desire for justice.

I am not defending the way Kansas deals with child abuse cases or with missing persons cases, but geez....every time I've observed you, either in or out of Kansas, you have managed to become part of the problem, rather than part of the solution. There are many ways by which Kansas can better its responses to the needs of children, but none of them have been suggested or promoted by you, my oversized hitchhiker. Have you ever even stopped attempting to con people long enough to tape a poster of a missing child up on a bulletin board? It is a humble job, but many missing persons, both children and adults, are located by photo recognition, rather than by the likes of you, pretending that you know things you do not actually know. Yes, your statements were forwarded to the proper authorities, and we were assured that you are pointless and absurd. Another question for you, here: do you remember when that county attorney in Kansas; who paid you to testify falsely against an innocent person; allowed her own child to drive drunk, resulting in a crash? She passed us, en route to the scene, where her child was belching his boozy breath, after destroying someone's property. I would never have known that the speeding and red light-running SUV was hers, had you not informed me. Did you ever pick up your mobile phone and dial child protective services to report that Kansas county attorney who had allowed her child to drink, underage, and drive in that condition? I am going to remind you that you did not, thereby rendering you not only pointless and absurd, but also a hypocrite, when you condemn others for maltreatment of children. You've obstructed justice and contributed to abuses of children many times.

One more thing, you smelly thief; Lisa Irwin disappeared from Missouri, not from Kansas.

Donald Trump Lied About The Wiretaps

Well, what else is new? Donald Trump lied about the character of a good person. As it happens, his claim that President Obama wiretapped his silly-assed phone conversations at Trump Tower was a complete fabrication. Yes, there was an investigation in progress. When people constantly involve themselves in fraud, money laundering, civil torts of almost all descriptions, and lie constantly, various law enforcement agencies tend to investigate. Especially when said people do those things with our nation's enemies. If Donald Trump cannot do the time, however it may present itself, he should not do the crime(s).

Private Message

I've been following the situation with your son for over a year now. I just want to say that I wish him well, and if he recovers, I will be very happy for him. No question about that. I have some reservations about you, though. You do remember when you badmouthed me behind my back, because you don't like my religion, don't you? I didn't have any use for your born-again church, and I told my children that if, while pretending to teach classes, you continued to mention your silly take on Christianity, they didn't have to listen to you. I'm sure you remember. Even after you quit teaching because no one else liked your approach, either, you still, despite being holier than everyone else, never bothered to teach your children to obey the laws of the land. That brings me to my big question for you: when are you going to get on Facebook and admit to the world that your son's injuries in his car accident were not really the result of failure to use a seat belt, but failure to remain sober while driving? I know alcohol was involved, because I asked the sheriff of the county where your son's vehicle flipped over. How come you have accepted monetary donations without straight-up honesty about it? I am not a Christian, and not terribly religious at all, but I know enough about the new testament to tell you that lying and fraud are wrong. Possibly even more wrong, from a moral standpoint, than teaching your children that the laws of the land do not apply to them. Just tell the truth.

Oh, by the way; "the devil" is not responsible for what happened to your son when he drove drunk last May. Your son is responsible for it. And so are you, indirectly. If you had not chosen to send your children to school where virtually all of the children drink alcoholic beverages, with the approval of teachers, despite the laws against it, your son would probably have never been where he was that night, and if your son had chosen to be "different" enough to abide by the laws of the state and the laws of the land, despite the majority of the student body of his school, the whole thing would never have happened. The youth pastor of your church has been made aware of this, so unless you want to acknowledge that the devil is in the details and tell the truth, you should leave the devil out of it.

Lying Politicians

Above is the Politifact graph depicting the number of lies and truths told by various politicians, in proportion to all of their statements. After fact checking, President Obama is the most honest one to have recently run for president, followed by Hillary Clinton. Like it or not, Democrats have the market cornered on the truth in 2016. Remember the aversion Donald Trump had to fact checking for his first debate with Hillary Clinton?

Dear Dr. Phil

Dear Dr. Phil,

Recently, you hosted the former step parent of Kyron Horman, missing from Oregon since 2010, on your talk show. At one point, you asked her about the suspicions on the part of the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office to the effect that she had attempted to hire someone to murder her husband, Kaine. The allegations centered around a landscaper, whom she had hired to mow her lawn, and an offer she had allegedly made. When you asked her about it, she told you that she had never told Kaine about the landscaper. In fact, she gave her older son, James Moulton, credit for mowing the lawn when she discussed it with Kaine.

