Favorite Troll Of 2013

Demonic Looking Troll

Not unlike last year, I had a hard time choosing my favorite troll for 2013. This past year gave me quite a few new trolls, and I even added some of the more annoying ones to my troll gadget! I finally settled on one, but I also decided to throw in a very vocal runner up. His name is Russel Morris, and he is the boyfriend of a very irresponsible daycare provider near Topeka, Kansas. He is not a licensed babysitter dude, yet seems to be present much of the time, even running the daycare, while his girlfriend, who really is supposed to run the home daycare, is not on the premises. When things go wrong, such as the Department of Children and Families shutting the place down, kids getting hurt, lost, or worse, and people getting arrested en masse at the daycare, he always seems present for these things, yet never seems to have an explanation for his presence. He does not like my opinions, as expressed on this site, and writes to me to let me know that "Lucifer" is hot on my trail, and demonic hordes will ride through Kansas, or something kinda like that. It's hard to know exactly what he means!

My favorite, though, is one that has not been vocal, but has followed me almost every day since late March of 2013. She makes hard copies of pages and posts on this site, and shows those pages to anyone and everyone who will stop and look, protesting the horror of constitutional rights, specifically the first amendment, benefitting someone other than herself or the government. Instead of doing her job, she spends hours at a time during the day, on her employer's computer and IP address, perusing this site. Her name is Laura McNish, and she is the county prosecutor of Marshall County, Kansas.

Both of these new trolls have been added to my "troll gadget", in the sidebar on the right. Once again, Happy New Year, everyone!

Justice And Magistrate Court In Marshall County Kansas

Anyone experiencing legal problems in Marshall County Kansas, as a plaintiff, defendant, or as a witness, should be aware of his or her constitutional rights. Any attorney you hire should practice mostly outside of Marshall County. You should not hire anyone who cares about the political gossip structure of Marshall County, because a lawyer who cares more about local politics than about your case will not truly represent you. If you are a defendant, you should demand a jury trial if you can. While copping a plea may seem less expensive and easier, a jury of your peers will usually be more fair to you than the prosecutor or the magistrate judge. You have the right to bypass a bench trial with the magistrate judge and go directly to a jury trial, if you so choose. If you have a public defender, make sure he understands this. If he tells you that you cannot have a jury trial, he is lying. If you are found not guilty, you may actually save money in the long run, because you won't have to pay court costs, fees, fines, ect. You also won't have a criminal record. If Laura McNish, the Marshall County prosecutor, threatens you or tries to scare you, remember that she is a dishonest bully, and scare tactics are all she actually has in the way of tools of her trade. Once she is in the courtroom, she comes across as an idiot with no talent or skill. She also lacks insight in the job of prosecuting crime, and goes to court unprepared for trial. A defendant who does not accept a plea is a serious problem in her life. Unless she can intimidate witnesses or charm a jury with exceptionally believable lies, she has no compelling courtroom presence. Even if you have a public defender appointed to your case, tell him you want a jury trial. If he says no, insist upon contacting the Kansas Bar Association, and when you go to your first court appearance, stubbornly refuse a plea or a bench trial. Laura McNish and Angela Hecke are both as woefully ignorant of the law, and of life outside of the Midwest as the wizard in the Wizard of Oz was of "wizardry". Oh....if you are a witness, remember that it is unlawful to lie in court, even if the prosecuting attorney asks you to do it for her.

Because of Laura McNish's lack of expertise as a lawyer, actual crime in Marshall County Kansas generally goes unnoticed, uninvestigated, and unprosecuted until the KBI or the FBI becomes involved. She is only proficient in prosecuting petty crimes and intimidating those who do not understand their rights and are too weak to stand up for themselves.

Making A Freedom Of Information Act Request

While talking with several Kansas crime victims and their families, from different parts of Kansas, it became abundantly clear to me that the Kansas judicial community not only plays a vicious game of favorites, but at times when it is inconvenient to actually solve a crime and pursue justice, either because the suspect is someone deemed important, the suspect is the child of someone deemed important, or the crime was done so expertly that law enforcement in Kansas is unable to solve it; courts and police departments will actually withhold information from victims and family members, and tell them that pertinent cases are closed, without providing documentation that said pertinent cases are closed. This is usually a stalling tactic, but can sometimes be subterfuge, specifically to protect favored guilty parties. Either way, while some information, during an investigation, can be legally withheld; if an investigation is closed, a parent has the right to know how his child died, a family has the right to know about important updates in a missing persons case, and a crime victim has the right to be informed of progress in relevant criminal proceedings.

