Kaine Horman Ordered To Stay Married Until March

This is really bullshit. Peter Bunch, Terri Horman's divorce attorney, managed to get Terri and Kaine Horman's divorce hearing rescheduled, yet again, for the end of March, 2012. Why? There are people in all kinds of situations whose spouses divorce them, and sometimes, a person actually refuses to be served with papers in order to avoid proceedings. Know how I know? I had a very hard time serving my ex with papers. It reached a point at which I was given the option of simply running an ad in a local publication, announcing my intentions. Terri's problem is that she is afraid she will have to testify against herself concerning the disappearance of her stepson, Kyron Horman. To this, I raise the BS flag, because if she is not guilty of anything, there should simply not be a reason to avoid going to court, and definately no reason to want to stay married to Kaine Horman.

If I were Kaine, I would be very tempted to just withdraw my divorce action in Oregon, leave the restraining order in effect, temporarily establish residency in another state, and file for divorce there.

Kyron Horman, missing since June, 2010

Should he go to Kansas?? Or here to Colorado?

Bunch is a putz and a first-class asshole. When I read your post, I didn't raise the BS flag, I raised my middle finger on BOTH hands!

As you may have noticed, in my new video, I refer to the Red Rat as "Terri Lynn Moulton Almost-Not-A-Horman."

I wonder if there is such a thing as a puke bag for Halloween. I bet Kaine is about ready to give on to Terri, right about now...and her frickin' lawyer, too!

Both sides' attorneys asked for the delay.
He has the house money & child & needs to prove nothing-- This is a win for him.

Ruthie; I was just stunned at this; usually a divorce that goes on for this long involves joint ownership of multiple businesses or joint ownership of lots of real estate. But the house Terri and Kaine shared looks quite modest.....certainly not enough to delay a divorce! Courts usually try to clear up custody issues as soon as possible, because that is best for the children involved. If Terri does not want to face Kaine's lawyer in court and give Kaine his divorce, why does Bunch think this approach is somehow good for Kiara? Terri is not only a "defacto suspect", (her attorney's words) she is a defacto mom!

Anonymous, this is NOT a win for Kaine. His attorney, Rackner, asked for the proceeding to go forward a year ago, and were denied. When all of this DOES go to court, he needs to abide by whatever mediation the judge issues, since he and Terri have probably been screened out of mediation. There are murderers and domestic violence thugs, who not only live under a cloud of suspicion, as Terri Horman lives, but have actual charges proven against them, who do not lose visitation or parental rights. In fact, many domestic violence thugs and abusers actually succeed in making their victims look silly in court, and gaining primary custody. That makes this divorce very different, and if I were Kaine, I'd be annoyed!

Ruthie.......any state will prolly do....'cept West Virginia! There's a judge in the Eastern Panhandle who would look at the situation with Terri, notice her DUI, mulitple divorces, problems getting along with people, ect., and see her lack of cooperation in Kyron's case and prolly give her primary custody and allow only supervised visitation to Kaine! Sometimes that becomes a prob for this judge though, because the parent who does the abusing in an abusive situation often does not really want the kids.....but I digress! I remember being manipulated into staying married to an abuser longer than I wished, and really hating every waking moment of it.

My new video to Terri Moulton Horman has been pulled and banned by YouTube.

Read my latest post.

I would love to read your reaction to Google's action.

You know how it is, Ruthie. As a mentally ill, deranged individual, Terri is in a protected genre. That means that even if she has committed a crime, and I repeat, IF she has committed a crime, like Loughner, who is currently hospitalized because he was sick and had to to bad stuff because he was sick and "disabled"; you don't get to pick on her because you might damage her poor, disabled, mentally deranged psyche!

Gosh.......I feel sorry for the people who have to share floor space at the funny farm with Loughner. THAT'S a real crime!

Somehow, I find myself not feeling terribly sorry for Terri. Somehow.

Oh, how you walk so carefully with your words. I get your point. But what gets to me is how we have become trained in this Country to PC (be Politically Correct) everybody...even those who are convicted of a terrible crime.

I have lived my life with a strong set of straight-down-the-line ethics. And there is no way that I am going to bow down to anyone who insists on finding an excuse (psychological, or otherwise) for a crime against a child.

Well, I was being fasiscious (sp?) about Terri Horman deserving any type of sympathy over her apparent mental illness. Also Loughner. And I also do not buy the whole "metally ill defense" package when someone uses it in court, like that woman who took her child from Texas to New Hampshire, and killed him. I think that woman should fry, and I think people like Loughner should not be anywhere that mentally ill people who have not committed crimes live. I really cannot believe that no one in New Hampshire seems to be reacting to Julianne McCrery's presence.