Is there a way to send Terri Horman a follow-up question, via your show? If James had been given the task of mowing the lawn by his stepfather, does it build character when his mother hires a landscaper to do it, instead? What kind of a message is sent when she lies to her husband, and states that her son actually mowed the lawn, as charged? This does not sound like good parenting. There are quite a few people who saw your show that day, and would like these questions further explored. Oh, there's one more question that should be put to Terri directly: Terri, where's Kyron?

Message For A Northeast Kansas Youth Pastor

Hey, Northeast Kansas Youth Pastor; you know that young man you and your congregation have been praying for? The one who got into an automobile accident and suffered some severe injuries? Well, despite your church's and his family's efforts to float the rumor that this driver was not drunk, the sheriff of the county where the accident occurred got a warrant for his lab results and blood tests from that night. Guess what? He was drunk. I'm pretty sure you and all of you "prayer warriors" know that, though. All of you really think that there is actually a "god" in the sky who thinks it is okay for members of your church to commit crimes, don't you?

I have another question for you. If "God" actually zaps this young man into a speedy and complete recovery, as all of you have so fervently and repetitiously requested, have you considered that at the moment his health allows him to answer for his actions on the night of the car wreck, there will be a warrant issued for his arrest in the State of Kansas? You should probably "counsel" this boy's insane and hypocritical parents to retain legal counsel for him, so that if and when "God" strikes him healthy again, he will be represented in court. Because, contrary to what all of you think, we are all equal to certain forces here on Earth.

Unless, of course, getting "healed" and living as a fugitive are Christian lifestyle thingies. Geesh. Just remind the family that the bible advises to be honest and non-fraudulent, and that the young man involved in the accident should be accountable for what he did.

Terri Horman Speaks

KPTV - FOX 12

Whoa! Terri Horman speaks! More than five years after her former stepson, Kyron Horman, the little boy who disappeared from his school in Portland, Oregon, needed her to speak! There are more problems with this than your faithful blogger can shake a stick at, but here are the ones she sees as the biggest. First of all, Miss Terri told her audience that she did not "kill her son". Well, well; the last time anyone checked, Kyron was NOT her son. Terri Horman's son is a young man by the name of James Moulton, and we all know that Terri Horman did not kill James. For extra outrage value, Terri also referred to Kyron as "the boy". "The boy" has a name: Kyron. Terri is well aware of this. She is also aware of something else; her ongoing desire to distance herself from Kyron, or anything that has ever reminded her of Kyron.

The second crazy problem with Terri's insane drivel is her insistence that she was NOT the last person to see Kyron. How would she know this? If Miss Terri truly left the school without Kyron, after watching him walk toward his classroom, on June 4, 2010, exactly how would she know if anyone else had seen him afterward? How? If she knows that someone else had contact with Kyron after she left the school, she needs to come forward to law enforcement with that information, rather than attempting to make money from interviews with magazines that peddle sensationalism. Just for the record, her statements have always conflicted with the statements of eyewitnesses, who saw her leave the building with her infant daughter, Kiara, and with Kyron.

The third serious problem with all of this goes back to your faithful blogger's initial outrage at Terri Horman for waiting five years to say anything about Kyron's missing persons case. Why five years? What makes five years so special, for the up and coming criminal class? A plausible theory about this involves the statute of limitations for various crimes in the state of Oregon. Five years is a common statute of limitation in many states for serious misdemeanors and some felonies, and for many civil torts. Oregon's statute of limitations for most types of child prostitution is six years. Could Terri Horman's decision to speak now be linked to something she did six years ago? If so, did it involve Kyron? If Terri Horman really wanted to help find Kyron, she would have done so in June of 2010, not January of 2016.

And now here's a question for Terri. Hey Terri, how come you borrowed the bus drivers' cell phone to call the school and ask why Kyron wasn't on the school bus? Why didn't you use your own? Did (ahem) someone else have it? What about those burn phones you and your buddies kept purchasing?

More Lying Pigs In California

The video above shows a deadly encounter with law enforcement during May of 2014, in Long Beach, California, after a twenty-three year old man named Noel Aguilar was stopped for the infraction of riding his bicycle while listening to music with earbuds. As you can see, the threat posed by a cyclist with earbuds necessitated grabbing Noel off of his bike and throwing him on the ground, followed by his subsequent arrest. (sarcasm....these policemen are really pigs) If you watch the slow play, around 1:06, you will see one pig grab HIS OWN gun and shoot the other pig in the stomach! The pig who is shot in the stomach begins to scream like a victim, and both cops blame Noel, whose hands never touched a gun during this encounter!