The Freedom Of Information Act, or the FOIA, was enacted in 1966, and serves as a simple vehicle
for discovery of facts that are legally available to the individual seeking these facts. One may write a letter to an organization or individual, citing the latest update of the FOIA, and request the information. For example, "In accordance with the Freedom Of Information Act Of 2012, (or the most recent update of the law) I am requesting the files you refused to release to me via personal request." Sometimes it is a good idea to offer reimbursement for postage or shipping. One should name the specific information desired, and tell the reader why one is legally entitled to this information. This needs to be done in writing, and copies of all written communication should be
saved. Should the agency to whom the request is made refuse to cooperate, a written answer should be supplied to the petitioner. If the requested information truly belongs to the petitioner as well as the respondent, it can be used later in court, showing the lack of cooperation. In the event of cover-up or suppression of evidence, it can be a very serious ethics violation, depending on which agency suppresses information. In Kansas, there may not always be a lawyer available to represent victims of the mockery we call law enforcement, but there are some major media covering several cases wherein the Freedom Of Information Act has factored in one way or another, and copies of unlawful refusals can easily be scanned and published.

These copies make really good pictures and illustrations in the absence of pictures of the cowards who refuse to come forward with requested discovery and information.

Elections would certainly be interesting if we kept better track of things that happen here in Marshall County, Kansas.

ACLU Writes Cease And Desist Letter To My Old School

Yesterday, I noticed this article on Yahoo News, about a high school student in Maryland who was sanctioned for refusing to recite the Pledge of Allegience at school. Because I went to high school in Maryland, I read the article. In order to find out more, I clicked on this link. When I noticed the words, "Montgomery County", I became a bit more interested, because I lived in Montgomery County as a child. Then, I noticed that the school was the very school from which I graduated. My jaw dropped in shock, because back in my day, anyone who said the Pledge of Allegience would have been suspected of indulging in hallucinagens. Not that anyone was disloyal, or ungrateful for where we lived, but no one at my high school forced anyone to recite anything that even remotely resembled a religious prayer or chant. Apparently, my old school has changed, and not for the better.

The biggest complaint most well educated people have with the Pledge of Allegience is the "One nation under 'God' " part. While I agree with the offense thereby taken, the reason I taught my own children not to recite it has to do with the ending of it........"with liberty, and justice for all". To me, that part of the Pledge is nothing short of a giant sham and lie, as we do not have, support, or even attempt liberty and justice for ALL in this country. Why pretend that we do? We are still a great country, but I do not see the need to encourage my children to believe that we have attained a level of greatness and benevolence that we actually have not attained......so my children do not have to recite the Pledge of Allegience at any school they attend.

The student who was punished and publicly humiliated in Maryland got the American Civil Liberties Union involved in her case, and they have written the school a "cease and desist" letter. The administrator and faculty would be wise to heed it. While we are on the subject of constitutional rights, here is another disturbing case, from Florida. The father of a fourth grader found the beginnings of an essay in the little boy's backpack. The teacher had assigned an essay on this subject:

And to that, Benjamin Franklin had this to say: “He who would trade liberty for some temporary security, deserves neither liberty nor security.”

That little boy is now home schooled. Thank the Gods his father was paying attention. Hopefully, more parents will open their eyes.

The Book Of Trolls

There are three demographic "types" I bust on here in Siri's World: Republican politicians, Christian religious fanatics, and violent criminals, especially those who harm children. The reason I enjoy picking on Christian fundamentalists so much is because, not only is their religous text, the bible, badly mistranslated in many ways, but even the "Christ" archtype is misunderstood by most American Christians and the associated piety is almost always misapplied. Then, these people preach to me about who I should vote for, or where I should go to church, or what I should teach my children. The thing is, I already have a religion, and it isn't Christianity. I can, and do, teach my children anything I choose. There is nothing that a Christian fundalmentalist can offer me in terms of lifestyle that I need. I do not wish to vote with them in a bloc, I do not wish to attend any of their churches, and I do not wish to hear about their interpretation of their badly mistranslated scriptures at the PUBLIC school my children attend. This is what the troll who sent me this comment fails to understand: I have a constitutional right to vote for whomever I please without harassment. I have a constitutional right to bring up my children as I choose without interference. My neighbors here in Northeast Kansas have overstepped the bounderies of the law and of my constitutional rights concerning those things on more than one occasion. Here's the comment:

