A Kansas School And Guns

 

Above is a picture of a toy similar to the toy over which Dean Dalinghaus, principal of Frankfort High School in Frankfort, Kansas, once attempted to expel an autistic fourth grader. We suspect that Dalinghaus simply has it in for children with disabilities. 

Below is a gun, similar to the one an adult senior at the same school took to school one day. That student is not autistic. He did not get expelled, and was allowed back inside the building. He was even allowed to graduate, seven weeks later, with his class. 

 

Teaching Science Threatens Business

The governor of Wyoming just signed a bill into law that blocks the teaching of science and ecology from a worldwide standpoint that considers global warming. Public schools, in order to appease the energy business in Wyoming, will not be allowed to teach the same science that the more progressive public schools in the United States and virtually the rest of the world teaches. Wyoming legislators actually stated that they did not want the schools to teach something that contraindicates the state's biggest industry, and that they would rather teach outdated science! How unfortunate for the hopeful college bound student wishing to study science!

Frankfort, Kansas has a public school where social studies and American history are deliberately not taught. Dean Dalinghaus, the principal, stated to a parent that teaching children about the Constitution and how it applies to them makes "running the school smoothly" more difficult. This makes USD 380 in Kansas another example of education taking a back seat to politics.

Frankfort Kansas Teachers

A few years ago, a holiday program at the public school in Frankfort, Kansas not only spoke, unlawfully, about Christianity being the only valid religion on the planet, but also invited members of the audience to "get saved". There was even an inserted reference to Judaism, Chanukah, and a twisted statement expressing the need for Jews to "accept Jesus". This school serves all grade levels from kindergarten to high school graduation, and apparently, it also serves Christians, exclusively.

When questioned about the nauseating and unlawful Christian references in his dinky holiday program, Dean Dalinghaus, the principal, told a discerning parent that it was "his job to teach appropriate Christian morals" to all the children at Frankfort School. Over the objections of the parent, he stated that Christians are the only people in America with good morals, and that religion is also the purveyance of school, not just home. He also did not see any potential conflict with encouraging children from nonchristian families and cultural backgrounds to "be good Christians". He denied that any court case, such as Engel v. Vitale ever was won, in favor of keeping religion out of public schools, and persisted in teaching filth to all the students in Frankfort School.

While all these good Christian morals are being taught at Frankfort School, there are at least two Frankfort teachers who have allowed children to drink alcoholic beverages, either in their homes or on school sponsored trips. There is also a guidance counselor, whose crimes against a student, one afternoon, ranged from unlawful restraint and kidnapping to child abandonment, yet the student's parents were harassed for taking action, and told that their daughter's safety was not anywhere near as important as the guidance counselor's continued employment. No changes to any policy concerning child safety have occurred at this school, by the way. And the teacher who allows children to drink on school sponsored trips even went as far as telling boldfaced lies about it. One might ask if these are truly Christian morals, but then; all one needs to do is remember the number of molesting priests and the antics of the Tea Party in order to understand that the answer is, "yes"; these are very Christian morals.

There have even been better examples of wonderful, Christian, moral behaviors taught to students by Frankfort teachers since this exchange between Dalinghaus and the parent took place. In 2010 and 2011, a Frankfort female by the name of Monica Smart did some stuff that resulted in federal charges of embezzling about half a million dollars from her employer, an insurance company. In and of itself, this has nothing to do with Frankfort School, until one reads the documents connected to the case. It appears that Monica's husband, a teacher at Frankfort School, is also named as a defendant in the FBI investigation, and the ensuing federal case! No letters, explaining exactly how a teacher became a co-defendant in a federal case, ever reached the parent who pleaded with Dalinghaus to observe the law while administrating her childrens' school. We are left to ponder the ways a spouse might become compromised enough to face identical charges, given that such a large sum of money was involved. Is this another example of Dalignhaus's school-sponsored lessons in "good Christian morals"? School safety was never even considered in the retention of such a teacher, considering the tendency of federal agents and other cops to descend upon targets as if they were fighting on the day of Ragnarok. Swat team tactics do not create a safe educational atmosphere any more than embezzling creates a strong economy or theft creates good character.

The American Civil Liberties Union determined, after a DVD of Frankfort's holiday program was mailed to them, that the offending holiday program lacked pedagogical value, and told the Frankfurters to cease and desist. Children in Frankfort are still encouraged to drink and use recreational drugs; as the Frankfurters, who have no problem with showing total disrespect for the cultures of others, hold their own cultural heritage of drunkenness dear. As for Christian morals, Dean Dalinghaus can keep them. It is not his job to teach morals; that responsibility belongs to parents and families. It is his job; however, to set a better example than the one set by him and his pack of Christian thugs. Anyone who truly loves his or her children will not expose them to the brand of "morals" encouraged at Frankfort School in Kansas.

