Who's Responsible For The Journal Entry?

Hey, Judge Angela Hecke, of Marshall County, Kansas...when the attorney representing one of the parties before you, in your courtroom, wants to know who is going to be responsible for typing up the journal entry, outlining your decision, why do you not direct anyone to do so? Why do you deny a copy of the court order to those who seek justice? And when court is over, why do you then tell the sheriff your decision was something other than what you stated in court? Don't you think that the person you stomped on will look at this post? I'll betcha she will. The next time an attorney offers to type up an order, you should thank him and let him do it.

It might also be a good idea to stop mocking our justice system. And if you really believe what the bible says, you should be aware that perverting justice is wrong.

Maybe Terri Horman Does Tell The Truth Sometimes

It is, by now, a well known fact that Terri Moulton Horman failed several polygraph examinations after her stepson, Kyron Horman, disappeared from a science fair at Skyline Elementary in Portland, Oregon, on June 4, 2010. Above are some statements she made early on about the situation, and the questions investigators had. These remarks are interesting, because Terri makes no effort to tell anyone what she actually did, or where, exactly she went; she simply shifts the responsibility of seeing Kyron last on "kids" or "teacher"......and "teacher" doesn't even have a name in this comment, even though Terri knew the teacher by name.

"I didn't just drop him off"; okay, we all agree she didn't. It looks very much, as if Kyron actually accompanied Terri or one of her et els when she left the school. "I spent time with him, took pictures." That's obvious, but where did Terri spend time with Kyron and take pictures? It wasn't at the science fair! And as for thinking that Kyron was in "safe hands", she contradicts herself when she states that he was "walking down the hall". Which hall? Whose hands? She didn't say! It apparently was not anyone at Kyron's school! Who were the "kids" who saw Kyron after she "left", and from where did she "leave"? That information is conveniently omitted from her statement. There IS a grain of truth here, though; Kyron's teacher actually did mark Kyron absent at 10;00 AM. But then we move on to something more unsettling. Terri names a "place" between "9 and 10" as a possible location for "when" "it" happened. Time is a dimension separate from length or mass, and does not define or describe physical location, per se. Unless Terri was describing places called 9 and 10, her statement makes no sense. There is also no explanation of whom she meant by the pronoun "we" or to which event was referred by "it". Just a bunch of nonspecific gibberish immediately after a seven year old boy had disappeared.

This is the kind of nonsense we get from people who do not want to take responsibility for oversights or mistakes, and from people who feel that the laws do not apply to them and that the rest of us are not entitled to the truth.

In Case You Slept Through Church On Sunday

Yeppers. This is what the minister of a certain Christian Church in a certain Northeast Kansas town says to defend her congregation when they drink, serve booze to minors, let those minors drive around drunk without licenses, embezzle, take guns to school, embezzle money from their employers, perjure themselves in court, assault children, and lots of other things that she should really encourage her christian flock to stop doing.

Kansas Police Strike Again

A woman in Mission, Kansas, got beaten up by law enforcement because she knocked on a window at a post office when it had just closed, and because one of her toddlers apparently put rocks in the drop box! The clerk did not want to deal with a last minute customer, so instead of just ignoring the woman, or saying, "I'm sorry, we're closed", she called the police! After battering her, and traumatizing her children, police had the audacity to lie to her husband and to her attorney concerning the video of the event, which is evidence. In a criminal case, the defense has a right to examine evidence in the discovery process, and she finally got a copy of the surveillance from the post office. Yeah. Absolutely. No video at all. The judicial community in Kansas seems rather unwilling to abide by law when it comes to evidence and discovery.

Here's the video made by victim's husband. It is forty-seven minutes, but explains the situation well and is worth watching. It is also a good tutorial of sorts for victims of police brutality and prosecutorial misconduct in other parts of Kansas.

Since when is knocking on a window a crime? Also, how is putting rocks in a drop box a jailable offense? Granted, that is not where rocks belong, but the child who did it could not have been older than two years! Could the police have simply noticed that this woman has small children, and have wanted to snag them, so that the foster care mill could eventually sell them to the highest bidder?

The two officers in the beginning of the video are Michelle Pierce and Tom Gift. The fat, disgusting one whose pants do not fit properly never gave his name. He had no problem with threatening to have Child Protective Services take the children, even though their father was available to retrieve them.

There do not appear to be many things more jarring for a husband than finding out his wife has been targeted by local law enforcement and beaten. This couple probably had no problems with law enforcement before the incident in the above video. Now the children involved will probably never feel comfortable around a police officer again. At least they did not get killed.

Mitt Romney Actually Won Something This Year!