The pig who shot his partner then proceeded to unload at least three shots into Noel's back and one more into his neck. Next, of course, came the obligatory order from the pigs to all bystanders to "get back inside their houses." This was done to eliminate the possibility of truthful testimony and cell phone video from uninvolved witnesses. Both pigs, and their cohorts on the police force, lied about the incident on their reports. Below is more on this incident, along with some cell phone video taken by one of the witnesses, despite the command from police to turn away.

Albert Murad and Jose Ruiz, the two pigs involved, proceeded to slam their weight into Noel's back until he was fatally injured. Noel Aguilar succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene. Both pigs are back on the job, after their paid vacation. Your tax dollars at work, California.

Can India Kager's Mom Have Her Sketchbook, Please?

On September 5 of this year, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, a twenty-seven year old woman named India Yager was driving her car. Seated in the passenger seat was her boyfriend, and in the back was her four month old son, riding in a carseat. She pulled into 7/11, when suddenly, a bunch of cops in swat team gear blocked her car and threw a stun grenade in front of her. Within fifteen seconds, the police had shot thirty bullets into India's vehicle. She and her boyfriend were both killed; her baby and her older son are without a mother, now.

The cops told the media that India's boyfriend had shot at them first, but only "hit their clothes". There has been no evidence in the investigation to show that anyone in the vehicle fired shots, or even had a weapon in tow. There has also been an inane story circulated about how India's boyfriend was a person of interest in a crime somewhere....possibly a murder.....yet no solid facts on that, either, such as the identity of the alleged murder victim! No complainants or crime victims of any kind can be found to back up the pigs' version of events. India was a veteran, and had no criminal record.

Fifteen seconds. That was all the time that was required. None of the questions posed by India's family have been answered, and it does not appear that there is even going to be a true investigation. Despite this, the pigs still refuse to give India's mom any of the personal items that were in the car when India was murdered. This includes a sketch pad, containing some of India's art. It seems that law enforcement, at the very least, could give that back to her family.

Nuts And Bolton's

Do you remember that female high school student you paid, several years ago, to help you sweep a misdeed under the rug? She clearly saw something that could have cost someone's career, and rightfully so. Well. there's something you overlooked. It is against the law, everywhere in the United States, to "buy" anyone's silence in criminal matters. Not only is that called "witness intimidation" and "obstruction of justice", but it is also known as "bribery".

You bought this person's silence when she was very young, and had no real understanding of her legal rights. You did a rather good job of brainwashing her, and frightening her. But you did not realize that she has a conscience: if any harm comes to someone else, as a result of her refusal to testify, she will never forgive herself. And for that, there is no such thing as enough hush money. By the way, she was also too young to legally be bound to any contract you coerced her to sign. Did you really think that she would never realize that?

Tamir Rice Was Shot Because He Was Black

"I was right there and he went for the gun. I had no choice," is the lie told by Tim Loehmann after shooting twelve year old Tamir Rice in November, 2014.

Why do police officers in America lie? Since most investigations of police officers are done by individuals and organizations that are pro police and racist, why was  Tim Loehmann even motivated to make false statements? For instance, reporting that Rice had the gun in his hands, when the video clearly shows he did not. Also, Loehmann stated that Rice was sitting at the table at the recreation center in a group of people, while the video very clearly shows that Rice was alone. Let us also not forget that Loehmann wrote that he told Rice three times to put his hands in the air, when the video shows that he did not say a word to Rice, but shot him instantly.

This is why policemen are often referred to as pigs. I hope Tamir Rice's community can find a way to get justice.

Terri Horman And Cold Cases And Lies

So very interesting. Forty years after one of the most heinous crimes committed in Maryland, that of the kidnap and murder of Sheila and Katherine Lyon, ten and twelve year old Montgomery County girls, a man named Lloyd Lee Welch is charged with two counts of murder. This involves two states; Maryland and Virginia. After much evidence gathering and testimony from witnesses and potential witnesses, one man, so far, has been charged in this case. There is even a multi-state grand jury meeting at least once a month to go over evidence. Many Marylanders, who remember this case from 1975, doubted that it would ever be resolved.

What does this have to do with Terri Horman and her gang of merry scofflaws? She is the sometime step parent of another missing child, Kyron Horman. Kyron was seven years old when he was last seen leaving his school in Portland, Oregon with Terri Horman in June of 2010. This happened just as school commenced for the day, around 9:00 AM, and no one, least of all, Terri, reported him missing until after 3:00 PM. Days have stretched into weeks and months, which, in turn, have stretched into years...five years. There is also a grand jury that convenes for Kyron every once in a while, to review any new tips and go over existing evidence.

