Josue Ramirez-Marinero was located on Monday morning, trapped in some branches on the bank of the
Elkhorn River, outside of Omaha, Nebraska. His older brother, Roberto Martinez-Marinero, had invited his mom over to his place in order to stab her to death when she was unable to lend him money, and because Josue was almost five, (his birthday is on May 26) Roberto determined that it was necessary to kill him, so he would not be able to testify. Roberto is now in jail, charged with two counts of murder, and was denied bond. Roberto's girlfriend, Gabriela Guevara, was charged as an accessory to both counts, and her bond is one million dollars. Josue is survived by his eleven month old brother, Angel, who was found in the trash after his mother was killed.