"Because you proclaim to be a christian, but OBVIOUSLY have missed Sunday School, here are a few verses from the King James Version of the Holy Bible. Which if you check in the "Mormons" standard works, (their books of religious text), this is what WE use to study Christ's word. Matthew 7:1 Judge not that ye be not judged. Matthew 5:39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also. If you hate Mormons so much, and proclaim to be such a better person, why not turn the other cheek like Jesus tells you to do? Smile to them that wrong you? Why do you not confront them in person even? Why Ms. Julie? Why do you feel so much comfort in cowering away to your computer, speaking evil behind that Mormon ladies back, doing the same things you claim she does to you? And if you think you are better than the "racist" mormons, think again.".....Words from the Book of Trolls

First off, my Mormon sounding troll, I NEVER proclaimed to be a Christian, unless I did it during another lifetime, which brings me to my second point; of COURSE I missed Sunday School, because I am not a Christian. Third, I do not believe I compared myself favorably to Mrs. Mormon Lady, or stated that I was better at she; I simply stated that I wished she and Mitt Romney both felt that the laws applied to them as much as the laws apply to everyone else. I also fervently wished, while recovering from major illness, that I did not have to go outside, daily, in the snow, for about six months, and clean up the trash her dog strewed all over my yard. I don't think anyone would appreciate that. Other neighbors did not appreciate it, either. And yes I did confront Mrs. Mormon Lady in person. She screamed at me and slammed her door in my face. Apparently, if I am not Mormon, I do not deserve any curtesy at all. Did you not read my initial post?

As for the book of mormon being a legitimate scripture for a Christian, it ain't so. Read the last chapter of the book of Revelations in the New Testament of the REAL Bible. Saint John emphatically warns that it is blasphemy to add anything to the scriptures. That would, in the Christian world, include the book of mormon. And racism IS codified by the book of mormon, making it nothing short of an anathema to any religion or path of Light or Love.

I will hand over to some REAL Christians here, who can explain this much better than I can.

Mitt Romney Belongs To A Racist Church

Mitt Romney is a bishop in his church. His church, the Mormon Church, is historically and currently racist. Whenever he is questioned about this part of his church's doctrines, he evades the question about whether or not he feels he has a literal god-given right to deny constitutional rights and justice to people who happen to belong to races that are not defined as Caucasion. A vote for Mitt Romney is a vote for taking America backwards into a part of history that no one should wish to repeat.

Here's a bratty, spoiled rotton little Mormon boy telling the world why he thinks it's okay to be a racist. Would we really want to turn back the clock to that?

Brownback Still Sucks

Hahaha.............here's an update to the brewing situation in Kansas concerning a crybaby governer who sucks and a senior at Shawnee Mission East, who tweeted to her friends that the governer sucks; the young lady has changed her mind about writing an apology. Her mom isn't going to make her do it, either! This leaves the ball in the court of her school principal, Karl Marx Krawitz. Oops. That's Karl R. Krawitz.

Mr. Krawitz has a mistaken idea that this whole matter is private. According to the Kansas City Star, he stated that this is a "private issue, not a public matter", but I disagree. His student's tweet was private. But he humiliated her and attempted to force her write a sillyassed rather public apology to a sillyassed republican governer when she did nothing wrong or unlawful. As soon as a high school principal decided to infringe upon the constitutional rights of a student, it became the business of every citizen. Also, here in Kansas, it is quite fashionable at the school my children attend to bash President Obama on a regular basis. Will written apologies from every teacher and student in Kansas who has badmouthed our President be forthcoming? It would seem fair, if this student must write an apology to the governer. I wonder if Karl Marx Krawitz has openly bashed anyone who has been elected to office since his teaching career began?

One more reason that this is not a private matter is that Karl Marx Krawitz does not teach at a private school. He teaches at a public school. Taxpayors pay his salary, and taxpayors send their children to the school where he pretends to teach. He is not the Czar of the school where he teaches. If Kansas schools are no longer intending to grant our children their constitutional rights, we need to be aware. It's unlikely that he thought about it in that much detail, though. He's prolly just worried that his school, or his computers will be investigated if this does not blow over. Finding out that one must obey the laws of the land can be quite a nasty shock for a Kansas educator.