Terri Horman, her parents, and her friends and other et els do not appear to take the search and investigation for Kyron Horman very seriously. A few of them have been subpoenaed to appear before the grand jury to answer questions about the case. Rather than assist in the investigation, they stall and assert fifth amendment rights, claiming that they will incriminate themselves if they answer simple questions about the day Kyron disappeared. A certain amount of misinformation has been deliberately generated by this crowd, too.

The case of the Lyon sisters, mentioned above, also involves people who covered for each other, over the years, and lied to the grand jury when it convened. A major difference, however; is that forty years went by prior to the culmination of the investigation and the charging of the individual thought to be primarily responsible for the disappearance and subsequent deaths of those two girls. Yet the truth is just as esteemed by investigators and the rest of the population as it was forty years ago; but this came as a surprise to those asked for the truth. They thought that because so many years had passed, no one would care about Sheila and Katherine Lyon anymore. They also thought that the passage of time somehow erased the need for accountability. So they went to court, when summoned by the grand jury, and lied their asses off. In December of last year, Patricia Welch was arrested after one such lie, and is due in court in October. Last week, her brother, Leslie Engleking, her grandchild, Amy Welch Johnson, and her husband's sister, Gladys Stangee, were also arrested for lying and attempting to hide the truth. Amy Welch Johnson was not even born in 1975, when the crime occurred, so the reader should be able to grasp the importance of the truth, here, during a criminal investigation. What does all this have to do with Terri Horman and her gang of merry scofflaws? They should study this case carefully, and take note of the precedent set by a multi-state grand jury of holding anyone who obstructs justice accountable. Because the Lyon sisters' case involves two different states, the precedent set reaches the federal level, and can be used in Oregon, as well. Virginia is now trying a criminal case for obstruction of justice against a person who was not even born when the crime under investigation was committed. This should send a very clear message to those who would cover for Terri Horman: the truth is important enough to lock up a liar, even after forty years. The truth is even important enough to lock up someone who wasn't yet born at the time of the crime, but knows about it, nonetheless. Are you paying attention, Terri Horman?

Lawyer Speaks About Racism At McKinney Swimming Pool

While we are on the subject of resignations and untimely discharges from employment for reasons of racism, and unprofessional expressions thereof, here is what the lawyer who is representing Eric Casebolt's victim has to say on the subject. Hopefully, every racist in the United States, the Midwest, especially, will take note and modify his or her professional stance.

Pat Welch Lyin' About The Lyon Sisters

Lets see here; Patricia Jean Welch, of Hyattsville, Maryland, brightened her holiday last year by getting arrested in December, for lying to the grand jury in Virginia about some evidence related to the forty year old cold case of the missing Lyon sisters, from Montgomery County, Maryland. Pat Welch thought it would be more circumspect to lie, when asked pointed questions, rather than realizing that the questions never would have been asked, in the first place, unless the truth, or at least part of the truth, was already known.

Something else to which Pat Welch did not give much attention is that when people, such as Lloyd Lee Welch, her nephew and a "person of interest" in this case, go to jail on the spur of a moment, they sometimes leave many of their personal possessions behind. Since Lloyd is in jail, and has been for years, he isn't as available to visit his previous addresses and hide evidence. That makes it a little bit easier for the police to find his stuff, what's left of it, and look for anything connected to any crimes he might have committed.

Pat's husband, Richard Welch, is also a "person of interest" in the missing persons cases of Katherine and Sheila Lyon, and has recently retained legal counsel. This happened right around the time that the house he shares with Pat was searched again by Montgomery County Police, earlier this month. Pat says the police didn't take anything, but the media has pictures and footage of police taking things. Also, Richard's lawyer says that if the police come back, Pat and Richard will cooperate and be honest, because they have nothing to hide, but if that's really true, why is Pat due in court in Bedford County, Virginia, on June 29, for perjury? If she has nothing to hide, wouldn't she have just cooperated, and answered the grand jury's questions truthfully in December?

Sheila and Katherine Lyon, who disappeared while walking home from Wheaton Plaza, in Maryland, on March 25, 1975.

Patricia Welch As A Resident Agent

Hey Patricia Welch, how come you're such a big, fat liar? Who the hell did you think you were when you didn't want to help find two missing children? And why is covering for adults more important? Here's another question, you dumb bitch; what was really going on when you served as a "resident agent" for L. Engleking Inc.? Was your friend from Florida really a plumber, or was that just a ruse, so that he could get inside the homes of people who have children, in order to post their pictures on Facebook? Isn't that why your friend's son is in prison now?