 

You're Welcome, Marshall County, Kansas

Not much has been said publicly about the case styled "State Of Kansas vs. Keith Lynn Henry", September 4, 2013, yet it set a very fundamental precedent re-establishing the rights of parents and families to adhere to religious and cultural practices in a population that mocks anyone who loves his children and respects his Ancestors. A Frankfort, Kansas father was actually jailed for his refusal to allow his daughter to behave like an unofficial prostitute and drink beer with a local young man in her class, who had recently reached the age of majority. The principal of the school both attended, Dean Dalinghaus, tried very hard to protect the family of the young man who provided the underage girl with beer and transportation, and even inserted himself as a witness in the above case, when he actually was not. He did this because the young lady, now an adult, comes from a family that is much more strict that the average Northeast Kansas family, and does not allow or approve of underage drinking, drunk driving, or indiscriminate romantic relationships among teenagers. This set this family apart from Frankfort, Kansas, and made Dean Dalinghaus's claim to the moral high ground appear just as hollow as it is. As a reaction, Dalinghaus did all he could to smear the reputation of the father who actually loves his children. Dalinghaus spent many hours on the horn with Laura Johnson McNish, the county prosecutor, urging her to do whatever she could to send this father to prison for an assault he did not commit. After this, he promised, he would put down any claim to health and strength by this family, and bring back the more Northern European practices of teenage drunkenness and ill established sexual boundaries and encourage everyone to jeer at this family for wanting a better lifestyle for their children. McNish promised to put the father in prison, and grab all the children, keeping them within the school district, so Dalinghaus could keep the enrollment dollars for his own school district the following year.

In order to do this, Laura McNish had to somehow weave a tale of abuse into the fact that not allowing one's children to experiment with drinking and drugs, while "everyone else is doing it", is somehow abusive and cruel. Needless to say, she was unable to sell the story to child protective services, who actually found fault with Laura McNish's handling of the case, and wondered why Frankfort school officials encourage children to drink alcohol, and even drive after doing so. She threatened witnesses, to the extent of false imprisonment and physical battery, to testify falsely in court. When the father insisted upon a jury trial, she ranted, threatened, and railed. She sent long dissertations about evidence that did not exist, and worked very hard to smear his reputation among all the local schools. Throughout all this, the family did it's best to move forward, despite the acts of hate and unkindness spurred by the officials upon whom they had once depended for justice and the education of their children. This hatred is still a mystery: perhaps it is an outgrowth of Christianity.

 

When the young lady involved wanted to simply drop the false charges and change the direction of the legal case by reconciliation with her family, Laura McNish refused to allow it. In fact, McNish even tried to stop this child from any contact at all with her family........ever. Yes, there is proof of this; and Marshall County should not be proud of an elected official whose family values are so terribly misplaced. So the case went to court, where McNish took over nine hours trying vainly to convince a jury that it is wrong and illegal to tell a female child not to drink alcoholic beverages and not to date adult men. Unfortunately, the fact that two Frankfort High School teachers actually allow underage drinking in their homes was never addressed during this trial, but the jury returned verdicts of "Not Guilty" on all charges. This establishes that the father was legally in the right to tell his daughter not to drink beer, not to go to bars, and when and with whom she could spend time away from home. What a concept; it is still legal to parent responsibly in Marshall County, Kansas! Also, it is no longer legally "kosher", (I know you hate that word, Chance!) to threaten to take children away from parents because of differing eyewitness accounts of events leading to police intervention. At this juncture, here follows a video of something else that leads to police intervention, unless, of course, it involves the children of a certain county prosecutor; in which case, events are often hidden from the general public, so as to present a façade of false decency on the parts of public officials who, unlike Keith Lynn Henry, do not discipline their children. Because Keith Lynn Henry was willing to stand up for his rights, his family, and for the Truth, Kansas parents are now more free to love their children. Laura McNish was unable to use this case to strengthen any human trafficking practices on the part of social services, or to make her own children appear more responsible. While Mr. Henry and his attorney were preparing for court, McNish actually stated, "I thought this was settled! I thought your client was going to accept a plea!" No one knows where she got that idea, as Mr. Henry never intended to falsely admit guilt of any kind. The threats and scare tactics did not work. The lack of public attention given to this case illustrates that those who pay for the advertisements in the local media have some interest in keeping Mr. Henry's successful assertion of his rights a secret. It's almost as if.....Laura McNish and et els did not want local citizens to see that they have rights!

