Remember, in July of 2010, Kyron had not even been missing for eight weeks, yet. It seems as if all of you should have been more focused on searching for him, rather than for possible geneological connections; that is, if any of you Moulton types in Roseburg actually cared about Kyron. And Mazama, the reason I do not post your comments in their entirety is because your comments are often vulgar and biased in favor of allowing violently mentally ill individauls, such as the character who shot at people in the theater in Colorado, to continue, unchecked, in their violent behaviors. The law in America was never intended for that. Yes, ever since I saw the picture of Terri's father on the tractor, I have known that he did not own the tractor. If the tractor was actually involved in Kyron's disappearnce, do you think it matters who owns it? Perhaps where you live, it does; but not so much here. Here, the fact that someone harmed another person is more important than ownership of tools used in harming the other person or in hiding evidence. Also, no one has violated the law, here in America, by discussing Kyron's case on Facebook, on blogs, elsewhere on the internet, or in person. To win a lawsuit against anyone, Terri would have to prove that she had lost something material because of all the bad publicity she has gotton. Then, she would have to follow the trails of all of the bad publicity and every single source she would cite in court, and prove exactly how all of it was causing her to experience losses. Then, she would have to prove that all of the statements were untrue. Ouch. There's where ol' Terri would have a serious problem. Heretofore, she has not addressed any of it or testified at all. Without testifying, she cannot file suit. So why don't you stop your game of internet bullying, Mazama, and shut up?

Is miss shaundel trying to say that terri is gonna sue us again???? She can't, one because she couldnt afford another lawyer, two, she has no grounds to sue anyone, what a joke. as usual.
If Terri were truly slandered, she's got bigger fish to fry than us! The police...the newspapers...NCMEC...local TV stations...Nancy Grace...the court system in Oregon...people with more widely read blogs...people with bigger mouths...and now John Walsh and America's Most Wanted!

Dave Stensen was inside the school", in the "same area" around the "exact" same time that Kyron was last seen. just sayin.
A skyline student actually pointed a finger at Stensen on facebook "2 days" after Kyron's disappearance, which was almost 2 months before anyone knew that Stensen was there that day.

Question for you, Anon, about Dave Stensen; while I agree that he should answer whatever questions are asked him by law enforcement, how does this excuse Terri for lying to law enforcement and her parents for not taking the slightest interest in Kyron and in supporting Terri in cooperating with law enforcement, rather than enabling her refusal to testify? If Terri would give truthful account of what she did that day, any contribution of any other party involved in Kyron's disappearance could be more easily pinpointed.

As for Dave "Don't-Look-At-Me" Stensen...I have a few questions for him.

Um.... Dave Stensen IS NOT a person-of-interest in Kyron's disappearasnce. Not only that, but law enforcement already spoke with him extensively.
I hope law enforcement spoke with him extensively. If I were a parent, I'd be flipping out about his possible involvement. Why didn't Terri flip out about anything besides fingers pointed at her?
For whatever reason, LE focus the attention solely on Terri and has not even the slightest considered someone else "even though over and over the parents and LE say Terri had help."
With that said, Stensen has changed his story several times not only with the timeline but he stated that he was never in the school which is 100% a lie. He went into the school to get the key for the gate and returned the key. He could not account for his time so his timeline changed and could have been even longer since he had no direct supervision. Students stated Stensen did not mow on friday's. He was inside the school, he was in the same flippin area that Kyron was last seen, the 2 news interviews he did, he was nervous as hell, he over exaggerated (acting) when he gave accounts of "kids coming out to look at the flower bed" and the last interview where they show him looking the gate, his hands are shaking so hard he couldn't hang on to the key.
I say 100% Stensen is the one that removed Kyron from the school and then "may" have handed him off to Terri.
And to add, Stensen has been a musician the "majority of his life" and should be use to being the center of attention with a handful up to a thousand of eyes on him.
So, why would a news reporter and a cameraman make him nervous unless he has something to hide?
I think a lot of the focus on Terri was generated by the fact that she lied to investigators. If she had been able to account for her whereabouts truthfully and had passed a poly, I don't think anyone would have pointed the finger at her.
I agree that she may have had accomplices. Usually, accomplices are identified through testimony or eyewitness accounts.
That is all "smoke and mirrors" about Dave Stensen. I live in the Skyline School, and none of what AnonymousSeptember 25, 2012 7:03 AM wrote has any been substantiated. Where is the link to what you claim? Terri is 100% behind Kyronm disappearance from Skyline School whether she did the deed herself or handed him off to somebody. LE DID NOT tunnel vision on Terri Horman at all; in fact, they wanted nothing better than to rule her out.
Certainly agreed. I never did see as much as I would have liked about Dave Stensen, though, and I think one of the questions a couple of people had concerned how likely he was to have been the person Terri used to get Kyron out of the building. Since Terri volunteered at the school and substituted there, it seems like she would have known him. I really hope police got his statement. That said, Terri's post crime behaviors are certainly the most questionable of anyone who was around Kyron right before he disappeared. I hope she enjoyed her cameo on Sept. 14's episode of America's Most Wanted!
