Question About Robert Neil Boyd

I got your question, and decided to answer you in a new post, with a graphic. As a Tier One sex offender in Maryland, Robert Neil Boyd is required to register as a sex offender for fifteen years after his conviction. I do not know why he isn't showing up as such where you have looked for him. Perhaps he has absconded, or is in violation of the terms of his probation. He would not be the first disgusting sex offender to behave that way. As for Tennessee, where he also has a record for sex crimes against children, I do not know why he isn't registering there as required, either. Thank you for the information; maybe his probation officers in both states should be made aware. Or maybe he is back in jail for the same type of offense. Tad Cummins Bought Hair Dye

It has been reported that Tad Cummins, the suspect involved in the disappearance of fifteen year old Elizabeth Thomas, of Tennessee, was picked up by a Walmart Surveillance camera while buying hair dye, shortly before kidnapping Elizabeth. This means that both of them may have altered their appearances. Below is a picture of them, and a picture of Elizabeth with a darker hair color. Cummins's vehicle is also in the picture, but he may be driving a different vehicle by now. Craigslist sellers, be on the lookout! If you think he has responded to your advertisement on Craigslist, please let local police know. Also, Tad Cummins is now among the top ten most wanted on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's list. He has at least two handguns, and is obviously dangerous.

Elizabeth Thomas Missing

Fifteen year old Elizabeth Thomas was last seen in Columbia, Tennessee, in the company of a teacher at her school, a fifty year old man by the name of Tad Cummins. Now there is an active Amber Alert. It seems that Mr. Cummins planned this disappearance. He researched possible methods the police could use to track him, and he also researched the possibility of marrying someone as young as Elizabeth. Something he forgot is that he is already married, and in America, one may marry as many times as one wishes, but one must get divorced between nuptials.

Brake Light Pentacles

Grrr....what will Fundamentalist Christians think of complaining about next? Here, we have a school bus in Tennessee, with working, and perfectly legal brake lights. We have children getting on and off the bus at the appropriate stops, sitting down in their seats while riding. We have a sober bus driver, who, prior to meeting the fundy christian parent, was unstressed.

This good Christian parent apparently has concerns that the school bus will take her children to Hell, instead of to school. In order to prevent this, she wants the brake lights on the entire fleet of buses replaced, either with crosses, or no design. There is no reflection on the school's curriculum or activities involving her children; the parent just can't stand to see a five pointed star.

Stars are used as symbols for many different things, as are crosses. To date, no Pagan or Satanist has contacted Tennessee Public Schools to complain about sacrilege, so why isn't this woman shutting up and counting her blessings that it wasn't her holy symbol that was used for brake lights? It isn't as if Christian children actually behaved like angels, or as if Christians actually place any value on teaching children to act as if they believed in responsible citizenship or abiding by the law.

In Case You Weren't In Church On Sunday

Can anyone say "overkill"? Responding with the words "bless you" when hearing a sneeze is not what our forefathers had in mind when they agreed upon separation of church and state. This Tennessee classroom has obviously gone overboard in giving a child in-school detention for instinctively using those words when a classmate sneezed. Now; if she seriously believed the archaic German/Christian superstition that one's soul disappears into the mists via the sneeze whenever this happens, and had reiterated that failing to say "bless you" could lead to eternal damnation, there may have been a slight violation; but this did not happen. Perhaps along with "overkill", she should say "gesundheit" next time.

How Far Can An Internet Post Go?

 

On behalf of North Middle School, in Louden County, Tennessee, I am sharing this picture. It was made and shared in order to prove a point to children that once a post or picture makes it's way to the internet, there is no control over it's direction, especially within social media venues. Man Arrested For Picking His Children Up From School

Jim Howe, of Tennessee, showed up at South Cumberland elementary at 2:00 in the afternoon one day to pick up his children. He was on foot, and the school has a policy disallowing the early dismissal of any child without parental permission. This includes children who walk, as well as, obviously, children who ride the bus. Jim was on foot, and all he wanted to do was walk his children home, and he was willing to proffer written permission, for school files, if necessary. The school responded by misapplying the policy of "no early dismissals" to include leaving with a parent on foot. Jim was told to go home and get his car! Traffic from the school was already spilling out into the street, so Jim asked them, again, to please dismiss his children. The police were called, and Jim was arrested for the crime of asking the school to release his children to him!