Oh; one more thing: Laura McNish; when we discipline our children and teach them to respect the law, and to respect the property and lives of others, we tend to receive fewer complaints from neighbors about our children driving while intoxicated over their lawns and gardens. You should try it one of these days.
 

Dalinghaus Say "Bye-Bye, Money!"

 

After my decision to enroll my children in a different school than the local public school, I got this letter:

"The Board of Education of USD 380 approves and supports the intent of KSA 72-1113 which recognizes that regular school attendance is essential to the complete education of each student. Truancy is defined as any three consecutive unexcused absences, any five unexcused absences in a semester or seven unexcused absences in a school year, whichever comes first. Since we have received no records for A, B, or C, they in turn have seven unexcused absences since the beginning of  school. We have received records requests for D and E. If A, B, and C have been enrolled in another school we need a records request from that institution, or if you have decided to home school them, you will need to register with the Kansas State Department of Education. If you choose to do neither, the truancy report will be continued by the county attorney.

Once a report is filed with the county attorney, an investigation shall begin. If the county attorney
determines that your child is not attending school as required by law, the county attorney shall prepare and file a petition alleging that your child is a child in need of care. If, during the investigation, the county attorney determines that a criminal investigation is necessary, the county attorney shall commence the same. If there is anything we need to know about their attendance, feel free to call me at the school to discuss it at 785-292-4486. Dean Dalinghaus, Principal"

My, my. Dean Dalinghaus is really having a hard time saying "Bye-Bye" to the money which was brought into the school by the enrollment of my six children. I went ahead and corrected his spelling errors and his grammatical errors, but left his badly punctuated sentences as he wrote them. I also substituted the names of my children with sequential letters of the alphabet. I guess I should begin the rebuttal of Dalinghaus's nonsense at the beginning, in the first sentences. I agree that regular attendance is essential to complete education, but so is presence, and when my daughter was missing, rather than present, for a whole afternoon because the guidance counselor abandoned her alongside a highway four miles south of the school, then failed to tell anyone when he could not find her, Dalinghaus was not at all concerned about my daughter's absence. Why is he so concerned about anyone's absence now? We all know the answer to that: enrollment dollars! Dean Dalinghaus is an enrollment dollar whore! But the truth is, my children have not been truant or absent at all, because they attend a different school. Their transcripts were obtained via the superintendent before school started, because no one cared to countenance the sight of Dean Dalinghaus and his silly and annoying et els at Frankfort School, especially after seeing friends, family and others over the summer, who are nicer than Frankfort School staff and do not look and act like carbon copies of each other.

The second silly-assed notion entertained by this principal is that he ought to file a report with the county attorney about our choice of a different school! While the county attorney, sure enough, hates my guts, (hahahahahaha!) she has her own problems with the Kansas Bar Association, at the moment. Chances are, she did not share that information with Dean Dalinghaus, but investigating yours truly for failing to commit a crime is probably not on her agenda, and probably not the best career move for our county attorney, at this time. Not that such a thing would ordinarily stop her, but she may wish to hang on to her ability to practice law!

The idea that a parent is obligated, by law, to use a public school is incorrect. A parent may send children to boarding school, private school, correspondence schools, internet schools, private tutors, or home school. When one tries another brand of toothpaste, the marketers of the former brand do not harass the consumer over the new preference. When one trades in a vehicle, and purchases a different make, there are no threats of arrest from the makers of the old vehicle. One is even free to change cable companies, buy a different cell phone, or go elsewhere for medical care! Dean Dalinghaus's opinion that I owe my patronage to his sorry excuse for a school is akin to MSN trying to tell  customers that they MUST stick with Windows 98, no matter which computer is selected! I don't have to send my children to Dean's racist, substandard institution, where bullies rule and teachers serve beer to students at their homes! (two teachers of whom I personally know, although the number is probably higher) I also do NOT have to send my children to a school where the guidance counselor buys cigarettes for children on field trips. Yes, folks, that actually happened. And as for the guns that go into the building or wait in vehicles belonging to students during hunting season.......yes, it happens at Frankfort.........no loving parent knowingly exposes a child to that!

Seriously; the best thing Dean Dalinghaus can do for Frankfort School is resign, after making a recommendation of permanently closing it to the school board. The best thing he can do for himself is to get over himself, stop harassing customers who have taken their business elsewhere, relax, and say "Bye-Bye, Money" to the funds which would have been earmarked for his institution, had he chosen to treat me with respect.