This should cheer up Mitt Romney and his gang of polygamous Mormons.....he won something this year! Of course, it was not the White House, or the second or third presidential debates.....but it was something! According to Yahoo News, Mitt won the Liar Of The Year award for his TV commercial stating that Barack Obama sold Chrysler to Italians who made Jeeps in China!  As this was known to be a serious whopper, yet ran rather consistantly during the last two or three weeks of the race, it has been speculated that it helped Mitt lose the election. That may be true.....Mitt Romney seems like the kind of guy who is used to doing or saying anything he pleases, and he probably thought a boldfaced lie was okay, as long as he was the one telling it. How would he have ever coped with people who refuse to pretend they are too stupid to check facts, just for him?

Obama Gets No Credit When Things Go Well

Did I hear you right, Mitt? When things go well for America, Obama gets no credit? But when things do not go well, it's okay to blame him? But responsibility does not go both ways? Do you run your bloodsucking businesses that way? Twisting everything to please whatever investor may have been snooping, and carefully hiding the truth? And when something that is true will not work out with the lie you portray, do you just hide it or attempt to delete it? Like all those emails concerning healthcare and insurance in Massachusetts? Do you know who Moroni really is, Mitt? He's an evil spirit in Greek legend, and his name is where we get the word "moron".

Why not just start running a positive campaign, Mitt. It's easy. After all, WWJD.....or do you guys believe in Jesus? I know that for a long time, only white people were allowed to follow Moroni into your silly religious organization, which defies everything in which most Americans believe, but do you think you could start running a positive campaign, just for a little while? I don't want to be part of any "business" you run, by the way. A government is not a business. So don't think of yourself as a manager, think of yourself as a public servant. And just shut up about all the blame you want to lay. No one's really interested in your silly-assed opinion, anyway. Anyone who votes for you is just voting for you because you are republican, or because you are white. That's how divided this nation is right now, and I think if you were really a bishop, you'd worry about that, more than pushing lies and laying blame.

We Haven't Forgotton, Terri Horman

Polygraphs. They are pretty accurate. Not one hundred percent, not admissable as evidence in court, but they are still reliable tools to help determine when a person is lying. Often more reliable than the word of a suspect or a witness. In fact, the biggest problem had with polygraphs, by law enforcement, seems to be guilty people who pass them, not innocent people who do not pass them. In view of this, there are several people who I think should take some failed polygraphs over, this time telling the truth about their circumstances. We could start with D'Andre Lane, father of Michigan toddler, Bianca Jones, who has been missing since the first weekend of December. His attorney feels that "stress", and "lack of preperation" has flawed the results of the polygraph Lane took, causing it to show deception. I actually agree with Mr. Defense Attorney on this: the stress of trying to hide evidence of a terrible crime and the lack of preperation connected to not having enough time to concoct a good story and collaborate with all possible witnesses and the victim can certainly affect the results of a polygraph. Yes indeed.

But Mr. Lane just might have been outdone by Debbie Bradley, of Kansas City, Missouri, also mother of Lisa Irwin, who was reported missing on October 4, when she was ten months old. Debbie Bradley openly admitted that she failed a polygraph. Not only was she shown to have answered key questions on the polygraph deceptively, but she actually interfered with the testimony of Lisa's older brothers! Not exactly what I would expect from a mother who wants to find her missing child, but definately what what I would expect from someone who has committed a crime and keeps witnesses quiet by bullying them. I sincerely hope that Lisa's brothers do not have to grow up hiding a horrible crime and covering for parents or step parents with criminal tendencies. That kind of situation is never healthy for children.

Moving a little further West, we have Julia Biryukova, mother of two year old Sky Metalwala, who went missing before Thanksgiving, in Bellevue, Washington. After giving law enforcement in Washington a truly crazy story about running out of gas when her car still had gas, and leaving her baby behind when she walked to a gas station without a gas can to get gas for the car that had not run out of gas, she refused to take a polygraph. And after promising to arrange one, her attorney has not arranged for her to take a polygraph. Nice......not! She's looking for a new boyfriend online these days, not for her missing son.

And lets not forget Terri Horman. Her stepson, Kyron Horman, has been missing since June 4, 2010. He disappeared from his school. She failed two polygraphs when questioned about her knowledge of what happened to Kyron on that day. Specifically, the questions that tripped her up concerned what happened to Kyron, and her own whereabouts during that day. Her attorney is certainly well connected enough to schedule another polygraph examination, in the event of his client's innocence, to clear this up. Yet.....it hasn't happened. Now she hides at the home of her parents, full time, looking for...........another TEACHING job! As if the world owed her such a thing!

Terri, where's Kyron?