Why would the staff at a school disrespect a parent and waste the time and energy of law enforcement? Why do some of these teachers, a few of whom do not understand the law, think they have so much more to offer students than parents? And why is there such an urgency, of late, to teach the children of any nonconformist parent to be disrespectful? What happens more often is that children of parents who are thus bullied by school staff do not feel safe around school staff and are less likely to participate in classes and learn. Do the schools expect cooperation from children whose parents were arrested because of lemming mentality enforced by the schools? Nice going, South Cumberland! You just made online school a little more popular! And Barney Fife, on behalf of all the other cops in your locale, you need to make a video of your own, apologizing for your behavior and assuring the general public that the rest of the police force does not act like you!

Barney Fife should probably look into becoming less camera shy, since more citizens may wish to film and record him while he earns his taxpayer funded salary.

Dewitt Parker Missing From Tennessee

 

Dewitt Parker, twelve, left home in Memphis Tennessee last weekend after getting into a fight with his mom, and went to school at Kate Bond Middle School on Monday, April 1, but has not been seen or heard from since. He is 4'11'', about 90 lbs, and had on black shorts and white and light blue tennis shoes. There isn't a missing persons poster for him yet, or any contact information listed, but this as child is not at school, where he belongs, my recommendation is to contact whichever law enforcement is local to where you are if you see him or know his whereabouts, and try to get him back to his family. Four days can be a long time in the life of a twelve year old.

Sometimes A Mop Sink Is Just A Mop Sink

Once again, it seems to be the end of the world as we know it. A mop sink in the capitol building in Tennessee was mistaken by some very good Christians for a footbath! It seems that there were some grave concerns about the availability of water, with which Muslims wishing to pray could wash their feet prior to doing so.  How dare anyone accomodate prayer in the routine of the faithful in any religion besides Christianity? After all, Christian ministers do not even have to wash up after sexual abuse of minors before prayer! Why should other religions get special preference?

If a person understands his or her need to back away from physical or emotional strata that creates enough imbalence to require ritual or literal "purification" prior to prayer, why does a Christian have a complaint? Is it wrong to humbly seek peace from a higher power? Perhaps Tennessee Christians could learn from the Muslim practice, and be more mindful of certain types of filth, such as sexual abuse, both before and after they recite their Christian prayers. Perhaps they could stop stereotyping the adherants of other religions, as well.

Will society come to a screeching halt if people wash their feet more often?

What's The Difference Between Buckeye And Marijuana?

Where'e the eye-rolley when I need it? The police in Tennessee, on I-40, about five miles outside of Memphis, pulled over an elderly couple because of an Ohio State sticker on their car bearing the Buckeye logo and because a helmet inside the car was visible with similar stickers on it. They thought that the logo was indictative of drug cartel connections, and that the elderly couple, en route home to Texas from a funeral, might be transporting large amounts of marijuana in their car, while announcing it for all the world to see. The occasion merited black SUV's, body armor, and drawn guns. Your tax dollars at work, folks. Luckily, none of the guns were fired, and the officers were able to calm down long enough to see their mistake and stop their violations of the couple's first amendment rights, which allow visible depictions of, not only buckeye, but marijuana.

 

Kiddie Porn In Tennessee

Lately, I have noticed a lot of hits on my tracker focused on this post, from several months ago. Just over a year ago, this person, Robert Neil Boyd, was arrested in Tennessee for "indecent liberties with a minor", and for possession of hundreds of images of kiddie porn. He also had a warrant out for his arrest in Maryland for the same crime. There isn't really much that is new to be found about this case; just that Mr. Boyd's picture now graces the national sex offender registry. When Tennessee releases him, he will begin to answer for his crimes in Maryland.

This arrest seems to have come as a bit of a surprise to some people in several communities in which Neil made a few contributions. A lot of his friends either rejected values that baby boomers tend to consider "out dated", or never brought up children of their own. They remain completely unsympathetic to anyone who protects children. When Neil ran afoul of conventional mores and the law via his abuses of underage girls, he got away with it for many years before someone finally alerted law enforcement in Maryland. Then, when he disappeared into Tennessee, quite a few of his "avant garde", "hip", and extremely brilliant friends and cohorts knew exactly where he was hiding, but did not value the childhoods of any of the girls whose indecent pictures graced his computer enough to speak up. To make matters even more interesting, Neil continued to support the same kiddie porn industry while hiding from law enforcement in Maryland. All with the blessings of friends who had long accepted these behaviors from him, and did not care about children or the community enough to put a stop to it.

Please believe me when I tell you that the problems we read about  every day featuring victimized and murdered children will only get worse as long as we remain passive about crimes against children.