You know, you are married to a "person of interest" in a high profile missing persons case involving two children, Sheila and Katherine Lyon,  and your nephew is a person of interest in the same case. Your employment history also involves working with someone who is currently serving time in federal prison for child pornography and human trafficking! Was your home daycare used for something similar?

Hopefully, you'll be savvy enough to tell the truth in court on April 27, when you go to court in Bedford County, Virginia. While you certainly come across as a bimbo who thinks she's exempt from the law, you do not appear to be the type who would make it in prison. Short of definite answers about all this, you can expect to see more details, such as the ones in this post, splashed all over the internet. Quite a few people already hope that you will go from being a "resident agent" for a kiddie porn creep to being a resident in the pokey, so you should really find a way to start telling the truth in court.

Can Kansas Find Someone Better Than Kris Kobach?

A couple of days ago, the Department of Justice published it's findings that police in the St. Louis, Missouri area do, indeed, have a tendency to ignore the constitutional rights of African Americans. This, naturally, did not brighten Kris Kobach's day. What it has to do with immigration is beyond the imagination of yours truly, but somehow, a gentle listener of some silly-assed conservative radio show has manufactured a connection and called in to share it with Kobach, and he packaged it, without proving it. He put it all together, verbally, in a way that promotes racism and misinformation as usual. Is there anyone who can serve as secretary of state in Kansas without ignoring the constitution and telling not only bold faced lies, but presenting fantasy as truth? This notion that African Americans will cease to face prosecution for any crime may actually serve as proof that Kobach is certifiable and in need of treatment for delusions.

Message To The Mountain

"Are they going to repair the property they dig on have they got the ok from the land owner to dig onit i think afew thing's need to be ask.
And who is covering the damage they create by the digging is the town of Bedford going to fork out for the repairing.
Like i said i wish something so stupid would had not been done by someone we do not even know for them to even be on our family mountain."

Grrrr......Allow me to answer this, one asinine statement at a time. No; "they" are only going to repair the property they dig up if they can. It's only dirt, and yes, law enforcement and the specialists they hired will try to leave the area as they found it, but any evidence they find will not be replaced. As for asking your royal highness first, the sheriff doesn't have to. The sheriffs of two different counties, backed by the judicial systems of two different states, and the FBI have warrants to dig on the land owner's land. They do not have to ask anyone, least of all, you.

What damage do you want the police to cover, after evidence was hidden by your relatives and neighbors for thirty-nine years? If someone drove over your lawn and you feel that the tires have done damage to your barbecue grill and possibly, your still, file a claim with your insurance company! They cover spilled moonshine, don't they?

Don't even cry about the actions of "stupid people"! When you say you don't know them, that's a boldfaced lie. You are more than acquainted with at least half of the family in question, and you jumped onto a newspaper forum early in this investigation to state that this particular family never owned property on "your family mountain". To officially differ with you, the registry of deeds in your county states otherwise. You know them, and they've probably bought many a batch of moonshine on the mountain, to take back home with them.

The two young ladies who disappeared in 1975 also had a family and a community. Everyone looked for them; everyone misses them. Well, almost everyone; you have some cousins who lived near the community from which these girls were kidnapped, and they didn't lift a finger to help find them. If I understand correctly, one of them tried to collect reward money, but welched  (pun somewhat intended) when it was time to deliver. Another one is due in court next month because she's a big fat liar. If Sheila and Katherine somehow ended up in "your" community, it's well past time to give them back to THEIR community! They never should have been in "your" community in the first place, and would not have been, but for something done by one of YOUR relatives, so shut the hell up when the police try to put things right! You really sound as if you know there is evidence to be found, and you don't want investigators to find it. That's just too bad, creep. Deal with it, and hide your moonshine somewhere else.

Trusting Law Enforcement Is A Mistake

Despite all the cover-ups, lies, and initial nondisclosures of information, such as Darren Wilson's name, after he shot Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri; a person with a cell phone video came forward. So; for all the illegal seizures of cell phones and cameras, all the shutting down of local and national news coverage, and all the false arrests and unlawful detentions of journalists, we have a clear video that shows a police officer shooting an unarmed young man's head and killing him, apparently because that's what the cop felt like doing at the time, and the checks and balances upon which we depend to keep government from getting out of control isn't as helpful to some citizens as it is to others. But there really are no secrets, as the Midwest is learning.
