A Fourth Reason To Consolidate Kansas Schools

Wouldn't it be nice if Kansas schools, like schools everywhere else in the nation, were administrated by educators, rather than politicians? Wouldn't it also be nice if every principal in Kansas had a degree in teaching and a few years of experience in the same? This provides yet another reason for consolidation of schools: tiny, often errant, independent little school boards comprising "unified" school districts, sometimes do not bother to hire qualified people for this post, making victims of all the students and their parents. That's what happened in Kansas USD 380. There should probably be an audit of USD 380's standardized test scores for the past ten years or so, too.

To begin my comment I just have one question for you. If you do not enjoy it here why don't you move to somewhere you do enjoy it? Also, I thought your kids were out of public schools, so why should it matter to you anymore? Thirdly, I think you need to do a little background before you go on and on about how "unqualified" some principals are. Because you are obviously stating that Mr. Dalinghaus is not qualified, which I assure you he is

Another thing, you are saying we need an audit of the standardized test scores. If this is so why is it that USD 380 was named one of the best districts? Why don't you explain that to me? Because I would LOVE to see how you twist that back into something that isn't true.

My kids ARE in public school. USD 497, Lawrence, is the school district that runs the cyber district they attend. So there's my first reason why you should consider Deanie-boy unqualified: he was unprofessional and rude to a woman with lots of kids, and about thirty thousand dollars went to Lawrence public schools, rather than Vermillion. If he were a better principal, his actions would benefit USD 380, instead. And USD 380 was one of the best districts a couple of years ago, before my oldest graduated. Now it isn't. She's not there to bring up test scores. If it challenged the children the way USD 497 challenges children, it would suck as badly on paper as it does in reality. You have a teacher who taught Jewish culture by showing a Charleton Heston movie. After the week of watching it, my kids, who did not participate, were the only ones who knew which Jewish holiday the movie, The Ten Commandments, is about. That, alone, is an insult; but it's also a serious problem with education. If one subject is handled that way, the rest of them probably are, too. Kids don't learn at Frankfort, but are given credit as if they do. Don't accuse me of lying or twisting words again, because I am right.

It matters to me because my kids deserve school the same way other kids do. I should be able to send them to brick and mortar school and have the school simply be the school, not a place where the principal conspires criminal activity with my kids. (it didn't work, and the kid in question targeted someone deanie-boy didn't want targeted) Deanie-boy has a degree in business; if he has one in education, I have not noticed. He also has no experience teaching, just basketball coaching. The two re not the same thing.

I pay taxes on my property, just like everyone else. I can expect whatever I want to expect from the people who sit around and collect tax dollars. I don't owe any of those teachers a job......they should not be at a school unless they decide to TEACH; socializing and gossiping are things they can do on their own time. Also, when I did my research, everyone from where Deanie-boy grew up, people who KNEW Deanis when he was in school, told me that he was a bully. He hasn't changed. Encouraging bullies to break my youngest son's glasses time and time again, and threatening to call CPS if I can't afford to keep replacing them? I have never met teachers and principals anywhere else who behave that way. And I am not moving. I invested in property here, and this is America, not a town that belongs to YOU. It belongs to me equally, even if I just moved here. It matters to me, and if I want the services I pay for to be more like what was provided in more progressive, better educated parts of the country, I can lobby for it and show cause for it to anyone I please. I think schools should be consolidated so they can be better. If it means that a Frankfurter teacher will need to update his resume and look for another job, so be it. I don't owe those any of those teachers a job. Dalinghaus is not qualified for his position.

I think you are really good at bull shitting your way around the subject. I also think that you are psychotic and need some medication. Because what you think is "right", is not true, and quite frankly, you have no clue what you are talking about and spreading lies about people you really don't know anything about.

Whatever. My child was abandoned somewhere off school grounds when I never gave Tom permission to do a thing like that. When she went missing, and she DID go missing, he did not call me, her dad, or engage law enforcement. Had she gotten hit by a car or picked up by the boogyman, you and the rest of Frankfort would obviously not care, or understand my heartbreak, but then, that's why we have so little in common. I am real, you are not. I am good, you are bad. I have value, you do not. As for medication, any doctor who prescribes drugs to make people fail to testify when they notice criminal activity risks prison.......it's a bit like writing inappropriate prescriptions for addicts.

Why would I be spreading lies if Tom already admitted default? Why would what I think is right be somehow wrong if every bit of evidence, including my daughter's testimony and the pictures I took, support me? Just how much enabling and cover-up do you people do for frankfurters when they abuse children?
